Yesterday I had a great experience with a foreign asian kid. Guy was really cool and helped me with what I needed. Hard to understand but satisfied with what i needed.

In the midst of a close-out, and they had some decent, but not great, deals. Sad to know they are closing another location. Really prefer being able to walk through the store, over buying on-line.

This location is starting its going out of business sale. Honestly surprised that this one is closing considering the influx of new homes/apartments that are popping up on this side of town. (But the company is run poorly so not too shocking) Never had any issues shopping here so guess Ill head over to the Woodman/Academy Location from now on.

Covid safe! They provide cleaning wipes for the cards before you touch them and hand sanitizer before you go on the store. There were workers roaming around that you could ask for help. I was in and out with what I needed quickly. The store was clean and the workers were polite.

I had the WORST experience at this store today. Their employee did not know what she was doing annd even blamed me. She rolled her eyes when I walked up to the cashier and requsted a refund. She was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I have no doubt why they are losing their business and closing down the store. They dont even deserve one star.

Went to the store on Woodmen looking for sheets. They were quite picked over, so I didnt get what I wanted, hence 3 stars. I did get some new towels, so that was good! Had to go to the store on Powers to get sheets. They were pretty well picked over also, but at least they had white ones. Maybe I should have ordered online and saved trips to 2 stores.

Super helpful staff called another location to reserve a product not in stock at the first place I stopped.

It is no wonder this one is closing. Terrible management that completely lacks customer service.

They had a lot of great stuff but my cashier was so rude. you can tell she didnt want to be there and theres a lot of people who need a job that could probably replace her that has better customer service than what she had. I bought glass stuff and she put all of them and one bag so they clinked all together. Not very bright and having 50 different conversations going on with other employees when she was checking me out and Im asking her questions. And she was very rude like I was interrupting her. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Inventory has been rough lately at times but employees has all been great

Good customer service. A bit over priced but it is a one stop shop for kitchen and bedding for better product than other big box stores.

I purchased an item on clearance attempted to return it because it simply didn’t work and was outrageously priced for a curtain on “clearance” They said that was not the item in the bag the barcode was messed up so they couldn’t return it without receipt. They had no problem selling it to me in the first place using that same barcode. Feels like a complete scam. Everything is overpriced anyways so now I have a reason to never go back. Going to refer all of my friends including myself getting married and having babies to never set up registry at Bed Bath.

Bought a great Christmas gift for my wife there.

Usually has what Im looking for, except this one was closing. I was still able to do some early Christmas shopping.

I was so blown away by an employees gesture on Christmas Eve that I thought I would leave this post two weeks later. When I called to see if a specialty item was still available, Samantha not only went to check for me, but also offered to leave it at the front counter for pickup. It made it the chaos of the evening so much lesser than it could have been! Thank you so much Samantha I really appreciated it!!

Where else can you get everything for your home and then some more stuff you dont even need because this place is notorious for making you feel like you have to buy all these extra ridiculous kitchen gadgets or they try to persuade you into the 945 thread count Egyptian cotton bed sheets for only $150 a set. This is the best place to waste my money at because we all need another food processor

I went in for a wedding registry and I had the best time! I worked with Wendy. She was so nice and helpful. She walked around with me for about 2 hours. She was very attentive to my wants and needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and designers! She definitely knows her stuff! Thanks a lot Wendy, you are awesome!

Between the two stores, they made it possible for me to get the duvets we needed. They worked together to make it possible. Great people!

Went in to buy a Le Creuset Dutch oven. They did not have the one we wanted (7.25 qt). We asked them to order and ship to a store near me. Had to endure a 15 minute lecture on why they could not fulfill our request. Went away empty handed and disappointed

Overall good experience. I came in during a week day and the crowd levels were very low. The store is sectioned off by room or category and makes it generally easy to find what youre looking for. I went in looking for items for the bathroom and found a clearance section as well! Im not a fan of how prices are labeled. I wish this was easier to see or just more obvious/convenient to the customer. I took a few items to the cashier for a price check because they werent labeled, nor was there a sign. Other than that, good prices on the clearanced items and that was what I was looking for!

I found the best pillows here! I also forgot my mask at home and they provided one for me.

Store going out of business not alot to choose from

We have purchased many household goods and items from this store throughout the years. From kitchen utensils, curtains, towels, hand-held vacuums and toilet seats. If there was a problem with anything then we returned it, no questions asked. Hope the store doesnt go away. The 20% coupons are nice too.

I needed help finding items on a bridal registry three different times on my visit to Bed Bath & Beyond. Each person I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience and look forward to going back there. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly. Great job everyone!

We were looking at various items for our new home. Found just about everything we needed. Store is laid out nicely and easy to navigate. We had to order one thing, but the process for this was very easy. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Best of all we got 25 precent off our entire order for being retired Air Force.

Allow me to start by saying that I visited your location at 5944 Barnes Rd in Colorado Springs today with the intention of purchasing just 1 item - Licorice bites. Yes. On Black Friday all I wanted were the horrible licorice bites that I can only find in your stores. You would be doing me a huge favor by no longer carrying these evil, delicious little treats, but I digress.A little under 40 minutes later, my boyfriend and I left after purchasing nearly $350 worth of merchandise for around $255. Kelley assisted us as we meandered through the store, finding dishes that were all sold out, except for the display dishes that we were completely unaware were on sale as we began our trek into the store. Kelley got her manager to help her pack up the display dish set that looked amazing with the incredible flatware set my boyfriend just had to have. She also went out of her way to help us find new glasses for our new dish set, and made sure we knew about the 20% off the entire purchase coupon available that we knew nothing about.When we finally finished blowing our Christmas budget, Kelley took it upon herself to get us checked out of the store very quickly, opening a new register just for us. Please know her demeanor was superb. Ive not encountered a retail worker with her passion in a long time. Thank you, Kelley!That being said - please consider dropping the Wiley Wallaby licorice soon. I dont think I can afford to buy anymore in the future.

They had some of the worst merchandising that Ive experienced. If youve been in a Bed Bath & Beyond, then you know very well that they are ALL overly cluttered and have narrow cramped walkways around all the clutter, but this one was especially terrible on that front. I was looking for All-clad kitchenware, when I found where it was located, there was one price sheet but nothing on that sheet was down below where all of the product was and in reverse, none of the product down below had any pricing on it. On top of that, there was only one person in the department who was occupied by everyone else trying to just figure out how much things were with their mess of merchandising. It only regains one star because they do have decent products and their prices are reasonable (they even price match Amazon), but this store is an absolute mess.

The store is closing, the employees are moseying thru the store, ignoring questions showing no interest in helping. The prices are coming down on merchandise, but dont expect to get help from the employees

I expected a more hectic than usual environment as it is December. I did not expect the conversations between employees and the general apathy displayed by everyone working. Management should be aware of the fact that several of the employees do not want to be there, and you are running them into the ground. The store is generally well kept, so obviously the team is normally good, but the extended holiday hours seems to be a concern. So much so that they openly complain to each other about it.

Good stuff, pretty expensive, but when they have sales, is affordable.

Its just what it says oh, stuff for the bedroom, bathroom, and the whole rest of the house basically. My mom loves shopping at the store. So she got me to go in a couple times either with her or just cuz I needed something for myself. Ive always found good deals weather at this location or another. From what I remember the store was clean and neat/organized.

The clearance sales are just fabulous, and its very worth it to join their online club which gets so many items 20% off every day. If youre careful, you can find great deals... I sure have!

This is the place for all kitchen and bathroom gadget needs. Also good selection of bed and bath linens. Be sure to use a coupon to maximize your spending here. They send out coupons online and snail mail regularly, so be sure to have them when you go to shop.

How can a company let a person stand on a busy street corner when it’s 4 degrees out and that’s not with wind chill . How could this be legal or morally right in anyone’s eyes ? Please do something about this before the person gets injured

Bed Bath & Beyond was great. They got my wife the discontinued drape panels she needed. A special thank you to a young man named Joe. He pulled together the resources to solve our problem.

The store was put together well. The floor associates were nice, the cashiers were very interested in each other and not so much the guests. They continued talking while we were standing right in front of them, and didn’t stop until we interrupted the conversation.

Friendly and helpful staff, but sometimes short-staffed. Short lines at checkout. Can get lost in here for hours with all the deals and items.

Well stocked store with a friendly staff. They routinely offer good coupons that can be used online and in the store. I often use the buy online and pick up in store option. They have good parking.

I was a big fan of bed bath and beyond. Not anymore. Here is my experience. I went to get somethings for my house. Upon entering the store a sale person ask did I need help. I said no. As I continue to look for the items I came for, out of the corner of my eyes they are still standing there. I said please dont follow me around it makes me feel uncomfortable. Next here comes I guess a manager, that other person is still standing there. This manager I guess ask me can I help you? My response was Im out of here, she stated I just wanted to know if you needed some help. I stated to her same as I stated to the other person please dont follow me around it makes me very uncomfortable. I continue to say if I need some help I know how to ask. So, please dont follow me around... See Im veteran of 3 wars and a retiree from an International Airport. Im NOT! there to STEAL... I live very comfortable. From this day forward I will give my business to other stores like Kohls, Wal-Mart or some small business. Even if I have to drive a little further.

They didnt have exactly what I wanted, but learned that I could order it in the store. I needed shorter curtains than what was in the store. I havent done that before through the store, so I have it a try. The whole process was fairly easy and the correct product arrived early and as described.

The staff in this store has been very helpful and usually knows where everything is even when its tiny and on a random endcap display.Great return policy, theyll never give you a hard time for returning anything. I had two defective air fryers and they never questioned me, they just took them back. Im sure they let the company deal with the defective products.You do need to know what youre buying here because as is true in 2019, you might be buying some Chinese made garbage.Go to Amazon for their reviews as the BBaB reviews are sparse.

Tried to purchase a new duvet and matching euro pillows, but they did not have the matching euro pillows in stock, only the display pillows. The associate offered to order from online but the wait time for delivery was longer than I expected. I ended up buying carved wood sconce brackets and a water filter.

I had a gentleman associate help. He came and asked me if he could help me. He placed an order for me to be delivered to my home. He found all the items I was looking for. It was amazing to me. Found some very cool Christmas gifts. One was a LED light bar. You can use this thing in so many areas of your house, and its a great emergency light. I also picked up a few other as seen on TV items here and have been satisfied. Who doesnt love shopping here? I would like to find a universal remote that can control LIFE. Ill make a movie about what the remote can do and Ill call the movie Click. Genious right?

Love BB&B, but the customer service at this location is severely lacking. My husband purchased an item online, when it was received the feet were uneven causing it to wobble. We went into the store to return it and were greeted by Carol. The phone started to ring and another employee prompted Carol to answer it even though she was not helping any guests and instead of continuing to help us she just stood there. Then another customer interrupted Carol just as she hung up the phone and two other employees just stood there without helping us. When Carol was finally finished she proceeded to process our return, but it was for the incorrect amount. The system was showing we used a coupon even though we did not. We checked the bank account to be sure then told her the correct amount. At this time another employee, Haley, interrupted quite rudely and informed us she would look into it. I showed Haley the statement on my phone to show her the amount we paid, because she kept saying we used a coupon and was again rudely informed that she would look into it. Carol then continued speaking to my husband as Haley was “looking into it” and when my husband responded Haley, again, firmly said she was looking into it. At this time, I told her my husband was simply responding to Carol and that there was no reason to be rude and nasty simply because there is an error in the price. Once she realized we were correct she apologized for being rude. I can only assume she would have continued with her attitude if we were wrong since she only apologized after confirming that we weren’t lying. I’ve worked in customer service for many years, and while I understand no one is perfect and everyone has bad days, we weren’t blaming anyone, nor being rude to Carol. We knew it was a system error, not user error and simply addressed the issue and asked that it be fixed. We were met with nothing but attitude from Haley for asking that we receive a refund in the actual amount that was paid for the product. If I had to return another item I would actually go out of my way to ensure I did not have to go through Haley again. Her attitude was THAT uncomfortable.

I changed this review after my experience today. They are flat out rude and mean at the Barnes location. I mean the manager especially was very nasty. I purchased a can opener just before the pandemic, during the pandemic i called them to explain to them i lost the receipt and the can opener didnt work. They told me they could look it up under my cc for exchange. I went in today to just exchange because the first one was broken. The short dark curly hair manager was downright hateful and said no receipt no refund. I explained what i was told and she was like too bad... Lost all my business bbb forever... you really messed up my day and that was just sad. I will share my story...
