Just purchased a Toyota Highland from Liberty Toyota. Our salesman Bryant did an awesome job. He helped find the right vehicle that met ours needs and made everything very easy. He stayed in touch with us through the entire process, answering our questions and ensuring we are well informed and satisfied with their service. We’re most happy with Bryant and appreciate his professional and caring attitude.
The work done for the normal 30k maintenance was done quickly and efficiently, BUT the service representative showed no hustle or sense of urgency. I waited in my truck in the garage for 25 minutes before he casually strolled up to the car and quickly preceded to not introduce himself but ask for me to step out of the truck. All the other representatives moved quickly but mine moved line pond water. This happened again when I showed up to pick my truck up. Waiting again for this service rep to remember how to use their legs and put one foot in front of the other. Even after making contact with them, they continued to move at a snails pace to close out the deal. But my truck was finished and ready for me.
Took our 2020 4Runner in for a leaking sun roof 3x. They did not record one of the visits and said we didn’t show up which was not the case. They never fixed it. Said it was normal and sent us home with informational paperwork about how to wash a windshield. They were shady about everything! I would not trust them and two of the service techs we were worked with were not helpful at all! The service manager is a waste of time as well. Gets paid to do nothing basically. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
Another good experience with the Toyota service department. As normal Paul was very professional and helpful. Ive been going to Toyota for a number of years and Paul has always taken care of me. Im very confident in the advice I receive from Paul. Thanks for a great job.
While not everyone was aware of Supra maintenance requirements, the certified mechanic was. Finished my recall and periodic maintenance in one visit and everything was great! Gary and Aaron took care of my questions and car. Thank you!
I bought a used car and when asked they replaced the battery. It was good value but it could have been detailed a little better, the windows were all streaked inside and out. The people were all very professional and helpful! It was a great experience!

Great service and advisors overall. The only issue I have is they try to sell me services that are already complete or do not need to be done like many dealerships. I changed my cabin filter the morning beforeI took my vehicle in and and they told me it was dirty. Not possible with 4 miles on the new filter, and they wanted $129 for a part that costs $10 and takes 30 seconds to swap out. They also said power steering fluid needed changed, they did this for me 2 months ago, luckily I remembered and told them, otherwise they would have charged me for it again for something they just did.
My new advisor, Brien, was very professional and created a great experience for me.
Had to wait 2hours and 35 minutes for maintenance scheduled at 1001. Longest I have ever waited. This is my 5th Highlander.
As always, Paul Reed did a wonderful job! He can be counted on to be a true professional and genuinely cares about the customer. I drive a Toyota due to his amazing support and excellent customer service.
I made an appointment to get my service but they dont prioritize those with appointments versus those who just walk-in. So regardless I still waiting a little over two hours until my service was completed. Next time Ill just walk-in first thing in the morning so I dont have to wait so long.

Took my truck in for an oil change at 8am. I asked that they also check the front tire due to a slight vibration. Nearly 8 hours later no call from Service Advisory. I had to call to inquire about my vehicle. Still no call back so I drove to dealership to pick up my truck. I expected to simply pay for my oil change and be on my way. Come to learn that the oil change had not even been done! The service Advisory proceeded to inform me of a list of items they had quoted for maintenance. Not what I was asking for. The kid was totally unprofessional. I will no longer be taking my vehicle for service at this dealership.
They were super busy. Glad I did an appointment (7am). Was told it would take a few hours (noon). It was done in 1.5 hours. Would recommend to Toyota friends.
I love that I talk to the same technician every time I come in. It’s like my car has a doctor lol. Service was very prompt and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Computer malfunction issues dragged a minor maintenance appointment into hours long experience it was not a good morning! I expected better from this dealership I should have been told upfront about the delay due to their computer issue.

We were so disappointed by the service we received. We took our vehicle to Liberty Toyota with an appointment we had made one week in advance. We waited 25 minutes in the bay just to have someone come out and get started on the paperwork. We explained the problem we were experiencing and Tommy walked around our car once and said “it’s your tires”. We said we didn’t think so and wanted it checked out. We had no communication from Liberty and when we tried to use their website as directed it was never updated. After 3 calls from us the next day we went back to pick up the car to find out that NOTHING had been done and they again just tried to sell us new tires. We had expected to pay for a diagnostic report and we were charged nothing because they did nothing. Apparently Tommy’s once over was all we got. Tommy was not there when we picked up the car and all the other service people could do was apologize. When we talked to the manager he too just apologized but ever offer a solution or asked that we bring the car back. We live quit a distance from this dealership and we rearranged our schedules twice to take and pick up the vehicle and all for nothing. The problem persists and we won’t be taking it back to Liberty Toyota to be worked on. Very poor service all the way around.
Brought my Toyota in for regular service. Appointment went great and got vehicle within the estimated time. Gary Haines provided excellent customer service! Never have had any issues with this dealership and have had my vehicles serviced there for almost 10 years.

I had a 2007 Toyota prius that went haywire on me. I took it here to have them look at it and they informed me it was the orange line of death the hybrid battery had reached its limit. This left me high and dry without a car but liberty Toyota took great care of me and their methods are amazing! They were extremely kind. Ms. Kim at the front desk is the best person they could possibly have as the face of their company, she is soooo sweet, diligent, and very caring. And my technician Danielle Brown was the best part of the whole experience. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I could get the Prius home okay. This dealership is different from the rest thats for sure!

The service was good but they broke the post for the lug nut, I understand things happen but last time we took it in for an oil change we got our vehicle back with our license plate bent in half. We never said anything but after this happened we are now thinking there is a lot of carelessness that happens there.

When I drove up there was a line of cars waiting to get maintenance and service. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to make my meeting at the base. But, I was reassured it wouldn’t take long since I had made an appointment prior. I ended up being out in less than an hour. Have always owned a Toyota and will always - good quality vehicles. Waited 2 hours for the service warranty oil change which seemed excessive. I asked if the truck would be washed and they said they could. They didnt wash it (this is second time this has happened).
I normally have bad experiences with the service department.. Martin has set a new standard. Very professional, timely, efficient and responds quickly to questions or concerns.
I only take my truck to this Toyota dealership as this is my third truck and I am always satisfied with the quality of their shop! Charlie is the best tech and Fred always has everything lined up for me!
Typical oil change. Took a bit long, but about normal. Wish theyd bring back the soda fountain - that was super great for times when Id each lunch while they do my oil change.
I have used Liberty Toyota for maintaining my vehicles since I purchased my Highlander in 2001 and my RAV4 in 2012 at the dealership. My vehicles are always well taken care of. Service is excellent.

We bought a brand new vehicle and dropped it off with the service department to install some options we wanted. Upon pickup the vehicle had been scratched and obviously been driven into something. Although they offered to fix it free of charge, they had to sand and repaint a brand new vehicle a month after it occurred. Upon pickup of that work, there were yet again new scratches on the vehicle. They were able to immediately buff those out but seriously they need to take more time moving vehicles around to avoid this type of needless damage. They still charged me full price for the equipment and the labor although they damaged the vehicle during that labor. There was no offer to compensate me for the time we went without the vehicle to repair the damage they incurred. If you have an option to take your vehicle to another dealership I would suggest it because there is a high likelihood that your vehicle will be scratched up during the work.
I would definitely use this service again. The service department is professional and willing to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work completed

All was good except the technician spilled oil from the base of my battery down thru the base of my vehicle, and did not clean it up. I had to do it myself once I noticed the puddle in my garage. And the seal for the hood nearest the drivers side windshield was left off, im glad it didnt catch the hood when closing cause it could have bent my hood.
Adam was my service rep and I really liked him. Very personal, knowledgeable and professional.
Had appointment to change oil and check power steering. They would not check the power steering because they were too busy.

Paul Reed in the Service Department is always professional, kind, knowlegeable, trustworhty and helpful. I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else! The last time I took my Sienna in for an oil change, I needed the technicians to diagnose why my check engine light was coming on and going off (it was NOT on at the time I brought in my vehicle). I was disappointed that I was charged $90 for this check, since they were performing an oil change anyway, and since I have been a loyal customer there since purchasing my Sienna in 2004. I know that Paul was only following the companys policy, but I often feel nickel and dimed at Larry H. Miller.

Made appointment over a week before. I show up at the dealership to find 10-15 cars waiting in line. I would have missed my scheduled time if I waited. I don’t want to spend half the day... that is the reason for making an appointment in the first place. Why don’t you have a lane for appointment only???

Hidden fees, promises not accomplished, and a lot of bureaucracy are the main factors in scoring this place a bad grade. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience and, as they said, they dont care about relationships, its only about business.
I paid for the 3 oil change, multipoint inspection and car wash service upfront, every time I have taken it the car wash has been broken and the response has always been “it is what it is” frustrating!

Brought my truck in for an oil change. I got a slight attitude because I couldnt get a recall done while there. My fuel level was too high. I also didnt want to get their 60K service. But what really passed me off was they did a tire rotation without asking and now I have to go to discount tire for a balance wasting my time.

Had an appointment for 11and I didnt leave until 2. Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. Unless you have prepaid maintenance go to jiffy lube.
