BUYERS BEWARE! I would not reccommend anyone ever do business here or buy an infiniti. As a 3 time infiniti owner I can say with experience, they have gone down in quality big time. This place is a sham and will gladly rip you off then offer you 40% less than you paid for the vehicle on a trade in just weeks later when you realize you were sold a lemon!

So the wife found a great deal on a 2017 QX80 at Red Noland Infinity. We called Justin in Sales to see if it was available. It was so we went to take a look see. Justin had it running and the A/C on just waiting on us to jump in and go for a spin. We went on a test drive and really liked the car so back to the dealership for a long drawn out process of buying the car. NOT TODAY says Justin. He has us taken care of in no time at all. It was actually a very relaxed process. We never felt pressured at any time even during all the paperwork and financial stuff. This is not our first time dealing with Red Noland Infinity and the INCREDIBLE PEOPLE that work there. Shout out to Chuck Hoyle in the Service Dept. Im a tow operator. I was delivering a car there for service and the guy I talked to refused to sign my paperwork showing I delivered the car. He was very rude and said Im not going to sign your paperwork showing you delivered the car.
Adam and the crew were excellent. Our youngest fell asleep in the car on the test drive and we finished the sale right as she woke up. By far the easiest car buying experience of my life. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with the team at Red Noland. We live over 90 minutes away from the dealership, but they had a car that we were interested in. I contacted them through the Web, and immediately heard back from Stephanie D. She sent an introductory video, and responded to my questions immediately. Her communication from that point forward was excellent, and she made my son and I feel like we were VIPs when we arrived at the dealership.There was no pressure or hype, she had the car ready for me to drive the minute we arrived (even pulled it up close to the door so we saw it when we pulled up). We decided to purchase the car, and from that moment until we drove away in it was less than 90 minutes. Again, no pressure or hype, and everyone was kind.This is what it should be like to purchase a car every time.
After purchase, they pretended they werent aware of problems. After I mentioned the lists, they got away with saying the cars are sold As-Is. It is someehat my fault to buy a car from out of state.
If you’re a single woman needing service on your car, I urge you to please go elsewhere. I absolutely love the infiniti dealer in Denver I bought my car from but unfortunately they are far. So I came here and immediately wanted to leave. These service advisors clearly think all woman are dumb when it comes to they’re vehicles, and I assure you we are not.

Was sold a vehicle in 2018, I paid cash! All I had and was not even in the vehicle for 10 months before it blew up and left me and my two children stranded! Watch out for Mr. Beneke if your female.

I LOVE Red Noland Infinity. This is my 3rd lease here, and I did not even consider another brand or location. I call John Zumbo with my requirements and needs, he suggested the top two fits for my requirements, we looked at a couple of others just in case, and I chose one of his suggestions. I love it even more than my last car and am so impressed with how well he matched me to my needs. I feel like a real person and even a friend when I go into Infinity. I am also working with Stephanie Davison on this contract, and she has been wonderful. She was a perfect fit for my personality, and I expect a continued relationship. John and Stephanie have both given me follow up calls and have been available to answer a couple additional questions. They are knowledgeable about the technology (and encouraging, as I am not!). John and his staff run an extremely classy and professional car showroom. And while I am here, I want to also commend their service department. I absolutely love Tess, who always gives me great professional service, as well as Chuck and Ben who have bailed me out a couple of times and kept me on the road. I was traveling from Oklahoma City to Colorado Springs late on a Friday night when I ran into an issue with my car. I was able to make it to Colorado Springs. On Saturday morning, I called the service department at Red Noland Infiniti and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at. I was able to drive one of their vehicles while mine was in the shop, which was helpful since I had some items to take care of that day. I picked up the car later that morning. Late afternoon my service consultant, Ben, called me just to check and make sure I wasnt having any problems since he knew I still had to drive back to Oklahoma City. The service department has very personable staff and I would recommend this dealership for your service needs.

We just purchased a QX50 from Red Noland Infiniti. Our sales agent was great. The entire process and sales team were great. The only reason we gave a 3 star rating is that the vehicle was not cleaned as well as expected once we were given the keys. It was definitely a rushed job. We would have expected to gave a good thorough interior cleaning done especially with the issue of COVID-19. We had to do a good cleaning when arrived home. They need to step up their final delivery process.
Had been going around to a few dealerships looking for a car. I had no idea what I wanted. I am one of those people that needs to sit in it, drive it and get a feel for it to see if it will suit my needs. I had stopped at Stearns Ford several times looking for a good used car. After test driving a few, Charles told me about a Ford Fusion. I had never tried one of those before. Immediately after driving it I knew that was the car for me. I did some research online for safety, reliability and a fair price. He let me take the car for the afternoon before I made a final decision. I fell in love and purchased it that evening. He was always there to help me find what I needed but I never felt pressured. I was in control of my decision and didnt feel pushed in any particular way or another. Very happy with my purchase and the way Stearns Ford helped me in my final decision.

Last time my vehicle was serviced, there was a significant hailstorm; the service department put as many of the customer cars in the service bays to protect them from hail damage. I loved being able to go online, choose the vehicle I was interested in, fill out the credit app and received a call from the dealership the very next morning. Within one day I was scheduled for a test drive. The process was wonderful and I spent a total of about 2 hours at the dealership and drove away with the car of my dreams! I would recommend online shopping for anyone, but this dealership made everything feel so smooth with no pressure my sales consultant was extremely helpful. The person who greeted us in the lot was David. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Sometimes stopping into a luxury vehicle lot can be intimidating (for me at least), but we didnt feel that way at Red Noland INFINITI. It was a casual, but professional atmosphere. David went straight to the point, asked us what we were looking for, and showed us exactly what we wanted. We truly appreciated this. We were undecided between two cars so we slept on it. The quality of service never changed and we were eager to go back the following Monday. The best part is that we didnt have to do any negotiating, the car was priced under the kbb value, and we still received a military discount. I needed to get a front licence plate holder on my Inifiniti Q50 that day. I would not have been able to drive the car after the day of service. The service staff did not have time for an appointment for me but took me in anyways. They got the license plate holder installed and put on my front plate. I waited in the very nice lounge while the work was done. The staff were warm and outgoing. After they finished working on my car they washed it so it looked new again. Everything about my experience was positive. I was well taken care of by the service staff at Red Noland Inifiniti.

They put forth effort that a larger Infiniti dealership in Denver would not, and their pricing was as good if not better (we searched out of state too. Their offer on a potential trade-in was fair as well). They remained focused even after we signed the paperwork, ensuring the vehicle met all expectations upon delivery and following up with us. Visiting the dealership for service can be an intimidating experience for a young female, but the service consultants at Red Noland Infiniti always go out of their way to explain all recommended services and are as trustworthy as they come. Chuck even explained the needed repairs to my father over the phone (not an easy feat) and understood that I needed to get his opinion before agreeing to any work. He even fit me into the schedule that day!
Ive purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. The process with Red Noland Infinity was the best experience Ive had at a dealership. I dont typically trade in vehicles but they gave me a very fair price for my Jeep. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite and this was the quickest transaction Ive ever had. The professionalism and integrity are refreshing here. For example; I returned from vacation with my car not starting. After I failed to jump start it, I wasnt sure what the problem was, so I had the vehicle towed in to see whats going on. Turns out my battery was very drained from a plugged in phone charger and they charged it for me at no cost. When I picked up my car, I also saw they washed it for me too! I thought about that experience for a couple days, simply reflecting back and admiring their integrity. How easily could they have sold me a new battery or similar nonsense Id grown accustomed to at other dealerships? Yet, even when I asked them about the merits of installing a new battery, they insisted my existing battery was fine. The service here is 2nd to none! Thanks Ben & Chuck!!

As usual, the Service Team took care of my G37 and me in excellent fashion. I had a 7:00 AM appointment and when i arrived, the Loaner car was ready for me. I heckled in and was on my way int less than 10 minutes. The work on the car was done to my satisfaction and I picked up the car when it was promised.

I love my QX50 and the sells department. Now the service department Tess in particular is not very user friendly to certain customers. I notice when I was there she went out of her way to speak to other customers and help them. Me after my car was diagnosed (after sitting in the dealership for 2 hours) and we made an appointment I received a call saying I have to take a picture of my display units. The problem still not fixed.

Buying experience was pretty good. The Jeep that I got was used and in spite of their inspection - the tires were terribly balanced. When I took it to Discount Tire, they told me it was the worst tire balance theyd ever seen. There are some other mechanical issues that should have been addressed under the inspection but are relatively minor. I do feel like I still got a good deal on the Jeep, but had higher expectations regarding the condition since theyd had it for a while, done an inspection and had made some repairs to the truck, just not the ones they probably should have.
I had an appointment that didnt start on time, and i noticed when they brought other customers in they offered coffee and other beverages. They continued to walk through they waiting area as we sat...though we had to wait an hour and a half past our appointment time ...the point was made that we could leave...guess cause we are a little darker2 hours later still waiting...no apologizes even though I know they have read the review., though a couple came in for their appointment and was done in less than 30..they still have my truck...so think its safe to drive

Chuck always tells me how long the service is going to take and is almost always dead on, and he also lets me know in advance how much its going to cost. I am always given the benefit of a loaner car as well. But Chuck always makes sure that everything gets done appropriately and quickly, and he goes the extra mile to make sure Im happy with the service. The service department has taken great care of my car, and I couldnt be happier.

Ended up with an awesome Q50 hybrid. All the staff was great, accommodating, and professional. I even got a little hot headed after reviewing the condition of the used car and almost pulled the plug. This is the only dealership in Colorado Springs that truly understands what customer service is. We took our time selecting the car we wanted and we test drove vehicles from Lexus, Acura, Volvo Ford Chevy Toyota and although a few of those had great vehicles- the low pressure sales but with enough customer care to show they truly value your business is the best in this town. We are not from here and purchased our vehicles from Las Vegas which is a true service industry which left us very disappointed when visiting dealers in the Springs...until our experience at Red Noland INFINITI save yourself the hassle of the other guys and go straight here, I highly recommend them

Purchased a Pre-Owned 2011 Suburban from Red Noland Infinity. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff made me feel very comfortable. They were smooth, professional and friendly. I worked with David Beneake, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and importantly was very low pressure. After the test drive, negotiations were short and I feel like I got their best price right away (several thousand below book). It took less than 45 minutes from the handshake to me walking out with the car. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely do business with them again.

We took our JX35 in due to a suspicious noise. Ben was very helpful. The issue was fixed and we got our car back promptly. Excellent service.
Amazing staff; though we did not commit to a vehicle today, the staff were both helpful and understanding. Carl even sat down and read to our three year old allowing us to focus on the details of each option provided.

Fine company, very attentive. Less than excited that the techs used Mobil 1 oil instead of Castrol Edge for my oil change, but no ones fault. These guys get customer service! I returned my lease this week. It literally took 5 minutes. John Zumbo was great. As I was leaving he asked if he could get me a lift home. I told him I was going to take an UBER and he called one of his guys over and asked him to give me a ride home. Every experience we have with them is the same. Classy organization.
It was great. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I told how sorry I was and was told all we needs is the keys. We are so lucky to have an Infiniti and Red Noland.
