Very professional. The front office clerk is very attentive. They will consistently call you with updates about your vehicle so you are never in question about the status of progress. Thank you for timeliness and care.Disclaimer: someone else was at fault. I will say their cost of labor is $$$. They don’t disclose how much time they actually worked on the vehicle. Maybe I’m being overly picky about it, but if I was doing this privately and paying for it I would want to know.

My truck was rear-ended in Buena Vista (about 2 hours away of CO Springs) and took out the rear bumper and trailer hitch. We were in the last two weeks of our two month trip to Buena Vista. Phil and Denise at Mike Maroones were absolutely great with working with my insurance company, getting the parts ordered, and squeezing us in to get the parts installed so we were only one day late than our scheduled departure time from the RV park. We appreciate their efforts and great service!

Hit a deer in July and did $14K damage to my new SUV. They and the insurance company werent even sure if they could get all of the needed parts due to the nationwide supply chain issues. Surprisingly, all the needed parts came in within about a month, got my car back and its perfect!! Thank you Mike Maroone Collision!!!

So before I begin the repair I went in for was great. It was about 550. With that being said I now have a hole in my sub woofer. They said they didnt go in the trunk. The repair was for the front bumper. So with that being said it most have been when they cleaned the interior. So there goes 500 on my subs. Talk about leaving a place Better then when you got there.

I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Erika (she does waxing/sanding detail work I believe). My insurance company and rental car company BOTH made errors regarding my rental car reservation and, as a result, I was left at the dealership trying to find a way home until it al got sorted out. Erika offered to drive me home and was super friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk with the entire way home. You dont see this often anymore and I really appreciate the kindness this team showed me this morning - Erika in particular! I hope her kindness is returned 10-fold.

OK I MUST get on here and give these guys/gals kudos. We went through quite a bit of trouble but they honestly did stick with me and my car until we got it right. Here are the obstacles they had to overcome to get this one right:1. COVID: It hit this shop kind of hard. Not saying any names but at one time they were working at 50% because of COVID illnesses.2. USAA made payments to different people. Because USAA is now using a different third party estimator, the adjustments the shop asked for went to me instead of the shop. And USAA forgot to pay me for the window replacement. More on USAA on their review.3. Because I have a newer model MAZDA, they had to order parts that werent readily available. They also had to match the proprietary Soul Red color on it.4. Because of COVID, everything was delayed.Finally, when I got the car back after a heavy hail repair, replacement and re-painting, my husband noticed a bit of orange peel on it. Also, the guys forgot to connect my back break lights. Whoopsie!HOWEVER, after I brought it to their attention. They immediately took the car back. It took another month to get it right but after all was said and done, they DID it. My car looks like new. That summer hail certainly did a number on my MAZDA here in Colorado (no surprise to those that are from here) but these guys really did everything to make sure I was happy. And I am. They really did their best and with this COVID situation, it has not been easy. Bottom line, I would take my car here again. Thank you, Mike Maroone guys and gals.

Great customer service followed by awesome car care! They had given me an estimate on how long the repairs would take and even with a few set backs in parts, they were still able to complete the job ahead of schedule. My car looked new with a fresh car wash and they even replaced the battery in my key. I would highly recommend them for collision service to anyone I meet.

As like many people in the Colorado Springs area that had been affected by hail damage this past summer, I have a nearly brand new Camaro that took a beating in the hail. I had such a difficult time even getting an appointment before December or January at most of the other body shops in town (just to look at the car). I called Chris Card at Maroone and he was able to get me in to have a look. Shortly there after, we were able to get the car scheduled to be fixed. I picked up the car a week ago and it looks like new again! Maroone was able to get my car fixed and back to me months before any other shop in town would have even looked at it. Chris provides the best service I have ever had in dealing with body shops. He kept me informed along the way and delivered the car in perfect condition when he said he would (that is even after one of the replacement parts was on back order). Chris works harder for customers than anyone I have ever dealt with. Thanks Chris (and Maroone), for all your hard work!

I brought my car here so it could be fixed from wind/sand damage. From the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly and from there on I received superior customer service. The employees there were very informative letting me know every step of the process. They provided me with a rental car, and kept me updated all along the way. The General Manager, Rick also took the time to speak to me and made sure I had a great experience. When I got the phone call saying my car was done and I drove there to get it, I was so impressed. Not only did they do an excellent job on the body and paint, they went above and beyond and fixed my broken grill, as well as detailed the interior of my car. I would recommend Mike Maroone Collison to everyone. They are awesome. Best experience I have had.

USAA STARS FACILITYI’ve been taking my CRV to Mike Maroone Honda for years, and recently had more body damage done than they were able to handle at MMH. Instead they sent me to the Collision Center. If you are a USAA member this is the shop for you! Super friendly and fast service, nearly constant updates from both the collision center and my USAA representative. All that fun paperwork and payout drama was taken care of in the app with minimal headache. Thank you to everyone at Mike Maroone Honda and Collision Center, I appreciate you!

Just paid $2000 to get my car out. When I left it there, gas and new battery. When I come to get my car, dead battery (they let us drive off the lot) and we broke down in the middle of the road. Had to get rescued from the road (thank God).Called in the next day to ask if they’d be able to help (recharge, replace, or even a refund), I was brushed off and told I’d had my car with them for too long. I inquired about why they didn’t bother to turn on my car even ONCE just because he didn’t charge me storage...AND on top or that, they’re unwilling to even fix the battery they let die while in their possession.Not to mention we almost got rear-ended from breaking down in the middle of the street.This place is not worth your business, they (like many company’s) DO NOT take care of their people. Definitely will not take care of your car!And they over charge.

About 7 weeks ago i hit a pothole that ended up removing my entire front passenger wheel. When i was looking around for shops mike marooned collision shop told me they would have my car ready within 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and i called to see if my car would be ready. It was not. They told me to give them two more weeks. Once those 2 weeks passed i called again and i was told that they would have it done for sure by the end of the month which meant 2 more weeks. After those two weeks i called and they answered but told me someone would call me back. No one called me back. So i had to go in to the shop. My car still wasn’t ready. When i went in they told me that they were just finishing lining it up and doing a test drive. They told me that it would 100% be ready the next day. I called the next day and they told me that they forgot to order a part and the car wouldn’t align properly. That was on a Friday. That Friday they told me that they would have my car ready by Tuesday which meant another 5 days. Now it’s tuesday and i called. I was told that they were busy and someone would call me back. After 4 hours i called, no one answered. No call back and i have no idea when i will be getting my car back. I went with this shop because they told me i would get my car within 2 weeks. Not the case. This place use to be a lot better when it was al serra. I was talking to a salesman about a pickup there but i will never do any business with this location ever again. Not even an oil change.

Crystle, the estimator kept me informed all through the process and handled the claim with the insurance company competently. The car looks like new. They told me 7 to 10 business days and thy came through. They did a great job and were friendly. I called almost everyday checking on my car like a parent checking on their sick child lol. As a former employee within this body shop, i recommended this shop to a friend. Since There used to be quality control etc, i thought it would be the right choice to help out a friend. My own personal vehicle needed a rear bumper fixed so i scheduled an estimate as well. I ended up never getting a phone call in regards to the repair, and my friend ended up without his own car (although being in a payed rental) for over a period of 2 weeks. The first time the vehicle got inspected for pickup by my friend, it was obvious the car was never inspected for delivery. There where at least 4 issues that where unacceptable (knowing that this car was ONLY 2 months old and bought BRAND NEW as 1st owner!). Today (1-25-2016) i inspected the paint myself and can honestly say that its a joke! The color doesnt even come close, and the metal flakes within that paint are almost non existent! We both filed a complaint with USAA, and this will be the last time i will consider, and or refer to the AL Serra Bodyshop, Nick Manyick, and Lisa Percival!). Signed: Claudio Nicoli!
