Do not use these guys. Had to get tires from them, things have been tight and I’m on a donut and travel for work.I arrive for my appt and after sitting here at Pep Boys for an hour, they cannot find my tires and nobody will actually do anything about it. Called RAC….*shrug* there’s nothing we can do. Guy at the Pep Boys counter “*shrug* there’s nothing we can do.No offer to help, no idea as to what’s going on or when I can expect them.

I honestly didnt want to give them one Star because this store and the workers are terrible! Managers Isaac and Brandon or whatever his name were the worst MANAGERS ever! They should not be allowed to manage a gas station! Ive paid furniture off, and they were continuously harassing me!!! Personally they can all go to HELL!! NEVER AGAIN

The manager of this store named Brandon was great to work with when he was new to the store but something has changed with him or the store, I have paid off a bunch of items through there and it was always a pleasure to return for other items I wanted up until now! I went in a few months back to purchase a dj party system that was put on a manager special, the manager was off so the other workers didn’t know the special price and so I told them I would use my 2 free weeks on this item so I could talk to Brandon to see what the special was and everything was going good, well except the system was missing the microphone and the remote and so I was expecting it to be a decent deal, boy was I wrong, I call the next day and they said the special was still over $1000.00 cash pay off!!!! I even explained to them that doesn’t seem right that I’m a long time customer and had paid off almost every item I’ve purchased through them, that a price that high when it’s missing all the parts to make it the party system it’s supposed to be doesn’t seem fair when I just looked up the cash price new if I ordered from Best Buy was $699.95 but I already had this system at home and tried to tell them that I would pay $700 cash that day even though it was missing parts and they told me no that the price I was given was the price when in fact I wasn’t given a price cause we where waiting for the manager special pricing!!! The same day I received the manager pricing of $1000 I tried to make that deal of $700 for a used missing parts system only cause I couldn’t find one in stock then I searched harder and found out Conns had the exact same one brand new in the box with all items for $699.95 just like Best Buy and I told rent a center that I would give them a chance to fix the situation and make it right for someone that has been a long time customer or if they didn’t fix it I was not doing business with them anymore, well longer story short, I went to Conns and purchased the new one and returned the used system the same day and told them at that point I will never do business with y’all again since obviously customer satisfaction isn’t what y’all actually care about!!!

Horrible customer service. The employees do not care about anything unless you are inquiring about buying something. We paid for a couch and tv and was told the couch would be delivered the following week. The couch never showed up and when I called they said Jamie had called us the day prior to reschedule. No call was ever received by Jamie, but she did call and text our number perfectly when we originally asked about buying products. Interesting? Now as a “courtesy” they will deliver the couch 5 days later and “squeeze us in”.

Never in my life have I ever had so much trouble just making my regualr monthly payment. I bought my husband a loptop and every month the reoccurring charge is supoused to be paid like i AGREED TO. But EVERY month they call me about the payment, which i have really for them like always. At this point i feel like they are just trying to rip me off and try to come get it because the payment wasnt made on time. I am beyond frustrated. We have apoken to the manager but nothing seems to ever get resolved. I will be paying off the rest of it this month and never returning!

I normally don’t write bad reviews because that is not everyone’s experience and rather than putting a negative review on google or yelp I just express my concerns and complaints to the company. Someone may have an extremely good experience that is not the same is mine. However, I’m becoming annoyed and if you do not want your phone blown up I would not purchase anything from them. I get it payments need to be made on time and I by no means am upset they are needing a payment but I have talk to 3 people today and multiple more this week. Asking when I am coming to the store and then when I tell them they say they’re going to note it but I get another call later in the day as if the answer will change. They have called me everyday since Monday which SURPRISE I work! I had an unexpected situation occur and explained this to them. Although I understand why they are asking like it’s definitely not their issue as I agreed to pay bi-weekly. But when a customer is in a situation they can’t control and they’re trying to get the situation resolved so they can make a payment you do NOT call them daily and several times a day ESPECIALLY when I am being responsive and providing updates. It’s different when the person isn’t responding at all. Like you call and they block you or whatever but that’s not what I’ve done and never would do. Granted they can’t trust everyone I so understand but what I’m upset about is this is very poor customer service and it’s harassment. You do not need to call people several times a week but especially not in a day. I understand y’all have a job to do but thereIs a way to do it. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. And again to make it clear not because they won’t work with me but because the countless calls I have received regarding this. I am being responsive I have tried to get it situated. They can have their stuff back 🤷🏾‍♀️

Love these guys, Awesome customer service super Friendly. Any issues ive had with a product Dave and Brandon get it taken care of as fast as humanly possible. If they dont have something in stock theyll find it and make sure you get it as soon as they can. Again, these dudes rock!

Bad business from the lazy workers that caused a bad leak in my laundry area creating extensive damages to my property. Delt with complaining workers of being tired and hungry rather then finishing up the job. Leaving their trash behind and failing to check the water connectors which caused damages.

I called corporate on them they are a joke 1st they lost my contract than I keep calling about it so I could pay it off within my 90 days and it took left and walk upon delivery of my furniture the manager Manny smoked a BLUNT OF MARIJUANA in my garage shot is just a mess and thing is wifey got him on camera so when they really see what type of workers they have and games being played maybe customers would stay this was the worst experience with a bunch of idiots I paid $490 my 1st month rent than 100 in July and another 50 in July bringing my total to $690 mind you the bedroom set was 7 hundred and some change the manager SAM typed it wrong and told Manny the manager smoking in the garage with us he typed it wrong and was gonna redo it never did but after today I guarantee they gone have all they ducks in a roll Im far from a child and dont play when it comes to my money and or credit! I would never tell no one to shop there everybody experience isnt the same but Im just 1 rent a center aint gone play bottom line I will keep yall posted on my situation 100 % of the way

Horrible place. Gave me a broken computer, knowingly misled me, and refused to refund or discount piece of junk computer I rented. Paid almost $120 a month for this computer and somehow had only paid off $20 of the initial price. People refused to work with me, which is a shame because I am usually extremely agreeable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVER.

Rent a Center always has some good promotions going on especially for return folks. The payment arangements are straight forward and easy to work with as well as credit and returns. The staff here is friendly and knowledgable. I personally would say they are not pushy for sales but, my wife is a frequent. We have gotten a mattress and bedset as well as a laptop all in great condition. They also have some good deals on tvs im eyeballing! Highly recommend.

They were 5 stars until they came to my house after being a customer for months, never asking for delivery, always paying until I wanted bi weekly and came to my home. Do not have common sense, fake not genuine with people, and stress employees to make sales or they are fired.

The sales slogan of satisfaction guaranteed is a scam!! Your satisfaction only applies to the first seven days.I purchased a mattress at rent a center as I had the extra room for it. Before I made my purchased, I asked around for reviews. All great reviews. I recieved my product and made large payments with the intentions with paying it off within 90 days. Midway I changed my plans and decided to return the mattress. I was advised I no longer owe but rather have a refund. Heres the catch: I am not intitled to my refund. I get a store credit. I stressed how I no longer need their services. Instead I was given the pitch to keep my mattress. You just might need a bed for your drunk friends. I was in utter shock! What professional says that?!The lack of customer service continued on with the manager stating Im ending this conversation now when I explained my disgust with my previous conversation.He was a joke. He used a fast talk tactic while placing me on hold numerous of times with no complete reason.I have filed my complaint with corporate.Customer Service is terribleProducts are not worth the valueRefund policy is ridiculousNever wasting my time and money on this company again!!!
