We did our research and decided to purchase a new Santa Fe Calligraphy mid August. We found the exact one in the color we wanted at the Chapel Hills location and the salesman encouraged my wife to move fast because due to the good old “supply chain shortages” it wouldn’t last long and it could be months until they got another one in their inventory.We got pricing from about half a dozen other Hyundai dealerships and decided to make the 40 mile drive to Arapahoe Hyundai and drove home that day in the identical vehicle that they had at Chapel Hills for over $6,000 less!We had a minor issue and took it to Chapel Hills Hyundai to be serviced on September 18th.I received a call later that day informing they found the problem and had to order a part which would take 3-5 days to arrive and they would then call me to make arrangements to bring it back in. (The last time it was a week before we could get an appointment)We were extremely patient and finally called after 2 weeks today to find out when we could come in.At first they couldn’t find a record of our last visit and promised a call back. No call back. Between my wife and I we have made 7 calls today. We have been transferred, had explanations that the phones don’t seem to be operating correctly, No one knows the status of the part, we think the part came in, and many many no call backs.I don’t want a polite response to this stating we are so sorry, this doesn’t meet our expectations of service, etc. If that were true there wouldn’t be so many excessive reviews very similar to this one. I don’t want to be asked to call to speak to someone so they can better understand the issue. I just want my car fixed and done in a timely manner.I will continue to update this review EVERY SINGLE DAY until I drive away with a repaired auto.

My wife and I had a great experience at Phil Long. We had a couple of bumps during the transaction. But the General Manger got involved and addressed our concerns to our complete satisfaction. Just bought a 2022 Tucson with Matt and the process was so smooth! I loved how easy Matt was to talk to. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and wasn’t intimidating at all. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy my car, which aided in my decision to buy from him. He was also extremely patient and understand with my kids! The finance gentlemen that helped me I felt wasn’t the nicest- I had my two kids with me and they’re very young so they’re loud and talkative and sometimes a handful especially with just me around without my husbands help and I definitely got the impression he was counting down the seconds until we were out of his office and our deal was taking a little while and he said “I have two other people that bought cars so can we hurry”.Aside from finance it was an amazing buying experience. I seriously can not recommend Matt enough! Donald the sales manager was also extremely helpful, personable, and understanding and patient with my kids as well! If we’re still in Colorado when it’s time to upgrade cars, I will definitely go back to them!
I recently bought a used car for my daughter from Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills. The salesman, Bobby, was great. No pressure. Easy to work with. We found a great car and bought it right away. When we got the car home, it was leaking oil on our driveway. Apparently the technician tightened to oil plug down too tight and bent the drip pan, which caused all of the oil to slowly leak out. When we called to let them know, the were extremely apologetic and very professional. They picked the car up from our house with their tow truck and had a new oil pan installed within 24 hours. They returned the car to our house, so we didn’t have to pick it up. They also gave my daughter some gift cards to Longhorn Steakhouse for the inconvenience. My family and I were very impressed with this company.

Do not go to this dealership at all costs. We have had nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. We had a flat tire that needed to be repaired by swapping out tires that we already own, as the tire was not able to be repaired. My husband called this dealership, as he assumed that since he has a Hyundai that it would be treated respectably. We were wrong. The tires that were on the car at the time of the flat had less than 5k miles on them, cost $846 before installation. The dealer was to remove all 4 tires, discard the flat one, and put the remaining 3 good tires into his trunk to be used after we ordered another of the same time. My active duty military husband works in an area where he cannot carry his cellphone. While he was at work, they call his cellphone, which of course he did not answer, to ask if he wanted to keep or discard the remaining 3 basically brand new tires. He called them back a few hours later once he was back to his car after work where his cellphone was, and they proceed to tell him they discarded them. They were SUPPOSED to find those tires and return, but they did not. He called for weeks for resolution, in which nobody would answer him. He finally spoke to Dave in service who basically said too bad too sad sucks for you and would not replace the tires, buy the same ones directly at their cost, nor would he give us money for the 3 tires—even with our proof of purchase. His “best” fix to this was $250, which he said he couldn’t go any higher, and then he increased it to $300. When I asked for him to call me regarding, it not only took him all day to call back, but he hung up on me. This place is worthless! THIS is how they treat troops who actively defend our country!
I got to work with Bobby G. and Nadine B. today and let me just tell you that these two ABSOLUTELY blew me away! I had a 2018 Kia Forte LX that I was desperately trying to get rid of and before coming here, I went to Arapahoe Hyundai. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! Nadine asked me to come in on Saturday (today) to see what they could offer and of course Im already coming in with the mindset They wont be able to help me.. How WRONG was I?!? Long story short, I was able to trade in that car for the 2021 Hyundai Palisade, my dream car. I ugly cried when I was finalizing this LOL!Big thanks to the new friend, Nadine for this precious gift! The customer service is beyond compare! The employees are very kind, understanding, and professional.The service manager wants to make sure all of our needs are taken care of to our satisfaction as quickly as possible.The sales and finance personnel go above and beyond to ensure that our experience was pleasant. There is no pressure to make a purchase, but when we decided to purchase a new vehicle, they worked within our financial parameters to get a payment we were able to afford.This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills because we know we will be treated fairly, respectfully, and honestly.
I bought a new car here a few weeks ago, and Bobby has to be the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I was in need of a new car fast, and after taking a look at the new sonata he made it a point that the Elantra would be a better fit for me. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and happy that I waited for the new Elantras to come in instead! I do appreciate Bobby for thinking about the best fit for me instead of putting me in the more expensive sonata. The chapel hills Hyundai team knew I needed a car, so they provided me with a vehicle to use until my new car arrived. We settled on a fair price, and finance had me in an out of the dealership with keys in an hour when I took delivery! If you want a great car buying experience this is the team you want on your side!
I am of the opinion that Phil long hyundai does not care about their customers after they leave the lot. I am of this opinion because 1 year ago I bought a 2016 Santa Fe, and 3 weeks ago had to take it in bc I noticed it blew white smoke when you tried to accelerate too fast. Took a week to get seen for this problem. Took a few days to figure out, which was fine, but then I had to call to get an update. The engine needed replaced because of an issue that I had no control over no worries tho warranty will cover it. I wait 2 and half weeks for them to finally submit the paperwork and then it is denied. From there it is a file through the extended warranty. 3 days later they still have not done this. While all this is going on I am having to pay for my own rental car because they dont give out loaners or rentals while youre car is in the shop. I am a single mom that works full-time, has a child in school, and is in the air force reserves. I need transportation and do not have the luxury of having anyone that can drive me around. I am very disappointed with Phil long and I am telling people all about my experience as well as lodging a formal complaint with the corporate office.
I worked with Christopher Sneed at Phil Long Hyundai and I would strongly recommend everyone get in contact with him. He takes time to understand your situation and works with that information. I never felt pressured and that is important to me in any decisions I make when purchasing the car. The Finance Department will work hard for any situation you maybe dealing with to get the best deal for you. Lastly, Oscar went over the documents thoroughly and answered all my questions. Overall, the whole buying experience had been excellent and I would recommend anyone to buy their next car with this group of good folks.
My wife and I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 from Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills and I wanted to express my gratitude to the folks at the dealership that really made our experience truly 5-star. Carl McDade was our sales consultant, and from the get-go, he was awesome! His enthusiasm and non-pushy demeanor are seldom seen at car dealership these days. This was actually our second vehicle purchase where Carl was involved and we enjoyed working with him as part of this process. Also, the Finance Manager, James Matkovich was a pleasure to work with. When Carl was busy with another customer after our test-drive, James came over to speak to us and got the finance process started so we could save some time. James had funny stories also and speaking with him made the usual mundane paperwork process a breeze. The Tesla we purchased had an alert for the TPMS sensors, which we were told were covered under Teslas warranty, but when we took the vehicle to Tesla we discovered the service was not. Upon learning this, I immediately called Carl, who directed me to the Sales Manager, Scott Hartlieb, who was quick to jump on the issue to get it resolved through his Service Department. Greg Ceballos quickly reached out to Tesla and agreed to cover the service charges so they could resume work on the car. The next day when Greg was out, and we needed to get our car back on the road, the Service Director, David Ewing, quickly picked up the issue and used his personal credit card to cover the charges at Tesla when there was an issue processing the Phil Long corporate card - who does that!?!?! The very next day, Carl reached out to make sure our issue on the Tesla had been resolved and to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. As you can gather, it was truly a team effort at Phil Long Hyundai to make sure we (the customer) was truly satisfied even after we drove the car off the lot. You rarely see this level of customer service nowadays and this level of team effort to ensure customer satisfaction. My wife and I want to personally thank Carl, James, Scott, Greg, David, and everyone else at Phil Long Hyundai that had a hand in helping us with our purchase and afterwards to resolve our maintenance issue. Their focus on customer satisfaction is stellar and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for their next vehicle. I certainly will be back when the time comes for our next purchase!
I have been denied several times for a new vehicle at different dealerships, but the staff at Phil Long went the extra mile to get me in the exact car I was looking for and they were honest that my monthly payment would be higher than what I was currently paying. I wont go anywhere else now, I exceptional service, fast, honest and trustworthy!Ask for Carl, he was my sale rep and did am outstanding job!
Typical hustling salesmen. And I fault myself but these hustlers got us good. While I wasnt paying attention and tending to my sick child they literally gave us half of the value of our trade in. They snuck it in the paperwork my wife signed before I had a chance to look it over and now we are saddled with an extra $7000 on our loan. Do not and I mean DO NOT do business with this dealership. Garbage people.
The GM over here Jess is a very rude person and likes to hinder his customers, AAA members and others from doing their job. He definitely doesnt need that position hes in. I sure would like a call back from corporate. And I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Called about a car to see if it was available (not sold) twice this evening, was told both times it was very much still for sale, after driving 20 mins from the springs, test driving, talking numbers, and running both my and my wife’s credit the sales person came back and told me the car was sold yesterday! Not only was it a waste of time, we now have the hard inquiry on both our credit reports and worst of all people are still test driving a vehicle someone has already purchased!
The whole experience at Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills was better than expected. The entire team was very helpful and upfront about everything. Bobby was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough breakdown of the vehicle we were interested in. After our initial test drive there was no added pressure in completing the purchase, which was a big factor in us returning to complete the purchase. When we decided to move forwards, we contacted Bobby and by the time we arrived at the dealership he presented us a vehicle that checked ever box for our family and the whole purchasing process was quick and painless.

The salespeople at Phil Long Hyundai are very professional and worked very hard to get me a very good deal on my new 2019 Hyundai Ioniq. The only reason I did not rate my experience with 5 stars is because I am still waiting for my salesman to contact me regarding some scratches on the car that he said he would take care of. I am beginning to believe it won’t ever get taken care of. It is a minor thing, but important to my overall experience.Update: my fantastic salesman (Matt) took care of the scratches at no charge to me, so I’ve bumped my rating up to 5/5! Thanks to all of the helpful staff at Phil Long Hyundai.

On 14 Nov 2020 my wife and I came to test drive a vehicle she was interested in. As she was intending to use inheritance money that we had not yet received we did not plan on buying a car that day. After the test drive we let our salesperson know that we liked the car and would come back once we had the money to purchase a vehicle. Oscar approached us to try to close the sale letting us know that we could finance the car, paying no interest for three months. As we knew the money was on the way and we were assured this would not cost us any extra we decided to accept this and move forward with the purchase. During the course of completing the paperwork Oscar told us multiple times this would not cost us a penny extra. Once we received the inheritance money and went to the bank to payoff the loan we were surprised to see about $130 in interest charges in the few weeks since we had purchased the vehicle. Since this was the opposite of what we were told we were very upset as it seemed we had been lied to. We contacted Oscar who immediately apologized and stated that he would send a check for the amount of interest. That was on 12 Dec 2020. As of today (1/19/2021) we have contacted Oscar and managers at Phil Long 5-6 times. Oscar does not answer our calls or return our messages. Managers promise to send a check or state that it is in the mail however nothing has been received. This clearly shows us that Phil Long does not care about the customer once a sale has been made and will use deceitful tactics to make a sale.
So I took my Tucson in for recall work and an alignment. I brought up a few concerns that I had and it turned out to be other recall issues. They had me make another appointment and said they would keep me posted. It wasn’t bad enough that the communication was barely there, and that most every deadline was missed and through the course they said that my steering wheel was off; but then after almost a month they finally did get my car done and when they called they said that one of my Vent Visors was broke. They had the nerve to ask me if it was broke before. REALLY?! They don’t do a walk around on your car, but they sure do if it’s their car. I went and got my car which was dirty (they said they were afraid to wash it because the visor was broke). Still had dirty hand prints on the dash that could have been cleaned off. The whole time I’m thinking “shouldn’t they have ordered a new set to replace it before I got there”? Anyway, I got with David about it and he said he would order replacements because I had been trying to get ahold of Virginia who was out on vacation. Ok, cool. In the meantime I had taken my car to my mechanic to let them look it over and a frame shop. The mechanic said the work looked ok, but the fluids were low. Frame shop said I needed a 4 wheel alignment (really, again?). I texted David and said that I would like to have the visors mailed to me because I don’t want them touching my car anymore. He said he understood but he would like to see the report because they just had their machine calibrated. Umm, no. Machine calibration doesn’t include technician calibration (just my opinion). That was on the 12th. I texted him last Monday, still have not heard back from him. In the future, if there is any recalls, I will pay the extra to get it done anywhere else but that place.
Ernie, the service manager, along with Jan did an incredible job with the service on my 15 Genesis, they sent me text updates on everything they did, plus included videos of what they did on my car... and it was only an oil change! They washed my vehicle, wiped the dash, topped off all my fluids, checked the air filters, comprehensive report... honestly I will never go anywhere else. The Genesis branding is really going all out for their customers, with genuine Genesis parts for the filters and everything else...and I appreciate knowing that they stand behind their luxury brand....
Kevin in the Service department provided us with exceptional service when our Santa Fe stopped accelerating during our drive south on I-25. He took us in immediately and helped to get our car looked at that very day. He was very accommodating in helping us to arrange a rental car and get a ride to Enterprise. THANKS, KEVIN!
Best experience my wife and I have ever had with any car dealership. I highly recommend going and speaking with Chris Sneed with any of your needs. The entire staff was very easy-going and didnt push us at all. Even the negotiations were friendly, fair and I negotiate contracts for a living. I will definitely be a repeat customer so long as I live in this area.

Professional and thorough employees, dealership was clean and well maintained. Very impressed with the vehicle (other than the hood damage). My only negatives from this experience was the offer on my trade in, I understand why they offered what they did and at least they met me in the middle but I’m still frustrated over it, and also the hood damage which wasn’t seen until after signing the “we owe” form (my fault for not walking the whole vehicle before signing this). Overall I am happy about the experience and would be back to purchase another Hyundai.

He sent videos of vehicles and checked in with me periodically. Once, I arrived to pick-up my vehicle he explained every step, detail by detail. I was disappointed in every aspect of working with this dealer. I provided all the requested information before the scheduled delivery of the vehicle as requested and no one used that information to have the paperwork ready before I arrived to sign the documents and pay in cash for the vehicle. Each department blamed the other for the errors...which I found distasteful. The errors included wrong pricing three times and wrong address twice as well as wrong tax rates. Not a pleasant experience from any of the staff. Ive purchased 27 cars in my life and this was the most painful experience Ive ever has.

Kevin is great. Not sure why they changed my brake fluid when I didnt say it needed to be done. They messed up my serpentine belt and I had to take it back in the following week to get it fixed again, and I live over 50 miles from their shop. Very inconvenient.
We worked with Matt. He was incredibly patient and was not pushy which we appreciated. It took us multiple trips and test drives to find the vehicles we wanted. They even stayed about two hours late on a Saturday to wrap up the deal. Overall it was an excellent experience.

The service team at my last appointment was on point. They were friendly and checked in with me from the beginning to the end of my appointment. The wait time was normal. All-in-all they did a great job.
The process was smooth. We didnt have much and we came in knowing what we wanted, usually a salesman steers you away and talks you into settling for something other than what you want. Amanda and Oscar did not do that, instead they gave us our options and assured us that they wanted to help us leave with what we wanted. From the day of purchase until now almost four years later very poor experience. Not once have they fulfilled their promises. Now the vehicle is burning more that a quart of oil per 1000 miles and they tell me that it is within spec
On Friday April 30th in the morning I sold them a 2017 BMW 3 Series and after we signed all the paperwork to finalize the sale, I was told oh its the end of the month so it may take 48 hours to get you a check, but at the latest itll be Tuesday May 4th. I thought this was a bit shady, as they took possession of my vehicle but want me to wait to get paid... Wednesday May 5th rolls around, and I call to come pick up the check and I am told Oh its the end of the month, Ill call and see if the check is ready, they said yesterday it would be ready today or tomorrow. Even though I was told yesterday, the check would be ready TODAY. This is completely unacceptable and I will advise everyone I know to never deal with a Phil Long dealership ever again. Learn to have some integrity. Just as you would never give possession of a car to a consumer unless a loan is approved from a bank or you have a check in hand, expect the same for those selling you their vehicles. How shady is it to have a consumer sign the appropriate documents for YOUR DEALERSHIP to take possession of the car and PAY the consumer, yet afterwards you disclose oh sorry you have to wait for a check
I bought a car about two years ago from Phil Long Hyundai. I was looking for another Santa Fe just like the first for my other daughter. I looked all over town with no luck even at Hyundai. I was going to go to Denver and look at a few but called Nadine at Phil Long Hyundai. She said she would find me what I was looking for. Older model with low miles, certain engine size, etc. Nadine sent information daily with findings but very hard to find. She continued to look and found the right one. I came in and bought the car from Matt who was very professional and personable. Nadine and Matt went above expectations for what others wouldnt have done for this price of a car.
I recently visited Phil Long Hyundai to purchase a new 2020 Hyundai Kona. Upon arrival I was greeted by a staff member named Ben while browsing their selection. I informed him I wasn’t set on buying a new car considering I didn’t necessarily need one. Ben was very understanding and did not push me into buying a car like most dealers do. However, after a few days of negotiations, I finally decided to trade in my old Hyundai and get a Kona. I highly recommend that any customer ask for Ben when buying from this location. He was available 24/7 to answer all my questions and communicated very well. Thanks for all of your help, Ben and Phil Long Hyundai!

I have to say hyundai went above and beyond for me today! Our service associate was Kevin, I had a few concerns for my truck before we have to hit the road this week for a cross country move. They went in and checked everything! I received pictures and videos of my concerns. I needed new breaks (expecting that) little did I know I actually needed a new CV boot. From the pictures and videos they update you with you know they are not pulling a fast one like most places. I was so happy that your team was able to get everything the truck needed done in one day. The stress of an upcoming move and husband coming home from deployment was enough to deal with, then extra vehicle problems would be a nightmare without the speedy and professional work of your team. I had a great experience at this dealership. My husband and I went in on Labor Day morning and after test driving three cars, deciding on one, and going through financing, we were out in under 4 hours. I went in 100% set on which car I was going to buy that day, but after test driving it, I was disappointed and thought Id leave without buying for the day. Kelbe turned the appointment around, found a car I was super excited about and just made the process so painless. Everyone else we chatted with was super friendly and professional. The dealership itself was clean, well maintained, and a fine place to hang out for the duration of the morning. Would 10/10 go back!

Great place!! I am going to brag on the Service Department. We are from Kansas and were headed home. We were about 40 miles out when our engine had a serious issue. I called in a panic and spoke with Susan. She was so kind and was able to set us up with Kevin M, our Service Advisor. Kevin was also absolutely wonderful. From explaining our cars issue, to his kindness. Service Manager David was also a pleasure to deal with. Being from out of town, its not super convenient when you have a car issue and everyone we came in contact with at Phil Long was warm, friendly and reassuring. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service or for your next purchase!

Excellent, on-time service. Kevin was careful about checking what our vehicle required, and thoughtful and considerate of two people of-a-certain-age.Subsequent experience not so excellent. However, amends were made so diplomatically and effectively that I was mollified. This dealership will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy.

WOW! I was in stuck between and rock and a hard place when it came to shopping for a vehicle following an accident resulting in a total loss. After dozens of cars, dealerships, salesmen, and credit rejections I was done. I received a call from Nadene, and from the start she was extremely helpful, trying to find something that could work for my needs and budget. I refused to even come to the dealership because I didn’t want to be let down again. I asked her to drop the price or I wouldn’t have even come in, she did and I was where I needed to be. She was amazing. Then came Scott, absolutely fantastic! Helping me to get a co signer from 1000 miles away and the lowest interest rate I’ve ever received. I am updating my review below, changing from 2 stars to 5 stars, because the service manager called me to discuss what happened and listened to my feedback after reading my review. Ive been taking my car to this dealer for 10 years, so I have much experience with the highs and lows of their maintenance department. The service manager and I talked for 30 minutes over the phone and 30 minutes in person (even the dealer manager came to talk with me), and they genuinely wanted to make things right, which I greatly appreciate. I will continue to bring my Santa Fe to them, as I value their maintenance technicians and know they are working on improving their customer communication. Time will tell.===========================================Got me in as scheduled (7am so I dropped car off the night before), but still was not available as promised which was 9am. Shouldnt take 2 hours for routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Service at this dealer is always lengthy and timeline is unreliable. Been that way for years. They do good work, but feedback and follow up is seriously lacking. You have to remind the service tech multiple times to get information about your vehicle and what the maintenance tech found/recommended. Service techs are always very friendly and respectful, but not reliable in delivering what they promise. Requires way too much customer work to get information.

This place is the definition of a stealership. Took our vehicle in for a diagnostic on the car having trouble starting when cold. They then told us the brakes were extremely dangerous and needed to be replaced without looking at the problem we had originally gone there for. Bought pads and rotors to swap them out at home. I took off the wheels to get started and the brakes are fine! They are nowhere close to needing replacement. Buy a car here if you want a Hyundai but dont ever come back for service. Luckily they didnt get to steal any of our money. Absolute trash.

This dealership is definitely great, you can’t beat the customer service and their overall need to please. My salesman, Riley, was completely awesome to work with and was not aggressive and pushy. To be honest this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. Even with being pre approved for a fairly low rate, the finance department even went the extra mile to try and find me an even lower rate. They welcome your business and they will definitely do what they can to have it. With Hyundai’s amazing warranty and this dealerships great customer service you can’t go wrong!
My initial phone inquiry on the 2014 Toyota Landcruiser was returned promptly by Nadine. From the start she was kind and professional. I had the sense immediately that I would be treated fairly and I was! The thing that still rings with me is, If we cant get you into this particular car, I will find you one. I had been searching for the right Landcruiser for several years.In comes Kelby who presented numerous photos and videos for my review being that I was out of town. As my interest soared my husband and I made the trip to see the car. We were greeted warmly and introduced to Kelby. He was energetic and highly professional and has a way about him that made us feel wed be taken care of. From Nadine and Kelby and the beautiful female Mechanic specialist to Oscar and Jeff the store manager we were treated with warmth, professionalism and fairness. And I got to drive away in my dream car a 2014 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER with low mileage and everything Ive been dreaming about.

First off, the day I was looking for a Palisade I was looking very early in the morning. Not even a full hour had passed and Caleb contacted me to go in for a scheduled test drive now keep in mind they didn’t open for a few hours so he was working on his personal time! That is above and beyond amazing to get such a quick response and just outstanding customer service. Upon arrival the staff was amazing and Caleb went above and beyond to not only get a lower price than asked, but he didn’t try and upsell me on cars I didn’t want. HE IS THERE TO HELP YOU! In fact, he will try to save you as much money as possible and he just overall makes your experience super easy! I was a first-time car buyer so he didn’t try to manipulate the situation like a lot of salesmen tend to do! Throughout your time there the floor Manger Don was AMAZING! I was there for a few hours and Don always made it a point to go check up on me and make me feel very comfortable. He also made my experience, buying a car even simpler! Now let’s talk about when you go to financials. Jeff was my guy! He explained EVERYTHING and made sure I understood. He showed me all my options and at one point I said I needed everything he was offering me however I couldn’t afford it. He then told me to give him a minute, he did some numbers and helped me come up with something within my budget. He then went on to tell me ”I’m not here to offer you things you can’t afford” ”I’m here to help you” he made that very clear and I feel that is going above and beyond the job title. Last but not least I never asked for this individuals name but as I was leaving the lot with my brand new car a gentleman waved at me. I rolled down my window to speak with him and he congratulated me on my new car. He was at the front desk the entire time I was there and it was very nice that someone was as happy as I was for getting my new car. Overall the experience was amazing! If you’re going to buy a new car or a car in general, I recommend going to this location. Ask for these people! schedule with these people! I promise you will not be disappointed thank you to the dealership and to all the awesome people in it you made my experience so easy and I appreciate it more than you could ever know! I feel this deserves more than five stars but since this is all I have, five stars it is thank you so much.

I brought my car in about a week ago for an oil change. A few days later something happened and I ended up loosing all the oil from my car and ended up having to get the vehicle towed. Roadside assistance will tow to the closest Hyundai so that was the motor city Hyundai. They found a mistake had been made at some point during service (it happens, was totally not mad because it really does happen!!). The motor city Hyundai fixed the mistake for free, but that wasn’t it, chapel hills then asked me to bring the vehicle in so they could do an inspection and they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right and were so apologetic. I will absolutely continue to have my car serviced by these dealerships and highly recommend them. They were fantastic, and that is some of the best customer service I have received from a car shop.
A lost star for each problem I had during my maintenance.1. My alignment caused me to drift. I came back to get it fixed free of charge, but it never should have happened in the first place.2. They sold me wipers I didnt ask for. I would have said something if I wasnt already trying to leave ASAP to get to work.3. Whoever did my maintenance left grease all over the inside of my door. I think the best solution for this would be a complimentary, or at least discounted, interior detail. Too bad I probably wont come back.

Absolutely horrible service. The people are “nice”, but they do not have their ducks in order for following through with appointments scheduled, and services needed. If I didn’t HAVE to get my vehicle fixed due to a recall, I would never go here to trust these guys to fix my car when they can’t seem to get my appointment and car pick up right. I do not recommend going here for car issues.
