The customer experience was the best you can get as far as Im concerned. Im 3000 miles from home on a cross country road trip towing a camper and broke down just down the road from this location. My diesel truck d rated and was ready to quit. Carrie got me in and took great care of us. She went way beyond what a normal employee would do. They were two weeks backed up, they still got me in and worked on the truck. When it needed to be test driven she took the truck after hours to put some miles on it for testing the next day. Within a day and a half I was back on the road ready to go. They even let me park my camper for the day after my reservation was up at a local campground in their lot until my truck was ready to go. If I am ever in the area again this is where Ill come for breakdowns.

Came in to buy a new Yukon but they are over priced. They are charging $3000 ABOVE MSRP for an Allstate paint and protection add on but its a market adjustment they are also doing. They also offered way less than all other dealerships for our paid off trade in but wouldnt budge on the prices. We ended up buying a new Yukon Denali the next day for BELOW MSRP and we got $3k more than them for our trade in from a small dealership in Denver. FYI, our Yukon Denali purchase was cheaper than their regular Yukons due to their market adjustment they are doing.The salesman was nice and informative though so Ill give credit to him.

Everyone at this facility is amazing, but I gotta give Carrie from service an extra shout out because she is THE BEST. She goes out of her way to make sure my extended warranty covers what needs to be covered, she is always very helpful and she knows what shes talking about. Jared was amazing, the only reason Im giving it 1 star is because of the front desk receptionist. I called from my office twice and she claimed Please call back again because I cant hear you so I then called from my cell phone and she said I cant hear you, call back again and hung up on me. I called from another phone and I had my co-worker ask to be transferred to services, and she heard her just fine. She was very rude and snaughty. She really makes the dealership look bad. But the guys at Services were AMAZING! Jared and David were the ones to help me out.

Definitely was not the best experience at a car dealership. I had to make a second trip back the next day to finish the purchase of my new vehicle because they waited so long to move my file to finance. Then they said they did a safety inspection and comprehensive inspection with there service department, first thing we noticed at was the hook will not open then a body panel fell off. We took the car to the Tesla dealership for a further inspection to find out it needs a little under 2k in work. I would avoid buying a car for these guys.

Recently got my 2020 Encore GX serviced for it’s first oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor, Carrie Baker, explained everything in a professional, friendly manner, and told me it will take approximately 1 hour. My car was done in 1 hour. Instead of calling me through my phone or intercom, she personally brought paperwork to me, explained everything that was done, and answered all questions I had concisely. Excellent customer service!

Great service by everybody I was in contact with, Andre was great and worked with me when we had to wait two additional days for the check to clear my bank. He even offered me assistance with some other things for my vehicle that the dealership didn’t have or provide.

I had a very unusual engine problem with only 19,000 miles on my 2019 Buick enclave. The dealership took care of it in a hassle free manner and I was 100% satisfied. I actually have one other Buick dealership closer to me but at this point I will continue to use Ferguson Buick as my service center.

Family friendly staff and environment. Edward Montoya was great and did not pressure us to make any decisions on the truck. When we decided to walk away because the price was just outside of our range he was understanding. Shortly after the finance manager was able to find a way to make it work with extra cash back. The entire team was very understanding of the high pressure scenario I had at Colorado Springs Dodge and was understanding. Additionally, they didnt try to pressure us into an aftermarket warranty, which always bugs us. We would definitely go back to Ed and the team there.

The service was good but when I picked up my truck there were oily hand prints on the hood, fender, door handle and moor. I don’t expect the truck to be washed but I brought it in clean and I would expect it returned the same way. Simply wiping the areas with a clean rag would have shown pride in ones work.

My wife and I recently traded-in our older Chevrolet Suburban and purchased a very nice one-owner, low mileage, and dealer maintained Chevrolet Avalanche. Not only did they offer us fair market value on our trade-in, they also sold us the pre-owned vehicle at a really good value (especially during these struggling supply-demand times). Shout out to Stefan, Nick, and Mike for making this happen. The relationship did not stop at the end of the sale. We received a follow-up call from our seasoned sales person (Dan), and we also received an e-mail/mailing (with great coupons) from their Service Manager (Travis) encouraging us to bring our vehicle in for service (which we did-see Jared he is outstanding). Speaking of service, they have a deal not well known; i.e., if you purchase an extended service contract thru them, you get free oil changes there for the life of the purchased service contract. By the way, this was our 3rd vehicle we purchased from them and they will be the first place we look next time we are in the market. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and was charged for both but when I checked my tires, they were not rotated. Addressed it on the spot with the manager. This is unacceptable business practice. I cannot trust that any service was done on the vehicle!

I would advise anyone to not buy a used car from this dealership. I came to this dealership in good faith and was sold a car that Mike claimed everything worked on and ran great. I was also told that due to the pandemic dealerships were not receiving shipments like they typically would and a deal like that would be hard to come by. This was evidently a fraudulent statement as the day I drove it home up the mountain I noticed something was off with how it drove as it was surging and slipping. I called and was told by Nick that it was probably just the smaller engine but was also reminded I purchased the car as is. I also noticed the water spots that I’d cleaned off the headliner had returned. They agreed to take a look at that and worked on it all day as I waited only for it to still be leaking. On my second or third service appointment I listed all the issues I was having and they agreed to inspect it only to tell me that the transmission needed to be replaced. So they talked about trading it in for a different vehicle, ran my credit again, and asked how much I was able to put down but after having already paid so much into this car for not even owning it a month I was taken aback. There is no way this vehicle was properly inspected prior to it being sold to me. They claim they are trying to make it right but continue to just waste my time. My mother and I both have called multiple times as well as have left messages only for this issue to continue and for no one to actually address it. This entire fiasco has been disappointing and discouraging and I do believe that my naivety of a first time car buyer has been taken advantage of.

We stopped in to look at a chevy silverado just to see a size comparison between the crew cab and a double cab. We have had to bring our vehicle in for service repeatedly due to fix actions not being completed correctly. After this last visit, when I replaced the air filter myself, I found a tool the dealership left in the engine compartment. This is poor workmanship and even worse attention to detail!

Management couldn’t have been more disrespectful with helping me out with a simple question about financing. Had a bad look at me the moment I walked in. They acted as if I was up to something nefarious when I just had a simple question. Bad look.

I went into Ferguson Brick/GMC because I was getting tired of going to different shops to get my vehicle worked on only to come back with more issues. When I went in I had already made my mind that I was going to get a new vehicle but I wasn’t too sure what I wanted. But, Stephan, Donte, and Bill they all took care of me.
