Great place to go for body repair. Friendly customer service! This place will leave you rolling your head off with laughter. They make sure youre taken care of. This might be a ma&pa shop but they really are understanding and they are HUMAN. They always will do thier very best to provide you thier excellent customer service.

I worked there over 20 years. It was always friendly and service was really good. We had very few complaints. I worked with three different owners and we prided our customer service and best prices in town. The owner gives his word that if a problem arises he will take care of it in the customers fa for. He welcomes all customers with utmost respect.

Cant believe I havent heard of this shop before. The gentleman who help me out by looking at my vehicle was very friendly and very helpful. He was getting ready to go on break but he wanted just so he could help me out. Thats says a lot to me about this shop and how they take care of their customers. Thank you!

I was so thankful for Hancock Auto Parts. My husband is deployed so i always get nervous dealing with car issues. Cheryl immediatly made me feel at ease. This company is so professional and they have the best prices in the Spings. They really do go out of their way for the customer, not only did Cheryl give me a ride home after i dropped my car but she then came and picked me up again when the car was ready. They did a fabulous job, my car was like new again. If i have any problems in the future i would definatly use this company again . Great people, great buisness.

I was in town on vacation and was heading home when my passenger window broke and wouldn’t roll up. I called and they got me in within an hour and got my window up and we were back on the road within an hour. I was surprised when the bill came because they knew I was at their mercy and they didn’t stick me with as massive bill! I would use them again if I lived in Colorado Springs!

Family shop friendly people

We took our car there for an estimate a few months ago. WAY OVERPRICED AND THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP OUR CAR FOR 3 DAYS FOR MINOR DAMAGE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We got a second estimate and it was 1/4 the cost and they kept our car for a few hours. Always get a second estimate if youre going here, first.I wouldnt recommend their customer service either.Crooks!

Took my car to the mechanic when I went to pick it up had things missing, they stole a tablet I had in the glove box. Theives!!!

I asked for an estimate for a paint job---no call. I called again, still no call.

Prices are super high. Couple hundred dollars higher then the company I went with

They put my Honda accord lx window in and it wont go up or down it use too charged enough money for my window used it wasnt tented it wasnt put in right neither i found out wrong window I found out it was cheaper than charged
