This is a mixed review.. I was referred here by Discount Tire for a cracked rim. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told repair is 130.00, do you have the tire. We like the mount it and make sure it isnt leaking they got the vehicle done in the timeline that they outlined I returned to pick up the wheel Im about the tire with me. They went ahead and mounted it checked it for a leak and then were putting it back on the vehicle. I was told that there was an additional charge forputting the tire back on the vehicle and balancing it but I already had a full lifetime guarantee from Discount Tire...so that work isnt required and I certainly didnt want to pay for it. So they removed the balancing lead through the tire back in the bed of the truck which is fine. So lets go ahead and get paid and now all the sudden the charge was 135. So now all the sudden the price is higher than originally quoted. They mentioned that somebody was recently fired because they werent paying attention to what they were saying but why is that my fault?? Just seems odd to me to like the customer service skills to please your clients.

Great service, friendly staff (both technicians and front desk)! They went above and beyond. I needed only one wheel repaired, which they did, but they also mounted it back on my Jeep and checked/corrected the tire pressure on all four tires. I will use them again in the future. Had to get a wheel repaired for a customer, in the snow, unfortunately slid into a curb and knocked a good chunk of the rim off at the bead. It was factory painted, so I wasnt too sure how it would turn out. But the quality of the work here is amazing! It literally looks brand new, couldnt even tell any work was done. Balanced, paint matched, and ready to throw on the truck. I cant recommend them enough

I’ve had several wheels repaired at Alloy Wheel Repair; 2 polished aluminum 22” factory wheels off my daughters f 150 limited, one cracked wheel from a Volvo v50, it was perfect, The rest of the Volvo’s refinished, beautiful, a couple 19” wheels from a Mazda 6, and I’m getting ready to have both black 20” rear wheels refinished for my wife’s Jaguar f type s v8. I highly recommend these really nice people. Also, they are very careful about covid 19 virus, which I love since I am highly compromised.

These people are magicians! They restored my rims back to factory condition. I had bought a new small SUV and didn’t even have it a week when I miscalculated how close I was to the curb. I was really down and feeling sick about it. Tiffany was super sweet and so informative about the process. The dealership wanted $500 just for one rim and that didn’t include mounting, balancing or labor. They saved me so much money. Matt was very friendly and patient and informative. He must love his job watching customers face when they see the finished product. This is a good honest company and I will refer anyone needing this type of service.

First let me thank the guy over at Volvo in motor city for referring me to this place! I was looking at $500 to buy a whole new rim, but instead paid a much better and lower price to have mine repaired here. This is by far the best repair shop in the springs. Had 2 19 Audi wheels broken inside of two months and the rims were both repaired with a great weld and speed balanced better than they were before the damage when returned. I didnt even have to adjust the air pressure when I put them back on the car. Great service, great staff, and great prices. Curb scraped the wheel on Alpha Romeo Giulia and wanted it repaired. I dropped it at Alloy Wheel Repair Pro in the morning and it was done and ready by 3pm and looks brand new. They also straightened the rim which was bent from a Colorado pot hole. Both services were done for $195. Giulia rides and looks beautiful again! Also, everyone at the shop was super nice and very friendly.

I had a large dent in my rim, that I thought was going to need to be replaced. They repaired it to look like brand new, while being very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you need your rim fixed!

Its pretty bad when I have to take my car to another place to fix what was supposed to have been fixed but it came back to me worse. The sensor is broken and now all the lights on my dash for the tire sensors are on, the wheel wobbles, there are a ton of weights that they used to try to balance the tire. I would not recommend.

They were so great fixing my tire, I was originally told theyd have to put a spare on and it would take a couple days to fix but they actually had me in and out in an hour. Talk about first class service. I highly recommend them my car and tires have been great ever since!

A year ago I took my ride to have my wheels done to remove some curb rash that was there when I bought it. Matt recommended I change the color to santorini black and it turned out fantabulous. I took my wheel the same day I scraped it on a curb. The wheel is a unique design off an Alfa Romeo 4C. These professionals removed the damage, preserved the design of the rim; all in 24 hours! They sent me off with care instructions and got me back on the road as if I never damaged the wheel. What a professional, efficient, and expert operation.

I bent my rim after hitting a monster pot hole leaving the Springs. I called into Alloy Wheel Repair Pro the following morning and they got my car in fast and finished the job fast, within an hour. They got me out of there quick and I was able to get back home much sooner than I expected. Not only were they fast but they did a great job on the rim, wouldnt be able to tell which one they fixed if you didnt know. Great customer service and pleasant people.

I had a cracked alloy rim and it needed to be straightened. They did the job in a timely manner, especially during this covid-19. They are friendly, respectful and professional. I hope I dont need to have something like this done anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be going back to them.

What a great business and great people!! I had a run in with a very large (across the entire road large) drop from the asphalt to dirt where they were doing construction in my neighborhood. I thought for sure I slightly bent one if not both front rims because I really thought there was a slight vibration when driving after that. The experience with Alloy Wheel Repair was amazing from the first call. They were extremely friendly, listened to my issue and got me setup for an appt. When I arrived, they were very friendly and actually got my car looked at even before my scheduled time! They examined all four wheels for me after they discovered the fronts were good and luckily none were actually bent. They were amazingly quick and were really thorough with their inspection. I felt pretty dumb since none of the wheels were actually bent and also felt bad for taking up their time with what was a non issue. When I apologized to them, they were such great people and said it wasnt a problem at all. In fact, they didnt even charge me for taking up their time. Although I didnt have any repair done this time (Im sure winter will allow me to really need their work), I will definitely use Alloy Wheel Repair Pro for any bent wheels in the future. Really great people and amazing customer service.

First of all, I would like to thank the entire staff here for making me feel welcomed. I visited another institution in the Colorado Springs area (that also specializes in wheel repair) at the recommendation of my tire place and left there feeling unwanted and their staff annoyed that I would want to bring my business there. When I pulled up to alloy wheel this morning, I was greeted with a smile and a query of Good morning sir, how can I help you? I informed him that I had talked with their staff the previous day and had an appointment to bring my car in in the morning. He gladly took me into the office to get my information filled out.The great part about this experience (other than the service) was their HONESTY! I am not familiar with rims or their bends. So when I was told I had all 4 rims bent and unable to be balanced, I took my tire places recommendation at their word. When Alloy Wheel was done with the work, they informed me only 3 of the 4 rims needed to be fixed. Did they need to do this? No. But their honesty and integrity speak volumes.I would recommend this place over ANY in the Springs to my friends and family that need their rims repaired.Thanks again for the great experience!

Customer service was amazing! Wheel is straight and true. Finish could have been better - didnt level out some spots, writing on the wheel was filled in a little and overspray on the barrel. Nobody will ever notice but me, so satisfactory job for the price! Ill be back next time our government fails to pave.

I am completely satisfied with this place! I had hit a curb pretty bad and scratched almost the whole rim on both tires on the passenger side. I called and they squeezed me in the same week. My car was finished a lot sooner than I was expecting and the rims look amazing and can’t even tell that they were repaired. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming, and Brianna was super nice on the phone and answered all of my concerns and questions. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be bringing in another car to be fixed!

Alloy Wheel Repair Pro did a great job on a set of wheels I bought second hand. Unfortunately each of them were bent, had curb rash, and lacked in the color department. Alloy Wheel Repair Pro helped me choose a color that would complement my Subaru STI and handled the rest. While my Cadillac ATS was being repaired by Red Noland after a deer collision, Alloy went above and beyond to resurface/repaint ALL 4 of my wheels which hadnt held up from the original resurfacing of 2 wheels they did a few months prior. They extended beyond their warranty to make sure I was totally satisfied. They went to RN to pick up and return the wheels so I didnt have to tag on that extra service charge through RN or do the wheels at a later date, less convenient. My 4 wheels look great!! Learned that painting them rather than resurfacing seems to be the best way to go if any former rust had been on rims prior... Now, a very happy customer and highly recommend them.

I live in Denver and drove all the way to Colorado Springs to have my wheels repaired and painted gloss black.... TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Matt made my wheels look like brand new, great craftmanship, not to mention his staff was very friendly. They were even willing to come in on the weekend to let me pick up my vehicle. Fantastic! I hit a pot hole and one wheel was bent. Mercedes in Colorado Springs said the only option was a new wheel for $2500.00, because the damaged wheel couldn’t be fixed. $95.00 dollars and less than a day later it drives perfectly. Fast and friendly, but more importantly, excellent work. Highly recommend!!

Dropped my rim off Thursday at lunch time. Was given a 48 hour turn around. Was called Friday at 4:30 to pick my rim up. Was super appreciative of not having to roll my spare through the weekend. Will be bringing my car back for a full rim service and re coat. Thanks again.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because they took the scratches off on two of my wheels. I dont like the fact that you can see little dust particles on the rims. I asked them if they can fix that. They said that they dont have a spray booth with a control environment. I left one of my wheels for the second time, when I went to pick it up today it still have dust particles. I was expecting that for 100$ each they would address the problem and give me a clean finished product. I went there thinking that I was going to get a machine finished on my rims, thats what I understood from the website and I ended up with a hand polished finish, now my wheels dont match.

They can fix your rims but if you have coil overs they somehow are going to get moved around my car is lopsided all my coil overs have been moved

Called this morning because we had new tires put on the car yesterday and found out that one of our rims was bent. They showed me the dent and it was pretty bad. The tire place said that I needed a new rim. I didnt have the time to order one since i am making a trip to Chicago on Wednesday or the money for a new one . Alloy Wheels said to bring in the car in since my car is a Ford Fusion Energy so it does not have a spare. They said they will fit me in between their appointments. I dropped the car off at 0900 and they called me at 1100 saying it was ready for pickup. Front desk personnel was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely use again if another rim gets bent or cracked. Would recommend if you have a bent or cracked rim.

I caught them joyriding in my 700 HP AMG GTS. When confronted the Owner of the establishment told me he just couldnt resist seeing what my car could do when he got behind the wheel.If you value your car dont take it here.

Be sure to look at your wheel and insure it is damaged. They are very convincing ..they talk fast. I went in and explained my steering wheel shook. They assumed it was the rearpassanger wheel since i just had my tires changed. Something about that is standard for a mechanic to always put the bent rim on the back passanger side. Well it took like 15 minutes and 75 dollars later . Left and nothing changed, I went back and they argued with me that they did what they assumed since it was bent. Well.. as soon as I came back and said look it still shakes why wouldnt you check them all? They went into talk jumbo mode.. then admitted the symtoms was the driver front wheel. After the severity of the bend rim it took about 45 minutes to fix that wheel. Obviously, a training in detection for a wheel repair shop should of been more in tune to fixing the initial symptom. Didnt offer me any discount. And basically had every exuse why they are nice enough to squeeze me in. What I thought would be 75 turned into 150 for them. Although they are nice enough to you, I left still feeling scammed.Be aware.I am here to respond to the owners words below.This post is made for the customers.I am not a person to rate a business just for crashing the business. I review many 5 star ratings. I read them and appriciate customer input, their perspective.Maybe some insight if the owner reads it. Say it could help them. That is my intention and if they decide is up to them. With that being said. I am a very honest person and in retrospect felt this wasnt right.I expect a professional shop to check and inform the customer of what you find prior to assuming. Also, my vibration complain in my steering wheel never changed. Also no evidence was presented .You called me in a rage this morning proving your unprofessional business.
