ProAuto Spa came and picked up my car while I was working, took it back to the shop, tinted the windows and brought it back to me. The staff was professional, the work was amazing and I got it all for 1/2 price!!! Love this place!

I chipped one of my rims in a car wash and was referred to Pro Auto Spa. It was honestly one of the best references I’ve ever received! My experience from the time I called to make the appointment, to the time I picked up my car, was far beyond any expectation I had! The entire team is beyond friendly and all share such a wealth of knowledge. They reassured me that the wheel would look amazing and I would never be able to tell there had been damage to it and boy, were they right! The wheel looks absolutely perfect and makes me want to get the other wheels redone so they share the same extra bit of shine! This was seriously one of my best experiences with a company ever and will definitely return for any cosmetic car repair needs as well as will be sending everyone and anyone I can over to them. They truly are the best!!

After three years of constant exposure to the brutal CO sun followed by four years of hard water and exposure in Germany, the paint on my 14 Toyota FJ Cruiser was in pretty bad shape. The team at Pro Auto Spa came highly recommended and after a consultation with the team I felt confident that they absolutely knew their business and were more than capable to make my beloved FJ look new again. When my new car got a door/shopping cart ding, I was devastated. It wasn’t just a dent but an almost “L” shaped crease with marks/scratches I wasn’t sure were going to come out. I googled multiple paintless dent repair shops and read the reviews, both good and bad. I dropped in and requested an estimate which I think was a fair amount, given the skill and expertise. They were able to get me in the same day and gave me a ride back to work. Due to the location and the marks of the dent, I thought for sure I’d be able to pinpoint where it was but I was pleasantly shocked that I couldn’t find anything left behind. My car looks brand new again. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I’d definitely take my car back there and recommend their services. With the attention to detail provided on my dent repair, I’m sure they provide that same attention to detail with the other services they provide.

They definitely do a better job than I could do on my own (and I worked at a car wash in college so I am not totally ignorant, only mostly ignorant). They take the necessary time to do a great job and are detail-oriented, and use great products. This is what one would expect with any professional service but its harder and harder to find these days!

First time visiting Pro Auto Spa and they did a great job on my Acura ZDX (detailed, headlight restore, and scratch removal). It was very reasonably priced for the services rendered and everyone was extremely kind and professional. Very pleased with everything and will definitely be using them again for the future. I highly recommend Pro Auto Spa! I didn’t pull my one-year new vehicle far enough into my garage, so closing the garage door created some minor scratches. I attempted to repair the scratches myself with messy results. Pro Auto Spa got me in quickly and repaired my mess so that no one could notice my mistakes. The owners are kind, wonderful people!

This place was incredible I had my partners vehicle done and they did a significantly better job than another company in the area. Great staff, poor service. Needed a SUV fully detailed, truck had been neglected but not abused. Knew it would be expensive and willing to pay for quality. $700.00 later, at a glance the truck looked good but a closer look, under seats, plastic covers.... it was clear detail was all talk. I would go somewhere else if you need a vehicle really detailed,. They talk a good story but do not deliver.

Great experience here. I messaged the website over the weekend looking for an interior and exterior auto detail. They contacted me back right away and got me in right away. They did a fantastic job. Absolutely fantastic from step one of walking through the door to the end process! The people were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I had a dent on my driver door that was in a tricky spot causing me to be unable to open driver side door. They were honest and said they may only be able to fix it about 80% but what I got back I would say is practically 100% for me, I couldnt even tell there had been a dent previously! Very very happy I went here, absolutely would recommend and if I ever need too, I will definitely come back.

The detail was very nice. Definitely than competitive price wise given the services offered. What really stood out to me was the surprising expensive door ding repair.... perhaps maybe some paint correction to meet that in the middle. Otherwise fantastic service and excellent work.

Yesterday I dropped off the Subaru at Pro Auto Spa with a pretty bad chip on the windshield and a drastic need for a deep cleaning on the interior. Ive been using it for work for the last year and a half dragging around roofing supplies, tools, and ladders and bringing the dogs with me for weekend getaways. Ryans team did such a good job! I completely forgot that there was a chip in the glass, and it was right in my line of sight! The inside looks BRAND NEW!!! They worked soo hard to get every dog hair out of the back seat, luckily we have a seat cover now so they wont have to work soo hard next time.If you havent done it yet, you should drop off your car for a spa day! These guys are awesome. They detailed my truck which was in pretty rough shape. Hadnt cleaned it much in several years. I have dogs in and out every day and in the mountains often (covered in mud) . I got it back looking amazing. I didnt think they would be able to clean it as nice as they did in a single day. Will be using them again and recommending to people I know.

My husband went here after discovering numerous scratches and scuffs on his newly purchased dream car from a local reputable place. The owners were very knowledgable and thoroughly walked him through the process of repairs, patiently answering all of his questions. They were respectful of his time, and provided an estimate on the spot. They even pointed out flaws in the vehicle we were previously unaware of. Ultimately, my husband returned the car to the dealer so we did not use their services, but he was extremely impressed by their friendliness and professional. We will definitely use Pro Auto Spa if either of our cars need work in the future.

I took my wheels to this shop for powder coating and road rash repair. The shop originally quoted a timeframe of 2-3 days and $900 to complete the work. The shop ended up taking over 7 days to complete the work and provided an excuse as to why they couldnt do the the promised clear coat. I could deal with the delay as we simply setup a time to bring the wheels back a few months later to add the correct clear coat. However, I drove a few miles away from the shop and realized the tires were completely out of balance. Upon return, their wheel tech claimed the wheels were bent and thats why they felt out of balance. Upon pushing back on the bent wheels idea, the tech dismounted the tire to find what seemed to be over a gallon of water in the tires. Two of the four wheels were found to have significant amounts of water and the tech cited he needed time to remove each tire, remove the water, and rebalance. At this time I decided to leave the truck and wheels with them to add the correct clear coat as they needed them anyway to rebalance and remove the water they added during the process. Upon getting the wheels back another week later with the correct clear coat, each wheel was found to have dozens of imperfections in the clear coat itself, they appeared to have large smudges all over each spoke and in random places across each dish. I brought the truck back to the shop to show staff and the owner, at this point they assured me they could redo the clear coat and fix these imperfections. The owner proceeds to admit that him and his tech have never worked with this clear coat before this project and they planned to leave town for a training on the exact topic the following week. They assured me that upon obtaining the correct training, theyd fix these imperfections with a new clear coat. Upon bringing the truck back for these repairs, theyve cited the original work cannot be redone and Id essentially need to buy new wheels. I would strongly advise not using this shop, at least for any wheel repairs or custom painting/powder coat. Once the shop realized they couldnt redo the clear coat they acted as if I damaged the clear coat in the few days I had the truck before bringing it back for them to review. Despite the shop citing theyd redo the wheels for free initially, 2 of the 4 wheels got scratched in a accident a few days later. The shop was actually getting paid for 2 out of the 4 wheels they promised to do for free, only to find out the work they did was irreversible and Id have to buy all new wheels if I wanted them fixed correctly. The shop mislead me regarding road rash repair, they dont actually fix any damage, they simply paint over it and call it good.

I wanted to say Thank You to Ding Magic for the work they did on all 4 of my vehicles. They repaired all of them for Hail damage during our 2018 bad hail season. They did a wonderful job were very accommodating to us since we live in Northglenn and their shop is in Colorado Springs. My husband and son also had ceramic coating put on their cars and what an amazing job they on that as well. The Ceramic coating is amazing and just makes the cars shine! Is it possible to give a 10 star review? I had 2 vehicles clear brad, door edging protection and ceramic coating. One is a 2020 GMC Denali truck and the other a 2021 Lexus LC500 convertible. First the communication and customer service - OFF THE CHARTS! Everyone, and I do mean everyone, from the people answering the phones to the folks who picked up and dropped of the vehicles - ALL knew about BOTH vehicles and treated them as if they were the most important vehicles to exist. I am, unfortunately and surprisingly, an exception to the case of excellent reviews here. I took my Challenger in several months ago for a Stage 2 detail only to get the car back with damage to decals and a lot of unfinished work. I commend Pro Auto Spa with excellent customer service as they were very accommodating in taking the car back repeatedly to fix flaws and giving me rides while they had it, but in the end I paid a lot of money for poor work that did not last. It hasnt even been a year and the ceramic coating is pretty much gone.I ended up buying my own buffer, some basic compound and polishing products and, with absolutely zero experience in detailing, was able to fully restore and paint correct my car in one day whereas Pro Auto Spa had it for three. I was able to eliminate a ton of scratches and other flaws they missed, bring back a shine the car never had, and do the job they should have in half the time.Maybe it was an off day or two for the guy assigned to my vehicle or perhaps my expectations were too high. Nonetheless, as a total amateur in the world of detailing, my work shouldnt be phenomenally better than a company with the word Pro literally in their name.

The people at Ding Magic were great to deal with. Ryan did a fantastic job repairing a small ding in my drivers door of my 2016 Ram pickup. He took care of it immediately while I waited and did it for a fair price. The shop was very clean and orderly. I would highly recommend this shop for any and all work they perform. On another occasion, I brought my other truck there to get detailed and ceramic coated. They did a tremendous job. They even repaired a small stone chip in my windshield. You can trust them with your baby!!!

I showed up unannounced without an appointment. I had some scuff marks on the rear passenger side of my car. After an employee went out on the floor to find Ryan Smith, he made his way to my car to assess the damage. I drove all around town getting estimates to have it repaired, I then came across Pro Auto Spa. From the moment I walked in Shanda was absolutely amazing. She gave me a very fair estimate and I booked an appointment to fix all the scratches on my truck, to include a ceramic coating to protect my paint. Shanda kept me updated every step of the way and made me feel comfortable about leaving my truck overnight. The work done was amazing, all scratches gone and the ceramic coating looks awesome. To give this company a 10 out of 10 would be a complete injustice. They deserve a 100 out of 10. Their professionalism and work speaks for itself. Pro Auto Spa is incredible. Their team is so welcoming and easy to work with. I purchased a car in 2014 that had extensive hail damage. The dealer gave me $2000 credit on the car price. 3 estimates all coming in the range of $8000. Ding Magic was willing to work with me as do as much as possible for $5000. I really think they did more. Except for some of the chrome around doors, which I choose not to fix, one would never know I had any damage to my car by hail. The staff at Ding Magic was so caring towards me. My 01 Tacoma was broken into and I took it in and they were able to order and install a new window! On another occasion, my drivers door handle broke, making it incredibly difficult to get into my car so again I took in my truck and they happily ordered a new one and instantly installed it! Everyone at Ding Magic is so helpful and theyre genuinely friendly. Though I didnt take my car there to have the dents taken out, they were able to fulfill other needs of my vehicle.

I have worked at Ding Magic for about a year now as an R&I tech. I strip down the cars so the PDR techs can push the dents out. You know when you have that kind of job that when you sit down on a Sunday night and wonder why the weekend went by so fast because you have to go to work the next day? The quickest cure for that is to work for Ding Magic!! Every day I come in, I am excited and energized for whatever we have going on that day. I am always willing to do whatever I can for the team because I know they would do the same for me. Working for and with Ryan in the shop every day lets me know hes not just a suit and tie. He is on the ground next to me, helping me take off a bumper, or drop a headliner, and is always willing to help out if I ever have a question about something. Inexpensive, yes. easy to deal with, yes. but - they had an issue with the repair and then asked me if that was ok. What choice did i have but to accept the less than perfect repair? This choice worked. They called me and i brought the car back in and it is now properly fixed.

Ryan and Joanna are the most compassionate human beings that I have gotten the pleasure of working for and watching them grow. The technicians at Ding Magic are dedicated, loyal and respectful. The paint on my 4Runner was beat up from off-roading. I took it to Ding Magic for paint correction and ceramic coating. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I could tell there was a lot of experience there. This stuff is not cheap but I I had done my homework ahead of time and their pricing was very fair. They got me scheduled quickly and had it done when they said they would.I’m completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend Ding Magic.
