They were able to repair my truck and was done in one week! It looked as if nothing ever happens to it after a collision! They are very professional and also set me up with a rental then and there when I dropped off my vehicle. Definitely recommend 100%

My BMW was damaged on the door and fender and I brought my car here through my insurance provider. Jess was very upfront and helpful through the process and the repair was complete ahead of schedule, and they even sent pictures of the work during the process. The repair looks like new and they even fixed a door ding I had previously for no extra charge.

Mr George Visoso was very professional. He walked me through the entire process, making me very comfortable leaving my vehicle in his care. Garbage work. Had to bring my MIL car back 3 times because the CALIBER of work performed here is poor. Details are not important to this place.

I used this location per recommendation of my insurance after some damage to my car. The staff were incredibly friendly and very informative. They replaced my bumper instead of just trying to fix it as it is a brand new car. The entire process was so efficient and painless (except paying and you have to pay for good service!). I was kept up to date with the progress and the work was high quality. I hope to not need repairs in the near future but if I do I’ll be using this facility again.

Place is legit. Even though we were referred to them by our insurance company, they really do a great job. They were timely, thorough, and did great quality body work for us. Jessica was our rep there, and she is a person of her word. She promised to take care of our vehicle and even though I had to follow up a little later with her because of my schedule, she really came through.

Due to an accident, I brought my car to Caliber Collision after reading good reviews here on Google. The side of my car was badly scraped and I was certain it merely needed to be painted. After careful examination, It was discovered that the door panels needed to be replaced because the damage was worse than previously thought.My service technician Brandon was professional in his manner from the very beginning, explaining their procedures and promising to update me regularly on the status of my vehicle. He was indeed true to his Word. I expected that my car would be in the shop for a week and a half to two weeks. As it was, I brought my car in on a Monday and it was finished by Friday afternoon of that same week.I am very impressed with Caliber Collision and would indeed return myself if needed, as well as refer others to them.

This shop did a great job on fixing my car and repainting the side The office staff was amazing and the use of the rental car was right there and ready when I dropped my car off so time spent was very short. I return the rental car picked up my car also very quick and very professional.

Caliber collision repaired our 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara about 7 or 8 years ago and I am reviewing their work as to how the repairs have held up over time. I am very pleased to say that their work has held up very well after all this time. There are no chips or cracks and the paint has not faded at all. I also have to say that they did a fantastic job of matching the paint color on the repair, it is pearlized white which I know is difficult to match. They took a little longer then I expected to perform the work but it was well worth it. I would recommend caliber collision to any one of my friends or family...

Great quality work - but BEST customer service ever!! I had some body work done on my diesel and they found one of my batteries were bad ($200 value). They replaced the battery for free!! The worker never followed up to get work done on an insurance claim, contacted him several times but no response. Also, I had $7 on the center console of my car and the money was not there when I picked up the vehicle after they worked on it.

My car was repaired after a collision and everything was done well minus a few dirty finger prints on my headliner that wiped away easily. A few months go by and some corrosion formed around the repaired area, they honored the warranty and replace my door, every looks just as it should and I got my car back clean.

This place is awesome. Had some work done and they were top notch from the front desk young ladies Andrea and Pascuala to the service advisor George Visoso. The paint was flawless, I cant tell that there was ever damage! These guys are great! I highly recommend them.

So I unlike most lucky people have to work 7 days a week. I was hit in the rear of my vehicle and I called and filed a claim and because after a few calls I couldnt be reached they dropped me. So if you want to be just another number and you wont matter then go here. Im sorry not everyone can just jump when you say jump. Good luck in your business and you have lost a loyal customer.

Cant even get in to get an estimate. Front staff was VERY RUDE. 1st female I spoke to wanted all of my insurance information before she would even talk to me about scheduling an estimate. When I asked why she said I dont know its just how its done. Great, can you get someone that does know and can explain that to me. 2nd lady still wouldnt talk about scheduling until I told her who my Insurance company is. I just want an estimate, gees. I told her I may want to pay outright. I just want an estimate!! Suddenly she didnt have an appointment for a lousy estimate til end of July? WOW why would anyone go to this collision shop???? Dont go there.

Caliber Collision took apart pieces of my car to assess damage and then returned my car with fully functioning pieces missing. They literally stole my taillight from me and when I tried to request the piece be returned they told me “we did return it, the technician said it was reattached to your car” when that’s just not true. Don’t use this place if you can help it!

SO much better than the last body repair shop that my insurance company sent me to.... At Caliber I received texts messages continually, letting me know the current phase of my vehicle repair. I was sent photos of my vehicle at different stages, so that I could see what they found, after removing the outer layer of things.. The completion date matched their original projected date.. NO Complaints!

I was hit by a Semi in my brand new F350. My insurance company recommended Caliber off Garden of the Gods. Brandon was assigned to my vehicle repair process. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He took pictures, marked all my damaged locations and ensured I fully understood the paperwork and the process of fixing my truck. The following Monday I received a phone call from Brandon letting me know that the repair process had started and we were looking at about a month for the total process. I would speak with Brandon every few days and he was also willing to let me come into the shop so I could see the progress of my repair. During the repair process I also was introduced to Shannon who was just as professional and accommodating to my questions. Neither Brandon or Shannon ever told me any information that wasnt true and they never made me feel uncomfortable. I believe they were extremally involved during the entire process. My truck had a tentative completion date of March 2nd 2020 and I actually received my truck back February 14th 2020. I had multiple people look over the vehicle and nobody could tell were any of the damage was located. Caliber Collision off Garden of the Gods is a top notch shop! If the need ever comes again that I need vehicle repairs I will definitely take my vehicle there!

Having my car repaired here was extremely easy for me. They kept me updated with daily emails and even sent me pictures one day. I really liked how quickly the initial assessment went. They finished on the date estimated and answered questions I had about the repairs. The car was even much cleaner when I picked it up than it had been when I left it.

A drunk driver hit my car and I was referred to another authorized body shop from my insurance company. I ended up switching to Caliber because their customer service and work was much better than where I was initially sent to. The process was pretty smooth and I received calls from the body shop 3x per week providing me with updates. The repair process took over 2 weeks but they said it was because they were waiting on the parts from Mitsubishi to arrive, which is understandable. I did have to pay out of pocket for my rental car for that time frame but that falls on me for not having that coverage with my insurance company. As soon as Caliber received the parts, they were inspected and painted and my car was ready one day before the estimated date of completion. Im satisfied with their work and their customer service. They returned my car super clean and with a full tank of gas. I would definitely go back to Caliber for any future repairs.

I would give zero stars but cant. We had to use a preferred shop after my wife was rear ended. We chose caliber and are still regretting it a year later. We have an audi q7 that was hit and hasnt been the same ever since. The paint is good but thats were it stops. The motorized lift gate is loud and clanky when it never was before. They didnt know how to correctly install license plate lights so the bent the prongs to kinda connect then stripped the screws holding them in. I had to drill the screws out to replace the lights. They charged the insurance companies for parts they didnt replace. It took multiple tries to get the interior lights to work properly. We are also missing minor trim pieces all together. Plugs, outlet covers,ect. I am tired of taking the car into them to have things fixed that should have never been an issue.

I took my car in for an estimate in September for hail damage I was told it would be May before they could get me in, which I was fine with, however, May came and went and I never heard from them. I called to inquire about scheduling and they told me they would get right back with me, days passed and I never heard from them. When I called them they told me it would be 3 to 4 months before they could fix my car and at this point they couldn’t locate my estimate or any evidence that I had been there before. I was super disappointed because I could have been looking for other body shops if I would have known they never had any intentions of fixing my car.
