I came in looking to get an estimate for the insurance company. Never going through this process before, I had little knowledge on repair or insurance processes. The service was unmatched, going out of their way to set me up correctly with insurance even if they couldnt do the repairs themselves. I will definitely be doing future business here!

Picked up my part today looks great and I got to have a talk with them and they told me I could’ve had it the day we agreed but They took the extra time to make it look perfect! if you have any bike fairings or anything this is a place to go. They make sure to get out all the little dents in the plastic and fix it for you! Very happy very satisfied with the outcome

Due to the parts delay my car took a while to be completed, but the folks here made sure to keep me in the loop on the progress of my car every few days - and I’m quite happy with the work! I was not inpressed with the way estimates were given, then when connections were with the insurance company doubled the price. Upon first visit for estimate had shown the damage done to the cars door with explilanation of accident the owner I believe tried to extend where damage was done...there was no damage to the door he kept insisting damage was .that portion of the car wasnt hit. Really questioned from that point his business ethics.

The first few pics shows the damages that were done after a massive hail storm. The last pic shows the completed work. Over $15k in damages to my truck. After i gotten my truck back it looked like it never happened. Everything on the right side had to replaced. Along with a new hood and the roof. There was a few more things also. But i am extremely happy. Everything looks perfect and Wayne took care of me and made sure the truck was well taken care off. I also gotten it back before the scheduled date.

Absolutely fantastic job! I have taken my car to Mr. Williams twice and their work is the best in Colorado Springs. The customer service is on the same level. They always kept me informed by either calling or texting me on progress. We had a sensor issue and they kept my vehicle an extra day and even brought it to my house the next day. My car was spotless outside and they even cleaned the inside. I will be using Mr. Williams and his team again in the future!

My vehicle was hit in the parking lot of my apartment complex, pretty hard. Its is a CTS-V and also one of the few things I love in life. Anyone who owns a higher end car knows the struggle to find a decent body shop. Insurance recommended Williams to do the work, so I called and talked to Adam who made me feel quite a bit better about the whole process. They estimated the car would be done in about 10 days and they were done in 5. As I arrived to pick it up the detailer was cleaning it THOROUGHLY even though it was starting to snow. Adam went above and beyond to make sure the work was done the way it was supposed to, and better yet, the way I wouldve done it had I worked on it myself. Dani at the front desk, Adam, Jayse the painter, and the fantastic work they did on my V earned my respect and I would definitely recommend.

This shop does great work at least from the one data point that I have from my repair. Although, in this business that should be a given for simple repairs like mine.My lower rating is a results of a simple repair taking about three times longer than it should have taken (two and a half weeks versus four days) largely due to the fact that the Williams service representative continued to haggle back and forth with the insurance company. I honestly dont know who was in the wrong, but I do know that the estimate was under $700 and the final that the insurance company paid was $900 - there were no hidden damages, just far greater than standard labor hours for the repair according to what the insurance company relayed. After two and a half weeks, the insurance company was done at $900 and left me with the difference for which Williams wouldnt budge. I was happy to get my car back in great shape, but disappointed at the length and the inordinant amount of manpower that this shop put into squeezing such a small amount of extra profit at the detriment to their reputation.

With all of the issues with factories helping covid relief, Everyone at williams body and paint has been over the top helpful through out the entire process. Through no fault of their own the part was on back order and they did everything they could despite not having the required part.Every single employee dealt with the situation professionally, helped with the process of going through insurance and sourcing the part. Once the repair was complete they detailed the car and even though waiting for the final insurance check, allowed us the take the vehicle back almost a week early. Also despite the constant calls from us for updates they never showed frustration and still did above and beyond of the quoted work.In the end, if I unfortunately need repairs on any of my future vehicles, i know where to go. I hope the review helps anyone looking for a great mechanic full of professionals. The owner played no small part as well and was very nice and took the time out of his work to explain what was going on, and just like his employees went above and beyond for their customer. 10 out of 5 stars.

We took in a vehicle to get a dent out and fix the paint. They told us, it would take about a week to fix the door and repaint the doors. The truck is brand new and it required a special paint. They had the truck for almost an entire month, instead of 8 to 12 days. They had it for almost about an entire month and in that time, put scratches and dents in the frame, and had to replace the bumper. When we got it back, there was a dent in the tailgate and now, it dont even come down. There are so many issues with this. Truck that we didnt have till we got it back from this place. The only positive note I would give these guys, is that the door doesnt even look like it had a dent or it had to be repainted.

They worked on my Kia and they did amazing! John always kept me up to date and Dani came in on her day off to help work around my crazy schedule so I could pick up my car.

Second time we had to use Williams. You simply cant beat the quality of their work. The first time we made suggestions to improve office staff processes and this time those were all implemented. From the moment I walked in the door, John was helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. I appreciated getting text updates as they worked on my vehicle. When I picked it up, it looked way better than when I dropped it off. They detailed my vehicle so it would shine, even the tires! The repairs were done quickly, and you can’t even tell there was damage there before. Highly recommend this repair shop.

I made an online appointment for a quote on getting one of our project cars repainted. I showed up on time to a clean, nice appearing facility. Initially there was no one around, but after a few minutes someone appeared from the back. He asked if I had been helped, I replied no, and he said Then what do you want?I stated that I had an appointment for a paint quote, he said he could give me a verbal quote, and then without looking at the car he said Itll be at least $10,000. If youre looking for something cheaper, I suggest you go to Earl Scheib. I turned around and walked out after his comments. He never looked at the car, and truly seemed like he was put off by my being there.I understand if you dont need the business or someones having a bad day, but at least give your potential customers the courtesy of an actual inspection. This experience was unfortunate and very avoidable.

They did very good on my 2019 Mazda CX-5 after my little front bumper accident. Gave me all the details that they were doing on repairing my car and helped me out with my car insurance claim. With the claim issue with my car insurance company, however, it took longer than expected to get my car back even though they were done on my car a week and a half.

It’s never fun to need to take your truck to the body shop, but the people at this place made the process easy and stress free. I got my truck back ahead of schedule and it looks brand new! Jerome does some great work!I hope I don’t need body work again...but if I do I’ll be returning to this place.

They helped me get to enterprise for my rental car and what I expected to take them a week only took 3 days. The people are very friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was great and painless, everything you hope for when getting repairs done on your car.

The work that Williams Auto Body and Paint did on my truck is amazing and beautifully done. We were side swiped on I-25 in May which did extensive damage to the driver’s side of my truck. Williams completely repaired all the damage to my truck and kept me informed the entire way. Biggest issue we had was the liable party’s insurance company was slow to respond and delayed everything. Williams worked through those issues, got my truck done to perfection and took care of things dealing with the cheap insurance company dragging their feet on the supplemental end. Williams made sure everything was done correctly and professionally, and would not cut corners or use broken, reclaimed parts. Williams made sure they used new parts and did the repairs right. In the end I am completely satisfied with my beautiful truck and grateful to Williams! Fabulous job!

We have had two repair jobs done by Williams after accidents and they were great! The process of dealing with insurance and rental cars with them was easy and the work done on our van was superb. Both times they cleaned our floor mats, which was a huge bonus since vacuums never can clean out all the dirt and debris that gets stuck in them. What stood out to me was the kindness, friendliness and sincere care they gave me as an individual. I felt like a real person to them and not just a job or money to be made. The owner introduced himself to me, shook my hand and took time to talk with me on a personal level, as did other employees. The day I picked up my vehicle, it was pretty icy and my windshield had to be scraped. Again, the owner came out to the parking lot and asked to help and scraped it for me--who does this??? Not usually a boss or an owner, much less an employee! I would definitely recommend them--I only wish they had a full auto repair shop where I could come to get an oil change and other repairs done--Id be there in a heartbeat!

Williams Body & Paint were superb to work with and John & Danny were amazing, I was informed it would be ten days before my vehicle would be done it was ready in half the time. The vehicle came out better then I expected, I was kept in the loop VIA text from the shop about the progress of my vehicle the entire time. I will be returning to this shop for any body work I need in the future.

I went to Williams Body and Paint to get hinges that had broke off my Escape and fix the wiper motor/device. Danni and JJ were great! I was able to get a quick estimate, which was the best priced out of the bigger name brand places, and they completed work quickly. I had to go back a second time to fix another part on my windshield and I still got the same exceptional service. If this is how they treat the small jobs, I imagine there larger repairs are handled just as honest and professional . They are great !!! Go There!

I had my husband car fixed in January for some ice damage and then my truck fixed in February due to a fender bender, they were AMAZING both times! I highly recommend. They said my husbands car would probably take upwards to a month, due to a part being on a strike with GM. They called around the states and found the part needed and had the vehicle fixed on day 7. (No weekends do they work! So really only a 5 day job) and my truck was estimated 2 1/2 weeks and it was done by day 4!

I dont really do recommendations unless Im very impressed but this company did an amazing job. They took care of me and my truck far above and beyond what I would have ever expected and are really top notch folks. Matt was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date the whole way. If I ever need any body work again I can honestly say I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Took my jeep in for a repair to the passenger doors and they did a stellar repairing it but, my odometer is blinking now and it wasnt before. I called them after I noticed it and they said i have to take it in to a jeep dealer to figure out why and that I would be responsible for any charges that might incur. The first car I took in was a 2005 Acura. I couldn’t believe what a great job they did. It looked like they detailed both the inside and outside. My car hadn’t looked that good in years and that’s how my Jeep looked too. Brand new! Right down to the tires being cleaned and shined. That’s why I am willing to drive 1 1/2 hours to CO Spgs for Williams Auto to work on my vehicles. They go way above what they need to, to make sure I’m happy with their work.

Matt took the time to take a picture right then and showed me the damage that was done underneath my bumper. I was given an estimate and made the appt to have the work done. I was very impressed with my experience at Williams Body & Paint. After getting into an accident I waited for some time to have my car repaired for concerns of how stressful the repair process would be. I chose Williams after thoroughly researching all shops in Colorado Springs and determining they had the best reviews overall. From the moment I contacted them I was treated exceptionally. Dani, the main admin, walked me through the entire process and treated me with kindness and compassion before I even confirmed I was going to use their shop for repairs. After I dropped my car off to be repaired, Dani called to update me and answered all my questions through the process thoroughly and accurately. Despite the insurance company hassling Williams about every detail and supplement that was turned in, attempting to renegotiate terms of service with Williams after terms were accepted, and even speaking poorly of Williams and their practices, Williams never settled for less than exceptional quality and service. After receiving a distressing call from the insurance company about Williams’ billing practices, my husband spoke with the owner of Williams to determine what was going on. He was very professional and detailed in explaining exactly why the repairs and items in question by the insurance were important and necessary to return my vehicle to pre-accident quality. Never once did Williams hesitate to thoroughly explain what a charge was, and why it was important. I don’t doubt for a moment that the insurance company was less than satisfied with Williams because they don’t sacrifice quality to keep costs down for the insurance company. Their number one goal is to make sure the client is getting into a safe, fully repaired vehicle upon receiving it. This dedication is the very reason that I know my vehicle is as safe to drive now as it was prior to my accident. Thank you for walking me through this stressful process with compassion and knowledge; I appreciate you answering all my questions, despite how insignificant and unimportant they may have seemed. To each of you, what you do is such second nature that you could do it in your sleep, but for me, this process was filled with many unknowns and questions. I went to get an estimate and got there shortly after closing, but the owner any employees still provided me with an estimate (no of that come back tomorrow stuff like some organization do). I was very pleased with the level of work performed on my car and the attention to detail. If you want quality work for a fair price, I would recommend that you give Williams Body & Paint Collision Center a try. The owner and employees not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. This shop did an amazing job on my daughter’s 2019 Honda Civic. She had it for less than two months when she collided with a deer, which took off her rearview mirror, dented and scratched her driver’s side door, and smashed her front fender and windshield. Because she was heading back to college, the employees expedited their work and had her car looking brand-new again in less than two weeks from the day she dropped it off. It was so much more convenient and faster than when my husband had to take his vehicle to a competitor for hair damage repair. The shop employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and will plan to return for all future body work.

Wouldnt even attempt to help provide an estimate. The vehicle was too old according to the rude child pretending to play receptionist, without insurance and due to this being a Road Rage incident my wife and I needed a detailed estimate which we offered to pay for... That obviously wasnt good enough so we took our business elsewhere where our money happened to be good enough.

Williams body and paint was very professional. I worked with Shane and told him this was my first accident so I wasnt really sure what to do. They walked me through every step and took care of billing their insurance and also had the rental car set up for me when I dropped my car off. I also got update texts the whole time they had my car. But Not only did they get the work done in half the time originally quoted but my car looks amazing. They washed and detailed my car before they gave it back to me. I Very highly recommend Williams body and paint. Everyone is so nice and helpful!

I recently had a lot of work done on my car and I just want to say the crew at Williams took great care of me. Adam helped me file my first claim since I had never done one before and was such a great help. He was always available to answer any question I had about my car and the work that was being done. He even made sure there wasnt anything else he could help me with. Dani was always warm and welcoming every time I came into the shop which was such a wonderful sight. I have talked highly about Williams throughout my entire process and will continue to do so and refer people here.

I have a Dodge Charger that had paint damage on the rear bumper. I had been hiding the damage with a decal for a very long time as I was unable to find a high quality paint shop. I took my vehicle in to Justin and he was very professional throughout the entire process. He went through all the steps of how they would repair the bumper and it made me very comfortable leaving my car here. The receptionist are very welcoming and they actually care about your vehicle.As for the results, I couldn’t of asked for better. The paint matches absolutely perfect and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Thank you very much Willams Auto Body and Paint! Will gladly return for future damages/repairs.

We were t-boned by a rental vehicle (Enterprise) and Enterprise Insurance refused to pay out appropriately for the claim. Not only did Williams Auto Body ADVOCATE for us...they completed the work THEY felt was appropriate regardless of whether they got paid from the insurance company that was giving them the shaft! I was so impressed. A+++++++++I wouldnt use anyone else in the future, and honestly, these guys were the ONLY painless part of my insurance claim. I was lucky to have them on my side! Amazing work and customer service! I had my 2019 Camaro ZL1 in for some paint and plastic repair. The quality of the repair made it look like the damage never happened. Wayne kept me updated regularly on the progress, and the owner Jerome made sure I was well taken care of. I strongly recommend using their services, especially if you use USAA insurance and/or are military-affiliated.

I would not recommend Williams Auto Body & Paint due to their lack of communication, incomplete repair job, and timeliness of completing a job. They are more concerned with getting a good survey, which the owner, Jerome, even asked me to show him and his shop some grace in the survey when I went to pick up my vehicle. However, I will not lie about my experience just to give them a good survey. The only grace I will show is that Jerome did compensate me for three days of a rental vehicle and paid for my rental car after I had to return my car to them to complete the repairs, they failed to complete the first time. The body shop made numerous mistakes when repairing my vehicle and I’m disappointed that USAA would even recommend them as a preferred collision shop.I was t-boned on January 18 and my vehicle was towed to Williams on January 21. I had significant damage to the drivers side and front end of my vehicle and was told the repair and paint would take 4-6 weeks to complete. Jamie made sure to tell me how important the customer survey is at the end and that I would be updated weekly on my vehicle. I was not updated weekly on my vehicle and didnt even receive a formal estimate until February 19. On March 5, I went to pick up my vehicle only to realize the vehicle was NOT completed. They ordered the wrong rims and no one called to let us know there was an issue with the rims, there was a scratch on the drivers side windows tint, the drivers side door seal still had a hole in it, there was a chip on the drivers side door, the fender wasnt aligned, I was missing valve stem caps, and there were markings on the rocker panel. Jerome was out of the state and couldnt be contacted, per Jamie, so I had to take possession of my vehicle. I returned my vehicle on March 14 to have the additional repairs completed. On March 27, Jerome told me my vehicle was fixed and it wasnt-they didnt even order the drivers side door seal. I went back on March 29 to pick up my vehicle after it had been in the shop for nearly 60 days.

Very very happy with the service and results from Williams Auto Body. The State Farm rep there, Wayne, was fantastic to work with. He kept me in the loop consistently and would send pictures with progress updates. He was friendly, easy to work with and very responsive.When i picked my vehicle up, it looked better than the day I bought it. You would never be able to tell that there had been any damage, the interior was immaculate and they even detailed my engine. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I know where Im going.

I got some minor hood damage from hitting a trailer hitch and decided to go with Williams Body & Paint Collision Center (also recommended by USAA) since I have had bad experience with another auto collision shop in town. They did an excellent job replacing the hood and painting. Price was reasonable and they communicated with me every step of the way. Not to mention the car was detailed during delivery. Kudos to Williams Body & Paint Collision Center for their excellent customer service!!!

Initial estimate was low and I already accepted a settlement so I had to pay $350 out of pocket.. Estimate also didn’t include rear bumper even though it was clearly damaged. However, they were able to buff out most of the scratches. I asked them to then buff out some other scratches that weren’t part of the accident and they charged me $20. Great people, but really disappointed having to spend $370 out of pocket...

So my neighbor who had hail damage to his vehicle used a different body shop. He had to return his truck back to 3 times because of what they missed. Not Williams Body & Paint. Not only did they fix all of the hail damage to my vehicle, they completed it before schedule. They detailed my truck inside and out. My truck feels and looks brand new. I cant express how much of a relief that is. My vehicle was brand new and I was afraid it lost that new feeling after the hail damage. However, it looks as good as the first day I got my truck! They updated me throughout the process to let me know the status of my truck. Great job and great experience! Hopefully I never have body work again, but if I do I would return here! 10/10!

Friendly, professional, and beautiful work! My vehicle had been hit while parked in a lot. The person who did it did the right thing and told me. Williams B&PCC dealt directly with that persons insurance after I made the initial claim. I dropped off my vehicle and Enterprise Rent-a-Car picked me up there. When repairs to my vehicle were finished...one day BEFORE the estimated completion date...I was able to drop the rental off there and drive my vehicle away, and Williams B&PCC had it looking like Id just driven it off of the showroom floor.

If I could rate this shop 10-stars, I would. This is by far the most professional body shop Ive ever dealt with. They kept me updated on the status of the repairs through regular text messages and follow up phone calls. My truck looks like it did the day I bought it from the dealer, and they cleaned it both inside and out before returning it. They have a top notch staff with a military veteran owner. Take your vehicle to Williams Collision Center and you wont be disappointed!

This shop, and Mr. Williams, the owner care very much about the service and the customer satisfaction they are providing. Never before have I been called by the shop owner to make sure everything was all well. The work was done to perfection, and the 79 hours worth of necessary work to be done was done well before the 79 hour mark hit. These guys are very good and work in a timely, organized manor. These guys care, and know what they are doing, i very highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. From small to minor car issues. I was rear ended and a significant amount of damage. They had my car done faster then I expected and kept me up to date the entire way. And even when I was calling and felt like I was being annoying everyone was very kind to me. Wayne was amazing and made sure I was happy. Danielle at the front desk was sweet as pie. As well as the rest of the staff. Highly impressed with them. I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to any and everyone.

Its been almost a week since I got my car back. I took my car to Brad for two different claims. Im not going to lie I was so nervous leaving my Mercedes, but I saw all the good reviews I figured I try it. Let me tell you my experience with the staff and Brad was beyond amazing. Brad went beyond and above to assure me my car would be back to new in no time. When I went to pic up my car I was super excited. He truly paid attention to detail and fixed every single thing that was wrong with the car. Even things I wasnt aware of. So thank you so much ! I recommend this place to anyone !

From the time I walked in, first talking with Danni at the front desk who holds that place down fabulously, I knew I was taking my vehicle to the right place. Tom kept me in the loop of what was going on with repairs the whole week (my ford explorer was in an accident). And the owner Jerome is always present and makes sure that everything is being done with superior detail. The work on my explorer was great!!! Not only would I refer my friends and family here, I already have! My family and I will be forever customers!

Very satisfied.Justin was taking care of my vehicle and they had a guy working on my vehicle over the weekend. Insurance said 12 days of repair, i got my vehicle back after a week. Lady at the front desk is very friendly, the mechanic was very polite. Life time warranty on hail damage repair as well. id give 10 out of 10 on them. you guys rock
