Ive really got to give a shout out to two Mattress Firm employees who went above and beyond to help me with quick and easy service and purchase. I started off at the Clearance Center on N. Academy, where I called and spoke to Nate and told him I was looking for a decent (but relatively cheap) mattress for my guest room. He knew I wasnt looking to spend a lot and offered to review options with me, so I went to the store and he helped locate EXACTLY what I was looking for at another store in town, and it was an AMAZING deal. So he called the store at Knob Hill and I went there, where Leanne continued to provide EXCELLENT service and got me all set up and paid out. She even helped me hoist the new mattress up on top of my Jeep so I could strap it down and bring it home. I really cant thank Nate and Leanne enough for their help and AWESOME SERVICE!

I dont understand why business dont update the hrs on Google not everyone have a 9-5pm job. I thought I will still make it but NO its closed.

This gentlemen Luciano Hernandez,was greatI had walk in just to look around compare Prices . Let me just say that this guy answered all my questions.He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My husband and I forgot how we were there and gonna fallow up with other mattress stores. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm!!! Excellent customer service. I am glad they retain their employees because I was able to purchase from Aaron for the 4th time several years apart. All my rooms have mattresses from here. I tracked down Aaron at the Citadel crossing and also on the store at Galley and Academy. He is so knowledgeable!!! I feel like I got such a great price. My husband and I came to this store initially to browse and purchase later. Luciano greeted us when we arrived and was incredibly helpful and friendly. After showing us a few beds and allowing us to figure out what we wanted, we actually ended up purchasing a bed that day. Usually you get that buyers remorse after signing on larger purchases as we were looking for a king sized bed, but thanks to Luciano, we felt comfortable and confident that we were getting the best possible deal. He was genuine, easy going, and knowledgeable without making us feel like we were pushed into buying anything. He did everything he could to get us the best deals and we are so grateful. We love our new bed and all of his recommendations regarding the comforter, pillows, and sheets. I absolutely recommend this store thanks to him.

This was my first time ever buying a new mattress so I was a little bit nervous. After being on a groupon memory foam for the last 7-8 years though it was definitely time to make something happen.I came into mattress firm off academy and was immediately warmly greeted by Jelan. As a salesman myself I can’t help but pick up on when I’m being sold on something and that was never the case. He walked me through a few different models after asking what I’m after. Started me off with budget, worked up a little bit to other models but was always helping me to find the mattress that would help me with the issues I’ve been having. Explained the stats and benefits on each one and helped me to make my decision. Just woke up after my first night and damn I wish I had done this years ago! Thank you guys!!!!

The guy did a wonderful job getting us the best price. My issue is not with the sales but the product. It was supposed to be a cool mattress were it sleeps cool. Lies, why did I expect the truth from a discount company? Anyways, it is pretty comfortable but I bought the reclining mattress, I barely use it because I am so busy that when I go to bed in sleeping. So think about your life style before upgrading. Plus bed skirts dont fit on platform beds. Gotta make your own.

I was investigating the possibility of purchasing a new matress and bed. I met Jalen who was very helpful. He laid out all of my best options and let me know of the great deals they were having as well as financing options. He put all my concerns of dealing with a sleazy matress salesmen to rest.
