Terrible customer service. Brought a vehicle for paint touch up and owner kept pushing it back. Said he was going to have it done the next day after we questioned things, but didnt even show up to the shop the next day and we had to wait 2 days before he would unlock the shop to release the vehicle back to us. Said he didnt want to work on our sh*tty fn vehicle anyway over the phone. Took our business elsewhere to Color Zone.

I hate to do this as I like to think of myself as a loyal person/customer.I left my vehicle with them for a number of months, not only did they not fix the issue. They did absolutely nothing.The previous time I brought it to them, I expected them to be able to repair the frame, the corners they cut made my vehicle worst.I went to them in 2013 and had what I thought was decent results, come 2018 and 2019 I cant support that.My frame is still off and not lined up, which I sent to them twice for.

Fair priced best place to go if your cars in in need of some repair as well as body work

I accidently let my SUV roll back at a gas station and the drivers door was overextended. I needed a new door put on and painted. Got my SUV back for a little while and there were some chips of paint that had come off from gravel or whatever and the door needed to be adjusted a bit up to not cause gravel to hit the door again. Jim and his staff took the SUV back, readjusted the door and re-painted the door and surrounding areas and touched up another spot totally unrelated to the accident at no cost to me. I will be back, BUT ONLY IF NEEDED :), because Wreckmasters took care of me until the problem was totally fixed and I have my beautiful Acadia back once again. Thank you. Janelle

They did an excellent repair of a dent in the liftgate of my 4Runner and matched the paint perfectly. The work was done quickly, at a good price, and the outcome was fantastic.

Fixed my car when no one could. The dealer said i needed a new frame, these guys fixed it no problem. Not the best place for customer service but if u dont get offened easily n r patient, youll get great work at a very good rate. I cant even tell where the work was done on my car. Great place.

I took a vehicle to this place and had mixed results.The good: the cutting, welding and sheet metal repair was generally fineThe bad:a. they took significantly longer than they estimated - this cost me over $200 in additional car rental costsb. they had agreed to use a paint I supplied but then didnt actually use it at all. In fact they sprayed 3M underbody coating *inside* the vehicle. Which was continuously outgassing and smelled horrible. Some of this was caused by high temperatures from a close exhaust system. But this was completely preventable - if they used the paint that they had agreed to use.c. Engineers at 3M were in disbelief that they had put the underbody coating inside the vehicle and could offer no method to remove it. I spent over 80 hours manually removing this material. Complete removal was required to get the real coating to stick. And let me tell you - removing this stuff from around a weld-bead is the worst job Ive ever had an a vehicle.Bottom line: I will never go back and cant recommend them.

Although the price Jim gave me was reasonable . Im not happy with the fact that he said it would take 3 days to fix my door on my SUV.I called him on the fourth day and asked if it was ready he said no he hadnt been able to work on it due to being short handed.and couldnt get anyone to come in to work on it.so my vehicle sat in the same spot when I dropped it off no phone call to let me know anything needless to say I wont be taking my vehicle back there or referring anyone there.
