State’s the only place to go for beauty products, at least for me. They’ve got it all! I’ve been shopping at State for over a decade, Heather and Ally (Allie) are fabulous! They’re both so knowledgeable and helpful, and are ALWAYS willing to help answer any and all the questions you may have. It’s a wonderful place to shop! If you’ve never been, go you won’t be disappointed!

They need to make their store on Google more professional. It has a picture of people partying in a living room. It dosent say anywhere that its not a regular hair store. This is actually not a hair store at all but they put them selves in that category. Its a shop where professional beauticians go. You have to have a license to shop there and everything. And when I walked in kind of confused they lady was very rude and not understanding at all. She was just like no this isnt a regular hair store and you need a license otherwise get out! So yea definitely not professional at all. Ewww Im disgusted by their service.

Clean store. Generally helpful staff. Also, They always have the shades I need in the brands I love. Fair prices as well. Thank you State for always being great! The samples are an awesome plus too!

I have shopped at literally ALL of the supply stores in the Springs area and none of them compare to the kindness and compassion t hat I receive from Heather and the peeps at State!! They go above and beyond to help all of their customers!! On several occasions they have stayed open late bc I was stuck in traffic to ensure that I get the products I need to have a successful business!! I was extremely pleased to get the attention and service that was given to me upon entering the State Beauty Supply store today. I was having a terrible time trying to figure out what to do with my hair- I had experienced the worst attempt to lighten My overall color/ from a young lady the day prior- and my hair had been lightened with bleach until I noticed it was starting to break and I told the stylist to remove it right away. This unfortunate situation was only part of my ordeal. I am leaving this evening for a wedding I am going to be in -out in Las Vegas and I had very little time to correct a huge hair disaster. As I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help . After explaining the situation...the employee knew exactly what to do. She literally got all the items I needed to correct the color and even wrote down exactly what I needed to do with themIn order to achieve the color that I had originally wanted .So after I followed her instructions my hair was a bit damaged ( from the day prior) but overall a great success .What a relief it was to have had a knowledgeable, caring, person there to assist me and completely accommodate everything I needed . I couldn’t be more pleased with the employee and customer service the State Beauty Supply provided. What a wonderful way to feel when leaving .Thank you! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Beauty Supply needs .
