When my wife and I decided to purchase a used 2017 Dodge Ram, it had not yet been detailed. the front left tire showed that an alignment was needed because of the uneven wear on the tire. Erika was the sales lady and Kevin was the back up salesman. Kevin stated that the tires would be be replaced and that an alignment would be done. the front two tires were replaced and having all the tires balanced at a separate tire shop, it was discovered that the two two tires were out of round.The detailing of the truck was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The dirt was gone from the floor board and the truck got washed, however dust and streaks on unclean door handles and camera screen and windows remained.Two days after the truck was bought, the battery was dead, Erica agreed to refund the cost of a new battery. She has has offered to help us in any way with question regarding the new technology of the vehicle. My wife and I appreciate all she has done.Erica was professional, and would get 5 stars. The detailing crew would get 0 stars.

I have bought a lot of cars, I have had good and bad experiences. This was by far the best experience I think I have ever had. My salesmen was very patent and showed us a few different cars. Once we decided on the car we wanted. They did everything they could to get the car into my payment I wanted. Bought the car that day! I had some issues with it a few days later. All the managers from sales to service got involved. I got calls from all of them addressing the issues. They kept me informed in every step of what was going on with my car. I personally could not be happier with the service I have and continue to receive from them. I will buy another car from them for sure. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in with a prequalified offer from capital one. I let the sales guy know from the start that I did not have money down and I did not have a co-signer, so if trading in my car could not work with this offer I was okay keeping my current car. They came back stating I needed to put $5,000-$6,000 down to get out of my current car. I told them no thank you and walked. After the fact I got emails from both the store manager and the online manager asking about money down and a co-signer. NOT the way to earn my business when I’m in a better position to buy a car.

Evidently I am in the minority with my experience at Colorado Springs Dodge. Tons of 5 star reviews on here, so obviously they are doing something right. My experience was not the best. Simply took my current truck in for some service work. While I was there, I saw a truck that was a little bigger and that I liked. So I simply wanted to tell a salesman to work up a trade in price on my existing truck while it was at their dealership being worked on. They were insistent that I stayed there and they would figure up a trade in price immediately. Long story short, they refused to give me a trade in price unless I was willing to make decisions right then and there. I was asked multiple times if I was ready to buy right now. I told them to please give me an offer and I would go home to discuss it with my wife, then get back with them the following day. They refused to give me any kind of offer until I had all decision making parties present. At that point in the conversation I told them that my current vehicle was fine and decided to leave. Very high pressure sales tactics, in my opinion of course.I normally never post reviews. The only reason this review got posted is because of their sales manager, John Johnson. He sent an annoying email to me later in the day with this line it: Being put on the spot can sometimes feel like you are being pressured. Well John, we can agree that I definitely felt like you tried to put me on the spot. If you are offering fair deals, there shouldnt be a need to demand a decision right there at that exact moment. I think that taking an evening to think about a big purchase and running it by your wife seems like a reasonable concept. However as your salesman told me, Thats not how we do business.I would give the sales staff zero stars if possible. The reason my rating is two stars is because my experience with the service department has been very good. I would give their service department 4 stars and the sales staff zero stars. Therefore the average of the two is 2 stars.

Two days ago I visited this dealership and was introduced to a sales person named Josh who showed me a car I expressed interest in. I was waiting to receive an insurance check for a car I own that had been totaled. Today I called him up and told him I wanted to buy the car and would be there tomorrow a.m. to complete the sale. He told me they would hold the car for me and then later in the afternoon called me back and said his sales manager demanded $1000 nonrefundable deposit to hold the car for me. I immediately gave him the credit card. An hour ago I received a call from their sales manager telling me they had sold the car to someone who was looking at it today. He blamed it on Josh the sales person who he told me had never turned in the nonrefundable deposit. He offered no apology After I told him that I had turned in my rental car in anticipation of consummating sale tomorrow.This is the most unethical transaction I have ever been involved in and these people left me high and dry. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Do not under any circumstances trust these people.

I came inyo Colorado springs Dodge today with absolutely no I dead what I was doing or how to go about leasing a car. The staff was welcoming and kind. The pickup we bought was sold to us with multiple problems we were not aware of. After the first day of driving the truck it had transmission problems. We tried to use the 3 day return policy on the second day but the sales manager said we could not do that! 1 day after buying the truck it went to the mechanic for 2 weeks and I finally got it back. After another day of driving it multiple problems sprung up but dodge was not willing to help on the money side of things. Luckily we got the warranty coverage or else we would be out thousands of dollars for all the repairs. They did not do a brake inspection because I went to get the tires rotated and the mechanics said the front driver tire had 3 studs spinning inside of the hub! I had to get all of the lug nuts replaced. The mechanic also relayed to me the brake caliper was missing a bolt which was making a loud clunk when I drove it. So it also presented a safety hazard for me and my wife driving the truck. Not only did it have the stud and brake problem, the infotainment system immediately started having problems. There is also a decent oil leak in the front of my engine I did not see due to it having a plate underneath the pickup catching the oil. I only found out when I parked it in my driveway and the next day there was a small puddle on my driveway. I spent over 60,000 on this truck and they didn’t have the decency to do a proper inspection or take care of me when I wanted to trade it on the 3 day return policy.

Way too many 5 star ratings for this dealership.. The only positive for this survey was that Kevin was knowledgeable of the truck I was buying. The negative with my purchase is that they offered no discounts at all; not even a military discount which I found a bit odd since this town is military heavy. They would not budge on the final price and would not negotiate the value of my trade-in. If I were not in need of a larger truck, I would have walked out and looked somewhere else. It just so happens this dealership had what I was looking for on their lot.Throughout the time I was there it felt as if they were more concerned about getting a 10 on the survey that Chrysler would be sending me in an email. Everyone from the salesman, internet sales manager, service manager and finally in an email from the General Manager they wanted me to give them a chance to respond if I could not give them a 10 on the survey. Well, I responded to them before doing this survey and the only thing I got was a return phone call telling me what I already knew.I did the survey as a buyer, and I did it without regard to their pleas for a 10 on a survey. I was honest about what was going on with my experience at Springs Dodge. I mean after all the likelihood of Chrysler really looking at this survey is probably about only a 1% chance. But I do hope others read this and decide beforehand as to whether this is the place they would want to buy from.

I just had my Dodge Ram serviced today. I was overdue for some recall work, and needed an oil change. I dropped off the truck early, and the shuttle driver was very professional and dropped me off at work. I got a call after lunch that it was ready, and they sent a shuttle within 30 minutes to pick me up. Rich (service) was busy, so another service girl took care of getting me on my way. Great service as usual! Friendly and answered my questions. Start to finish, I give them a 5. Well done! There are other choices for Dodge service much closer, but this is where I will continue to go.
