I would like to thank Audi Colorado Springs for taking the time to work on an out of the ordinary service project for us. They agreed to fix our shark fin antenna on top of our vehicle (normally a body shop task). They did a great a job, and Andrew, our service representative was in routine communication with us letting us the progress along the way.

The entire buying process was painless and very collaborative. The salesperson Hendrik and I reviewed their incoming inventory that would meet my personal needs. Hendrik reviewed with me all the trim levels to best determine which trim level would meet most if not all my needs. I placed a deposit on a Q5 that would arrive 4-6 weeks. Hendrik called me and informed me a Q5 arrived that I might be interested in seeing. The next day I went to see the new arrival and started the buying process. The very next day the Q5 was bought. I informed 2 people that I would like the wheel wells be cleaned since it looked like it was driven through dirt and puddles. The wheel wells were not cleaned at the time of purchase. Two days after purchase I was cleaning the windshield since it rained the day before and this is when I noticed what looks like a deformity in the glass, which I will ask the dealer to inspect. I also noticed along each side of the windshield frame there was a line of sticky glue film on the paint, which appears to be the remains from the protective cover from shipping, which I expected the Dealer Prep fee to cover. The entire buying process was professional and courteous. I am very happy with the Q5 and the level of service I received during the buying process. I highly recommend buying from Audi Colorado Springs.

For the last three years, I have been helped by Justin in the service department. I am consistently appreciative of his thoughtful insight, professionalism, attention to detail, and assistance in all matters. After a very poor purchase experience from Audi Denver, Justin and the Audi Colorado Springs dealership helped get my car back on the road with all issues resolved. As a customer and Audi Club of North America member, Audi Colorado Springs is the only dealership I trust in the area and would recommend them and their service department to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.

Purchased a new Q7 for my wife back in April and was told they would do their best to expedite our title and registration papers so I could register the car before my deployment. Long story short they didnt even try! Her temp tags expired in 02 June 21 and when my wife sent messages to the sales rep, she didnt even get a reponse! She was pretty upset so I just told her it was probably because of COVID to calm her down. A few more go buy and I tried calling and left messages to the guy who said he would try to expedite my registration papers and didnt get any response! It is now November and someone finally called me and asked me to sign a bill of sale so they can take it to the DMV for my title, registration, and plate! The buying process was great but once we drove off with the car we didnt matter! Worst customer service I ever had! They acted like they were military friendly but proved otherwise!

M girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience at Phil Long Audi Colorado Springs. When we first entered we were referred to our sales associate Alex and he patiently listened to us while we described what we were looking for the collected a list of potential vehicles for us to pick from. He came with us on every test drive and worked with us all weekend long while we made a decision. When the time came to purchase we were transferred to John our finance manager and he got us the best rate we could have ever imagined and explained every step of the process. No hidden fees or gotchas or anything unexpected during the process. The dealership also gave us a fantastic trade in value on our old car that beat out every proposed trade in value we had prior from several other dealers. During our purchase I was unfortunately involved in a car accident and was put in the hospital for a week. The dealership staff worked patiently around my recovery schedule and did everything they could to ease the purchase process for us while I worked to get back on my feet. If anyone is looking for a car in Colorado I 100% recommend to visit this dealer because you wont be disappointed. Great staff, great service, great vehicle selection. Car buying can be very difficult at times but here it is quite enjoyable and fun!

Sherman. 100% I bought this car because of Sherman. I have never owed or really invested any knowledge into Audi, but Sherman answered all of my questions (and doubts) with a crazy awesome personality. He won my 3 year old over in 2 seconds and spent the whole time one step ahead of what I needed. Just overall happy we got introduced to Sherman.

It was a late Friday afternoon, had trouble on the road with the battery / electrical system on our Q5. they assisted in finding a local tow company in getting the car to the dealership at 5:45, Robert ran me to the rental car company which closed at 6:00, as they were out of loaner cars since it was so late in the day. Truly five star service to get us out of a jam !!! As it turned out, there had been a rodent that chewed some electrical wiring causing the issue.

I received top-notch service! I was very pleased with getting a video report of my car to see exactly what they were doing with my car. I believe that that was a personal touch that’s important to any customer outstanding work

I WILL NOT have any other mechanic work on my car other that Mike Patterson! My cars have always been in his hands and he’s never done me wrong. Sean is the only service advisor I’ll work with. Both have excellent customer service and always shoot me straight. If you want your Audi or any other car you have worked on done right, don’t let anyone else touch it unless it’s Mike Patterson. If you want a service advisor that openly communicates with you, explains things to you, doesn’t try to take advantage and upsell you on things you don’t need, don’t work with anyone else but Sean. Moral of the story, Sean and Mike are the only names you need at Audi of Colorado Springs.

This was my first experience with Colorado Springs Audi as an Audi owner, and I have nothing bad to say. My service writer Andrew was on point, he kept me updated with the progress as I waited in the lobby area. While I waited, I had free WiFi so I could keep working, along with water, coffee, and morning breakfast snacks. I also received a text from the tech working on my car who sent me a walkaround video of my car explaining his recommendations. And when the service was done, I received a quote for recommended work and my clean and serviced car. Exactly as Id expect from an Audi dealership. Obviously I recommend them and Ill be going back.

I recently purchased a car from Audi with the help of my father and had a great experience with our sales representative Francisco throughout the whole process. He made it very easy for me to get a car that, still needed to go through evaluation and get detailed, in a very timely manner. Also, he made it almost effortless with the trade in process of my 2016 Jeep Cherokee, not to mention a very respectable trade in value for the car. All in all a great experience and great service from both Audi and Francisco.

Took care of an oil leak caused by previous oil change done by another dealer. These guys really stepped up saw the problem and fixed it in no time . Unfortunately there was a lot of oil on pan and engine . It took them quite a while to clean up but they did a great job doing it and I appreciate all of the effort . Barbara is the best sales person Ive ever worked with! I hate feeling pressured into making big decisions, so she was the perfect low-pressure sales person for me. She just gave me all the info I needed, answered all my questions, and wanted me to feel comfortable with my own decision. Honestly, I wouldve walked away and wouldnt have bought the car if she had been pushy, but she wasnt. She is so friendly and helpful, and even pulled a mechanic/service professional into our conversation to answer all my specific questions about how their hybrids work. If you value your car, DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI TO PHIL LONG AUDI. After two failed attempts to have my vehicle repaired properly, I was left stranded out of state. When I contacted them, I was treated terribly and given attitude. They take no accountability for their inexperienced mechanics, even worse they back them up. ANY DEALERSHIP IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE. they do not work on a professional level. Scott, Andrew, and Justin, have all been poor examples of management as well as human beings. They want your money, they dont care about your car. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. LOTS OF DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE, find them.

Nothing but a great experience! Barbara Mariner (client advisor) has been working with me and I have nothing but positive praise for her! She has helped me trade my vehicle in and get into a new car and was so helpful and informative during the whole process. Everyone has been so accommodating and I would gladly take my business there again. On a side note everyone at the dealership wears masks appropriately according to state guidelines unlike some other nearby dealerships which meant the world to me.

We drive from Castle Rock to get our Audi serviced at Audi Colorado Springs. We like their attention to detail and efforts to always get things done in a timely manner. The service team does a great job keeping us informed.

Overall the service and professional attention were good. My only negative comment is that when I made the appointment I asked for a sunscreen for my windshield. I said if one was not in stock, please order one. This was not done. When the service was complete I had to order the sunscreen. I live in Salida so it is not convenient to return to retrieve the sunscreen.

Corey helped me pick out a perfect first car for me and made it extremely easy. He was really understanding and listened to everything that I had to say which included concerns and how the process of financing a car works. Overall, we’ve had our Audi TTS in multiple times for service, and we continue to be extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. They had to have our car for nearly two weeks, and found out that the dealership will not provide a loaner if you have Progressive Insurance. This dealership needs to understand that repeat business is based on customer service.I’d recommend other luxury dealerships that have a significantly better service model than Audi Colorado Springs.

Corey Konochuk is the most knowledgeable and caring individual I have come across in my 40 years of purchasing multiple cars from several dealerships. Jay and Kelly in Service/Parts are the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable about ordering accessories. David in Finance is awesome. He made the paperwork go smoothly. Their detail shop did a fabulous job applying the protective film (a must have.) Scott (Finance) began this process by taking my call after-hours. He spent 20 minutes professionally and patiently answering my questions. Corey called the next day and then sent me a 10-minute video which displayed the cars many features while he did a virtual walk-through. My wife and I were sold on the newly designed A6. The price of the car was spot-on with Kelly Blue Book and NADA. The ride is awesome, and I find a new feature in the car every time I drive it!! I truly love my 2019 A6 Prestige with Sport Package and 21” wheels and HIGHLY recommend this dealership, no matter where you live (I live in Montana and found the car, after shopping for two years, online)!

Easy purchase process online. I knew what vehicle I wanted and the trade-in process was simple. I live 2.5 hours from any dealership but they drove up the car and took my trade so I didnt even have to go anywhere. Rachel was great with communication.

We purchased a previously owned 2013 allroad from Audi Colorado Springs this past week. Our sales person Francisco was excellent. He worked closely with us to make sure the deal worked out well for everyone. He arranged for a 24 hour test drive which made all the difference when compared to the standard 15 min option. I generally dread the car buying process, but Francisco and the Audi Colorado Springs team made it pretty painless.

Out experience was outstanding!From start to finish, we were informed on all aspects of our experience--most important any delays. Andrew did a great job taking care of the issues we pointed out and worked with the shop to make sure it was not over seen. The video app was helpful while the care was in the shop, this gave us a good reinsurance-our issues did not get overseen. Once maintenance was completed we drop our complementary car, we did not have to wait for our car as it was cleaned and ready on arrival. Although I very much hate to share my opinions in these public forums, I feel compelled to make it known that my experiences with Audi of Colorado Springs has been nothing but exceptional. I am thrilled to note that the tradition of good customer service and a general feeling of caring, without the usual pressure sales tactics, is a trait that I enjoyed with Chris when I purchased a Q5 in 2019, and now again with Sheena for my most recent purchase in 2021. They made it easy to be a life long customer.

I had my oil changed and service done on Tuesday and everything seemed fine. On Friday morning, the next time I drove it, the oil light came on and I had to add oil. The previous time it was serviced they forgot to reset the services they performed. We had our water pump replaced and when they brought it out it was leaking badly. We haven’t had good luck with our services!

My husband and I have been looking for a Q5 for a while. We wanted something with all-wheel drive to be safe in Colorado with this crazy weather here. We received excellent customer service and the car was priced just right. The sales associate that helped us Francisco was awesome! We will definitely be continuing to do business with this Audi dealership.

I went to Audi Colorado Springs on 16 March 2021, I went in there already knowing what I wanted; The RS7. I knew pretty much everything(or so I thought) about the car because I did my research, Well I was proven wrong by Francisco A. He was the BEST (Im not even going to say Salesmen because he was more than that) Person that couldve been there when I walked in. Francisco IS AWESOME he was very professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and the biggest thing he was NOT PUSHY. Franciscos peoples skills and personality made it easy to talk to him with out feeling like all he wanted to do was sell me something so he can get me out of there. He took his time and answered all of my questions, even though I told him I wasnt going to be making a purchase today.Francisco still treated me like a human and not just brushing me off because I wasnt buying that day. I 100% recommend that anyone who reads this and is in the market for an Audi contact Francisco. Audi helped me get my dream car ordered and delivered to the states. While also offering window tinting and ceramic paint coating services for the car once it arrived. Once the car arrived, it was a smooth process purchasing and picking it up.

This was the first time I went to Audi in Colorado Springs after purchasing a Q5 elsewhere. My overall experience was absolutely great. Their service representative was friendly and everything was as promised. I love the video clip the service technician took after repairing one of the automatic window opener. I got a loaner car during the time, which helped to bridge the time it took to get the part and fix it. I highly recommend them. See you next time!

I am always skeptical about taking my vehicles to the dealership. But let me tell you, Audi did a great job getting my B8 S4 back on the road. I worked with Andrew at the service counter and his communication skills with keeping me updated on what’s going on with my car was just fantastic. Honestly, my bill was significantly cheaper than what I thought it was going to be given the issue my car had. Overall, great dealership and I will be using them again!

I had a damaged tire, some Good Samaritans helped me change it. I quickly called Audi service and even though they were close to closing, they replaced my tire and sent me safety home

Barbara was just the best sales associate. She went beyond any expectations I had in purchasing process. I had discussed with her which Q7 I had preferred and she made it happen.
