I just purchased a new vehicle last week after the hail we had totaled my Ford Focus.Personally, I was welcomed by Dustin Roberts and taken care of very well. Him and Reed Huling made sure to find a vehicle with the specifications that were important to me. I paid for what I wanted and needed and nothing more. I will never ever ever buy from Phil Long as long as I live. We were treated the worst I have ever been treated by a company in my entire life.We went in to look at their used cars. Found a couple at other locations that we were interested in looking at. They said we would have to put in an application before they brought the cars for us to look at, which we were fine with. They said they would call us first thing the next morning to let us know if we were approved. I had not received a call by lunch time so I called them and left several messages and had my sales guy (who was off that day) call and he was not able to get an answer. I had to call the finance company to find out that we were definitely approved. Still no answer from Phil Long. So we decided to go to the other location ourselves and look at the car. The second we walked in they had a major attitude and were mean and nasty. They said we had to fill out another app (because they were not affiliated with the other branch) just to even see the car. So we did. The car was filthy but we decided to go ahead on it. We dealt with nasty attitude and being treated like second-class citizens the whole time. The car was marked 600 less on the windshield as the price online. When we asked for that price, they said absolutely not because they did not want to lose that much money on it. So we asked for the online price and they said the same thing - no because they would lose too much money. I told them they should sell it for the advertised price and was retorted If you want to bring that to me in cash plus dealer fees right now I will sell it to you for that price. I was furious. He made snide comments like that the rest of the time, which wasnt long as at all before we left. I left furious and will never ever go back.

Our company had a great experience with Ken over at Ford Commercial. He was professional, honest, and delivered what we were looking for. We will be back again for another vehicle.

I had an awesome expierence at Phil Long. I worked with an excellent employee Austin Hambelton. He was professional and on his game. They worked with me on my trade in and the price of my purchase vehicle. The vehicle i purchased was a recent trade and they treated me right and did a lot of service work before i got into the vehicle. Would highly recommend Austin and the Phil Long team.
