They did not help me at all in any way. Inconvenienced me by wasting over an hour of my time, plus I went 10 miles out of my way. Very very rude staff. I cant wait to NOT spend my hard-earned money here.
As a female who doesnt know very much about cars, I have never felt more comfortable having my car worked on, knowing that Im not getting ripped off! Great service!
Mike and his family/ team did an incredible job fixing the damage on my vehicle. He was incredibly honest and walked me thru all the charges and the entire procedure writ large. He continued to updated me on the progress and gave me a realistic time window. While going over the paperwork he discovered a charge for something that they actually didn’t end up needing and he told me about it and deducted it from the final payment. I loved the customer service and work that Spyder Paint and Collisions provides and I will definitely return in the future!
1966 Thunderbird, Ivy Yellow - Ive been in & out of the hospital, and have been having some pretty serious health problems. I asked Mike to smooth out my RR fender, adjust my bumper, smooth out a small spot under the rear bumper, and get the line on the left side of my bumper to line up with my fender.Im satisfied with the front bumper adjustment and the spot under my rear bumper, but Ive wanted to go talk to Mike about taking another whack at the RR fender/quarter. I dont want to be one of the ONLY negative reviews, I just wanna get those guys to take another look.I didnt notice how wavy my car still looked until the next sunny day. Id have already called or gone by, but I am havent been fit to try conducting business. I didnt ask to get the whole car smoothed out & painted, cause Im looking for the right place before I risk money like that. I guess, Ill see how it goes. I guess, Im gonna try to talk to him on the phone this week; Ill adjust the review accordingly.Mike, if you get this before Im able to handle my business, and would take another swing, please gimme a call or respond here!-pete (from Manitou, on crutches)
Great. Matches paint perfectly! So nice too.
Had a fantastic experience with Spyder Paint & Collision Inc. My stock hood was destroyed in a summer hail storm and they were able to get me in quick, match the paint perfectly, and have everything ready to go in less than a week from drop off. I highly recommend this company and will be a repeat customer, every summer...
Great service from great people.
Very good. They are the only one touching my cars.Great to work with.
Mike was very nice. Well done in a timely manner. Treats a lady with kind professionalism. Made me feel comfortable.
Fast attention to estimates and great paint job on Z3
Love this place! Very professional with their customers and they do high quality work! I would recommend them to everyone!
I highly recommend this shop! I took my car in with some serious damage from a drunk driver, I got a free estimate, he and his staff did a great job fixing everything they could! Even buffed out some scratches and changed a tail light for me, and also fully charged up my dead battery. Owner communicated with me regularly with status updates, and returned my calls promptly. Also all the work came in exactly as estimated, no surprise fees or added charges. Really satisfied with their work.
Quality work for a reasonable price. Thanks!
Mike and his whole team did an amazing job painting my car! If you need high quality and affordable paint and/or bodywork, Spyder paint should be your first and only choice! Outstanding customer service too! Thank you, again, for everything!!
My sons friend is 17 years old. His grand cherokee hit some black ice and ran into a telephone pole. His parents told him he was responsible for it. And he got a recommendation to bring it to this shop for a free estimate. He brought it in on Monday at 11:30 in the morning he got it towed in. He received the estimate ten minutes before close of business that day. Since his folks are having him pay for it himself he didn’t have all the money to get the $2000 estimate which seems fair. However less 24 hours of dropping it off, I spoke to Mike who is the owner of the shop who said that if he wasn’t getting the work done there and he would be charged a storage fee of $35 Per day. Mike insisted that it had been there on Monday and then Tuesday ( I picked it up at 10:30 am Tuesday)that started a new day so he insisted $70 to release the vehicle from the free estimate. He explained that the estimate was free if we got the work done there. He also mentioned that this was common practice for any shop in the Colorado Springs area. I called three shops one was big the other two were small. None of them do this practice when you bring the car in for an estimate. He also said that he went to hours looking for used parts to fix the vehicle. I appreciate that he went out of his way to help this kid out but really you’re going to charge a 17-year-old that is trying his best to be a man for two days of storage. I don’t have a problem with small businesses trying to survive. But this is just poor. The 17-year-old kid did not sign anything and when I mention that I said can I get the piece of paper that he signed saying that he would have to pay a storage fee Mike replied oh it’s a verbal contract he didn’t sign anything. Nice work Mike good luck to you and your business

Mike and his staff are true experts at what they do. Weve had 3 cars in their and the work is always perfect and the price is always fair!We will be back and totally recommend Spyder Paint and Collision Inc!
Spyders is amazing! They mixed custom paint to match my vehicle (which is an uncommon goldish color) and it is spot on. They went above and beyond what I expected and the price was MUCH better than estimates at other shops. They are so friendly and helpful as well - my new favorite body shop!
They did a great job with my car and they had great customer service. I highly recommend!
Super responsive, very fairly priced and extremely accommodating - and of course did a great job too!
These guys are very professional they do outstanding work in a timely manner at at a fair price they did such a wonderful job on my wifes car working with her insurance and repairing the hail damage, I took two more vehicles to them to repair some minor damage for a very fair cash price and the work was outstanding
Spyder Paint & Collision did a fantastic job working on my Nissan 350z. Not only was the job finished in a timely manner but the staff was always very personable and friendly. They worked with me through all the bumps that come along with having been in an accident and made the process easy.
This has been the best experience Ive ever had and my aftermarket body kit came out perfect
Outstanding customer service and Top shelf work all the way around. No cutting any corners with Spyder. Just had one painted about 3 months ago.
Matched paint on a 1961 t bird perfectly
I wish someone had reviewed this place before I trusted them to work on my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Spyder to have the outer rocker and lower quarter panel cut out (due to rust) and replaced. I provided the patch panels. Got a call a few days later stating that they discovered floor pan rust. I went and took a look and agreed on a new price to repair. Once again, I provided the repair panels. After the panel arrived and I dropped them off, I received a call a few days later that the vehicle was ready. I was dropped off there and had to leave with the vehicle. I had requested that all the panels to be welded in place, welds grounded down and filler (if needed) applied to smooth out. Well, the floor looked ok (at first), but he had elected to glue, yes glue, the quarter panel repair in place. To make things worse, he didnt even glue the panel on straight. After I got it home, I also noticed that he had left out an important brace that goes under the floor to support the cab mount. After becoming irate at his work, I took the vehicle back. He found the missing brace in his scrap pile of all places! He fixed the floor correctly, and somehow got the quarter panel turned correctly and welded. However, he warped the rest of the panel from the heat exposure and covered his work up under gobs of bondo. Needless to say, I had to grind all this down and repair his crappy work. Do yourself a favor and do not trust any custom work to this outfit.
Great work!
My car looks better than ever
Mike is a great guy, has a great team, and is the absolute best!
Shop does not know how to test fit or install aftermarket parts.
Best best place !!
Good direction on Google
