I have called multiple times to try to get a hold of someone in regards to my car being repaired due to hail. Either them or the body shop unplugged my sunroof motor without plugging it back in. I took it to Honda and they explained whoever worked on this didn’t plug it back in. They charged me $145 for that. Elite has been the ONLY place to have ever worked on my car ever. I have left 2 messages and no call back.If you want your car done professional and know they will back you up if anything happens; don’t use Elite. No communication, poor workmanship and I would highly advise not to use them.Hope this poor review will trigger someone there to call me back and make it right.
Where do I start: Brandon and his team are amazing. I own a BMW M4, and was hit in the fender by a van. It was a pretty bad damage in the fender area. When to Hi-Tech Paint-less Removal and was immediately sent away. Went to Certified Hail and Dent, and also was turned away. Went to a European car specialist they told me I would have to get an entirely new fender (quoted me at $2600). Then went to a collision place and was quoted at $1500. Went to Elite and Brandon quoted me $250. Being the type of car it is I am very particular about the quality of work. So I proceeded with Brandon, they even gave me a ride to work after dropping my car off. Not only did they fix the dent perfectly (could never tell it ever happened), they also worked on the paint (buffed and sanded) and even went above and beyond and pulled out an unrelated dent in the side panel. I could never be more happy with the results. There really is no one else worth going out there for this kind of professionalism, quality of work, and just really cool car guys. Thanks once again Brandon and the team over at Elite.
This has been going on since last Father’s Day.After the hail storm, my insurance gave me a check to cover my glass and dents, after having my car the first time for 9 days I got it back and they did do MOST of the dents. Then, I had the wrong windshield in, so they had it another 5 days, then we were waiting on parts. The sunroof and the leaking that came in the car was never fixed ($1250 from check was for that) the woman said “we just don’t do sunroofs” still waiting on reimbursement for that from the check they cashed fast, they did not cover my deductible, they still have not fixed the broken parts and after calling several times, still no reimbursement check or call back on everything that was paid for. I give many chances, and my friends who suggested this place that work at Audi & Rover have all seen me go through this process, and are horrified. I’ve spent a few thousand out of pocket to get things fixed when I can, but this is absolutely ridiculous. My insurance company is now involved and telling me they’re being ignored as well. I kept emails stating I’m being reimbursed for the stuff they “just couldn’t do” and I’m glad I keep records. My current windshield seal leaks and they will not answer.Leaving a review was my last resort as I’m born & raised here and expected more from a “local” company. I should’ve went to a big name not a small business in this case.
My wife brought in her vehicle for hail repair months ago with the agreement she would be provided a rental car during the repairs free of charge (as it states on their main sign even). Two weeks into the supposed repair she gets a call from Enterprise rentals saying she immediately needed to return the rental and that SHE was now responsible for the $750 rental fee as Elite was REFUSING to pay ANY of their accounts with Enterprise. After dropping the rental off we were met with locked doors and no answer from Elite. We were informed by Enterprise this was happening to many (double digit) customers of Elite over a disagreement between the two companies, resulting in ALL customers with a promised paid for rental at that time to now have to pay it themselves. After finally banging on doors and blowing up phones at Elite she was given back her vehicle UNFINISHED, with no further plan and told to call one of two numbers which should aid in rectifying. The two employees she was instructed to contact have been rude at best, that is when one actually responds. They have already cashed the insurance check (which even had a $1000 increase) and are basically giving her the run around at this point. She is now getting collections calls from Enterprise (watch out they put a clause in their paperwork stating YOU are liable if the original company backs out as Elite did). To do this during covid and winter is bad enough, but Elite has shown little concern for putting her in this situation and even less care in solving this! She was told 3 weeks ago they were ordering the new hood and would finish the job stating she would be contacted in 10 days... this obviously has NOT happened. Is it so hard to just contact a customer, have the repairs finished that were PAID FOR, under the terms agreed on (rental car fees paid)?
SCAM ALERT!!!!!!Had my truck repaired from this company a few months back. The work they did was fine and I was overall satisfied despite the work taking much longer than originally quoted. However, a few weeks back I received a threatening phone call from Enterprise Rental Car saying that Elite never paid my rental car bill as they clearly agreed to do. Now Enterprise is claiming I am responsible for the bill and told me today that I am delinquent in paying my bill.I tried calling Elite at least 20 times over that past 10 days or so, I’ve emailed them, and have stopped by both of their offices. They will not answer their phone or return phone calls or emails. I’m beginning to think I’m being scammed. They certainly had no issues taking the $15K from my insurance company but for some reason could not pay my $2100 rental car bill. I would stay away from this place at all costs. Absolutely horrible.Elite, you need to make this right ASAP.
I worked with them to repair my Lexus which was damaged in the storm of August 2020. After their original inflated price estimate to my insurance company, they wouldnt take the risk despite the fact they promised no supplemental estimates would be made and declared my brand new Lexus (with 5,000 miles) a total loss. As a result, I was on the hook to pay my rental car bill of over $1,000 (which they claim to offer as incentive) though at no time was that mentioned to me on numerous conversations back and forth with the owner. I went back and read the fine print later in my contract, and obviously will have to pay it to keep my good credit rating in tack, but find it to be very unprofessional and disconcerting that they were not forthcoming with that info. The entire process took way too long (though I suspect some of that was on the insurance end) and they were not good at communicating throughout the process to keep me informed. Very disappointing, especially for a recommendation that came to me from the owners wife who lives in our neighborhood.
This company left me with a $1200 rental car bill that they were supposed to cover while they were repairing my truck from hail damage. Elite has had my business twice and has made over $20,000 from my insurance company.The car rental called today to say that Elite has not paid the bill and they are now not even responding to their efforts to try to collect!I went today to both local offices and no one was there.....They do not answer calls and it seems like they are just GONE!I spoke to the manager at the car rental who said Elite has done this before and they have been trying to collect with no success.I trusted Elite with my business TWICE and now they seem just like every other fly by night Hail repair place! SCAM!!!I would not recommend you use this company for your dent/hail repair needs!Shame Elite!Update, I have left a message and stopped by both your local offices, I would love a call back because they ARE going to send me an invoice for the rental. I went here because of the good reviews, so it’s only fitting that I leave a review. This place was a huge help and relief. They went out of their way to make everything easier and they did a great job restoring my vehicle. Hopefully I never get hail damage again, but if I do, I’m definitely coming here.
They were a tremendous help. Got hit with hail and they paid our deductible. Took a bit longer than we hoped but for the work they did it was totally worth the time we waited. They kept us up to date and did everything they could to get our truck back to us as soon as they could. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!
Very happy with Elites service. It took 31 days for us to get our car back but that was because of Covid delays. Our Mazda was returned perfect! And follow up was outstanding. My wife and I recommend Elite wholeheartedly.
Good morning,Yesterday, my credit card was charged $2,333.40 from Enterprise. My Subaru Forrester has been getting repaired since October 16th. We received a call from Emily on 11/20 saying that the car would be ready the week of Thanksgiving or the week after. My car is sitting in the parking lot. We have received no communication since November 20th despite calling multiple times and leaving messages. I have come in person during business hours and nobody was in the office.In the signed agreement it states that Elite will provide a free service of covering the car rental. I still have the rental. Please provide me an update about how Elite will reimburse this bill from Enterprise as well as when my Subaru will be available for pickup.Thank you.
Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the insurance process when my Dodge Charger was hit with hail. The repair looked incredible and they even detailed my car! Definitely recommend this shop if you have any hail damage or dents of any kind!

Elite Paintless Dent Repair stuck my wife with $2100 worth of rental car fees and they are threatening to take her to collections if she doesnt pay.Elite promises (direct from their still existing website) Dealing With Hail Damage Still? We Pay Your Insurance Deductible & Provide You With A FREE Rental Car While We Fix Yours!They repeatedly told my wife NOT to pick her car up after it was decidedly totaled because they wouldnt have any further leverage with the insurance company (GEICO). The insurance company paid Elite approx. $5700 for storage fees etc. and they didnt even have to do a single repair. Now they are refusing to pay Enterprise for the rental $2100. This is completely unacceptable. Now the business looks like it is boarded up, they wont return VMs or emails and are taking ZERO responsibility for making false claims of FREE rental cars.The owners are cowards and are con artists. I pray that they do the right thing and pay what is owed.
Unfortunately this company operates in the worst fashion and promises things they can not seem to provide. As a subcontractor that prides ourselves in exemplary work and always putting our customer and business first it is disappointing to say that this company does not share the most important, and basic, set of values.
I brought in my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 for hail damage repair. They were very informative and thorough with the whole process and kept me updated at all times through they whole process. They also covered my $500.00 deductible and when I got my truck back it looks like it hadnt even been hit by hail. I was in the collision industry for 10 years and highly recommend them with anyone on the edge that is trying to get their hail damage repaired on a vehicle.Big shout out to Brandon and his team!!Thanks again!

Just got contacted from enterprise saying I owed them 900 somthing dollars because elite did not pay on their end, and of course can’t get anyone to answer. Am I just screwed or are you guys resolving these issues
Like a bunch of other reviews on here, I had work done on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for some hail damage. My car was in the shop for almost two months but they did give me updates whenever I requested them. Overall the actual hail repair was very well done. My issue comes from receiving a phone call from enterprise saying that I owe them over 2k in rental fees because ELITE PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR never payed their invoice for the rental. They are threatening to send that invoice to collections even though in the agreement elite paintless dent repair clearly states that they will pay for any rental needed while your car is in the repair shop. I have gone to both of their shops during business hours just to find that no one is there. I have called multiple times and left voicemails and I have still not received a response. I recommended people to this shop because they do great PDR which is why they get the two stars but after this issue, I’m going to have to tell everyone I know to stay away.
This is the best shop for Hail Repair in the springs. They buffed out a scratch that I had and other door dings that weren’t hail. My car looks better after they fixed my hail damage than it looked before I got hit with hail!

I tried to schedule an appointment with Aisha, the office manager. She said I would need to leave my work truck all day to get the estimate. I asked if I could schedule a block of time (1-2 hours) so the work truck was not away from the job site all day. She said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Its been 3 weeks, I am starting to think they are not going to call. I have my insurance check and just need to get the truck fixed, I guess they are not interested in taking my money. I would think an office manager would excel at customer service but my demands must have been too outrageous!
The owners operate the business and are very nice and very helpful. They got me over $6,000 in hail damage covered by my insurance over a year after my car was hit by that storm in Fountain in 2018. It was almost totaled but they where able to work with insurance to get my car fixed. Im very impressed with their customer service and skill. I will be using them again if I ever have hail damage.
My husband and I won 2 free dent repairs at a home and garden show a few weeks ago. They were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. We needed our car back by a certain time the same day and they made it happen! The repair looks awesome and you can no longer tell that a shopping cart dented my passenger door.Thanks again, we will be back in the future if we need repairs!

Ill retract review if solved, but as of now, this is borderline fraudulent activity. In Feb, 2020, I had my car in for hail damage repair. The company promised free car rental and insurance deductible, in fact this is their tag line- we pay your deductible and give you a free car rental. My car was in their storage for 4 days as we waited for insurance to send adjuster. They arranged and put me into a rental car. Meanwhile, the adjuster came and in the end, the car was deemed totaled. No repairs were done. They billed insurance company for 4 days of storage ($800+) and was paid this amount. All seems fair in the line of business so far. When I picked up my car and returned the rental, everything was all good. Unbeknownst to me, they never paid the rental car bill they arranged and provided for me. Now, the rental car company is going after me to pay for the vehicle. Not only is this outright wrong, it borders false advertising & fraud. Ive contacted Elite numerous times with voicemail to no avail. Stopped by their office, only to find the office was closed temporarily due to COVID. While I can understand the office closure, all this happened before COVID-19 and phone calls to the company have never been returned.

Brandon came to my home personally to inform me of what Elite had to offer. My truck had a pretty good amount of damage and not just hail. His team brought me a rental, picked up my truck and delivered it when it was done. Not only did he take care of the hail damage, but they went above and beyond, including constant updates during the repairs and fixed some conventional repairs on the truck bed as well. I highly recommend Elite, they are what a company should be, and they treat you like family!
I had a great experience so far with the crew here. Spencer approached me in warm and friendly manner. Explained everything that needed to happen. Once I brought my car there to turn in for repair, Emily at the office was very professional and walked me through all the paperwork and insurance stuff. I felt unrushed and ensured that my baby (car) was in excellent hands. She even drove me to the car rental place and helped me out there as well. So far this has been a great experience and I will update once I get my car back.
I have re-rated (updated) my post from a 1 star to 4. Since my billing dispute with them, this has finally been resolved in early June. To summarize, elite promised to pay for a rental car, they never paid rental company so the rental car company went after me, eventually. This was paid. Delayed pmt from this business to car rental was caused by loss of business and tough times with Covid19 yet my situation was pre covid and I didnt appreciate being put in the middle of this payment-no payment process. In the end it worked out but Im only giving 4 stars as the way and speed this was resolved was not impressive.

Saw their advertisement on a Facebook ad and was skeptical at first, as they were offering to cover my deductible. They were true to their word, paid for my entire deductible and got me a great rental car while repaired my truck. Didnt cost me a dime just a little bit of my time! Highly recommend

Would definitely return here for future service. Deductible paid, they took me to enterprise to get my rental and I can’t even tell my vehicle ever had dents. Only thing I was disappointed about was being told I’d get a wet sand detail after repairs and that never happened but I went for hail damage repairs, not a detail so I’m happy.

I took my vehicle in on the 31st of August it is now the 14th of October they have poor communication with their clients Ive had to call numerous times to find out statuses of my vehicle and I get the same thing while its here its there they dont call their customers and update when you do call they tell you youre going to get a update call back here in a few minutes and they dont even call you back I would not recommend this place or I will not take my vehicle back to this place Ive had a wrecked vehicle with more damage in the shop and got it back quicker than hail damage they are very unprofessional

WOW. I’ve noticed this shop before as we get our car serviced next door at Balta. So I see their advertisement on line on Wednesday morning and I message them. I get an immediate response to my, “what’s your schedule look like, we’re headed out of town next week and we could leave our car with them to repair hail damage from over a year ago.” Could you stop by later today, we have a lull while adjusters finalize other cars. We stop by with the wife’s BMW at 3:30pm. “Can you give us 30-40 mins to give it a good look over”, sure so we went for a drink at N3. Before we got our drinks Brandon called me. Said they could do the work and start tonight and have it done by 5pm Thursday. Whaaaaat, of course we said yes, and if need be keep it through Friday, before we leave Saturday. Well, it’s home with us tonight and it looks fabulous! Wife is extremely pleased to have her “baby” looking new again. I can’t thank Linda, Brandon, Michael and their staff enough for the job they did. Customer service is A1 as is their work. Highly recommend. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Body worked turned out good.Rental car was a mistake. Car company charged me anyways and had to call them to get my money back. My insurance payed my rental and I should of just got it on my own. Next time I will know better then trusting a PDR shop will my money.This shop received my truck with my paperwork that my insurance already looked at the truck for the damage.In the two weeks my truck was at this shop they didnt call me once. I had to call them to get updates on my truck.At the end they called me and said my truck was ready. This is when I received a second call saying the insurance is not going right. I offered to call them my self and they said they will handle it.Come to find out that my insurance sent me two check and void both. Never cashed. But they show one check is still out there. So this shop told me I have to pay the balance.I require my truck for work and I went ahead and payed the difference.When I showed up today to pick my truck up, I walked into an unwelcoming entrance. They could not even find my paperwork.After we inspected the truck they asked for the remaining check, I explained for the last time that I had none so im paying cash. I give them my cash and she said your good to go. I then ask for my change, she said I have no change. It wasnt to when I ask for my receipt did she ask another employee for money.She gave me a hand written receipt out of a dollar tree receipt book. This receipt was only for the cash I payed. I then asked for a receipt for the entire job that was done to my truck. The employee in the back room said that they only send them to insurance companys. I said I payed my part in cash and I want records for my truck.They gave me an invoice that they sent to the insurance for payment.What are they hiding. Why could I not get a receipt for the job that was completed on my truck. I wanted to verify they did the work the insurance and I payed for.This company offers free rentals and no deductible. So why when they got the approval from ins to do the work and they preformed the work did I have to pay?Not a very good company. I would not recommend anyone go hear. Wait the time and go to a real body shop.
Elite worked their magic to remove about 100 hail dents from the aluminum hood of my truck, and it only took them a day to do it with excellent results. It looks brand new. They will be my first choice for all future dent repairs.
Best dent removal company Ive encountered. From the professionalism received when dropping off my car damaged to the quality of their working making my car look immaculate, they have won me over as a lifetime customer. Elite PDR went above and beyond for me and I trust and reccomend them to anyone for hail repair. Please read to the end!! Ive had two occurrences with this company and both were quite different. The first one I took my Raptor in and everything went perfect. Couldnt have asked for an easier business transaction. Now the second time I took my Shelby GT 500 in and some things happened. Now I can say that the customer care was excellent they drove me to get a rent a car that they paid for so that is a 5 Star out the gate. I had some issues when I was supposed to pick my car up. The dent repair top notch, but there were a few new pretty bad scratches on my car. Now like any shop people didnt know how it happened. Now this is where it gets good and why I would go back. I showed the owner Brandon and some of the staff. He agreed, apologized, gave me my check back and had my fixed before I had to pay. The staff made sure i was happy and that the service I received was up to standard. No my second experience wasnt perfect, but the way I was treated to ensure my happiness was above most businesses that I have felt with. I also know mistakes happen its what is done after the fact that makes all the difference. I would definatly go back in the future even after all the Drama. Great people and great work making sure at the end of the day customers are happy. Oh and forgot to say they detailed inside and out cleaning rims and tires 😁
