Took my vehicle to Service King after I was in an accident. From the beginning nothing was repaired correctly or in a timely manner. First thing they put the wrong axle on my vehicle. Then it was a leak. Ended up being the radiator cap was not put on. Then there was the brakes, I got home from picking up my vehicle and the emergency brake light came on and prevented my vehicle from moving, because of brake failure, turns out the brake lines were not tighten down and were leaking and were not replaced correctly. Then there was the loud noise from the front end, it was because, a shock was not installed correctly. The noise in the drivers door, that was because nothing was put back together. They used duck tape to hold my bumper on because they couldn’t get the after market bumper to line up. All the while they played the, “it’s never going to be the same way it was before the accident”, card. My car had 25,000 miles on it and was 3 ½ years old. It was well maintained. The reason my vehicle would never be the same, is their complete and utter incompetence.

These guys did such an amazing job. It was such a pleasure working with Barb! Shes such a gem and made the process not stressful at all. My car got hit while parked and the person who did it didnt have the decency to come and tell me. Everyone knows how heartbreaking it is to have to come up with the money to get your car fixed when its not even your fault. And having to go through the hassle of getting it fixed just adds to the stress, but the folks at Service King made it painless for me. If I ever have to get body work done again, I will forever come to these guys if Im still in the area! Thank you so much for taking care of my Subie ❤️P.S. They took forever to repair my vehicle. Longer than the quoted time frame. They gave me the car back with the check engine light on that has never been on for the time I’ve owned the car and said it wasn’t due to the accident though when I took it to Dodge they said it was and fixed it in less than 24 hours. And now I find out they didn’t fix everything from the accident so I have to fight to get it fixed since I assumed it was once we left the shop. I will not recommend them to anybody and will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. Shoddy work, shady practices, no accountability, no ethics, no morals.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had our car repaired there after a collision and as soon as we picked it up we noticed on the collision side the tire was rattling and making noises. we took it back and they said there is nothing wrong after they looked at it so they told us to take it to Midas. We took it to Midas and they claimed yes there is definitely something wrong you need to get it fixed it’s dangerous to drive so they told us to contact our insurance company so we could go ahead and get it repaired,our insurance company approved the repairs so we called service king to fix our repairs and they denied us. They argued with us it saying that the tire was not a part of the collision but it definitely was as you can see the Cadillac is planted in our driver side tire, but I’m sure the rattling and clicking noises that DEFINITELY were not there before the wreck has nothing to do with it. How pathetic... we got into a collision on our tire and they are arguing with us over the damage... thanks for caring and great service “service”king. Not to mention they gave us an unsafe car to drive.... how could anyone trust them after that.

For me, communication is key. Service King kept me updated throughout the time my car was in the shop with automated text messages. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our car was done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Fantastic customer service!

If you take your vehicle here they will try to use cheaper non-oem parts on your brand new vehicle which can actually break features of your vehicle. My truck used to have a slow open/close tail gate but the tension spring broke because they used a heavy steel third party tail gate instead of the aluminum oem part. I have been trying to get this fixed for over a year and they keep giving me the run around. Ive now owned my new 2018 truck longer with a broken tail gate than I ever got to enjoy it new. Beware and make sure everything is perfect and refuse to take your vehicle back unless it is perfect because they will never follow up with you on their promises.

When I went in to get an estimate for my car I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED they not total the vehicle or to let me know the amount before contacting my insurance. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the tail light/back quarter panel and everything else was cosmetic damage (scratches, paint transfer, interior damage we could fix). They insisted I list every bit of damage to the car so I listened and I did that expecting to be called about what the total was so we could take the cosmetic stuff off if it cost too much. They did not do what I asked at all and sent in the estimate to my insurance who totaled the car. I am incredibly upset that I was lied to and now Service King has left me in a financial situation with the vehicle my husband and I cannot afford. I will never suggest them to anyone I know and do not recommend going here at all. All they had to do was make one simple phone call to me before sending off the estimate, which they said they would do, and I stressed to them several times that my husband and I did not care about the cosmetic damage and would want that removed from the estimate if it was going to possibly total the vehicle. They didnt listen to me at all and pressured me into pointing out every bit of damage even though we could have cared less if it got fixed. Highly upset and would not reccommend.

Brought my car after a wreck. They fixed the body but when I drove off I noticed that the shock and strut was damaged. I brought it back and they claimed there was no damage to it. So I took it to Midas and they confirmed that the shock and strut was completely damaged. After calling my insurance and getting their approval on getting that repaired I called service king to set up an appointment and they refuse to take it in and finish fixing it. I would not come here to get your car fixed. If you have Allstate like myself make sure that your car gets taken to a different Allstate shop.

According to the companys national website, they have 444 all-corporate-owned locations nationwide. There are no franchises or licensees. Shawna, the estimator/adjuster at this location, was the professional assigned to our passenger car. There were some older and newer SUVs and pick up trucks also in the lot having just been finished by service King, and they all look beautiful also.They worked well with my insurance company (and, as I understand it, are the preferred body shop for a dozen different major car insurance companies, including my own ). Their estimate was fair and within $100 of the other 2 body shops in town where I went for estimates, one locally owned and the other another national brand, and Service king delivered our car brand-spanking new, 3 days sooner then expected. On- time, under budget Is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend this company, Service King on stone Mesa point in Colorado Springs!Every accident claim is different, as every vehicle is different. They work closely with Enterprise Rental Car, and I really liked that Enterprise picked me up at Service King when I dropped my car off for repairs, and when my car was finished, I was able to leave the rental car at the Service King location.

Terrible service. They never updated me on my car, had it for 2 months, and didnt even fix it right(upper and lower grills dont match)or fix all the damage. Then when I showed up to get it they said they didnt have it ready and werent even sure where it was. I will never have my car brought there again.

I went there to get my vehicle fixed after an accident. I’ve had a vehicle for four years and have never had a check engine light on. They gave it back to me with the check engine light on and try to tell me that it was from a previous issue or a store code and that they were not going to fix it I have been working with my insurance for over a week now to get this fixed so I can have my vehicle back in a working order

I dropped my vehicle off on July 6th I was told it would be done in eight (8) days. Here we are end of July (31st) and my vehicle is STILL not done.Then I was told I would get text updates about the progress of my vehicle and where it is at and the status. I didn’t receive a SINGLE text this entire MONTH my vehicle has been with them. I had to call weekly and ask where the vehicle was at. And I got the run around about it would be done on this date and that date and yet here we are it is STILL not fixed. 👎🏻

STAY AWAY!!!! Poor service with nothing but excuses for their mistakes with no accountability on their part. Took car there for replacement of seats after car was stolen. Supposed to take 2wks. After 2.5months got car back and 3 days later had a constant alarm on car and auto start not working. Took the car to Honda thinking it was a simple FOB issue. Eventually Honda figured it out after 4days, at Freedom Honda, that center antenna was taken out!!!!! Went to Service King and immediately they had no accountability on their part. At first they claimed it was not Service King that threw out antenna. “Must’ve been me” I guess. Finally, partially admitted they did throw away the console WITH the needed center antenna. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! You are better off going somewhere else.

I was in a small accident a few weeks ago. A work truck backed into my Nissan Sentra. There was some Damage on the rear driver. I chose Service King to do my repairs. They made the process really easy and quick. They also did an excellent job on the repair. When everything was done I dropped my rental off with them and they returned it for me. They also do a beautiful job at detailing the vehicle afterwards. I recommend Service King to anyone looking for a professional place, with great customer service.

Damaged area was repaired OK, not factory looking perfect but OK. I brought vehicle back for areas outside of repair area and an effort was made to fix paint issues but I was told the flaws were existing before repair. For some reason they fixed one chip I knew was there but now there are several little paint flaws. Now you can tell it has been repaired

The Service King Collision Stone Mesa did an awesome job on my wifes car. For that reason I tried to make an appointment with Service King and called the 1-866 number and was helped not by Rachel. She started off wrong by coughing into the phone and made me hang up by becoming argumentative and kept interrupting. Service King Collision Stone Mesa deserves 5 Stars. Rachel; on the other hand deserves no star at all.From there it got worse! I finally got to make an appointment since I wanted to have a second opinion about the repair on my car. Since I made an appointment for Thursday at 4:40pm, I made sure to keep that. I arrived at my home at 4:10pm and the car was parked outside so I had to scrape of the ice on all windows. I arrived on time to learn that the man who was supposed to do the estimate was gone for the day already! Instead I was helped (not) by the jerk of the day Rob (maybe Bob?) who did not even want to look at the car but try to pressure me for the claim number. He did not care about my wish to get an estimate to compare it to the one I had from the insurance company. He also tried to convince me that parts would no longer be available! I not only told him that parts for a 1981 BMW 633CSi are available from BMW but I also happen to have the parts already. He told me that Service King has to get the parts locally and/or has strict guidelines where to get the parts. The guys in the shop may do a good job but you have to get around Jerkville! If there were elections for Jerk of the day, This guy would have won! When I told him that I was disappointed that nobody looked at the car and I scraped all that ice off of it for no reason he told me that I should have parked in the garage, If this was not enough, it became more obvious when I was about to leave there! My car, which I did not even had looked at was frozen over again due to freezing rain! Driving with rear wheel drive (for no reason) on icy roads made it unsafe! Added lack of safety was that this cars left turn signal is busted and driving home in the dark. Hard to let your intentions to merge known without it!

I was rear ended Dec 11th last year and the insurance had taken my car to service king to have repairs done. The initial process seemed great, I was updated on everything notified of when the parts came in and how long the work would take as well as getting a rental. My car was there for 2 weeks. (Would have been less but it was around the holidays) they finished on the day they said they would and the work that was done Id rate a B-, for the fact that I have a big drop of gloss next to the taillight from the paint job. This is when it started going downhill. The person I was dealing with Michael, had informed me that he ordered my exhaust and diffuser that were damaged and that it would be there before the end of that week. I was told this every week after that that my parts would come in. Fast forward one month. I still do not have the parts that were ordered and Im driving my car have finished. Now every time I call I get told I will be called back and never do. I told them to just give me the money and Ill order it myself and still no answer as to if my money is being sent or when or anything. Its now Jan 28th and I still have no money for the repair nor do I have my parts fixed/replaced. Worst experience ever and very frustrating. I will definitely be saying something to corporate and will show proof of whats been going on. Please look elsewhere if you need repairs done. They seem nice and the place is nice but dont let that fool you.

My husband’s vehicle got hit while he was deployed (we are military) and Rob went above and beyond to help me in and out of the vehicle when I turned it in and got my rental with my car seats. I first visited Caliber Collision off Voyager Pkwy, in Northgate, that was an awful experience! They quoted me $1100 to replace the rear spoiler on my car. I told them theres nothing wrong with the spoiler, it just needs new clips to attach, they said no, need to order the entire thing! Additionally, this is a half hour job, they said they could get me in in three weeks!I went to Service King for a second opinion...they confirmed my belief and said, correct, we only need to order the clips, theres nothing wrong with your spoiler. After waiting just a few days for the parts to arrive, I was in and out in 45 minutes and only paid $130!!!! Yes, $130! A $1K savings!A shout out to Barb at the front desk, very nice and pleasant, and a HUGE shout out to Brad who navigated me through this process! Great guy, friendly, and service oriented!

I would give them 10 Stars if I could!Service King repaired the hail damage on my Honda Civic (no paint required) and my husband’s Ram (lots of repair required including painting). They did a remarkable job on both vehicles! Rob Stynski was our service manager, and he was great. The communication was awesome and Rob was professional. He let us know up front roughly how long the repairs would take- his timing was accurate and reasonable for the damage.This shop is not close to where we live, but now that I’ve worked with them, I wouldn’t go anyplace else if my vehicles needed repair again....but I sincerely hope they don’t!

Finished product is great so far. No complaints. However customer service and responsibility on faults is why I give this rating a 3. They didnt tell me before I came to pay that they dont except checks over 1K. So I suggested I pay a little by debit to get it just under 1K then pay 950 by check. The lady looked at me snarkly and said well youll just have to pay 50dollars by check and 950 by debit. As if I was giving them a check that would bounce. I didnt appreciate that. Also I had a trim piece that got scratched during my accident, but it was not bad so I told them to just reuse it. They said it should be no problem. When they took it apart they snapped it where it had a scratch and said it broke because it was weak from the accident. And I had to pay an extra 100 for a new one. They are expert body repair techs. They should know how to remove a scratched but not broken piece of trim/mudflap without breaking it. And if they do break it then they need to take responsibility. Especially since they said it should be no problem reusing it. Anyway thats my review. Hope it helped people deciding. Great final product so far just the customer service and fault complaints.

Has been a pleasant experience every time. Short story time: big chain repair shops like Service King, Caliber, Abra, etc started buying up the good body shops around the Springs a few years ago, so now the only local shops around are the ones that werent worth buying or otherwise has issues. Unless you find a very good Indy shop (that probably also does mechanical work too) dont waste your time with the smaller shops. Ive tried most of them in the last 20 years and they are mostly horrible now. Theyll either try to scam you, by making you sign work authorizations just to get estimates (then theyll order parts and hold your vehicle hostage so you CANT choose a different shop), or theyll make a low quote and make several addendums to bilk your insurance for more money. This place doesnt do that. I probably couldnt afford to pay out of pocket here, as the prices are on the higher end, but for the service, estimate process and work done, you get your moneys worth without the BS.

From reading seems like you guys have a problem with taking responsibility for damage you guys created. They knocked off My rear view mirror on my truck and cracked my wind shield And you guys denied that you even did anything but you glued the mirror back on with fingerprints all over my wind shield and the mirror. And on top of that I had a fender that had previous damage that the insurance company would not replace which was fine with me I get it. But for some reason service king decided that they wanted to drill 5 holes in my Fender for no reason and refuse to fix them because it is now new damage or even take responsibility for it also The airbag light is on due to a head on collision and they told me they couldnt fix it because it was a previous problem Which is not the case. And service king was very unprofessional did not want to document any of the damage they caused they said everything was my fault you guys are even lucky that I gave you the opportunity to work on my truck instead you do me dirty and take responsibility for nothing. I would definitely not recommend using this place even through your insurance company. I ended up getting into a argument with 2 employees the had nothingto do with or knew anything about the vehicle. Not one employee in this building would let me speak to a manager .

Hamlins Auto Body is my go to body shop. After using them multiple times in the past decade starting at their South shop in Foutain and most recently at their North shop off Tutt, Im continually impressed that every time the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They kept me in the loop about what was being done to my car and when my car would done. My car came back looking like new which is great especially as my paint color is hard to match (it matches perfectly!). Moreover, they even detailed the inside for me which wasnt part of the damage! It proves they pay attention to the little details.With all the recent hail storms, I know they are super busy, but when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up, everyone in the office including the owner was considerate and genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied with my car and experience at Hamlins.I will never go anywhere else!

This shop is phenomenal— Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!After my car was involved in a collision, they kindly scheduled a convenient drop off/evaluation/work day with ease.Upon dropoff, we discussed the expected turnaround time for the specific damage associated with this incident. When I expressed that that turnaround time would be challenging because this incident did not allot for a rental car— they bent over backwards to complete the work in record time.This extraordinary auto shop provides unparalleled service: working directly with the insurance company, guaranteeing their service for the lifetime of the vehicle, and charging reasonable rates where they dont try to upsell you on a million things... Plus— the crew is the bees knees!I just cant say enough good things about this space, and the people who fill it.

I made all the arrangements with Service King and the insurance agent to have my vehicle repaired at this location and Service King sent a tow truck and took my Pacifica. Then, about a half hour later, I received a phone call saying they are refusing my car because they have too many cars to repair. Whaa!?? I made all the arrangements earlier that day and THEY sent the tow truck to get my vehicle. The irritated lady said, No, you talked to someone in Texas, referring, I assume, to the Service Kings headquarters. Wheres my car? I asked. The cranky lady told me she doesnt know and that a tow truck has it somewhere. She couldnt give me a phone number to call the tow guy because Hes outside. She refused to help me and when I asked to speak to someone else, she said shed take a message and someone would call me back. No one called me back. I filed a complaint with their corporate office. The worst part of this experience was not just that they screwed up, towed my car to their shop, and then refused it. The worst part was the lady that was angry at me like this was all my fault, and how she refused to help and proceeded to be disrespectful towards me. I reminded the employee she is representing her company, but she didnt care.
