I used to think Verizon just wanted our money. I have the newest Motorola and I only have to pay $50 a month for it for unlimited everything. It goes down by $5 after Im with them for a few months. Best deal on the market! I legit can do anything I want with my phone now, anywhere! Verizon, you have made me a customer for life. Thank you :)

I came in here to switch services to Verizon, purchase a phone and a tablet. I was told 2 people ahead of me so the lady at the front desk took my name and said they will call on me. Well there was nowhere to sit so I ask if she could take my number down and give me a call or text when your ready for me as I was going to sit in my car (right outside). So she did. And I waited for almost 45 minutes then I finally went in the store and she immediately said you didnt answer your phone so I just went to the next person in line then I showed her clearly on my phone I had no missed calls and she said if I got an attitude you could just leave now we dont need your business. That tells me the kind of customer service Im going to get through Verizon and if she takes your number down she will not call you she will not go out of her way to do any extras its a lot easier for her just to take the next person in line besides call somebody.
Solution Specialist lol, Mason, was an absolute jerk AND incorrect about our return dates telling us theres nothing he can do even after speaking to his manager Sam and hearing our circumstance how Verizon screwed us, not the other way around. They gave us a loyalty number to call and told us to leave store. That number they gave me was disconnected and had to drive back to store for a different number lol and first thing that next agent said from the next customer service number was Mason was wrong and they will fix it for us. Even after it was fixed they sent incorrect return label forcing us to call them back for a new one when at ups store. Lol Verizon is a joke like all other carriers and will continue to give terrible service bc they know theres nothing customers can do about it. I will get NO COMPENSATION for spending the last 5 hours running around stores and jumping through there hoops. I hope this review deters individuals away from this store and these employees that clearly need BASIC empathy and sympathy classes.

We had a good visit. Kelly made the experience wonderful and really went above and beyond. We walked in just wanting to look at the new tech and she hooked us up with a great deal. We walked out with a new phone and saving money in the long run.
Went in for some information on some promos and to see what itd cost to transfer over, and Mason broke it down to the most basic levels for me. I left knowing exactly what it would cost to start the process same day, and my total monthly costs.
If I could give a 0 review I would. We have been long standing customers of Verizon and have always valued their service and customer service. We have been presented with leaving Verizon many times, but have remained loyal because of their service. Today we are extremely disappointed and considering a change in services. My husband walked into this specific location to upgrade his phone to the new iPhone 13. They called his name as he was up next to be helped. A couple walks in after his name is called and asks how long the wait will be…a Verizon employee responds to the couple “1 to 1.5 hours.” The employee helping my husband asks what he can do for him and my husbands explains he wants to upgrade his phone. Another Verizon employee walks up to the couple who just walked in, walks them immediately to the back to grab some iPhone 13’s. My husband says to the employee that’s helping him, “I was before them it’s not fair that they are skipping before me.” The employee helping my husband says, “he’s just getting them signed in.” The employee helping the couple then walks to the back, grabs 3 of the last iPhone 13’s and hands them to this couple that was supposed to be “getting signed in.” The worst part of all of this is that the employees began lying to us about what took place. They first stated they just stepped outside to make a phone call (my husband and daughter were there the entire time and never saw them AND the couple walked in asking how long the wait was), and the employee who helped my husband stated he was just being told what he was told, even though he was the one who informed my husband they were just getting signed in. Very disappointed and seriously considering a switch from Verizon after being with them since high school.
I absolutely LOVED Z. She was so sweet and tolerated our loudness amazingly well. I hope her managers and corporate sees this and knows one day I am going to steal her ansd she will be my employee!!

After an exhausting and extensive journey to reclaim my money from Verizon, Kelly Viehdorfer went ahead and put that bed to rest for me. I waited for about an hour and watched her handle a bevy of disgruntled customers like a lady and a scholar; also with haste, professionalism, and wit! If I had any suggestions for Verizon it would be this: give this kind lady a pay raise!!!BTW, those five stars are for Kelly and not Verizon!
Was a customer for over 10 years. I switched carriers because i was able to save 50% on my bill but get the same plan and coverage with another carrier. Auto pay pulled 100$ out of my account. Verizon is telling me I cannot get that money back or even have store credit because the account is closed. this is clear and unbridled theft.
I wouldnt recommend this store. Me and my gf stopped in to get a couple watches and I have to say...The lady who consulted with us about a Apple and Samsung watch was a little short with us at times and didnt know much about either product. What irritated us the most was how short she was with us countless times.So. We decided to go over to the Verizon store in the mall and talk to a nice gentleman I met a few days prior. His name was Kendal.His amazing customer service and sales ability captured my attention to come back.The lady at this store on the other hand wouldnt even let us try either watch on personally and the other salesman Kendal at the mall is now our go to salesman. I would recommend everyone to go to the Verizon store in the mall and avoid this place at all cost.Store is dookie and customer service blows.Product knowledge is also a 0 out of 5.
Manager at this location is really Not management material. I really just needed to switch phones which was a Verizon mistake to begin with and was told due to closing in a hour he wouldnt be able to help. Now mind you Both other stores in springs were closed. And Im a new client. This guy did not seem to believe in Good quality customer service. Training would help. Verizon does not seem like they got thier act together. Not sure if I should just go back to T Mobile.
I was with Verizon for years and never had any issues. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave well-enough alone. Wanting to save a buck, I was tempted by the low advertised price of a discount carrier. I decided to switch my entire family over and immediately we began dropping calls and having problems. Because I had only switched recently and made the mistake of throwing away our SIM cards, I had to come into the store to transfer back and keep the same numbers.Without going into details, my previous carrier made it extremely difficult. The managers at this store stayed after hours to help me and the customer service agents stuck with the problem over multiple days despite countless frustrations. They were never flustered or angry, they stayed calm and worked diligently. They were professional and patient and came up with creative, out-of-the-box solutions.We’re relieved to have our family service back with Verizon along with our old numbers. I’m never going to switch again and these guys are a big reason why. Thank you to the team at the North Academy store, especially the two managers and rep who helped me. I’m a loyal customer for life.
The staff was super friendly and down to earth. If you know what youre talking about, they arent pushy. They help you out and show you your options.
My wife and I visited this branch to obtain a new iPhone, after being told by BestBuy and Apple that there would be a significant wait to obtain the phone from them. Stephanie, one of the associates in store, was extremely helpful in offering different plans to meet our budget and performance preferences. I would definitely suggest this store to others, especially in comparison to the customer service being offered by other competitors in the area.

Manager (Travis) is excellent; otherwise, watch out for this store!After spending an entire morning on the phone with Verizon Loyalty, Sales, Technical Support, and others; no one could or would help in solving my problem surrounding upgrade and trade-in. Went to this store to speak to someone face-to-face. Both sales person and manager wanted to just pass the buck. I began recording the exchange; they refused to help if I continued to record and to erase what I had already recorded. They both subsequently told us to call the Loyalty Department, there was nothing they could do. Another manager (Travis) evidently overheard my irate exchanges, and quickly looked at our record in the system, identified the problem and the solution. The only downer from Travis is he stated if I didn’t erase the video, Verizon may cancel may services. The sales person clearly did not understand integrity; the 1st manager only knew how to shoot from the hip. Neither took the time to take a deeper dive into the problem as Travis quickly did. Both these guys are poster boys for bad customer service, ineffectiveness, and the “let-us-pass-the-buck-so-we-do-not-have-to-work-too-hard” business philosophy. The bottom line was Verizon created the problem I was dealing with, the two people I first spoke with wanted to make it my problem to solve.
Terribly priced PrePaid Mobile phone Services
Switched carriers a few days ago. Purchased two phones. One phone was setup and activated correctly. The second phone was not - I spent two hours on the phone with the Activation help desk to get the second phone activated. Either the staff here is not trained properly or the management doesnt actually manage.

I went to this store after ordering my phone 2 days before. During my conversation with the sales guy, after making my purchase, was told that a text message would arrive shortly regarding details for picking up my new phone.2 days later I received a text from Verizon telling me where to pick up my phone . That day I brought my old phone to the appointment as directed,. I planned that during my appointment the tech guy helping me at the store would transfer all my data and help me set up this phone.The technician traded my sim cards, and tried to get everything ready but after over an hour he just handed me my jazzy phone bag with both phones and a $40.00 Otter pop. He told me to come back and to bring my I-pad.My friend, in the meantime has fixed my new phone done everything necessary for me and Im fine with the new phone.The experience at Verizon, on the other hand, deserves an F.
Went to this store to get info on screen replacement, I was was told by Asurion that I couldn’t do this without Verizon’s assistance.Was told by the salesman Jay that it was unlimited replacement which it’s not. So we decided to trade in the phone they have a special going on ...this is a trap after being told I could get up to $580 on a trade ended up offering $89. During the whole process I caught Jay in multiple lies and finally called him out on it. He would not take responsibility for what he told me and just wanted to push me off to someone else. Jay’s lack of customer service is the worst I have ever received at this Verizon ( have been a customer for over 20 years with 10 devices on their plan). Please be aware of their tactics and lack of what’s best for you as a customer, sample of service...what’s the difference between Air iPad and 8th generation Jay-Air just better, here’s your phone covers as he walks away just pick one, your on a outdated plan so we can’t honor our special ( this was after he looked up our plan way earlier). Just a note also there was a manager on site and heard our conversations and she did nothing. I have always been a fan of Verizon NOT NOW very disappointed in them now.
A worthless company, no joke go to any other provider because verizon will disappoint you but this store is on par with all other verizon stores and it is the most frustrating experience just to get them to take your money. Seriously, I am trying to buy something I just broke without insurance or anything, I just want to pay outright for a new device and they wont let you do that. DROP VERIZON AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible experience.tried to get cell service and use my same number but they screwed everything up from the word go.I did this under my business since I use it for business.they asked for all my business info which is fine so I gave them a business card and it had my business land line on it and I stated to them that’s my shop land line and not that line to change it was my cell that was being changed.the worker said no problem I understand I will port that number and you will be good to go so I said ok.I noticed after a week and I’m still with the current cell service and not Verizon something was wrong.I came into the store and they said that they were porting the land line and I told them that was the wrong number don’t mess with that one I’m just trying to switch cell phone over and port my cell number they kept acting confused so I said you know what cancel everything and forget it and delete all my info and the worker said ok.then I got a bill in the mail and told the same to the Verizon 800 number that something got confused and they weren’t supposed to mess with me land line and he said ok he understood and now today I have no land line at my business and I have been on hold for 7+ hours trying to make it right but I still have no working business number.I have made it very clear what I needed done and they totally screwed me and now it’s a complete nightmare to get my number back so I can proceed with century link and Verizon is having a hell of a time to reconnect it even though I don’t want to use them.I feel like they lied didn’t care of my needs and the workers would screw up a Wendy’s order.they have bullied me into using them cause it’s a nightmare to release my business line with them and I don’t know what else to do but I need my business line back and it’s costed me probably 20000$ today and whole day of my time

The wait times at this store are unbelievable its like going to a DMV its almost like punishment. The people that work in this store are nice but I couldnt even call to cancel my appointment today because they dont have the ability to answer the phone. anyway if you see this I wont be there at 3:00 p.m. today since theres no way for me to call and cancel my appointment.
I’ve had Verizon for a while and when it came to activating two phones that I ordered through the app and had to active both Cody and Stephanie helped me out with great customer service and got me squared away even if it was after hours. Appreciate Verizon defiantly recommend this verizon location
I am amazed! I have spent well over 200 documented hours trying to get Sprint to fix my account and simply give me the services I have paid for. Today, I had enough. I went to Best Buy to see what my options were and decided on a new Verizon account. The salesman at Best Buy was nice enough but gave me bad information. After trips to two other stores to try to get my Verizon account set up I landed at this location. I walked in the door less than 5 minutes before they were sent to close. They still stayed on hold for me for almost an hour with a corporate office to get an override and get my account set up the way I wanted it. My bill will now be over a $100 less then sprints with phones that work and customer service thats top notch. I am very impressed. And all of this on a day when both of the employees I was dealing with were supposed to be leaving on time for their families. Thank you, Joe, for making me feel like your company values my business. I appreciate you.
The COVID restrictions are severe so capacity is much reduced and you will likely wait outside or in your car. Once I got to the customer rep, the service was very good.
Just had the best experience. We worked primarily with Oscar, who was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Worked hard to get us a good deal and help us make the right decision for us. Also great conversation and recommendations for local eateries! We chatted briefly with Sal(?) who was equally pleasant and helpful. When we make our purchase, well definitely be calling Oscar!

I’ve had Verizon for several years, and my service had gotten much worse lately, and I was going to leave Verizon. When I went in Andrew was able to help me get a network extender so I would be able to use my phone again at my house. When it arrived in the mail I couldn’t figure out how to plug it all in and Andrew spend almost 2 hours on the phone with me in the evening helping me get everything working. The customer service number was not very helpful, but the employees at this location made up the difference, and kept a customer. THANK YOU!

Had the awesome experience to be able to work with Will. I originally went in on Sunday, and decided I didn’t like the size of the original phone I picked out. I went in to trade it out and Will got me in and out within 30 min as I expressed I was on my lunch and had limited time. Got the phone I wanted with awesome customer service . I’ve been pushed away so many times in getting a new phone completely due to the sales person and he literally was just there to help my every need. Verizon is now making me prove a $605 payment happened because they are insisting I havent paid them since February. BS!!! I am starting at my bank account saying it withdrew on the 20th! This is the straw that broke the camels back! As soon as the investigation is finished Im LEAVING. I am trying to get a mortgage and you are falsely reporting on my credit!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS 😡😡
If you like waiting for hours just to have what for what they say they have in stock. Have Andy bring his people over to the desk you were waiting for your phone at, and have the worst customer service I have ever received this is the store you do. Do better. Tonight my husband and I went in right before close. All three employees were so nice to us even though I know they wanted to go home. We were about to get our phones shut off in a few hours from sprint and we need our numbers for work and the team did everything they could to help us without any delay, we got everything we needed with great customer service, thank you to all 3 of you for being helpful!
THEY CHARGED ME $1500 FOR PHONES I RETURNED IN THE 14 DAYS! - I signed up and received 2 phones in Feb 2019. We were still under contract with ATT we found out so we did not activate the account and returned the pbones UNOPENED to THIS LOCATION on March 7, 2019. When we went to buy a car, we found a $1500 collection on our credit report. Called corporate and they said they could not do anything because this store is reporting that they returned the phones March 22nd. Did they sit there before mailing back? Corporate said i could go by the store to get a receipt so I drove an hour to find the store closed due to covid. Make this right by faxing a receipt to collections! They verified they have the pbones, how is this my fault?
Maybe they need more of them in town, but every time I go there the line is crazy. They do get four stars, because they do have a kiosk where you can quickly pay but if you dont have a credit card or the exact amount of cash you need youre out of luck. I gave it four stars though because the staff makeup for the insane lines. They are always so pleasant and easy to work with and can answer any question you have and like the old school way if they dont know the answer they will definitely find it out for you.
Quick, prompt service. Of course I spent too much and got some new toys. The customer specialist was awesome and knowledgeable.

I am so glad that I went to this location. I have been with Verizon for years, for better or worse. Back in November, I got phones for my sons for Christmas. I had nothing but problems with the phones since. I have been to multiple locations around town, and spent countless hours on the phone with customer service to no availGot a lot of rude, pushy, disrespectful representatives that wanted to just blame me for the issues, and try to upsell me.All it took was one visit with Eliot Cossio,and the problems were solved. He took the time to actually listen to the issues that I was having, instead of trying to fast talk me, and fix them. I will not go to another Verizon location againThanks Eliot
I was greeted with respect but it went downhill from there. The person assigned to me was very condescending. We were interrupted in the middle of a sentence(no apology) by another employee who wanted the person taking care of my questions to take care of someone else. Needless to say I felt pressured to end my conversation quickly.
NOT HAPPY with this store at all!!!!My husbands phone was stolen and asked the staff to help him protect his information. He was upset but patient; it is a very stressful situation when your phone is stolen. I would hope that the store has a procedure to help customers secure their information. Much, too much time lapsed before the phone was locked. Not sure why there was so much confusion. This is not a difficult process. We purchased a replacement phone, but the quality of the new phone was not the same as the one that had been stolen, yet much more expensive. The personnel at the store are not responsible for that, but they sold us this phone, adding more stress...We returned the phone within a week, purchasing a less expensive phone, but much better quality. It was obvious from the conversation that the associate did not want us to return the phone. Working with a different associate when checking out he did not even check to see if our new phone worked correctly. In the past we have received great service from this store. But with these three different visits with 4 different staff members giving such poor service, we will not patronize this location anymore! It seems they took advantage of us. They wanted our money but are NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE in exchange. This is sad. The store was not busy for our 3 visits and I suspect they are beginning to loose business. Too many associates either dont know what they are doing or are not willing to be helpful. I dont even want to give them 1 star. :(

I received very poor customer service here today. Tami did not explain everything that i was signing up for and i feel she added extra charges on to my account with out telling me first. I had to spend a great deal of time with Verizon, on the phone, to fix my account. Do not go to this location for service or purchases, they will add as much stuff as they can without telling you.
Went in over an issue with my current phone and was expecting to buy a new one. Oscar Correa advised against it due to charges I would incur and offered to process a warranty claim for me and the new phone is on its way! Great customer service keep it up!! 👍👌👌.
My phone wont send messages to one person. Im not sure why I went to this store. I talked to a gentleman, and he was no help at all. He told me the contact I was trying to reach may have blocked me. He then handed me my phone,and walked off without trying to even fix the problem. Sir you are payed to help me. Maybe you should go through training again. Terrible customer service. I waited about 5 more minutes to see if someone else would help me they all ignored me. The contact didnt block me. Needless to say. Dont go here ever. Unhelpful staff.
Ive had this store handle pretty much all my service with Verizon for the last 3 years. Aside from their network being the best in the area, the service I have received here on multiple visits has always been top notch. If there is a wait, its because they want to spend time getting you what you need, and actually fixing your issues. Special recognition for Sabian Beard helping me out on a new device yesterday. Very patient with my questions, and motivated to get things right. Well done.
Dani rocks! Took care of us today. Was very patient while I was trying to make up my mind on which phone I wanted. Installed my glass screen protector, meticulously. As well as transferred everything over for me. Very pleasant and straight forward.
Rushed out the door before they even turned on the phone. I have lines with Verizon and my S7 started to malfunction. I went in and upgraded to the S8. The rep was working with me and then all of a sudden the manager came over and asked how we were doing. Next thing I know the rep is packing up my stuff and shuffling me out the door. They had not even turned on the power to the new phone or tested it to make sure it was working. Now I am waiting on hold with the activation department. I just spent $500.00 and they cant take the time to make sure my new equipment is working. The minute they had my money, the customer service went out the window. I run two businesses and I need this phone to work so my customers can call me. I am very disappointed with Verizon and I will be looking for another carrier as my contracts expire.

Would be 5 stars except due to volume of customers...not Verizon fault. Great check in process, usually long wait, but helpful and friendly staff helping with all sorts of problems. I find Verizon the best coverage in Colorado Springs area and front range over AT&T, T-Mobile.
Recently went to this location twice in two days. Best people ever. About a year ago I went and it was just terrible. Either they got rid of those people or trained them in customer service better. Dani, Casey, and Robert were fantastic. Ill be going back to this location for sure.
This particular Verizon store is great. Someone always greets you, checks you in, and holds the door for you when you leave. On my most recent visit my questions were addressed promptly and professionally. Andy got everything taken care of with 10 minutes.
Nick was awesome! He knew his products and could answer any question we asked. He was very thorough. While it did take a while, that is to be expected when youre making the type of additions and changes we were making. Ive never had another cell service other than Verizon because of the coverage area. Great job Nick!
Very disappointed. This used to be the best store in town for customer service. Went there tonight to look for a replacement for my 3 year old phone. Looked at several phones and never got assistance. I could understand if they were very busy but they were not.

We went in to fix an error on our bill, and before we could explain the whole situation, we were rudely interrogated and made to feel as if we had done something wrong for even walking into the store. It was as if he (the Verizon rep) was doing anything to make us leave the store before even explaining why we were there. Al, the employee helping us, barely even let us speak before telling us we need to wait for a discount. After he reluctantly pulled up our account information, he admitted that there was an error that needed fixing. He fixed it but was then unhelpful and rude when we asked how we could get reimbursed for the money we had overpaid in previous bills. The way we were treated was highly unprofessional and accusatory rather than helpful and courteous. I wont be back at this store.
Went to get a new phone after work. They made it easy, got me in and out with my new phone in half an hour, and they were very friendly.
The employee was very nice and as helpful as he could be however after paying for a warranty for almost 3 years my phone stopped working. Verizon replaced it with a used refurbished phone that is having a new problem.
This store is absolutely useless. Their sales advisors are completely uneducated in the products. I recently went to the store to inquire about the galaxy watch. . At the time I had the google pixel 2. The sales advisor ENSURED me the phone and watch were compatible. After purchasing the watch and buying a contract with it, it turned out the watch was not compatible. So I had to switch back to the galaxy s8 in order to use a device we had to have (by 2 year contract). I came in to the store today to inquire about the galaxy S10, the lady had absolutely NO idea what any of the specs were for the phone. When I asked if there was a tech person in the store who might know more, she said I just need to call samsung. Why is someone authorized to sell a product in which they know nothing about. Extremely disappointed in this store time and time again.

Showed up to pick up Sim cards after four hours of waiting for email had to call customer service waited there forever they told me the order should be ready just go in and pick it up when I show up they tell me the order was canceled I need to redo so I go outside decide to go ahead and pay the extra for to go ahead and get the Sim cards today wait outside for 15 minutes one lady approached the door from inside work there and then all of a sudden called away they finally let me in to tell me that they close at six when website and/or says seven and tell me they can’t help me
Phil was an amazing tech. He knew his stuff, he went above and beyond and stayed engaged with us when we were waiting on devices. My son called him the nicest tech weve ever had and I second that! Thank you Phillip!
I went to the Academy store twice. Once to buy a smart phone after my house was totaled in the Black Forest wildfire - took 3 hours to buy a phone, at least 1 hour of which was waiting for a service rep (I was #6 in queue). Needed to use the bathroom while waiting and was told to go to the hamburger place next door. Bad start. However, the Service rep I got was V helpful, great tude, sold me an I-phone and set up a couple basic things to get me started - email, etc. I bought several accessories. I LOVE the I-phone; could not get through the rebuilding and insurance process without it.Second visit a week later. All I wanted to do is return one of the accessories, unopened unused unneeded. Had to wait for another service rep. Couldnt line up at the cashier to just get my $ back, no. Cashier was acting as a service rep. They suggested I make an appointment and pointed me to computer keyboard. Keyboard didnt work well, and 10 minutes later when I finally got all my details entered in, and hit SUBMIT, the program blew up with an internal error. I walked out and will never go back.
I can not wait to get out of my contract all they care about is your money. MMy contract is almost over and Im super excited I can get away from Verizon as fast as possible. They dont even care about bad reviews because there are enough idiots buying phones and signing contracts.
Thought my family was being very well and courtesly in store and was sold four Pixel units. However, after sale, at home, found several features not included, others included additional cost and bold lie that program installed did NOT give us unlimited data which was main reason we purchased phones. Secondly, two of four phones drops calls very often and are less quality than old umits.
Jay was the rudest person I’ve ever met in customer service. Bought a warranty screen replacement for my iphone8 plus. Came in to have them exchange it like promised, Jay rolled his eyes when I asked if he would help me. He then proceeded to put the screen on wrong. When I asked if he could please fix it his words were “you can buy another and do it your damn self this is a curtesy.” Won’t be coming back to this store.
This is without a doubt the most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever been a part of. The manager, Jacob is the least helpful person I have ever encountered. I have never walked into a business looking to resolve an issue and leave with threats of the police being called. Guess what, Jacob... I will make it my lifes ambition to stop any one from entering that sorry excuse of a store. If you value your time or have an ounce of self respect, avoid this joke at all costs.
They resolved a long-standing problem with my tablet. They were very qualified and helpful.
Bought the new 8+ when it came out. Minor glitch with the screen. Took it back to this location and they ordered me a new one under the warranty. Cool. I get the new one and take it to the store for them to transfer the SIM card and data. They had no sympathy for my inability to be tech savvy. Closed the doors and told me they open again in the morning. I will never come back to this location again.#terriblecustomerservice
I have been with Verizon for 10 years and visited this store multiple times. My experience with customer service at this location has been unsatisfactory each time. If you need to visit a Verizon location, I would not recommend this location. I dont say this to be mean but I liken their customer service to receiving undercooked or cold food at a good restaurant; even though you know the place is good, it does not make you want to go back.

Lousy experience. Couldnt get straight answers. First it was 10GB of data. Then it was 15GB. Then it was 8GB. Salesman got angry when I asked for clarification. I would recommend the Verizon store on N Carefree and Powers Blvd over this location.
Verizon sucks! I tried doing an order online and got an idiotic fraud detection. I called twice because I didnt get through the first time and waited for a total of 30 minutes on hold! I finally got through and they wanted to confirm my address with an electric bill. You are telling me a billion company cant figure out my address in about 5 seconds on the internet. I said no thanks. If Verizon is going to make it such a hassle to start an account online than they shouldnt bother making that an option and only allow folks to go in a store to start an account.
Been a customer for a long time and am disappointed that I cannot immediately see someone without an appointment. No signs about appointments or how to get one. Sign on door said they were open until 7, but closed at 5. No bathroom available for the public.
I would avoid this store unless its paying a bill at the kiosk. Have been impressed the the customer service, answers Ive received or wait times in the last 5 years. The stores I have used before moving to Colorado springs were at least 4 stars if not 5.
Just came from there, first time at this location. I was approached immediately after walking in and offered help. Im happy to say, Awesome job guys and girls, thank you so much!
So helpful, Jaun was the tech that sold me my phone and then helped the next day when I couldnt figure the new features out. I love Verizon and this store everyone is so helpful and friendly ❤
Hit or miss service depending on who is helping you.Pros - good staff are very helpful at answering questions, working with you, and finding solutions.Cons - Ive never gotten through to a person when calling the store. Lots of pressure for upsells and extras. Occasional unfriendly or unhelpful staff member.
