I went here to get a mattress for my new apartment on the last day of their 4th of July sale. The salesperson, Jordan, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He let me test out different mattresses and pillows before buying. I chose to get the Sleepys Calm Euro Queen Mattress because it had the right balance of support and softness and because it was in stock. I added a Sleepys Graphite High Profile Queen Pillow for only $50 more. Jordan even agreed to ship everything to my current address in only 1 week. Im definitely giving this store 5 out of 5 stars for the outstanding customer experience Ive had.

This was the most pleasant mattress shopping experience Ive ever had. It was easy, enjoyable and hassle free. That was mostly to do with my salesman, Robert Wyllie. He was helpful, but never pushy, worked within my budget and had me smiling the whole time.

We bought the day before Black Friday. Their special said free adjustable frame. At first it was supposed to be a few days wait. Now they say they cant deliver the frame until February. What company makes the client wait 3 months? We have tried talking to the manager- his brilliant response was they can get our old mattress from the dump!!

Not the greatest shopping experience but not the worst. The sales guy was nice enough. However, within 10 minutes of being in the store he was offering $800 off any mattress. We were explaining our price range and what we were looking for. He was more worried about just making a sale in our price range vs. helping us find a mattress we would keep and not end up returning. We left the store looking for a little more guidance when shopping for a mattress, we ended up at Denver Mattress. We got the education we need from an associate who helped us determine what kind of mattress we needed based on our sleeping style, body types, etc. We ended spending just slightly more out of our price range because we found a high quality mattress elsewhere that suited us!! Mattress firm felt very gimicky. Saying we are the only ones that carry Simmons Beautyrest Black we walked into several other mattress companies and saw the very mattress they only carry. Prior to us leaving he basically begged us and asked what can I do right now to make this sale happen for you? Nothing. Your pushy sales tactics, and lack of knowledge of the mattress industry and the mattresses you carry was enough to never have us return to mattress firm!!!

Madeleine was phenomenal. I am soo thankful that she was the associate to direct me to a bed I absolutely love. This was the first and last store I stopped at to mattress shop. Madeleine was so great ensuring everything was taken care of for me and truly was so sweet.
