If it was possible, I would give them ZERO stars. Our salesman, JJ, was nice. The truck we bought had just arrived on the lot and had not been looked at by the mechanics, so we bought the truck with a contingency and an appointment to come back a couple of days later for the mechanics to look at it. As soon as we drove away, a check engine light came on. The mechanics said it was because an after market air system had been added, they changed it back to the original (which was with the truck) and promised that if the light came back on they would take care of it. Two more appointments and the light keeps coming on. With the last appointment, we took it to our own mechanic who said it needed a new catalytic converter (they read the code). Lakeside mechanics kept the truck for 3 days and said they replaced it, but the light came right back on. We took it to our shop and they said nothing had been done since they saw it last week. I will NEVER recommend Lakeside Auto Brokers.

I did not expect to walk out with anything fancy with in this budget and these guys made that happen! They gave me a great price and great apr, way lower then expected! The finance manager even gave me his really nice pen! I walked out happy as can be and with all questions answered! Yall wont be disappointed buying here!!!!!!

Amazing service! Mark was great and I highly recommend working with him. I had requested a trade in estimate online for my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 late at night and Mark called me early the next day. Mark told me, since it was an older vehicle, he would need to see it before giving an estimate. This way HE COULD GET ME THE MOST VALUE FOR MY TRADE IN.I was looking for a fourth generation (2011) Subaru Outback and they had one with low mileage so this excited me! After test driving the Subaru, I decided to move forward on the appraisal for my truck and they offered me significantly more than any other quotes I got from online.Before purchasing the Subaru, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection to make sure everything was good with the vehicle. Mark was extremely happy with that desicion and told me that they would work with me if any issues were found. My mechanic was not able to get me in that day so he allowed me to sign a contingency contract based on the results of the inspection. This was ideal as there were multiple people, at all locations, that were highly interested in the vehicle.The results of the 4 hour inspection only showed 2 MINOR issues, one of them only being a slight mis-allignment of the tires, which was not even noticible while driving at all speeds. When we arrived back at the dealership, Jason helped me get a great financing option through ENT and got me on the road with my new vehicle in a timely manner. Best part of it all, they agreed contractually that they are going to fix the vehicle this coming week when their mechanic shop is open (they are not in on Saturdays, which is pretty typical).Unlike many dealerships, they offer an additional GAP and Warrenty at a great price WITHOUT a bunch of ridiculous extras that raise the price. Best part of the warranty? If you dont use it in its 2 year/24k miles, you can cancel it right before and get reimbursed.Mark was very friendly, honest, and has a ton of integrity. If he KNOWS a vehicle has issues, he will tell you up front, dont be afraid to ask! He does not have a sales man background and just wants to see you through a great deal and be extremely satisfied in the years to come! If you have the option, I highly recommend working with Mark, but everyone there seemed friendly as well.Overall, Jason has this location on point! Many reviews say that they have bad customer service, but they really ARENT just a bunch of sleezy car sales men that hover over you and pressure you into buying something they want to get rid of. They are just there to help you with any questions, get you a great deal (hints broker in their name) and not make you feel pressured to buy anything.Jason has turned the typical Stealership into a friendship. I noticed they had a sign on their wall that says You come in as a stranger, and leave as a friend. That is right on the dot!!!

This was hands down the most amazing experience ever buying a car. We will definitely be coming back next time we need a vehicle. I had Jacob as my salesman and the experience was pretty piss poor. He texted me a quote for a used vehicle that was MORE than what I was getting elsewhere for a new model. Yes, more for a used car from them compared to a new car (same model and trim) at another dealership.Anyways, I respond to him with the quote Im getting along with a screenshot to show some proof and offer some legitimacy. I guess they just didnt feel like they could do any better on pricing because he simply didnt respond. What kind of customer service is that? At the very least you take 5sec to type out: sorry, cant beat that. Tried to do business here. Guess they don’t need the business. Had scheduled an appointment to look at an old truck that I expected to be in rough shape. Arrived on time for my appointment, truck was not at said location like Jake said it would be. He then proceeded to tell me now it’s in the shop all of a sudden. I explained to him days prior that I’m a certified diesel technician and I was looking for something cheap with problems anyways. He didn’t listen, didn’t follow through, said he was gonna be in touch with me. Still haven’t heard from him to this day. Just go somewhere else. Go to a real dealership.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from them almost three months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. I paid over twenty thousand dollars for it, I believe that should purchase a good running vehicle for the foreseeable future. I was assured it had been inspected and everything was great. It has been in the shop twice for transmission problems totaling thirteen days I was inconvenienced by not having the vehicle. It is still not fixed along with a few other problems and it has been like pulling teeth to get them to even return my calls. Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had and I honestly wish I could take my business back. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them to an enemy.

Check engine light came on right as I was getting home from dealership. They said they would take care of me. Car was in their shop twice and when check engine light came on again they said well try replacing the spark plugs. I am now on my own with a car that continues to have problems. Would absolutely go somewhere else

Lester is a amazing person. Very personable and attentive to his customers. We had some issues with the brakes about 2 months after buying our new car, and we didnt get a warranty with the car. I worked with Sam Hicks at the Motor City location. Very friendly and easy to work with. Got us into the car we wanted at the right price for our budget. At no point was anything else pushed onto us. Got the pricing done very quickly and stayed late to help us. My wifes car was totaled in a hail storm and Sam made the nerve wracking experience of replacing it simple and pain free.

This place is unbelievably shady. Is it even a real car dealership?I contacted them about a Honda S2000. They have no pictures of the car. They have no price on the car. The car has had 7 owners, and was a fleet car.Instead of just giving me a price, they wanted me to come down there and look at the car.I wouldnt trust these people to sell me a Pepsi, let alone a car.

The second week of November i went to lakeside to buy a vehicle after taking 1000$ from me for a downpayment they informed me that they couldnt find a lender for me after i signed a paper agreeing to a monthly payment amount and after taking my down payment. This seemed wrong to me from the start so i simply asked for my money back to go somewhere else and get fair and honest treatment. They said 5 days and all your money will be refunded onto your card. Here we are december second and they are still giving me the run a round. Today my lawyer will be contacting them and that is how my car buying experience has been. Jacob has made this process disgustingly unfair and has shown his dealership is simply out to take your money.

Grandson bought a car here and was assured the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That evening it was discovered the headlights did not work. Lakeside Auto was notified the next day and refused to fix the headlights or the axle which was also bad. After repeated requests and several hundred dollars in temporary repairs, I had to threaten to notify the Dealer Board that they sold an unsafe vehicle, at which time Lakeside Auto agreed to repair the headlights but not the axle.Be very careful doing business with this company!

Dont expect any type of quality customer service from these people. Cant even provide repair information on a car they supposedly repaired before selling. Was told there was nothing that can be done because the info was in box and it would have to be searched for, and was told they wont look because it would be too hard. What a great company

The only reason I gave one star is because Brandon was super nice & we didn’t have any problems with him. They were super great at first with customer service, said whatever we wanted to hear. We bought the vehicle, but they sold us a 4 wheel drive vehicle with no 4 wheel drive. Here it is 5 months later & all they can do is make excuses especially CJ. He says I’ll call you when we know something. A week goes by & we have to call them just to get another excuse. Once they finally fix the vehicle I will never go within 100 feet of their office! P.s I posted this review before they fixed the vehicle & they refused to fix it unless I took it down. They said they would send the part back, and not fix it. You better believe I took it down now that it’s fixed it’s back up with an even worse rating & review. Stay far away from lakeside auto. They are SO phony.

The sales associates are really accommodating. At one point they even caravaned to a different branch to show us a vehicle we were interstated in. To clarify they drove about 20mins for us. I have never had that kind of service from a dealership. They did not in anyway try to push/up sell. They made every step very comfortable. It is also wonderful that they are sending one of family members a check for the referral. I believe it was for $200.00. Wonderful crew!

I definitely recommend asking for Lester if you come here. I have never met a more honest salesman in my life, he is genuine and straight forward. When I was car shopping last week I went to at least 4 other dealerships and felt like all of them were trying to rip me off. Going in I had a very specific price range and very specific conditions for my car and I was able to leave with exactly the car I needed. Also as a bonus when me and my friend went back to his office he offered us some of the pizza that him and his coworkers had ordered. Then while we were eating pizza he power washed the car I had just bought so it looked nice and shiny for when I drove it off the lot. I had a very pleasant experience and definitely recommend asking for Lester Komperda if you shop here.

These guys will promise you one thing and do another. Bought a sti with a check engine code that they agreed to fix before i left the lot. Here we are 7 months later with the same issue and they have had my car six times to supposedly fix. General manager cj assures me its fixed when the car wont go ten miles without the same code popping up. I turned these guys into the BBB and quite possibly will get an attorney for wasting my time with these clowns

Very shady sales practices. They waited until after I signed the papers to tell me they do not service their vehicles and I should have it looked at immediately. They acted like they lowered the price for me but really they just didnt charge the sales tax. They told me the taxes would be around $300 and when I went to the DMV, they were actually over $500. I had just moved into town and was hit by a gravel truck that totaled my old car, I had spent every last dime I had on the car they sold me, they knew this and still took advantage of me. The sales team was extremely pushy and I felt very pressured. I had to replace the fuel pump and brakes 2 weeks after I bought it. The car also stalls frequently. I gave them 2 opportunities to at least attempt to make it right and when I went in to talk to someone about the many problems (I asked to speak w/ a manager) I was told by 4 different guys that they were the manager and that they couldnt help me. After the purchase was final, I got nothing but bad attitudes, lies and misdirects. I guess it is partiality my fault for ever trusting a used car dealership.

Seriously, the best car buying experience for us. We werent bullied or pressured into anything. Lete helped us out from the moment we walked in until we walked out. We were given a great deal, ok interest, and payments we were wanting. All within an hour of walking through the door. Love the truck we ended up with, the dealership was easy to deal with and they were very accommodating to our requests. I couldnt recommend them more.

I have worked with tons of different car dealerships my experience with Lakeside auto brokers and their sales guy Andre was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I can 100% say the next time Im in the market for a vehicle, lakeside auto brokers will be my first stop.

I went here a year ago and got my ford focus that i love. Tye worked hard to get me a car and something i wanted and he succeeded. I will always go back here. Tye has denied me and my husband getting another car from there and says we arent in a position to get another from lakeside. But thats what i love about them they are honest and dont waste your time. I know with the right income and money down i can go back in the future and trade my focus in which i plan to do.

Stay far far away from this place. My first truck I got from them they drove around after I bought while it was there waiting for me to pick it up and then the transmition went out in less than a month earlier. They of course made me get another car from them or keep the broken truck. The BMW I got from them they put in writing they would fix the broken sun roof. Called and called and eventually moved out of state. Sun roof never got fixed. They made me keep the taxes of the broken down truck as well which is bs but whatever. They do business dirty. Keep your soldiers far away from this place. They dont keep their word and they are not professional.

One of the worst experiences ever going with this dealership. First they told me I would be approved for a car with a co signer, after going through the trouble to find a co signer, the dealership told me I was no longer approved. After getting denied for a car, I discovered that the dealership had still cashed my $1500 check for down payment even though I hadnt signed any papers and no car in my possession. I have contacted the dealership several times regarding the cashed check. The dealership told me it was an error on their part and they are working on refunding the check, they said it could take several days if not more. They took advantage of me. Do not give these people business!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Bought a mustang from them that was safety inspected by their mechanic and passed, later found out they had NO mechanic cause he quit 2 days prior. Drove it off the lot and noticed some issues I didnt notice on the test drive. Took it to a mechanic and it turns out it had a bent rim, bent axle shaft, ruined panhard bar, exhaust was run under the rear axle, and it needed new spark plugs, the oil filter was literally black it hadnt been changed in so long, and radiator hoses needed replacing. Not to mention it was supposed to have premium sound with subs and a remote, which the remote wasnt even for my radio and the subs and premium speakers were missing. The salesman James constantly told us hed handle things then blow us off, so when I went to management all they did was look at me and ask how do we know you didnt cause those problems?

I couldnt have had a better experience here!!! Johnny Wiggins was soooo helpful and patient with me!! If you ever come here, ask for him!! He will help you out!!!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. 2 weeks in power steering pump goes out. I have had the car for 3 months and its been nothing but problems. Car wont start now, key gets stuck in the ignition! I have no idea why they sell piece of crap cars with high miles and ridiculously high prices. The only reason I put one star is cuz it wont let me give negatives. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Had an amazing expiereince at lakeside auto. I had been without a vehicle for 5 months, and the employees did everything possible to make sure I got into a reliable vehicle for my little one and I.

Jimmy the finance manager was not honest with us, would not return phone calls, and would not even face us in person or look at us when we showed up after driving 2 hours to their location. But yet at first when he wanted our business he acted like such a nice guy. What an act he put on. A sales guy we dealt with at the end was very rude and refused to give us copies of all the signed paperwork. This was all from the 8th street location. Very shady place and would never recommend it to anyone.

From the moment I walked in the showroom doors I smelled and continued to smell feet, who says dishonesty doesnt have a smell?! That being said, these people (Larry ONiel and the scumbag finance people hiding in their offices probably from shame) will look you in the eyes, tell you they dont lie to people, then lie their faces off to you. Douchebags the lot of them, the only thing I can compare them too is piranha, never eating each other but anxiously awaiting the next victim to con, swindle, and/or lie to. The vehicle they were approving me for changed every 15 minutes as if to whittle my selections down to what they wanted me to buy. Even at best the cars they were selling were complete garbage, dented throughout, seats ripped, floor carpet torn, engines knocking, slop in the steering wheel, a few wouldnt even start presumably from lack of movement. As if that wasnt bad enough, they were of the mindset of who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes? This place is soo despicable that their doors should be closed and every one of the sales men arrested for blatant open-aired fraud. After enduring several unintelligible conversations with Larry ONiel in which i was told several different things each time, I felt like I needed a shower immediately. If you do happen to make it past all the hurdles of rot and disgust and refuse to pay a different amount than established prior, or wont budge on what you want to put down for deposit they will tell you as they told me for not falling for their thieving ways, thanks for coming in as if to be dismissing you from their presence. After this boondogle of a deal we will be contacting the Auto Industry Division via the Dept of revenue and if you have had a problem like I have then I highly suggest you do as well to hold them accountable for their lies, deception, and outright fraudulent business tactics.

Bought a 2014 gmc sierra from them and its been problems since, we are having to fix 5000 worth of parts on it and havent had it but 2 months. Vehicles may look nice but turn your head and keep going! These people are crooked!

IMHO they buy beat ass cars and fix them cheap or if at all. Lie to you about the issues and will give you the better of the two carfax and/or auto check. Always get your stuff inspected and dont waste money on a warranty. Also any issues you have you have to contact the BBB. They have to answer to it. Dont rush buying here.

Worst experience ever buying a car. Aside from all the fraud committed by changing numbers on the paperwork, and trying to take money from ccs they had no permission except a onetime payment, to use. I went to the dmv to pick up my plates and lo and behold, they had no paperwork on my vehicle. I had to purchase a second temp tag, went back to the dmv about 3 weeks later, and still no paperwork. At this pint they are now outside the 60 days they have to get the stuff taken care of. Come to find out they never dropped off the paperwork to be processed. Here i am for a 3rd time at the dmv cuz ivwas told that the dealership would be going in and processing the paperwork the same day i went forvthe second time. Fingers crossed!I know at least 3 other people that have had horrible experieinces with as well. I am reporting them to the Auto Industries Division for violations of the Consumer Protection ActI will never use or reccomend this company to anybody.

I had an awesome experience with lake side auto brokers. Dan at chapel hills was very pleasent to work with and I would absolutely reccomend asking for him for any purchases

I walked around for 20 minutes with one salesman outside and one inside. Neither one ever acknowledged I was even there. I ended up leaving with my cash and went to Phil Long Kia Nd bought a car from them same day. Too Bad.

Absolutely horrible place. Every car I got into was falling apart . And the salesman specifically told me they work with people who have recently filed for bankruptcy. I was very specific and detailed about my situation and was told they would not send my info to multiple banks. Just one . In return I was sent to about 6 different banks ALL DENIED bc of BANKRUPTCY which is what I specifically asked about when I walked in. They were all kinds of helpful until I told them I wanted my 500$ back I put down on a vehicle to THINK ABOUT and wanted to wait and make a better financial decision for ME. As soon as they knew they werent getting my business I had no returned calls in regards to my 500$ and no more service. They ran my credit to several banks after telling me they wouldnt. KNOWING I was trying to rebuild my credit. The manager had nothing to say. CROOKS & LIARS.

UNPROFESSIONAL! This company is a sorry excuse for a business. They dont know how to handle customer service or how to interact with people. This company should be shut down. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!

Horrible horrible business. Sold me a broke down truck refused to fix what was wrong with it until I stated I had a warranty. Wouldnt help with a loaner car while they fixed their mistake. Car has been in the shop for 2 weeks and they claim they lost my engine

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My son is ACTIVE MILITARY, has to report to base upstate NY these so called MEN sold my son a truck 3 weeks ago ENGINE BLEW UP !!! MY SON is STRANDED in COLORODO and Manager Dan and Salesman Mitch have done NOTHING to help him....I am in Florida and my son is on the street, stranded......SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE

I am a disabled vet, I served in three tours and was told that this company would take care of me as they put alot into taking care of soldiers. I bought a truck from 903 S. 8th St Colorado Springs, CO 80905, my dealer was Sam. I got the truck fine and everything was good. I was even asked to please write a good response on google. I love the truck I had got but it had one problem the dashboard was destroyed by the last owner. Not a big deal since when I bought the truck I was told by my dealer not to worry they would replace it and give me a new dashboard if I bought the truck. It has now been 6 months. When I try and call about my dashboard I was told by Sam that if I keep calling he would consider it harassment and not send me a dash board . I think after waiting 6 months I have every right to call. I have asked to speak to a manager from this location on many times and have never got a reply. This is without a doubt the worst time I have ever had with buying a truck, after you sign the papers it seams they no longer care and have no obligation to help you, even breaking there word. It makes me further upset how I was told over and over not to worry we take care of our vets but again 6 months later I sit her with a destroyed dashboard that I have to look at and no response. Lets not talk about the fact that a radio that does not work was thrown in that I had to pay 200 dolars to fix or the fact that since I moved to Florida and found out the A/C to shot and I will have to pay close to 600 to fix even though I was told the truck had A/C. I dont even care about these issues, I only wish they keep there word and fix the dashboard. So much for keeping there word to vets. They lie from the beginning. I went to every lakeside in colorado springs spent 6 days finding the right car. Got pre-approved was told yes i will be able to get a car 99% certain was given a proce range. Found a car gave a deposit to hold it this was on a Thursday they said i would hear back friday Friday came was told saturday sayurday came was told monday. Monday came nothing Wednesday tgey said for sure i would hear thursday. Tbursday came i was told you cant have the car you want find another one then the salesman Frank refused to answer his phone. I found a car at the 8th street location did another app it came back immediately they wanted a rexiculous down payment and was told they knew for several days they conditions but they didnt tell me. They lied from the beginning still havent gotten my deposit back and i dont have a car. Every car i drove had major issues. Dan tbe finance manager is a joke and ty is a liar. Frank is very unknowleable cowardly and slow. Mark at the 8th street store is a liar and peter and tbe gang at the Tejon store cover thier backs. The better business Bureau needs to shut them down. Poor custoner service and vwry poor vehicles. Dont go there!

Three years later and Im still dealing with the mechanical issues with my car. Still underwater on the loan since they sold it to me for WAY more than it was worth, so trading it in anywhere is out of the question. These bastards took advantage of me as a first time car buyer, screwed me over & I still stand firm that they should be shut down and run out of town! A disgraceful business run by disgraceful people with no other intentions but to TAKE ADVANTAGE of innocent people.

Well I got a car from here and it has been the worst experience in my life I got the car and with in one week of having the car the brakes needed to be replaced so I called and told them and instead of them replacing the brake they wanted me to pay hafe of the replacement cost you cant sale a car with out it passing safety and now I havent even had the car for more then six months and it wont start and they want me to pay to have it towed in and pay $80 to have there mechanics to look at it I would never buy a car from this place ever again they lost a customer for life I am not happy and I hope no one buys from yall so they cant get screwed like I did.
