I dropped in for a quick browse and Im glad I did I was able to pick up what I needed quickly. The staff was nice and assisted me with everything I requested, showed me directly to the areas. It was a solid experience Ill be back.

I worked with Tracy. She was polite, patient and extremely helpful. Also, she got me a person who braids because I wasnt having any luck booking appointments. Excellent customer service.

This place has everything you need for hair and more. They have great prices and all the brands I use as a ethnic woman. I love going here because I find so many cool things. If you go here, take your time and look around, its worth it. It is a little difficult to find this location, but once you go the first time, you will not forget the next time.

It was my first visit, and I purchased a track set of hair with some clips to make my own extensions. I found the items I searched for pretty easy, and they seemed to have a great variety and options. No complaints.

The attitude on those 2 girls were alittle uncomfortable. Like I was being picky on what I wanted to buy like every customer would if they are spending their money on something, and the attitude on these girls made me want to leave immediately. I even heard them chuckle behind the counter while I trying to decide what color wig cap I wanted. Weird. Never again.

2nd day of wearing the wig it started to fall apart does not accept heat bought supplies and it never assisted with the wig. Affordable but wigs are not recommended

Black Beauty needs to be more customer friendly. I like to feel welcomed when I go somewhere to spend my MONEY. They offer a supply of hair products. But the store is very very small.

Keeping everything fully stocked makes you exceptional and will set you apart.

They did not have good selection and the prices are very high, I am from Georgia where u can get nice wigs for 20 to 30 dollars.

Ive been a customer here since 2006 and I always find what Im looking for. Prices are reasonable and lots of variety in products. The owner is frequently onsite and very knowledgeable about the products. I like that the staff is always eager to help and make recommendations as well as support local businesses. I constantly recommend this establishment.

You will find ethnic hair care products in this store, but if youve lived outside of this area in recent years, their prices tend to be higher than what youre accustomed to seeing. I would ask if he price matches. Also, I would call for specific products to see if he has them in stock before making the trip. He can order them.

Nice owner, the man is, but i only assume hes the owner. Most of them are nice, a few arent. But, u get your stuff, gleefully someone is there who knows what they are doing, usually there is!

Don’t necessarily recommend this place due to poor customer service by the female who works the front counter. She was rude when I asked questions. Usually the man, who I assume is the owner or manager, is nice but I was disappointed to know he was standing by while she was being so impolite.

The lady who works there was very nice in helping me with what I needed, the owner on the other hand never gave me my change which was supposed to be $5.00

Went in with my daughter and my friend. We went in hopes of getting hair dye and toner. The lady with the crusty wig told me “ I don’t know about no toner that’s all we have” secondly the sheriff came in and hovered around me like I’m trying to steal. I do not recommend this hole in the wall to anyone.

My go to place for hair

I went to this place for kanekalon braiding hair and the black lady at the counter was very helpful!! I didnt catch her name though. Definitely recommend this place, and I was recommended to go here by a friend!

Well just let me start by saying, I use to go to the beauty supply on Hancock n Academy right behind KFC. Anyway when you go here just make sure you get what you want. Dont try and worry to much on brands. I went in for something I couldnt fine asked for Help, n the person that works there tried to get me to buy something I really didnt want. Lets just say I will go back to the one on Hancock.

They have a huge selection for being such a small place.Nice helpful people.Ill most definitely be coming back here for my hair and hair care needs!

Ive been there multiple times to get faux locs and they consistently have what I need. They have nice wigs and great sales on them if you can catch them before they go.
