We took my cellphone to another shop to have the glass replaced. After many trips, my phone quit working completely. They replaced the phone but I could not power up the old one to transfer my data. I called Samsung and they said there was nothing they could do. We tried a second phone repair store and they couldnt fix it.I then called Colorado Gadget Fix. They were very understanding and said they didnt know but could definitely look at it and check it out. Amazing, they got my old phone working and I was able to transfer all my data. I cant tell you howvthankful I am we went there.

Our Nintendo Switch stopped charging after an update. We were quoted for a charging port repair and told 3-4 day turnaround. I wasnt even going to say anything about any of this but these fellers right here are down right sketchy! I mean I rated 5 in the beginning because the phone had been fixed, 2 days later I come in for a case. The box was torn pretty well at the top and charged a full 50. I then wanted to know for sure that everything was handled by the experts so I requested the owner who was working behind the desk if before handing the phone back to me if he would install the case. So this guy has now put the case on, which meant he has looked at the condition of both the case to make sure he can sell it to me and the phone to make I havent dinged it since he fixed it. He puts the case on. Now I promise to everyone I have spent upwards to 2 grand on this one phone now with having to replace the front glass twice at 400 to 450 dollars. So when I carried my Otterboxed Samsung S 10+ out of that store I knew I would take extra care of it. So much that I paid for his upsell of, Lifetime tempered glass protection for 40 dollars. They both have started peeling off day one. Heres the fun part for all you readers whove reach this far: I brought in my phone to have the screen protector replaced because it had pretty big air bubbles in the screen protector on Day 3 so Day 5 it looked so horrible I peeled the remaining 10% of the screen protector that was still on. I brought it in greeted by a nice, kind lady that also ran the establishment as well. It took 30 minutes, and when I come back and she tells me that they got the screen protector on there. BUT the back screen is cracked (100-150$ job)And they wanted to act like I was the one who cracked it. I drive uber guys, the phone stays in the car! Glad I could support a local business, but you guys need to be not so shady! I mean you even made me feel bad for a moment that I in 5 days managed to break what you had fixed. Repair shops I guess can break stuff and get people to keep coming back.

I did charge it as they instructed initially as well. Should have just gotten new phone and not followed their advice.Replaced the battery in my old Samsung quicker then promised. Booking online was easy too, even though they dont give the 10% off thats promised when you book appt. Online?

They were great, they fixed my mil iPad! However their texting system will acknowledge they recieve our order and will contact us when finished, never did. I called them 30 minutes prior to closing to find out it was done awhile ago. I would work on that texting services guys.Other than will use them again!

They were the best, we look at another and they were going to have to charger me twice as much for one tablet but the fix both and did great job. If you have cracked screen or it needs new battery the stop in and the can get you in and with us the screen was fixed and we could have it back in just a couple hours. But the battery took about a week because they need to order one. If money is an problem this were you can get the service and a great deal, with out feeling you are asking their first born. You will walk out feeling you were not ripped off. That you were treated with care and understand that your things were fixed right the first time and not have to keep coming back. The tablet that need the battery has been sitting for over a year. We were going to have to trash it cause we could not find someone to fix it and it was 700.00 a few years ago. I could not see getting rid of it if we could find a place that was not going to say i would tell you it cant be fixed, and you end up tell them just trash it only to find out you just gave them the tablet they fixed it and resold it. This place knew it could be fixed and did it. The other was dropped an year ago and again it was older but it is one of the ones that was perfect for me, it was clean crack so when it cracked again it was im going to pay the price.. they fixed both and it was less that 240.00. I have another one that needs to be fixed and im taking it there to be fixed. Dont look at another place just go there. You will not find a better place. Thanks them I can say they you will be very happy to takwe them any problem and it will be fixed for you. I drove 45 minutes across town from south of the springs to them. I drive it again when i need something fixed. They only have 5 stars they could not put up 25 because im that happy.

I shattered my cell phone screen and no one else in town would even touch it. These folks fixed it in about an hour. They asked how I had shattered it and when they found out that I work with toddlers they suggested a tempered glass replacement with a lifetime replacement plan. I called to get my daughters iPad fixed and they were able to get it in that day. They were able to order the part promptly and fixed it so that it was as good as new. Would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter cracked the screen and her Samsung Tab A. I called this place and asked them if they could replace the screen on this. The woman on the phone said she had to see if they had it in stock. She explained that this tablet has different model numbers so I gave her the model number off mine. She went to check and when she came back she told me they had it in stock and it would take about 2 hours to fix. I told her I will be there as soon as I could. I live about 30 min away so it took a while to get there.When I got there I told the guy behind the counter that I had just called about the Samsung tablet and he looked confused. He then tells me they dont have this screen in stock. I explained that I spoke to a woman on the phone and she said it was in stock. He then gets an attitude and tries explaining How there are different model numbers of this tablet. I told him I gave her the exact model number over the phone before I drove all the way up there. He didnt seem to grasp this concept and kept trying to explain there were different model numbers. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning. Seems like they could care less about the customer.

I found this small business to be excellent in servicing my old 6s iPhone. The fixed glass is just like new. I also picked up a new protector and cell phone holder for a great price. They do carry older phones as well. The employees were friendly, prompt, and helpful. I wish I’d done this repair a year ago. It’s like a new phone all over again for less than $75. I would highly recommend their small business right off Acàdemy Blvd south of Austin Bluffs on the west side of the street.

Called and asked about fixing two iPad screens that had been cracked. They were very willing and able to answer many of my questions over the phone. When I arrived to drop off both the iPads I received phenomenal customer service. They even kindly spoke to my children and answered questions they had too. Our iPad screens were severely cracked but thankfully it was only the glass. Because they were so bad we were told they would not be same day repair (which I didn’t expect anyway) and we got a call early the next day to pick up both iPads and they have been working great! No issues at all. The staff was always kind and professional and really knew what they were talking about. Their work on our iPads was phenomenal and fast, and their price was very reasonable for what they did. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer off and on here for several years and have always been satisfied with the work I had hired them to complete. Last week my phone decided to crash and to keep a long story short, Jason gave me great advise which actually saved me money! I purchased a new phone from my cell phone provider (instead of throwing good money at my old phone with no guarantee the problem could be fixed), but unfortunately had not backed my old phone, so I returned to Gadget Fix and asked if there was anyway to get my old phone back on long enough to secure a back up. Had an iPhone XS with a black screen (phone on, screen wouldn’t display). They took it and replaced the screen in under an hour. A few hours later I had an issue where I accidentally dropped the phone, and there appeared to be some weird leakage at the bottom of the screen. I brought the phone back for them to take a look at, and they determined the screen was defective (new vendor), then replaced the screen again for no additional charge, while I waited. It only took about 15 min!Very fast and professional, great customer service, fair price. Really appreciated them replacing the screen a second time!

I recently made the mistake of taking my phone elsewhere for a repair. When I got my phone back from this other shop, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. After that mess, I found Gadget Fix. They were friendly, upfront about pricing, and helpful over the phone. When I brought my phone in, they were able to diagnose the issue in a few minutes, order a new battery for my phone, and have it fixed for me next day! I have a Google pixel, so the screen has to come off and phone has to be taken apart to do this so, getting it back in a day was really surprising. They also sell refurbished phones in store for anyone looking to get a great working device at lower than retail prices.

I came in on Saturday and had my iPhone 11 max pro fix due to lcd damage, I am Not sure what happened but between Saturday and Wednesday but, I had more lcd screen damage. I took my phone in and they were able to get it covered through their vender and not charge me. i will always have good things to say about this phone repair shop. They care about their customers and understand that if they do the right thing people will keep coming back. This is my 5th time to have a phone replaced and they never disappoint. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service, compassion, Repair quality, quickness, honesty must I go on please just dont go here. I could go on and on!! They completely put a wrong fitting screen onto my phone which re-broke before I could go back in for warrenty. So I actually paid an extra $50(they required for another new screen,because the 1st one broke. Even though it was actually their fault from wrong fitting) on top of the $ 185 they ALREADY charged to replace the original screen to begin with, which is way to much! More then other places on the same street! Sadly being a novice about cell phones I did not notice the small flaws of the screen not fitting flush, being so close in model numbers. The top speaker guard is missing, the fingerprint scanner no longer works, the lock screen is so dim when putting in passcode then brightens to normal after unlocked, theres a bulge in the back where they forced the screen to a 64gb samsung A50 into an international 128gb A50 (google it yourself you can see its 2 different screens/models.) Then to top that off it NO longer quick charges!! Which I discovered the moment I got home from leaving the store. This did not happen later. This in the end is upon Gadget fix to help or screw over customers. When I went back they would not help me at all claiming all those issues where my fault or prior... Um well thats what I paid you $240 for was to fix ANY & ALL issues. No business that cares about their customers would ever treat anyone the way he did me. I saved all emails of him defensively fighting me still claimimg he did nothing wrong. I will be uploading images where I can. They left my phone in TWO PEICES like this, TWICE!!! Returned it with pressure points at ever touch as they closed up and locked the door behind me before I had a second chance (which techinically was my 3rd time back. Hate myself for being trusting and not overly checking before letting them push me out. Picture attached. Id leave my email but Im not sure if thatd help or be worse. Actually I will.... This seems to be normal because they left 2 other customers to walk out with non working iphones that they just cant do anything about with a very steep $160-180 bill, while I was waiting on the couch for them to fix pressure points that where leaving glitches with my brand new $185 screen. RUINED MY SAMSUNG GALAXY PHONE AND COST ME $150 IN PARTS.My previous review disappeared, reposting. I brought the phone in for a screen replacement after reading the positive online reviews. When I got the phone back, the screen and body were separating and it was missing the speaker cover! The tech said he couldnt get the glue to stick and I should get a good case to hold the phone together. I took it back 2 days later because the screen and body were almost completely separated. At that point the same tech took it in the back and applied superglue to the lcd screen.When I saw the screen still sticking up, and I could hear the glue making a clicking noise with every touch, I told him I wasnt happy, and I wanted it fixed. The tech said absolutely not, no refunds, and he wasnt going to fix it.I then took it the CPR cell phone repair. They inspected my phone, and said the reason the tech at Gadget Fix couldnt adhere the screen properly is because he applied too much glue around the edges and it built up to the point where it pushed the screen out. THE OTHER PLACE FIXED MY PHONE NO PROBLEM.

I brought my ps4pro in for cleaning and to have the thermal paste replaced. While my ps4pro does now run silently now, it cant be ignored that i was told that it would only take 2 hours or up to one business day. It took 2 full business days. I understand that workloads pile up, but what really bothers me about the whole situation is that a game i dont own had been installed and there was a save file with timestamp for 20 min before i picked up my console. Not cool. Not to mention the one time i called to inquire about my playstation, i was shouted at and talkd over by the guy i dropped it off with beforei could finish asking a question. Glad they fixed what i wanted, but i will not be going back.

Brought my PS3 in because the disc drive wasn’t working. I brought in everything I had purchased to try to fix it on my own. They were able to troubleshoot it and repair it in 24 hours and it was only $60. Hopefully I don’t have any future problems with my ps3, but if I do, I’ll go here for sure!
