This was hands down the best cell phone purchasing and customer service experience I have ever had. Dylan let me know about the business plan promotion and worked hard to get all of the lines set up. He got all of the info from me then he let me know when to pick everything up when he was done setting up 5 phones for me. He also applied set up fee promotions and went above and beyond in every way! Exemplary customer service that is hard to find these days.
I would give this store lower then a one if I could. They are a useless place on information and don’t care about you unless you want to start a services with them. I have been calling for hours after being rudely hung upOn

I signed up for Verizon at this store. Nothing they told me was true.The monthly payment was more than they stated.The provided hotspot data was less than they stated.The highspeed data was less than they stated.Basically nothing was true. Their response was oops. Thats it.I will never do business with them again.

Dont let them mess with your 30 year old existing accounts. They have left me hanging and I have no way to register my account, pay my bill or make any changes but they sure can send threatening emails letting me now I must pay my bill. Let me tell you I will go in person and let the manager who said I would not have these issues a piece of my mind!

Ordered an item for pickup and the confirmation email said open until 8pm. Checked Google and it says 8pm. Drove from Fountain and get there at 7:13pm to find locked doors and associates ignoring me. I just needed my item I already paid for. Absolutely unacceptable to have a hand written calendar with times and not update anything else.
Alex took us through the transfer of our service from another carrier back to Verizon. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the experience a pleasure. When we can afford new phones, we will definitely go to this store and ask for Alex!
The service here is exceptional. My wife and I were helped by the manager, Jemar, earlier today and he made the process of upgrading phones a complete breeze. Even managed to save us some money where we otherwise would not have. 5 stars!

This place is absolutely pathetic! If you need any service with a phone, make sure and go to a regular Verizon wireless store not this authorized retailer! I bought eight phones from them last year and I cannot get any service from these guys at all, it is absolutely crazy! The employee was very rude and not helpful at all. There was no one in the store and she basically pushed me back out the door! I will not come back.
I came in with an old iPhone 5 that had not been backed up, or updated in years. The staff was able to get me into a new phone and transfer all my information. Great amount of knowledge and patience. Especially Dionne and Alex. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst store Ive ever experienced. Sales man named Josh assisted me with my purchase of 2 galaxy s20 ultras. I told him that I wanted the buy one get one deal with a new line addition. Of course the ultra wasnt completely free for the second phone ok not a problem Ill pay the difference. Also on the other phone I told him I would pay as much as it takes to make sure my bill is at or below 200 dollars. My bill is 300+. Both phones are horrible and the screen protector Josh sold me didnt work. Jamal the manager told me to come see him and then I was told he was on break and wouldnt help me after I drove across town. Horrible customer service. Liars and sleazy Sales

This Location is by far the worst Verizon store in Colorado. The Employees act like you are an inconvenience if you come in and have a problem with a cell phone that they sold you, but when you are coming in to buy a new phone they are all so sweet. All they want is to make a new sell they don’t like helping people with anything else they are all about making the commission. I recommend finding a new location to go to!!
Josh messed up everything with our purchase, if you are going with verizon, go to the actual verizon store where they know what they are doing.

I love my new phone and I will only come to your location.Update! Had an issue with the trade in on my old phone due to no fault of the employees (system glitch.) I went in and explained the situation and was greeted with friendly, efficient customer service and solutions. Josh and Connor both assisted in getting my trade in credit fixed. Josh especially worked hard to make sure everything was done right, I really appreciate his persistence to make sure the issue was resolved. This location will always be my number one choice for any Verizon purchases, their customer service is excellent!!

I have had anxiety for the last week when I got my new phone. Not enough information transferred over because my phone was not charged enough. Lost so many things. When my Facebook,didnt transfer because of an old e-mail.....i was overwhelmed. I wasnt ready to give up so I came down to Verizon and. Dionne helped me. God bless her.....she was able to get me back to where I originally was with my old phone. PTL! I am so,happy agaIn!! Thank you Dionne.& Verizon at University village.

I went into the store to figure out why my phone was using so much battery. The staff was courteous and answered all my questions. They also let me know that when I was ready, I could get a new phone for only $2.08 more per month! I love the new phone. They spent time showing me how to use the new phone and transferred over everything to the new phone so that Im back up and running quickly. Im very happy! Make sure your ask for Christian when you go in. He did a great job!
Josh figured out a six month problem. Apple Genius Bar had me five days with no Ansley. This tech had it in 15 minutes. Other stores three states never figured out my issue of 7 months
Customer service is outstanding! I upgraded a couple months ago and Tyler was super helpful. They transferred all my stuff from a Samsung to an iPhone. I also did the screen protection plan. Today the unavoidable thing happened and I cracked the screen protector. I went into the version store at Citadel Mall since it happen in their parking lot thinking how convenient. Well, the employee said that most stores do not change the screen protector anymore and that I would have to fill out a form online blah blah blah. I then asked if he can help me and he went with a sale pitch. I got frustrated and after forcing him to give me the date of purchase of my phone he said I’d have to go to the actual Verizon store where I got this phone and that they might be able to pull up the information.I came back here and in less than 5 minutes I walked away with a new screen protector that they installed thankfully.If your looking for an upgrade or to switch over to version this place is where you need to go!Staff is super friendly and informative.
Reba was EXTREMELY helpful. I had been on the phone with tech support and was getting nowhere! Several phone calls. They kept telling me I needed a product that was not going to fix my issue. I had to go into the store twice because of miscommunication from Verizon tech support. But Reba in the store knew her stuff and listened to what was going on. She alone is why I will stay with Verizon after 13 years. My tech support experience was that bad. I was ready to go to a different carrier. Thank you Reba!!
If you do any business with this store, make sure everything is in writing and verified. (Probably just a good idea to not even trust anything they say). I was sold a phone in Feb of 2019 under the assumption it was half off. The associate told it me it was on sale. It is now June 2019 and I am still paying full price for the phone. I was told by Verizon Customer service that the offer I was given doesnt actually exist. I contacted the store, the associate who sold me phone, the manger and was told they make a mistake and it would be resolved. Still hasnt happened. The do not return phone calls and its like reinventing the wheel each time you talk with someone . Bottomline, I was sold a phone under false offer. And they are doing nothing to remedy their error.
Staff is always friendly! They try to solve the issues you have if they cant they will get u in touch with those who can. They are also fun to pick on they will pick back. Showing they are human. The most important.
Javier is wonderful! Just came from the south gate location where the tech literally just gave me my phone in the box and said to activate it at home. Needless to say my phone wouldn’t activate so I went to this location and Javier had it activated in two minutes! Thank you for actually taking the time!!!

Because Ive been on online chat support for 3.5 hours trying to figure out why my device isnt working. and NOW i hafto wait for an ACTUAL VERIZON store to send a new device out to me! DO NOT GO HERE! Buying the phone went OK, but then 2 months later I find out Ive been paying for insurance on it each month that I never agreed to buy. They may have snuck it into the fine print, but I will not be shopping here ever again. Make sure you let them know whether you want it or not when making a purchase.

Derek was the soul of patience and helpfulness as he walked me through all the steps. It is a store I visit often. They always seem to make time for me and my many questions. Highly recommended.
We have used GoWireless two times to upgrade our Verizon phones and each time it has been a fast, efficient, and enjoyable experience. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating towards us. They answer and explain any questions we have about the plan, pricing, or our bill. Also, they are super helpful in getting our new phones set up. Additionally, they offer insurance coverage for smartphones that is cheaper than what is offered through Verizon and covers more accidents. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing service for their Verizon phones.
Great experience in store, however nothing that they talked about actually came true. Various promotions and coupons which were supposed to arrive in the mail to offset activation charges from Verizon have not arrived two months later. Additionally, I wasnt credited for the iphone I sent back to Verizon, and I had to call with the USPS tracking number to track it down. While this isnt the stores fault, all of this amounted in 60 min of customer service time spent with Verizon to get things cleared up. Nothing like getting a $400+ bill after a reportedly seamless upgrade when I was promised no upgrade fees as a promotion.The real issue with this 3rd part retailer for Verizon is the black math. I was there to upgrade my phone and pay taxes on the new phone. Both associates I worked with and the manager had random amounts they were trying to charge me outside of the 8.6% sales tax. Where they really got me was in convincing me to buy a screen guard promotion which I completely regret after looking at the same product at other retailers which was half the price. Dont make the same mistake I did. Go directly to a Verizon store.
I went in to upgrade my phone and I received excellent customer service from Edward. The time it took to transfer all the info from one phone to another was not very long. There was a wait before I was helped but it was the weekend so I didn’t mind. At any Verizon store, you also have to expect the upsales when you buy anything. But overall I left very happy and my phone is fantastic!

Kyler was extremely helpful with our needs, paying attention, and patient with us.His coworker, whos name I didnt get, was also being very helpful with another customer, and helped us with the door. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when you still have to wait half an hour?? They still took care of me after the wait and a second visit, but the employee who was helping me out also had to keep asking his manager how to do things.
This place is the worst. If you - like me - stumbled into this store thinking it was a legitimate Verizon Wireless store, you - like me - are mistaken. Do not go here. Do not trust their services. It is a waste of time, energy, and money. Theyve over charged my account twice, while using up my allotted data for the month. Which is super neat, if I wanted to give all my dollars to them. But I dont. I recommend going to a trusted Verizon store with people who know what theyre talking about and can help you better understand your billing and plan. This place is the worst when it comes to Verizon.

The Assistant Manager Aaron was great! He was able to answer all of our questions, get our new account set up, and our phones ordered very quickly and was super personable and fun to talk to while he was working with us. He explained exactly what wed could expect to pay for the set up and for our monthly bills, so nothing will be a surprise. We go back in a few days to get our new phones, and were very excited. I wanted to combine my wifes phone carrier with mine and attempted to take advantage of a promotional that this Verizon store had where they would pay the final bill from another phone carrier when you added a line to your account. After a year, multiple trips into the store, and calling and emailing the Verizon switch center people, they decided to not honor their deal after all. We had had a difficult time getting the final bill from AT&T but the people in the store wanted to help us push it through anyway (which was helpful of them) even though it was late.What really upset me was that the store salespeople would tell me one thing and then we would hear nothing for several months until I would call and find out that it was on hold due to things like the image of the bill being blurry (note that I would have to call to find out this info, they never took the time to keep me informed when there were issues......)At the end of this fiasco, the Verizon employees at their switch center denied our claim (citing terms and conditions to me) which was incredibly frustrating due to that promo being the whole reason I brought my wife to Verizon in the first place. It is also ridiculous to me that in order to make any headway with our problem, it required me to either call (which didnt always work) or physically come into the store....Congratulations Verizon, you have successfully driven me and my wife away from your business never to return. I find it absolutely ludicrousthat you cannot adjust to an out of the ordinary situation and will not honor a deal regardless of any extraneous circumstances.My recommendation to future or potential customers is to find a phone carrier who values their customers (try Ting maybe....)-Brandon

No one there to check us in, just a bunch of customers wandering around waiting to be called upon. How do they know who came in first?Saleswoman didnt even know what Zagg Glass was for my phone. Now I know why this store is nowhere near as busy as the one on N Academy.
My boyfriend and I went in to merge our accounts and upgrade our phones. Jon was courteous and answered all of our questions, took 4 hours, but they were all answered. HOWEVER, they didnt have accessories in stock and had to order them and promised the order would be in the next day. Called the next day, nothing. Promised they would have them the next day, broken promise. Each day, the same thing. The salespersons would personally go to another store and pick them up and have them there for us the next day. After 6 days, we went in to have him show us a few more things on our phones and to pick up the protectors that were ordered. Again, order not in. Promised they would be in the next day. Again, the same thing. After 2 weeks, we STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR FULL PURCHASE! I called to complain to the area manager and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours. Do you think I received the courtesy of that call? NOPE! I finally had to call the main Verizon customer service, explained what happened and they refunded me my money. On top of that, the screen protectors that were ordered were not even a Verizon item. The customer service associate found what we were waiting on through Amazon for $7, we paid $39.95 for the stores so called bundle service for the screen protectors and cases. Verizon customer service found the screen protectors on their website for $24.95 so refunded me that price and yes, I did order them off Amazon! I will NEVER step foot in this place again as I cant stand them lying to my face and hearing their cheesy excuses of having to personally drive to Denver on my day off to complete my order. Even the store manager lied to our faces. They sure want your money but their customer service lacks in character and honor. Go to a reputable establishment and save yourself the aggravation as this place will just cause your blood pressure to rise!
This is my second one star review of this business because I was talked into removing my first one with the offer of a $40 credit for the activation fee for a tablet that was ultimately returned. I was actually happy with that resolution and the speed of the manager addressing my concerns, until now when I realized that we have been charged $10/mo for the past three months for access for a device that we dont have.My mom went to this store for a new phone in August and was talked into getting two free tablets by the employee named Donavin. She was also told that she needed to set up a new phone line for the new phone, which she didnt, and was effectively going to double charge her for the 24 months of the new contract. Ultimately after calling the real Verizon people we just paid for the phone and cancelled that line with no issues except having to pay $680 upfront to buy it out. She took one of the tablets back because we didnt need it and I thought that would be the end of it because Donavin gave her change back and didnt mention anything about her still being responsible for paying the line access charge because it was returned outside of the buyers remorse period of 14 days. When I called Verizon about that, the person I spoke with was initially apologetic and offered a refund until she saw that there was an early termination fee of $179, and then she told me there was nothing she could do. Since thats cheaper than paying $10/mo for 21 more months, we are now out $179, which is not a small amount.I am extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency of this stores employee. I dont like how my mom was taken advantage of due to her lack of skepticism and her trusting nature when dealing with salespeople. When she returned the tablet, it would have been nice for him to have been honest with her, because then we could have made an informed decision about how to proceed. I would recommend visiting a real Verizon store over this partner and I hope that this review saves other people the frustration I have experienced.

Today, Chris spent considerable time insuring I had complete understanding of my new phone before I walked out the door.
This location is the place to go for everything! My phone completely freaked out on me and I had to leave for a trip out of the country the next week. Ill admit I was really sour coming in at first but I was treated so greatly I wanted to give a shout out to Liz and Victor for treating my business with gratitude and value. This Is the first Google review Ive ever gone through the trouble of leaving. The service was staggeringly bad. I ordered a phone knowing there would be a wait. Having worked in sales I didnt want to hassle them about my phones arrival. So I left them alone, only to find out later that my phone had come in almost a month before the next time I checked in on them. We picked up our phones and were told to appraise our phones for trade in online (I suspect to get us out of the store when we found out that a promotion had ended, and our phones were worth 30 dollars, not 200 each). No promotional codes were given to us, nor was it explained properly to us that the promotion would end and that we needed to appraise our phones before we received the new ones. Ive lost out on 400 dollars. I will never set foot in this place again if I can help it.

I came here to pick up a transfer (new phone) and left with a reduced data plan, activated monthly military discount, and a free tablet (perfect for my Christmas present procrastination) in addition to the pick up. The tablet has a $10 data plan, but overall my monthly bill was reduced. Donavin was awesome.

These guys are not Verizon they just give you the service with Verizon. I had so many problems with the phones amd the prices are ridiculous. When I did go to an actual verizon store and told them I wanted to cancel my service they said I have to pay the cancel fee for my contract and phones which I did. Next thing I know one week later booom i get hit on my credit report for an unpaid debt cause i had a contract with these guys which I had orginally thought was just verizon. They are deceptive and dont ler you know that when you sign that contract and even then who tf offers contracts nowadays. Please just save yourself the headache and just go to the actual store.

I am not a happy camper right now. I went to this store yesterday to get a new phone, although the staff was very friendly, they are also very misleading and lie straight to your face. I was getting the iPhone xs max (a very expensive phone as it is), and was told there was no difference if I got it there or another store as it was all the same. So I went ahead and got my phone, a phone case, and screen protector -all of which were not cheap either. With the screen protector I was told I get 4 free replacements and after that they are $10. Sounds like a good deal right? WRONG. Not to mention I personally have never needed to replacement a screen protector before, but I thought okay if something were to happen then they replace it free. Great. Well I get home & find out I was charged $79 for some goadvantage thing they don’t tell you about. So free replacement screen protectors is actually FALSE. THEY ARE $79, MORE EXPENSIVE THAN JUST BUYING A NEW ONE. Plus they charged me $69.99 for a case that sells for $59.99 direct from the manufacturer, as well as every other store I looked up that sells the UAG cases.I am so mad right now that I think I will be returning everything and going directly to a REAL VERIZON STORE. I am just happy I found this out before their 14 day return policy is up. Although I’m sure they will tell me this $79 goadvantage fee is non refundable, as I’ve read from reviews on other sites, at least I can return my phone.I don’t expect much from this review since it seems they reply with the same generic message to everyone, just changing the name, but hopefully potential costumers will read this & change their mind about going there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.

Took a chance and bought an upsell tablet for 2 year subscription. Was told I could go back and discuss if it was not what I expected. When I returned the store was empty of customers with 4 employees. I was told I would have to take care things online or via telephone. Frustrated at poor customer service.
