Bo, our sales person, did an outstanding job walking us through the process of selecting and purchasing our new bed! The only issue is the delay in receiving our pillow and bed shipment. We wish we could have our bed and pillows sooner!

The Mgr Chris was extremely helpful on answering some very basic questions on the bed we bought elsewhere 4 months ago. I will gladly utilize this store for all future sleep # needs.

The delivery was canceled by Sleep Number on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. Delivery was also confirmed one day prior. Delivery was then rescheduled for 6 weeks later... better customer service could have retained this paying customer.

My husband and I visited the Sleep Number store in Colorado Springs, CO with the hopes of finding the perfect mattress. We were greeted immediately by Chris and our experience with him was a delight. His knowledge of the available options for a mattress was impressive and his delivery was pleasant and non-pressuring. He took his time with us and answered all of our many questions. ... We purchased a Sleep Number mattress that night and were very excited to receive it ... and finally get a good nights sleep!

We went in just to look and decided it was time to upgrade our current bed. We were amazed at how much the technology had improved and all the options for one piece, split piece or 1/2 split and the mattress options. We are excited to get our new bed.

Our Sleep Number specialist Bo was very informative, knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. He took time to explain and show us the various models in the showroom. We didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy, but we did because we needed a new bed to allow us better quality rest.

My wife and I entered the store knowing that we would pay a premium price for a Sleep Number bed, but what we got for our money should be well worth the price. The adjustability, quality of product, Sleep IQ functionality to track our sleeping habits, and having the support of Sleep Number stores throughout the States gives us added confidence that we made the right purchase.

The sleep number bed we have tested as a great test me and my wife done lately, we like the bed and we bought one .my wife enjoyed the bed. Also she will benefit from it .more sleep and less pain.

Customer service was outstanding, never felt pressured and highly recommend Chris Griffin for your salesmen, although everyone there was great. Cant wait to sleep in my new bed.

We went into the store seeking information. We were very pleased to talk to a well-versed staff person who was not selling or trying to talk us into buying anything without trying. He explained the product very well and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

We had a great experience with Ken. He did a great job explaining our options and helping us find what was right for us. We really appreciated the sleep position analysis he showed us. Do not buy a Sleep Number bed. I have owned my Sleep Number for 4 months and the foot warmer is already broken.To make matters worse, I was supposed to have an appointment for repair tomorrow, but apparently the chat ended before they confirmed the appointment. If you didn’t finalize the appointment, why the hell do I have the parts for the repair?!?! The proof is in the photos.The ineptitude is thick with this company. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER!!GARBAGE COMPANY, GARBAGE BEDS AND GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Linda and Tony are very knowledgeable of the product features, functions and additions with the Sleep Number product lines. I am familiar with the old Sleep Number revisions (purchased ~10 years ago) and should be content with the newer Performance series. I also am happy about the 100 night trial so cannot wait to try out the new bed. The store personnel did not give my gut any disturbances, which means it was a positive experience and felt personable.

Ive always had back issues since I was in high school and finally decided it was time to get a new mattress to help me. I had heard about sleep number and wanted to try it for myself. I was immediately greeted by Tony in the store, and despite having other customers at the time, he was extremely helpful and provided an EXCELLENT experience in the store. He was not pushy and seemed to genuinely care about my wants and needs from a new mattress. Cant wait for my new mattress to come next week!

The only painful thing about my new sleep number mattress was the price but I cant stay awake fuming over it because its too comfortable and I fall asleep.Really knowledgeable staff. The Installers who came were quick polite respectful and also very knowledgeable.

We came in expecting a pushy sales person to assist. Boy were we wrong. We were greeted by Bob who was really nice and welcoming. He then brought my girlfriend and I a water and the introduced us to Ken the store manager who was extremely polite and professional. He really worked with us and we dont have the best of credit but still treated us like millionaires. We explained it all up front. He showed us all the models. Did the credit check. Then added all together came a little over because we had nothing to offer down today. He still acted like it was not a big deal. Unlike most sales experiences go. This was great. Thanks Ken!

We thought that we had ordered a bed with a base with adjustable legs. We got a bed with no legs so not wanting to have the bed set on the carpet we put in on the old mattress base. This results in the bed being about 4 inches too tall for the head board. The different sides being adjusted different than the other is great. It does sleep warmer that a regular bed

Very comfortable experience. Our salesman Tony was super easy to work with, had great customer service, and made the process the best it could be! When spending a good amount on a bed it truly helped to have Tony who knew all the intricacies, details, and was fully knowledgeable about each and every product they sell! Colorado Springs store is highly recommended!!!

We needed to replace our less-than-two-year-old sheets which were still under warranty and Tony, at the Colorado Springs, store was very helpful in providing us the customer service contact as well as recommending a second set of sheets that were on a great sale! Thank you! And the torn sheets were replaced without question.

My husband and I went shopping here for a bed with a rough idea of what we wanted. The staff were helpful and above and beyond friendly. When one of the salespeople was trying to set up our information in the computer, the computer kept glitching out and deleting the info. The salespeople noticed that I was in pain from standing (I have back and joint problems) and they set me up in the nicest bed, on the nicest setting, with the nicest blanket, seeming to take great joy and entertainment in doing so. We had such a nice time there that we wound up staying a little extra talking with the staff because they were all so interesting and fun. (:

The beds are not for me which is fine. The sales experiance and the price, however, were disappointing. The bed demos did not work. The sales lady was distracted, didnt know much about the product and just kept repeating the same scripted responses. After a high pressure sales pitch she suggested an almost $8,000 package when we told her our budget was $3k to $4k. When I wouldnt give her my phone number she said, Well this is how I make my living so goodbye. Then she turned around and walked away. We ended up laughing about the ridiculous experiance but ultimately were turned off from exploring sleep number anymore. We purchased from denver mattress where the service was excellent.

Really bad bed. Had to return it. Read the fine print.

The Store Manager here in COS was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgable; answering our MANY questions. Cannot recommend. Very slow delivery. Bed sagged toward center after one month. Almost nonexistent service after sale. It feels like they scammed me for $3000 and then disappeared.

Kind of sad with the amount of money spent at this store that the delivery guys could not take 5 minutes and help a 70 year old lady with putting a mattress down the stairs. Oh well, guess thats to be expected from corporate greed these days. Guess I wont be buying a new sleep number bed when I need a new mattress. I will he shopping elsewhere.
