Did go their to have a tire repaired do to leak, was told they would get it in about two hrs. People were being tires having them replaced and did see that most of them came in after me and got out before me. Told sales staff after2.5 hrs to just give me my keys and told them couldnt wait anymore. All they said was make an appointment and would not have to wait so long.My view would of been to get someone to fix the tire then and apologize for the wait. Besides telling me they are BUSY. Yes guess I was the lowest person their because wasnt bying tires or rims. I paid to get those tires fixed under warranty so treat me with the respect I deserve and dont keep pushing me to the back of the line. Or making me wait because didnt have an appointment.

Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The young lady was very knowledgeable, informative, and polite. I was paying a bill for a sick friend and she took care of everything.🙂

Im giving you 2 star because you sell the ZTE which I have already. I came to your location yesterday because I was told it was a Metro PCS. Obviously it wasnt. Im Metro customer I needed some help getting charged nothing more or less. Just some service. When I realized it wasnt Metro well maybe Cricket would let me plug in for a few minutes. I asked and I could tell that wasnt an option. I asked if they knew where a Metro PCS was and of course they didnt. They talked about me switching plans I asked what they had available in phones sizes they had ZTE which is what I have.. She was very helpful in relation to saying she could call Metro and get my account number and switch me. Remembering they knew I was in a bad spot with a dead phone that I desperately needed a charge. They were really trying to move over to Cricket. I left saying Id think about it. They wished me well. This is where I stopped and got upset. Not with them at the store but in the car driving around looking for a Metro . Here is the biggest issue Ive had. Why wouldnt these Cricket employees help me? All they had in there mind was getting me switched. Not one of the 3 or 4 offered to look up a Metro location for me or give me a chance to change so I could look up my self. They would call Metro PCS to cancel my service but would they even consider giving me a location to a Metro. I ran through the whole thing in my mind and I was like, what would make them do that to me and not even realize that was what they were doing. I cant get over this because its like they dont realize how bad of service they gave me. I now have a bad taste about cricket. This was no service at all. They think they gave me great service but they didnt give rats behind about my problem and that is sad. I almost turned around and went back and talk to all of them to let them know that it wasnt a good visit. They didnt do anything I needed Im semi-retired my career was restaurants. Upper management, started out as a line cook working my way up the ladder. I supervised over 1000 employees I was accountable for service etc. These fine people at cricket need a lesson in complete service cycle. Not just getting a customer to join cricket but listen to the customer and all of the problem that would be customer is having. Do whatever it takes to solve all issues treating everyone as cricket subscriber, even if they are not a subscriber, that could a future customer. If they had just helped me with my easy fixes we wouldnt be here with a 0 star but 5 star rating. Had they looked up a Metro PCS for me we wouldnt be here right now and I would writting a positive response. This May get some attention or may not. If I was in charge of that store Id be reading this to them and make them see more than just the cricket side. Metro PCS has done so much for me above and beyond the scope of requirements. They get it. Customer service is taking care of customers needs I had serious needs that day. I was from out of town no phone no charger no cash to buy a charger. What could be more serious. My problems werent important. Dont you realize that I may be customer in the future so treat me as if Im already one. You guys have a good day. On a personal note. Nicole (Nikki) was great in getting my iPhone set up for me, and another iPhone set up on another plan for us. We were a pain as my photos weren’t transferring to the new phone, and Nicole kept coming up with ways to solve the problem, or just sitting there and waiting with us while they attempted to download. Very funny and comedic. She lightens the mood and didn’t make me feel as bad for wasting 2 hours of her time. Good customer service! Would recommend for cheap prices.

Isaiah made this trip as amazing as it was. Immediately he greeted us and wanted to help. We explained our issue, needing a new SIM card, and he said he could cut it and save us money. He quickly cut it, put it in the phone and it worked perfectly! We then asked about a case for the phone and he brought out a large selection of cases. We found two we liked, we picked the second case and we got a wonderful price. He put the phone in the case as well. He was amazing and well only go to this store for all Cricket needs. If every customer service rep was this incredible, retail would be completely changed. Thank you so much, you made our night!

We wanted to go in to get a sim card but had the phone at home. The lady did not want to sell us a sim card eventhough you can just add it online to your phone (which by the way is even written on the simcard package from cricket ;)... ) they had not even a clue about the online services aswell... a no go for customer service...we ended up going to another cricket store and were served quickly, competent and friendly!
