The girl couldnt put on a screen right, so hopefully I dont have to pay for a new one at the cost of her not knowing how to do apart of her job or pay attention to the screen lines. Ill be back tomorrow to see if she has been educated on a screen protector on a screen right. I highly recommend not any in springs one location had bad service and now this. They hire anyone and dont train obviously.

Store never even opened one day, despite posted hours and sign on store door. A refection of their customer service.

Spent a little over 90 minutes in store while the only associate (Najja) there professionally helped everyone who had came in before and while i was there to port my service over from another company. She was super polite and helped everyone in a timely matter. I was very impressed as Ive been in other stores and people werent near as nice. Im not even annoyed that i spent as long as i did in store waiting to be served. Super happy with my experience and her knowledge of their service. Definitely worth a 5/5 star rating.

Great New Manager! I think her name is Yanni. Shes hilarious, efficient, knowledgable and you wont mind waiting a little bit. Big heart and super smart. Much better service since shes taken over. Store is clean, smells good too. She wont put up with rudeness though. No one should anyways.

Horrible service, walk in and the young supposed manager is hanging out with friends and as well has very vulgar rap music with multiple use of very disrespectful language. Then i wanted to try to pay my bill and she proceeds to tell me she really cant do it but will if thats what i want but that it would be easier if i just did it online. Then is less then helpful does not know any information about boost mobile or any of the service. Then once i was done and decided id just call another store for more help i left and her and her friend left right behind me headed to a car and no one in the store with a flashing open sign. Definitely have been a loyal customer for years and after every time i need to pay a bill or seek good customer service its not something that this location provides. Ill be looking for better service for not only my phones but for at least decent customer service after today. Super lame boost i recommended you to many in the past. I want a real provider not to be disrespected for using your service and paying for it.

Yani made my mom my back ground photo...I was greeted with crazy wonderful customer service from the new store manager Yani. She is very kind, helpful, and hilarious. Thank you Yani for helping me get the phone I needed and changing my background photo to my mom hahaha.

Go somewhere else. They charged me $70 to activate a phone. Which was double the price of a store down the street that only charged me $35.Do not bother with dealing with these incompetent crooks.

Stood outside waiting for them to open at ten and they never did... So i went to the one on murray they were awesome.

Waited outside the store for 20 minutes and the girl never opened the door, the sign says open at 10
