Changed to a different carrier because where I was living didnt have t-mobile. I liked t-mobile but just couldnt use it. HOWEVER they continued to charge us. When we caught it and went in there was a number we didnt recognize on the account and a tablet. We were told we should have caught it (and we should have) so it was our fault and they would not refund any of the money. None of it! We were thinking of moving back to t-mobile since we had moved. NOT NOW!!!

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Yaimaris B. when I switched from Cricket to T-mobile! She was so helpful and patient. She has great people skills and loves her job. I was very satisfied with the work ethic of the workers in the store. Especially one in Particular. Brandon Guzman provided me excellent service and suggestions for all of my phone needs, and what plans i can look into. He also suggested a lot of deals in case i have any needs to get on a group plan with my family. He is very nice and very respectful to customers I highly recommend doing business with Brandon Guzman at this location. He will sure you are taken care of efficiently and effectively!

It was an awful experience.the person I was with was Monique she was incompetent and completely unprofessional, pulling out her phone while supposedly helping me and she kept walking away. also was just telling other people who where not assisting to touch my phone. she charged me for a SIM card only to examine it afterwards and tell me that my phone was broken which is something I had already known and informed her of to add didn’t Refund me and told me to “go to the apple store instead”. all after charging me I wouldn’t recommend going there for any kind of assistance they have proven there incompetents.

I went to this store on Tuesday March 30th because i needed to connect another phone in my account since my XR broke. there was this employee name Raylene she was the one assigned to help me. well! This employee did not know what she was doing she couldn’t active the phone n she told me the phone was to old to be activated she tried with 3 different SIM cards n she couldn’t do it. on top of that she said she was going to charge me a 10$ fee for a SIM card when the SIM cards suppose to be free if u have a T-Mobile account. had a really bad experience with this employee . I went to to another T-Mobile store and there was this awesome guy that help me in less then 10 minutes he connected my phone at no charge. T-Mobile supposed to be responsible to hired people that are knowledgeable and nice to customers.

Just had the best experience here. I worked with Brandon, who was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Worked hard to get me a good deal and help me make the right decision. Also great conversation and recommendations for local eateries! If I ever need anything again I’m definitely going back to this location!

I went into the store to drop off my replacement phone from the insurance company. In the email from Tmobile it stated drop off at your local corporate store. When I walked in the immediately argued with me. I said ok well Ill wait to purchase a screen protector. While waiting I called my brother to see if he had ever dropped off at the store some male associate yells across store just drop it off at a UPS store. I said I was not talking to you and he began to laugh at me. This was so unprofessional. I have been with tmoble for over 10 years and super disappointed being treated this way. Save yourself the hassle and go any other location.

Raylene saved the day, but more importantly, she saved my business. Literally. For 3 weeks, instead of going to voicemail, any call that I didnt answer received a This number is out of service announcement and was disconnected. Very bad for business!! I tried getting help from T-Mobiles call center support, and the app -- all to no avail... but Raylene, at the T-Mobile Store (near the Super Walmart at Platte and Chelton), didnt give up, and after an hour, she tracked down the problem and corrected it for me! To say I am grateful beyond words doesnt begin to express it. Raylene renewed my confidence in T-Mobile!

I needed my sons phone replaced and I came to this location.Walking in, I noticed it was really clean well versed with the covid 19 safety. I was greeting by an employee actually everyone said hello, which was nice.Anyway the service was fast, they addressed and fixed my issue with ease. I will definitely make this my go to location from here on.

I have been with tmobile since 2013. I have visited all three locations in the springs-the power, academy and platte locations. The staff and manager in the Platte store have been so much helpful until recently. Staff has changed. The last experience is not that good. The staff didn’t solve my problem and offered me one time credit to get me out of the store but then my bill didn’t get fixed as promised.

I spent 14 years of my life serving my community and I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask I carry medical documentation stating such yet I was denied entrance to your store. Even though the government mask mandate requires exceptions to be made for documented medical issues i was thinking of switching to t-mobile

Went into the store inquiring about a certain product they told me they would have it in a few days, when I went back to the store not only did they not have the product they dont even carry that product anymore. Not sure why someone lied to me it made me waste my personal time for absolutely nothing, these employees should probably be trained a little bit better or hire new ones that know what theyre talking about.

Went in to switch phones for the JUMP plan. Whoever helped me was an idiot. I had to order an iPhone 7 plus cause they were on back order. He told me all Id have to pay is shipping once it was sent. I thought that was weird since normally I pay tax for the upgrade. Sure enough when it shipped I paid close to 100 for taxes. What bothers me is the guy had no idea what he was talking about. Then I asked him how much my payment would go up since I was switching from android to apple. The guy told me it would stay the same. Well sure enough now that I have my payment jumped 40 dollars. I would have stuck with android if this moron would have told me what was going on.

I have had nothing but problems with T-Mobile since I switched to them a year ago. NOTHING I was promised was followed through with. They have yet to pay off my Verizon bill like promised...A YEAR AGO! If I was leaving a review for T-Mobile, it would be a 1 star review. But since I am leaving a review about this store location, I am leaving a 5+++ rating.Alanzo, JC and Sara went above and beyond to try to fix the numerous problems Ive had since switching to T-Mobile (non of which were caused by this store).They spent countless hours with me, even stayed late until the problems were dealt with. I cannot give enough praise for the customer service in this store. This is the ONLY store I will go to. I highly recommend any T-Mobile users to use this store. They are THE BEST!

Asked her if she could pull up the system and see which stores might have some and got the worst Attitude Ive ever gotten. This was my go to store for a while. There is almost always a ridiculous wait time and the employees never let you know its going to take 30 plus minutes they just say well be right w you and never acknowledge you again. I walked in yesterday for a simple screen protector replacement and after waiting 25 minutes I realized neither employee had made any progress w moving forward w their customers so I had to interrupt and ask if I could go to a different location. Walked into the one on powers and constitution and was in and out. I get it yall are busy and short staffed but you need to let people know if its going to be an excessive wait time so we can decide if we want to wait or not. Thats what Verizon does. Thats what restaurants, hair salons, etc do. Its common courtesy. Also I dont think its a big deal to stop and handle small transactions like mine was if you know youre doing hours of service for one customer. If this location wasnt so close to my house I would never come back. If Im omw to work I will not even waste my time going in. Good thing the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable when you actually get to talk to one they just need to be better trained on customer relations when it comes to wait times.
