Service king was absolutely amazing! The amount of communication was beyond my expectations and having someone to answer all my questions was great. After I was rear ended and having to deal with the other insurance company they kept me in the loop and walked me through the entire process! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!! WOW, I received a reasonable appraisal from Service King. They ordered the parts, hand them painted, and then scheduled the appointment with to install. The quality work was done promptly. The final bill came in lower than the estimate. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and kindness.
Get in to get an estimate. However they wanted to just use the insurance estimate and take a week to break the front bumper off and check the car. However I just wanted a price 🤷🏼♀️ when life is to busy for our own good. They were nice people tho

I took my vehicle to Service King to fix my passenger side due to an accident. The staff were very friendly and kept us up to date on their progress the entire time they had it in their possession. After it was fixed, it looked brand new. Thank you service king for all your hard work, I will recommend this place to anyone who needs your services!
Chose Service King because it was in a list of recommended shops provided from USAA. The shop completed the work in an acceptable timeframe and they sent me texts daily to update me on the status which was nice. Got the truck back and everything looked fine at first glance. I have someone very close in my family who has been an insurance adjuster/manager for years and literally tore the work apart. My rear taillight came back to me broken which it was not prior. The panels were not denibbed prior or in between coats so there are small little bumps in the paint in multiple locations. They also did not wet sand the panels painted so there is orange peel all down one side of the truck. Instead of taking apart the side mirror to Paint the piece needing painted and not paint the plastic they chose to attempt to tape it off and paint it so there is overspray on the black plastic (white paint have you). Instead of overlapping the paint at least a half inch on the inside of the door the painted to the bath she of the door so down the road here that paint will begging to peel. My question is this…how many cars leave out of this shop that are not to par and because most people don’t know what to look for then they just take it thinking the work was done correctly. I was informed by the manager of the shop that he would reach out to me to get this all fixed after he went on vacation the following week. It’s been well over a month and haven’t heard anything. I’m assuming they think that I dropped it and now they don’t have to worry about it. My Yukon is a 2009 so I also believe because it’s older they felt like they could cut corners. I would absolutely not utilize this shop and I have informed USAA how very disappointed I am in the way this was all handled.
Service King is a great body shop! The finished job looked like brand new. They kept me posted all through out the repair process.
I have unfortunately had to go to Wilsons now four times and each time they have provided me with exceptional service. However, I have to say that this last time I had to visit them, they went above and beyond what I expected! At the beginning of December, my whole front bumper was completely damaged, due to someone running a red light. All body shops were telling me they couldnt get my car in until mid Jan, due to all the hail damage cars. Wilsons said the same, but because my car was unsafe and couldnt be driven, they made me a priority. I had my car back by the end of Dec, looking as good as new! They absolutely did one amazing job!!! I will and do always recommend Wilsons to anyone!

I have used Service King for a few years now for my auto body repair and I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of their work. They had my car in-and-out quickly and they worked very well with my insurance and car rental agencies.
I have had my truck back to these people at least 5 times getting things fixed that should and could have been done the first time. my roof still leaks and ther are runs in my boxside, The last time it was in the wher repainting the boxside because they buffed through the clear coat. So the sanded that spot with ther finger tips and now it looks like a dent, because they sanded such a small area so hard. when explaining this to Tracy the newest GM she told me i was wrong and explained how many years of experience she has in this field. Will try someone else
Awesome experience overall. Got my car back much earlier than expected and I couldn’t be happier! Jordan Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and his communication and customer service skills truly blew me away. I’ll definitely be using Jordan’s services in the future, and would recommend him and Service King to anyone in need of repairs!

I’ll be honest, their 3.8 star average review scared me. I own a Shelby GT350 and was extremely hesitant to let them fix the dent in my hood. But, after taking a leap of faith, and allowing them to fix my car, I am impressed. I love my car and was concerned about the entire process. They fixed the dent, matched the paint flawlessly, and took their time to do it right. They didn’t rush the job and Nate made sure I was informed every step of the way with FaceTime videos. If I ever had another vehicle damaged, they have won my business and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just got my vehicle back from hail damage repairs. Service King did a fantastic job, I highly recommend them. Their facility is spotless, the staff was excellent.
They got my Jeep restored back to specs. 1 day delay, but the part came in not painted to specks. but it was suppose to be painted already. Jordan was great with keeping me updated. Thank you Service King.
Do not take you car here. Only thing good here is the customer service. Otherwise, I had to take my car back 3 times because they couldnt repair it correctly the first few times. Its still not working. Im prepared to pay out of pocket for someone else to do it because they cant figure it out. They are a joke. I wouldnt let them touch my car again if you paid me. I missed work several times to continue to bring my car in.

They fixed our Ford Explorer that was banged up due to the hail storms last year. They did a wonderful job with only minor issues needing to be fixed. They have gone above and beyond in helping to correct the small issues and I appreciate it.
This place is under new management and new name. When I went, they took care of the problem I had. The parts were under warranty. The people were attentive and professional. The issue was resolved quickly. It was not a complicated issue, but we could not know until they checked out and it required to remove some parts, etc. Seems like a good place to go back again if we have another problem.
0 Stars across the board. This is the absolute worst place you could bring your vehicle. I got a quote from here and scheduled my appointment with them because it was at a decent price. I brought it to them after waiting a month and the guy that I had been working with either quit or got fired. The new girl that took over for him told me that the price was going to change. I figured it would a little bit because you never know how long these things can take so I said okay. She calls me back a day later and says it would be $1100 more than the quote. I went and got my car back and now the other side of my fender is cracked. These people are ridiculous and you should never do work with them. These peoples word means nothing.
I have been using Wilsons Auto Collision for many years. I have NEVER had any problems, whatsoever. The work is always first class, on time and in budget. They have always worked well with my insurance company as well. I send friends there all the time and have never regretted it. Not always the cheapest but for me, always the best.

The service I received from them was outstanding. When I arrived the lady called my rental car place twice to verify they were sending someone over. They had my car less than a week. They not only sent me text updates about my car but the gentleman in charge called me and updated me that they would be done early. My car looked great after the rear end damage was repaired and he went above and beyond to take care of my car. They washed it and and it even appeared that they vacuumed out the inside. I couldnt be happier with my experience at the establishment!
I put my car in the shop on Monday they quoted me about 10 days and 5 days later the car was done. They did a really good job. I will always bring my car in for collision repair
They do fast and honest work for the most part. Be prepared to battle with them if you have warranty work though. i had a few issues with my vehicle about 18 months after repair i took it in there, they looked at it and said whoever redid my electrical did it in the dumbest way possible and that it would cost a pretty penny to fix. I then showed them the scope of work sheet from last time i was there and had to listen to him try to tiptoe around it even going so far as to say it was clearly recently done.
These guys are great, dealt with them twice in one year and everything was on time and top notch customer service.
I would very strongly not recommend taking your vehicle here!! We hit a deer with our car and took it here. It took about a month for them to get the car back which I found reasonable, but they gave my car back in terrible condition. The paint didnt match. They agreed to fix it..which it still looks sooo terrible. There is a lot of dirt and bubbles under the paint. There are tons of scratches all over the hood which they didnt sand down and paint because they said it was from rock chips..but it wasnt I just had the hood painted a month prior because of all the storms. At first I just thought it was some chips on the front because they give the car back to you so dirty so you cant see it all. After the first wash I was horrified to see how bad the damage still is. My car alarm kept going off because they didnt put the hood on right and it wasnt hitting a sensor..they said that it was only doing it sometimes so it wasnt a big deal..no it didnt do it before the accident; I want my car in the same condition. They finally figure it out and get it fixed but even the inside of my car was filthy. My husband so so upset. They replaced a headlight but put one on that was all scratched up. They agreed to fix it but they just buffed it so now it just looks cloudy and scratched. I work for state farm and I would NEVER NEVER want my customers to go here despite being a select service loctaion. They were so unprofessional. Gabe was the worst!! He would barely shake my hand or look at me. He pretty much would only speak over me to my husband and would only shake his hand. I found them to to be highly unprofessional and unknowable. My car is still wrong, but I am just so exhausted of trying to take it back and expect them to fix any of the work. Please dont do it! Its not worth the headache. Take your car anywhere else!!
The service at Wilsons is unmatched. David even set up the rental car for me through the insurance company. I was emailed daily updates on my repair. I have had my car repaired there twice in 3 months, and I highly recommend them.
They dont seem to know what one hand is trying to do around the other one. How do they ever get anything finished? No and needed.

Ray is a condescending ass! I took my Toyota Celica in to get an estimate and he told me that he can guarantee that I cant afford his work. He then made a few jokes about how I need to win the lottery. To be clear, all my car needed was a paint job, no body damage. without even looking at my car he told me he was going to charge me $8000 He then was, in my opinion, even more unprofessional by trying to give other shops a bad reputation.When I go into a business as a potential paying customer I expect to be treated professionally and with respect. I will never recommend Ray Wilsons Auto Collision!!!!!!!
I have been doing business with Wilsons for almost 20 years now. Today I realized I need to find a different body shop. After having my insurance company do an adjustment on my truck, I had to wait a month to get seen at Wilsons, only to have the service manager start claiming how much more than what the insurance company had allowed. She started listing work that the insurance company had already accounted for as though it was so far above the estimate. She spent less than 3 minutes with the vehicle or the insurance paperwork. Customer service is just not what it used to be. In the past I had work done on may 96 Mustang (that was nearly new the first time) several time through the 20 years I owned it, my wifes 2004 Durango, and a complete repaint on my 77 Corvette. They Vette is flawless and I couldnt be more pleased with the work, but after today I will be looking for another body shop.

First off, their work is amazing--Im used them before and their skill in repairing even the most intricate issues is great. I had to take off 3 stars because their customer service is routinely just below civil. I understand having to wait a long while for a repair when my car is drivable and there are tons of cars with hail damage to repair. My compliant was that I was in on Oct. 7th, gave them my insurance claim information, had them check out my car, and got scheduled for November 29th. I had called twice between then to verify that parts were on order and to get a couple questions answered. Very curt both times, but fine, I get it. Then, I showed up on November 29th to discover that they had mixed up my repair with my husbands repair for a completely different car and all of my paperwork was gone. They hadnt ordered parts, and they were down right uncaring and unhelpful about their mistake. At the very end, Mel, the office manager (I think) told me that she was sorry and that was the first glimpse I had of any caring. I practically cried because I was so frustrated and Wilsons acted like it was my fault that they mixed things up. Im so frustrated that the situation turned out like this and now, I have to wait another 2 months before they can fix my back bumper.

Ray and his staff are fantastic, they have been transparent on expectations and in a world of unpredictability that is body repair theyve been super! When parts discussions came up that was done up front and if delays happened it was an honest estimate.

Our truck only had paint damage. They said it would only take 3 days to fix it. Its been a week & a half & I just called and asked when it will be done because I was told it was only going to be 3 days, he said I called your husband yesterday and told him it will be done tomorrow do you guys not communicate? Obviously not because Im calling right? Thanks for the rude remark Mike, my husband is in the Army and is gone all day & comes home to eat and sleep so no, we cant communicate much not that its any of your business.EDIT: The manager called me this morning and apologized for everything & talked to the employee about what was said. He offered a free detail and wax. Thank you.
