They went above and beyond in the repair of my vehicle. Although the vehicle had to go back in to get some things fixed, they fixed it with no problem. They were very professional during the whole process. I recieved text updated about my vehicle the whole time. When they found that it was going to take longer to complete due to a part not coming in on time they gave me a call right away to inform me. I would def recommend this place to anyone!

Sadly my car was a total loss so I didnt get to see their work, however they were very timely with their diagnostic. Additionally Krafstmen was a step ahead other shops with the professionalism they showed countless times and communicated very well. From the recent Hail Storm of August 2020, AAA recommended that I check out CarStar. I was pleased with them from the start and decided to trust them with my repairs. My Subaru was near totaled. When I picked it up after 20+ days, it looked Brand New! Their team was in constant contact with me and I am very pleased with how great the vehicle turned out and attention to detail was awesome. Upon pick up, the owner came out and introduced himself and did the last walk thru with me personally. I did appreciate that and showed me how much they value their customer base.

I took my car in to Kraftsman Carstar after being rear ended in an accident. The driver at fault insurance company requested I take it there for an estimate first before scheduling an appointment with my usual body shop. I was impressed by their courteous, professional service and other great ratings on Google and decided to let them do my repairs. My repair appointment is set for next week so I’ll update this review after the job is complete.Update: Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled my car and I wasn’t able to have the work completed at Kraftsman Carstar Collision. However; during the entire process Kelsey kept me constantly updated on my car’s status and Tim had all removed parts put back on my car without charge as I chose to keep the car and take a lower insurance payment. All in all, this will be my body shop of choice for future needs.

I thank them very much for this for that was a rough situation that I had to go through. I had to bring it in the shop 3 times before I could actually get the vehicle worked on do to a situation with the other drivers insurance but Carstar was there the whole and was very friendly and understanding!

I went to this shop following a car accident that damaged my driverside mirror bc Nationwide contracts with them. They said it would take a day to get the repair done but they did it in HOURS and even WASHED my car! They were very professional and even worked to help me lower cost by having a used part shipped in for me. Also, the staff did well to wear masks and keep clean during these COVID times.

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE my car! Sadly it was backed into in a hit and run in front of my house on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately I also only had liability on it so the insurance wasn’t going to pay for anything, and the CSPD were not helping me find the person who did it, even with witnesses. I was finally able to get it in to a shop after this whole COVID thing and they gave me a rough estimate. They were all so kind and eager to help me get my car back and they also offered to only fix it mechanically and then I could get the body work done at a later date to split the cost since it was all going to be out-of-pocket.They were so helpful and kept me updated with text alerts throughout the whole process. Anything major that they added, they called me to let me know before hand. I let them know that any of the small stuff that I could replace later myself, they could just leave and they did just that. They didn’t replace anything that I wasn’t aware of and they also tried to keep as many of the non damaged parts as they could to keep my cost low. They were awesome and their quality of their work is amazing! Would definitely recommend! ☺️

My family has had 3 vehicles in 2019 at this carstar, we had an option to go a different place on the last two times that were 30-40 minutes closer to home. But we chose them because of the customer service and amazing quality of work. Its an hour and 15 minutes to get to there shop from where we live and we will always drive down to give them our business.

I had multiple insurance claims from 2 different accidents, along with a pay out of pocket expense for a fender I needed repaired. Couldn’t have asked for a Better place to do business with. They not only were the fastest estimated repair shop for repairs but also a pleasure to deal with. Daily text updates on Repairs, and phenomenal paint job on both Bumpers front and back, along with a fender repainting. I have a higher end LEXUS ISF so I was skeptical of just anyone doing work on it, but I’m super pleased with the results and would Highly recommend them for any friends or family auto repairs. I left a poor review, previously, which was fair. Their front -of- house employee has poor customer service skills, and i still dont think they should be the first face one sees, when walking into the building. However, Tim, the manager, called me after my review to talk about the review i left. This was very cool, and it changed my perspective on the situation. He has great customer service skills. He cares about his business, which is really cool. We had a great conversation about the impact and effect one person can make. What was really cool was that i had lost my license plate, and i was pretty sure it was still there. Long story short, Tim found it!

Results are better than new. Price for my budget for a self-funded repair and was $400 less than the dealer. Will return to this shop again if I need body or bumper repair.

Good customer service and overall good quality of work. I dropped my car off for hail damage repairs in June and they told me it would take about 4 weeks to complete the repairs. Ryan called me every week with updates on my repairs, and Tim was very friendly when I picked my car up. The only reason I docked them one star is because it actually took 6 weeks for the repairs, and when I picked the car up there were a couple minor details that were missed and needed to be fixed later. But in the end the paint looks great, and you cant tell there was ever any damage.

They did amazing work on my nissan. I picked up my car freshly washed and waxed. Tim even helped me out with a new battery when my old one didn’t work after my car being in the shop for so long. HANDS DOWN, the BEST!!

The general manager was insulting, condescending, intimidating and threatening. He called me all kinds of names. He explained to me that he had to take off the door handle, mirror, door molding and door in order to paint a scratch of about 3 to 4 inches in length and about an eighth of an inch in with located at the very bottom of the door where the door meets the fender. He told me if I wouldn’t let him take off the door he would not perform the repair. He then continued to use a red marker on the car saying they were scratched . I took my finger and wiped off the si called scratches that were no scratches at all. That is when he went off on me. I don’t even recall all the names he called me but said that he did not want to repair my car anymore, I was to difficult and was trying to tell him how to do his job by not wanting him to take of the door . He overwhelmed me with a litany of accusations and I just stood there in silence. He kept emphazising that he did not want to do the job. A truck pulled up and he said that was my ride, the rental company. That is when he asked me if I still wanted the car done and I did. When I picked up the car I looked at the repairs and they did look good. I said to the young lady that I didn’t need to go around the car because there was no damage. When I entered my vehicle I noticed white stains all over the passenger door and dashboard. It was obvious that someone spilled something . I went back inside the shop and the woman came to look at it saying it could not have been done by one of their people to which I replied that is not how I left the car. She then offered to clean it and I declined . The substance spilled ran into the speaker cover as well and I can’t get it off . I did take pictures because it looked just plain disgusting . I then proceeded to walk around the car wiping off red marks from the marker. I cried all the way home recalling how I was treated and then the disgusting mess left. I felt that all was in retaliation for not wanting to have the door taken off. I forgot to mention that when Tim told me that the door molding had to be taken off I told him that it was glued on. He tells me that it’s not, it’s put on with double sided tape. I told him that I installed it myself and used glue. Again he told me that Subaru used double sided tape and again I told him that I installed it myself with glue. He then asked me where I got it from and I told him that I had ordered the molding on line and did not recall the merchant. I did some research and was told that there would have been no need for such a little scratch to take the door off and it was just another way to get more compensation from the insurance. It does NOT look as if the door and especially the molding was taken off . As a matter of fact, he told me that if it was glued on it will rip the paint off. I have no evidence as to whether the door was taken off or not but will get 2nd and 3rd opinion and report findings to insurance. Although I will never have this car star location do any repairs on my car, I will never again allow to be spoken to, threaten to not repair the car and intimidate me with ugly adjectives. It is my right to ask questions about my vehicle.

Had my Subaru forester repaired there for front end damage. Last time I go through insurance recommendation. Tire started going flat shortly after got it back with no previous issues. Took my wife to see her family to find out A/C wasnt working. They replaced the compressor but didnt put in any freon. It takes forever and the workmanship was lacking. Find a body shop you can trust

The front office staff was very professional in walking me through the repair and paint process.. When my van was done the office manager took the time to walk around the van with me and go over the repair process step by step. I was very happy with the paint match of my van and was given the opportunity to come back for another FREE detail!! Our brand new vehicle got some pretty bad damage from the hail storms and decided to use this repair shop. They always kept us updated and were very friendly with any questions we had. When it took a couple days longer than expected, they paid for the extra days to keep our rental car when insurance stopped covering. Our vehicle looks brand new!!!! Cannot be happier!

I thought this was a good place until I was going to get my car that took almost two months to get until I went to get it and the backed into another car with my car. Like how do you work on cars and not know how to drive them.

Do not trust these guys with your car. Their communication is horrible and they dont really care about the customers. After an entire month of not hearing from them about my vehicle, I contacted them about my concerns and was told, they were too busy to contact every customer about updates on their vehicle.This became an even larger issue when I got my vehicle back and found out not everything had been fixed. They did bring my car back the following day, but did *nothing* to it. After three days of Tim not returning my phone calls I was forced to go to another automotive shop, which resolved every problem within one day. Like I said, dont trust them with your car or your time.

Horrible experience with these crooks. From the bottom to the top, these folks have no integrity nor do they take any responsibility for their neglegence. Very unprofessional and lacking in all facets of their business. I had hail damage repaired by this shop and not only did they take double the time estimated. They also lost a bunch of parts for my car and claimed no fault of their own. The quality of the work was so bad, I had to bring it back 5 times and deal with very unprofessional people. My Vehicle ended up having leaks in the roof and from the seals from the new windshield. I had to get the dealership to fix which ended up being $5,000. Luckily my insurance was able to collect funds from kraftsmen for their negligence. When I personally spoke with the owner, he could care less. They claimed to have replaced my hood with a new one, but was not true. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and try another body shop.

Got my 2015 camaro repaired with body work and auto work. And wow they did an amazing job! My car looks like it did when i dirst got it off the lot! I would really recommend this place!
