Amazing Ladies,Allie and Ashley were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We appreciated the way they made us feel that they were truly interested in meeting our needs. They made suggestions and helped us find the perfect bed for the grandma of the house. They gave us many options and worked with us on understanding the differences and how each bed functioned. They were good listeners and patient with all the questions and ideas we had. A good sense of humor and enthusiasm made this a fun experience. They made us feel free to call back with questions that might come up for us later. We intend to continue a business relationship with Mattress Firm because of them.

I give the delivery of my over $6000 purchase 2 stars.1 star for showing up, 2nd star for actually getting the bed set up. In my mind thats a D...barely passing.They ran out of my house saying that their boss at the warehouse told them they were behind. They literally ran out of my house, and didnt take the old matress or box springs which was part of the delivery agreement. They did not work with us to adjust the bed to our satisfaction, and if I had not said...what about the remote, that would have been a problem as well.That said, the people at the store itself, were amazing in working with me, Jordan in particular. Matress Firm really needs to contract with a better, more customer friendly delivery service. That should be easy to find.

Chris was great! He was helpful, answered all of my questions, and put together a great package that met my needs and my budget. When one thing didnt work, he tried another and got an even better price. Also, delivery in 2 days (others said 4-6 weeks due to COVID). We had a great experience while at the showroom. However, the nightmare began after we received delivery. Miscommunication with Chris regarding the leasing as well as our sheet package delivery. When I spoke to him about the miscommunication, he belittled me insinuating how can I not understand that he made everything clear. Well Chris, you lied to get a sale and then belittled me. Perhaps you are prejudice and think all us latinos are ignorant.The truth will soon be exposed. You know how to sell but cant carry it through.

Recently purchased 2 King sized Hybrid Mattress sets plus accessories and pillows from a VERY friendly, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable gentleman named Bob. My sister went into the store and met him in person as I have been a bit under the weather and he put everything together over the phone and internet for me in a short manner of time. Best place to get mattresses

Nicholas was beyond accommodating when helping me find the perfect mattress. I was sleeping on a sleep number and was satisfied but it was time for a new mattress. He guided me to a 3000 blue something soft foam mattress and it turned out to be the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept on. However with the nine inch box spring I had to get on my tip toes to get in(I’m 5’9”) but as I age I’m 71, I thought that obstacle might be a problem. Once again he solved it by sending a 4 3/4 inch box spring. I will highly recommend his store to all my friends. Superb customer service.
