He worked inside my budget and was able to squeeze me into a brand new 2021 trailblazer. It was a great experience working with him and the rest of the sales team. I was contacted by text by the tech who would be servicing my vehicle. Gerry, my regular service advisor discussed ways I could save on future expenses as he was closing out my bill. I also received a follow up text from the Service Director. All I can say is, What great service!

Took almost a month for to fix my truck on something that shouldn’t have. Was told it would take 1 week to then a couple days after that lead up to 3 weeks. Would call and no one would answer my calls to find out the status of truck. Ended up going in person to see what was going on and magically the next day it was fixed after I went to go complain. Was not given a rental car either. Would not recommend going

All went well. My only complaint is that after the service visit, I got low pressure warning for my tires while driving home. Instead of being at 35 pounds, the onboard sensors said they were 31-33 pounds. I feel this should have been calibrated while being serviced, especially since the tires are filled with nitrogen. Same thing happened the service before this one.

So I go and get an oil change on my car. As soon as its completed, the person I worked with to get it done apologizes to me about my rim having a big scratch and had me sign and initial an incident report. He also gave me his business card and a managers business card. He told me they would be reaching out to get it repaired. After 3 weeks i had to call and check on the status. Then I get a follow up call from the person who I worked with getting the oil change and another person that i assume was a manager of some sort. He asked me to send him a picture of the whole wheel with the tire size. After that i havent heard from anyone. I just recently sent a text to that same number asking for a status and got no reply. This is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the General Manager of the Dealership(Mike Manning), If he doesnt see this first. You dont treat your customers like that... period. I am really sparing them by not putting names but if the General Manager asks i have all voicemails and cards. So basically it will be handled. Daniels Long Chevrolet service department isnt what it used to be. At any rate, i wouldnt recommend anyone to their service department if they arent accountable for something they did.My wife and I have been going there for years. Not anymore!

Service scheduled was an oil change. Service was decent. Tech did not reset oil change reminder in vehicle.I received an estimate for $2000 worth of work at the end of the oil change, to include replacing the front and rear shocks. This is due to the tech stating that they were leaking. The shocks accounted for about $1200 of the estimate. However, the shocks were about 18 months old with less than 20k miles on them. I took the vehicle to another shop and they confirmed (and put in writing) that there were no issues with the shocks at all.The appearance that this gives to a customer makes me very leary of trusting this service department with any of the other items within the estimate and future services. I left a message with my service advisor to discuss the estimate issue the week after the second shop looked at the truck (in an attemt to discuss prior to this review) but did not receive a call back.

Our service write Beau was very nice. My vehicle was they way longer than it should have been due to lack of employees. Our warranty company was hard to get hold of due to lack of employees and excessive hold times. Once approval was finally given my parts were said to be on back order. We ended up paying for a rental car a few days longer than we should have since the paperwork was put on Beau’s desk even though he was on vacation.

Honestly I’m just shocked. My salesman was James. We had chatted earlier about a new trailblazer.I scheduled an appointment to view/test drive the car at 430 pm. I got off work ( military) early to attend this and actually wanted to buy this car. I brought my trade in with me…. After any test drive I have done at every dealership I have worked with, they always give me the out the door price of the vehicle I want with the trade in value included in that said worksheet that shows the price of the vehicle, taxes exc… I told them I liked it.. and he brought me a credit application.. I then asked for the worksheet showing the out the door price with my trade in value… and James replied with “ he said no”What kind of answer is that to someone trying to do business with you ? 100% don’t recommend for military members to buy from here if they’re just going to disrespect you, right to your face while in uniform. That’s absolutely ridiculous and I can’t believe that’s even a sales practice.I would have filled out said credit application if i would have known the out the door cost of the car with my trade in value like every deal ship does except for apparently this one salesman/ sales manager. The disrespect is 100% appalling. Don’t waste your time here. Travel to Denver and stay away from any long dealership, especially military members.I can’t believe they would even think I was stupid enough to sign a credit application without even talking numbers? Unprofessional beyond belief. I’ve seen kids run lemonade stands with more respect and efficiency

I called Long Chevy today to verify about a $500.00 update that another dealership quoted us to fix the radio. Tony Cruz not only told me that he had never even heard of that but how to update the radio. He also said if that did not work that they would diagnose it for free. I had a check engine light that came on and Tony made sure to get me an appointment as soon as possible. When the results came back with a lot of work needing to be done, Tony set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I would not miss work while the repairs were completed. He even went a step further to ensure that the cost was below $4000 total. I even received a surprise of a full car detail free of charge when my vehicle was returned to me.

My Chevy Colorado ZR2 broke down and the first shop I went to couldnt figure out what was wrong. Daniels Long not only figured out the problem within minutes, but they had my truck back on the road immediately! I was given a rental car when the last location didnt even offer rental services and I received updates from Beau on a regular basis. Very friendly, knowledgeable personnel and I appreciate their focus on the vehicle service. I would like to say that they probably need a more appropriate customer waiting area. You can hear everyones conversations about their vehicles, payment questions, etc. The parts counter/lobby, customer waiting area, and service team are all one in the same so it can be very noisy/distracting and uncomfortable if you need to discuss payment options. A set away waiting room with some coffee and water would be nice especially if you have to wait for your vehicle. Thankfully they do offer to drive you home and pick you up if youre within 10 miles of the dealership.

I feel like my encounter was not professional at all. I did not receive the video of my inspection and had to ask numerous times before even receiving pictures that were taken only because I continued to ask about the inspection video. I was told the technicians don’t like to send videos which gave me reason to believe they either lie or do something wrong during inspections! Women get taken advantage of and I felt this was definitely the case. If the technicians aren’t required to do record the inspections the company shouldn’t be telling people they will receive it. Lincoln gives me a video every time and I expected the same from Chevy not a bunch of excuses. I also left a message for the service and branch managers and a week later no one has responded! I will never use this service department again

Service writer was short professional and to the point and did his job satisfactory. Have had frequent trouble with service writers in the past at Daniels so was relieved for good service in this regard. Had an issue with a gauge after leaving and called service manager directly and left a message. Has now been three business days and not received a call back

Went in for an airbag recall, asked them to fix my door, my heater and replace some glass. They put in the wrong glass, my heater is actually more dangerous and worse, the door still doesnt function properly, and my airbag warning light is on. Totally worth $1400Follow up, they had the window fixed. After much scheduling and having my truck for another solid month, i just asked for it back. Im going to sell the truck. The door and heater vent are still not fixed. But hey, we got the right windshield. Im glad i stay away from the dealers!

Ernie the Service Director really took care of me today not only did he restore my trust in this service department, he paired me up with Tony Cruz the absolute best service advisor in the place and Ashley the most detail oriented tech Ive had work on my vehicles, both were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable when I had questions. I look forward to working with these folks in the future. I went to Daniels Long Chevrolet today to get an oil change. When I arrived there were two vehicles without drivers sitting at the entrance to the drive-in service area. After 5-10 minutes someone moved the vehicles and I proceeded into the entrance. One employee who moved a truck told me that someone would be with me shortly. I noticed several employees at the service department desks. I waited for a full 20 minutes more before someone came out to help me. I was told that I needed to have an appointment to get an oil change, which I wasnt aware of. What made me the angriest was that someone couldnt bother to come and tell me within the first 5 minutes of my arrival. I will no longer take my business to Daniels for car service. We have purchased vehicles from Daniels in the past and they have been servicing my Chevrolet Impala for years.

He apologized that they were extremely busy this morning and that it may take longer than usual. I understood this. However they have an app that shows the status of your vehicle and I saw many cars checking in behind me who were serviced before mine. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment.

My wife had an issue with her 2015 Equinox not holding a charge and not starting. We installed a new battery and the issue continued. We had it dropped off at Daniels Long Chevrolet and also dropped off a brand new battery after the tech states that the new battery we just installed must be bad. They called us later in the afternoon and told us that the generator feed wire that attached to the starter was disconnected and this is what was causing the vehicle not to start. Her Equinox has an extended warranty and we were told that since this wire was loose it was not covered under our warranty. How does that make sense and how does that fall on us? We are not mechanics and do not have time to troubleshoot charging issues ourselves let alone mess with wires which is why an extended warranty was purchased. We ended up paying $340.00 (invoice 448526) for something that should have been covered under the extended warranty but instead this dealership used a disconnected wire as a cop out to not honor their warranty and charge us to clip a wire back on the starter.If you are considering buying a vehicle here, think twice before you pay for an extended warranty. This is another way for car dealers to further line their pockets with your money.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM!

The rear driver side grab handle was not reinstalled after work was completed and had to be reinstalled by the body shop that brought my car in for service. It did not take very long for this issue to be fixed, but the grab handle was left in plain sight in the rear cup holders and it was found after even a cursory inspection of the vehicle at pickup.That said, the replacement parts and all work completed was done quite well.

We purchased a 2020 suburban in February of 2021 and test drove it at night when it was snowing. Upon returning to the dealership we wanted to discuss purchase and details which went fine until we asked to sleep on it. Our sales associate and sales manager that night got a little pushy and we decided to complete the purchase with plans to pick the vehicle up a few days later. Delivery went great and we loved our new vehicle until driving up to Wyoming. At highway speeds we learned the rear bumper’s bracket was broken and it flaps at that speed. Discussed issue with service and sales and was told Daniels was not responsible.Second issue was the KARR security system that was sold to us. About 2 months after owning vehicle, we started to notice electrical issues and vehicle’s power steering, instrument panel, display would not function. Brought it in and was told the KARR system was causing the issue and had to be removed/disabled. After many phone calls with out response I was finally able to talk to someone who refunded purchase price.Then just a few days ago i had to bring it in due to engine not turning over and requiring a jump every time to start. Turns out they replaced the battery but it was an ordeal just to get them to do that because I didn’t have an appointment. This was not a scheduled maintenance issue and time sensitive. For a 2020 vehicle I don’t see why the battery was already shot.Over all, I feel for the age of the vehicle and the trust we put in Daniels to provide quality vehicles, this has not been a good experience. If the bumper bracket is broken threat should have been easily discovered during refurbishing prior to listing for sale on the lot or during prep for delivery. This should have been disclosed prior to purchase and now body shops want ~1600 to replace bumper.Definitely have lost trust in Daniels for purchasing another vehicle.

This dealership is extremely shady. I purchased a new 2021 Chevy Suburban from them and they added on $5,000 in additional charges without even asking me. One of them was for ceramic coating, which was done incorrectly twice. The first time they had white patches all over the vehicle where it looked like the clear coat on the paint had been rubbed off. They apologized and redid it. It was still done incorrectly, I took it to a detail specialist and they charged me $1,600 for paint correction and new ceramic coating. One of the other things they charged me for was some type of windshield repair coverage. When I read the fine print of this coverage it states that it only pays for up to $500. Well I know for a fact a windshield for a new suburban is a lot more than $500. Lastly there was damage done to the rear wheel wells in transport to the dealership before I purchased it. We pointed this out before purchase and they ensured me they would repair it. Well we are still waiting for that to happen. They claim that it will be replaced but still has not been done! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have tried to reach out to them and they have not returned my emails. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I was told the vehicle will be at my house at a certain time. It made it the last day 9:30 at night. It wouldnt have made it at all if I would have been so diligent . I was told car was being delivered from another state on a truck. Apparently it was driven 750 miles before it got to my house. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know that before purchasing the car. None of the sales guys delivered the car to explain how things work. Sorry to say customer service is not a part of Daniel Chevrolet. Sales guys may be able to spin it any way they want. I shouldnt have to call to find out where my car is.

I wish that Karr security system was optional. Everything I find online screams its a scam. It cost $1000 from you which is about a 80-90% markup. It doesnt have any features that the vehicle doesnt already have.

Great experience. C Powell was our salesman. Super patient and accommodating to what our needs were. Never over stepped his bounds which honestly made the sale for me. The dealership had great inventory and took great care of us. Would highly recommend.

A bit frustrating to schedule service. I called service four times, left messages three of those times, no callback. I went online and scheduled service at a time slot that was open. Received a VM saying that time actually wasnt open, even though it was open on the web. I called back to reschedule, finally reached someone, and rescheduled. The service appointment still took 2 1/2 hours for just an oil change. Crazy.

I was visiting from Missouri in August when my check engine light came on (again - after having been caught in a flash flood and the car being serviced in Missouri prior to leaving). They got me in super quickly, Anthony was very communicative and happy to answer my questions, and couldnt have been kinder or more accommodating. They did an excellent job, and ended up finding and fixing a problem that my local dealer caused without charging me extra. Definitely wasnt on my list to have car problems while traveling, but as my Grandpa said - I really should get my car serviced here regularly. A bit of a drive for that, but if I lived in town I certainly would!

I took my Saturn here for what my mechanic called a dealer only repair, well $1664 and 6 wks later I am still having issues with my car. The original issue I was having was not fixed. So they replaced the BCM and at that point released my car to me, my car at that point was in limp mode, they said absolutely nothing to me at all, when I asked about it they told me I would be fine to drive it home. I was not, I broke down in woodland park. It took me 2 wks to decide to take it back to them I was so upset. But I did, at that time the said it was the wiring harness, but it wasnt, then they said it was the ECM. Well I finally got my car back. I now have a crack in my windshield they said was not their fault and now when I drive my car just at random my car will loose everything on the dash and my power steering will go out, I took it back to them and because the tow driver disconnected something under the car and said he didnt they didnt check anything and said there is nothing wrong with my car. So I ask a friend to check my car out, he found my battery cables werent even tightened down on the battery! So needless to say this place is a total joke and rip off! BEWARE!!Update: sent 2 emails got no response, my car now has no power steering and the electrical is no longer working and guess what no one will return my calls!!

I had received a call about this dealership wanting to buy my car back because they were low on used car inventory and wanted to get me in a newer vehicle. My husband and I were very upfront about being happy with my vehicle and not wanting to go any higher in payments. When we went in for our appointment time we were waiting for quite some time before even being able to meet with the finance manager, Nic Long. Right after he sat down with us we were once again up front about not wanting a higher payment and without so much as a word he stormed off, leaving us to sit and wonder what had just happened. The gentlemen helping us was very kind and equally as confused as to what had just happened. Needless to say I will never again give my business to this dealership due to how Nic Long chose to treat myself and my husband. I highly recommend finding a different Chevy dealership to work with.

Sales was amazing in getting me into the vehicle we wanted. But after that the service department has ruined all faith I had in been treated like family.1st. They rushed a 1000 dollar ceramic coat. Leaving nasty streaks and un treated areas.2. Making appointments just to arrive finding out they didnt order the associated recall parts prior to my appointment. Causing delays with out a vehicle in excess of 3 days ..The enable to loan a vehicle of like size after service department enabling to order or fix issues caused by manafactor defaults is disheartening

We went looking to several dealerships for a 2020 Chevy RS Blazer but the only one that was very accommodating and was there from the start was Daniels long. We had the red carpet rolled out when we got there James was the one that helped us from the time we meet him he was very sweet and knew how to get us what we wanted. James worked very hard to get us in the RS Blazer he was in a great attitude every time we would go over there. We got the best deal on the car even though the car had hail damage the dealership said they would fix it and about 1 week down the road and i was really worried because this was our first new vehicle and wanted this fixed right so they did a courtesy to call the owner of the hail damage repair and came to talk to me to tell me what they will be doing to be able to put my mind at ease. I felt very comfortable knowing that we were in good hands from the start with James to even Mike Manning. Fast forwarding we got the car back from the hail damage and we were very happy and satisfied they even let me look at the car under the light. Once the hail was fixed we took the car to get its ceramic coat on the inside and outside and they did a great job very minor issues but over all they did an amazing job. James and Chris (service) were always there for us and we couldnt be more happier with our purchase and look forward to buying another vehicle in beginning of next year. Thank you Danials Long for our great experience we look forward to further business.

Had a great experience with the sales dept. they went to great lengths to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for and make the deal happen. I was very satisfied with every aspect and did not feel any pressure at all. Shannon was very patient and helpful with me on the selection of the vehicle. I would highly recommend them!
