I have not only bought a vehicle with them, which I maintained and repaired with them as well, but I have since brought another vehicle in to be serviced also. I have a 2017 Rav 4. I have 2 dogs and had neglected my car for the past year. Inside and out. Kathy at Rocky Mountain Body & Paint referred me across the street to S.A.G., ask for Junior. I did. He quoted me a price and we scheduled the appointment for Tuesday July 13th 8am. Dropped my car off. Received a call around 4 saying they would have until next day. I had no problem with this knowing the state my Rav was in.I got a call around 3 on Wed afternoon saying they were done. They said it was the worst case of dog hair ever! When I came to pick it up, Jr took me out to look at it. I was amazed at the outstanding job Earl (the detailer) had done. Earl worked on my ride for 2 solid days. His attention to detail is impeccable. They said they got 95% of the dog hair, but I really dont see any. Under the hood looks amazing too!I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done these past two days. Thanks to Dale and his staff for helping ease a travelers worry. We are on vacation from Texas, and had a slight oil leak. They put our car on the rack and thoroughly check it out. Dale and his team of automotive technicians are second to none. Ive been taking my cars to Dale at Springs Automotive Group for many years and I have never been disappointed by him or his team. Ive had everything from a Pontiac Vibe to a Lexus GX-460 with about 10 vehicles in between, and Springs Automotive was the place I took them for repair or maintenance. Ive always been treated fairly and honestly by Dale and his team and would never consider going anywhere else. As a result of my many positive experiences there, Ive referred many friends to Dale. I wouldnt do that unless I knew they would receive the same great service at a great price as I have received.

So thankful for the lead i received, been looking for good honest mechanics for years. Dropped my Honda off for brakes and a coolant flush. After diagnostic Dale the service manager did not recommend bakes at this time. The money saved i was able to toss towards other problems I have been avoiding. The team was great and got my car back to a working and safe condition.

Bought my car from them this last November. Out of 6 months its been in a shop for 2 of them. Had to have a new engine put in. 2 weeks later Im stranded on the side of the road with my kids and new born baby. Now needs a new alternator...if you like to make car payments for a car you cant drive then Springs Automotive is the place to go.

I have an 04 Nissan Pathfinder that I just took up to the mountains just west of Colorado Springs. I really did a number on my Pathfinder...The inside was full of mud, dirt, booze and was just gross. My Exterior had been scrapped by trees and needed some TLC. Good Guys Auto did a full Auto Detail to my Pathfinder, washed and put the vac to my carpets and when it got done it looked cleaner that it did when I bought it. I could not even believe that I was looking at my vehicle. I will definitely be back to Good Guys Auto to let them Detail my vehicle after my next fun weekend up in the mountains. Went to check out a car that was online, turns out they have different locations but we were interested in a car so we went to the other location. When we get there we see the car and as we’re looking at the car the salesman tries to sell us another. Then we ask to test drive the car we originally went to see, after test driving it me and my husband are trying to discuss if we liked it and we ask the guy to give us an idea if it’s with in our monthly payment budget. And this seemed to really “annoy” him but he went in anyway. As he was asking for our info he was EXTREMELY rude! As if we were a bother for making him do his job. I was so close to just leaving as he kept using an irritated voice. Personally I won’t be returning they have an okay selection of cars (hints the two stars) but this guy was really rude.

Bought a car. It leaks. I didnt know that until the recent rain storms coming through. My whole inside is soaked. The CEL came on after a day of driving after buying it. They fixed that due to their warranty. Some time passes, I got a flat and thought to use to spare. The spare was dry rotted with wires showing. It was flipped upside down so i couldnt that. Never buying a car from here again.

Brought my carbd vehicle from the east coast to these guys for an altitude adjustment. After working on it for a full day, the vehicle ran horrible. That night i removed the jets and rods they installed and the vehicle ran fine. A complete waste of $150. Also the specialist who worked on my vehicle adjusted my TV cable to the point of red lining my engine before shifting out of first gear.Vehicle fixed at Tanner 4X4, great job.
