So shiny! So clean! I bought a groupon for a internal and external detail at bumberdoc. I really just wanted deep clean on the seats as it was dirty. I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up a few hrs later. What I didnt expect was this super shiny and fresh smelling car. It was as if I had just bought it. I was super happy with the service. These guys did an amazing job. I love getting into the car and smell the fresh clean scent. If I need my car cleaned, I would definitely come back again.

Great experience. My car got scratched up in a parking lot over the weekend. I called Eric Monday morning, was in their shop an hour later. They were able to remove the scratched fender so I could continue to have use of the car. Eric could have steered me to a new fender, but his paint artisan told me to go with the cheaper repaint of the fender. Three days later, as promised, the fender was reinstalled on the truck, good as new.I know if I went to the dealer, the cost would have been 3x. Please see them if you need any body work done. They will also do cosemetic work as well, like smoke out taillights, etc.

We took our car into Bumper Doc for a small job. They had us bring the car in the same morning, and it was available in 48 hours. They held the vehicle, with our approval, because they didnt think it was right. When we picked it up it looked great. Also, they had a car for us to use at no extra charge, while ours was being repaired. We highly recommend Eric and his crew, for a job well done.

Outstanding Service!! I had my car fixed there 2+ years ago after a hail storm and unfortunately lost my paperwork. With the last hail storm (Aug 18), I had issues proving to insurance they the previous damage had been fixed since they cut me the check directly. Eric and the previous owner Art went completely out of their way to search through boxes in a storage facility to find my recepit and statement of work to help me prove it. Needless to say I went back and had another great experience. Eric and his team were amazing to work with and had my car turned around in 2 days! My car might be 12 years old, but shes still mine and Im thankful they got her looking like new again!

Outstanding customer service, they replaced my side mirror on my Ram truck. A lot of places try and drain you for every cent they can no matter how small a job is, this company isnt like that at all. I bought the mirror online, called BumperDoc to see what they would charge, not only did they give me a great price, they were able to fix it the same day I called. They even changed it out for me at no charge due to the first one being defective. Highly recommend if you need vehicle body work. I called a few body shops before this one and none of them would even give me an estimate over the phone.

I recently had work done on my VW Passat for right rear bumper and quarter panel damage. They originally thought that the quarter panel could be repaired and later determined that it needed replacing. When I called to check to see if the ETA was still the same. They informed me of the situation and also told me because of the extra delay of my vehical that the quarter panel was already ordered and there will be no charge to me. BumperDoc has quality customer service an produces quality work. Keep in mind everybodys situation is different but I have to say this is one of the most efficient companies I have had pleasure doing buisness with and would recommend anyone to BumperDoc.

These guys are the best! I have been going to them for over a year now and they have done a lot of work on my car. I needed to get a cracked bumper replaced and they did it for a good price and took no time to get done. I also had them tent my windows and the tent they use is such a good product. it is not that purple looking crap that you know is going to fade and peel off in the future. Just like any tint it can sometimes not cure properly. I talked to them about a window that had a very small bubble in it and they said no problem, bring it back in and well redo it. All the work they do on your car is life time warranty and not mine shops will do that. I just got hail damage from a past storm and it almost totaled my car. As I was watching my car get bet up from the hail, I already knew that I was going to take it to BumperDoc. Cant wait for them to fix my car, because I know theyll do it right. Plus, even if they miss a spot, I know they will take car of me. I recommend BumperDoc to everyone.

It took a week longer than expected. When I picked up my car I didnt even make it out of the parking lot before I realized the headlights werent working. There were no bulbs. I had to adjust the headlights myself because they didnt bother to. While the staff was friendly, the final product was less than satisfactory.

I bought a Groupon for a detail of my SUV. They were easy to reach, it was easy to schedule, they have a nice office, and my car was done when they said it would be. The detailing was fantastic. My car is pretty beat up on the inside with lots of passengers and kids and dogs. They made it look like new. I would absolutely go back and I would recommend!!

We ordered our parts on line and they removed the damaged front bumper & inatalled the new one for just $100 and it only took a couple of hours.Weve been driving it around in the Colorado Monsoon for weeks now & so far so good.Will definitely be going there again when our new grill guard comes in to have it installed.

Great people. Ive used them on 2 occasions. They are very personable and responsive, they make sure the work is done right (as opposed to just rushing volume through), and they did a good job of making sure insurance fixed everything. I had 2 issues that the insurance company didnt catch or would have gotten wrong if not for the staff at Bumperdoc. Ive already recommended them to people and would continue to do so.

I got my sunroof fixed for my Lexus here maybe a week or so ago, and after seeing no issues whatsoever with my new sunroof, I can absolutely recommend this body shop. It took them longer than expected to fix it, but it is only because they want to make sure they get the job right and then some. 5 stars!

I needed help getting a part replaced under my bumper. I left two messages with two different guys, was put on hold for a long time.. I must have been forgotten, and I even put a request online. To me not calling someone back is unprofessional.

Ive been a customer of Bumper Docs for the past 6 years. The owners, Arte and Art, have been there for me through multiple car dings and hail damage. Their prices are reasonable and their work with their professional team has been excellent. They have gone out of their way to ensure the job was done right and done well. In addition, they have been more than satisfactory working through my insurances through the years.

Had an awesome experience with these guys. After getting rear ended, they gave me a quote, personally took my car after hours right before I went out of town (last minute), and had it done when I came back a week later, as promised, including ordering parts while I was gone. They did extra work to fix my bumper lights at no cost because it was a small thing that needed to be done.He sent me an email before I picked up my car, telling me he would personally meet me after hours on a Saturday if that’s when I got back into town.These guys are simply personable, great to work with, and do great work.

I had a very minor tweak on a bumper that needed correction. Other places wanted to schedule an estimate weeks out. Not only did that welcome walk in estimates, they fixed it right then while I waited 30 min! They are friendly and do good work. Ill will definitely go back!

They were amazing! I had the interior detailing done on my car and I was shocked by how great they cleaned the inside. I had a couple stains on the headliner and they got them out completely! It was so worth the cost that I will definitely be taking my car there again when its time!

I walked in to get an estimate for a hanging bumper on my sons college car. I was met immediately and asked what I needed. We walked out to my car and I was asked what I wanted done and what was my desired outcome. I really liked that! He took my car right into the shop and took care of the bumper. He knew that since I couldnt fully close the hood, I had a safety issue on my hands (really my sons hands). 30 minutes later my car was fixed up and I have to tell you - the price was right! If you need body work done, go to Bumper Doc. Thank you guys! I will be spreading the word.

So I’m assuming there’s a cadre of family & friends leaving these reviews because their work is a joke! We gave them two attempts to repair a minor front end collision repair. First attempt, didn’t get the bumper, the fenders and the hood in proper alignment. In other words, the gaps were inconsistent...too wide in some places to narrow in others. They also failed to bolt the wheel liners to the fenders and the bumpers after putting it back together. Moreover, they reused the mangled front license plate holder. When I went to pick up the vehicle After their second attempt, the bumper has scratches in at least five different locations! I also noticed overspray that I had missed the first time and the same mangled license plate holder. I never haggled over the price and they had the vehicle for basically three weeks to get it right. If I could give them zero stars I would and by all means find a different shop that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction

I went in to get a quote for window tint and ended up getting it done the very next morning. Everyone is friendly and the service was excellent. On top of that, the price was much cheaper than another place I was looking into for the exact same type of tint. The windows turned out great! If you want great service and a good price, this is your place.

Worse place ever. I would give this place a ZERO if possible. Incompetent work. One lie after another and it took them three weeks to replace a bumper cover and fender. I should be fair, they replaced 3 fenders and 2 bumper covers because they kept blaming bad workmanship on aftermarket parts. The new paint has runs and scratches in it and there are buffing marks all over the new paint. There are screws and fasteners missing and falling out. They replaced a perfectly good fender, not damaged at all in the accident, with one that doesnt even fit and its misaligned.In short, the workmanship is terrible and management is nothing but lies and excuses. I would not take my car back to them even to get the bad work redone. So, if you are looking for a bad body shop, look no further.A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER STILL BLAMES THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP ON PARTS THAT JUST WONT LINE UP ON THEIR OWN. THE PANELS ARE INSTALLED CROOKED. THE NEW PAINT IS SCRATCHED BEYOND BELIEF. THERE WERE SENSORS THAT WERE NOT RECONNECTED. THE REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK NOW. THE CAR WAS RETURNED FILTHY. THE MANAGER NEEDED ME TO TELL HIM IF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP WAS ACCEPTABLE. I TOLD HIM NO, I WAS GOING TO RETURN THE RENTAL CAR AND WOULD BE BACK IMMEDIATELY TO GET MY CAR AS THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO MAKE THE REPAIR RIGHT. WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK UP MY CAR, THE MANAGER HAD A WORKER BUFFING FRESH SCRATCHES INTO THE FRESH PAINT, (NOT TO MENTION THE GOUGES IN THE PAINT THAT WERENT THERE BEFORE). THE OWNER DID NOT EVEN ADDRESS THE OTHER ISSUES WITH THE REPAIR.THIS MAY NOT BE THE WORST REPAIR SHOP AROUND BUT ITS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER SEEN.

Simply fabulous! Was the only shop in town that did have a wait of multiple months. They got me in 2 days after my call and I had my car back by the end of the week. I needed a tailgate replacement and couldnt wait 3 months like other shops wanted me to. These guy were very communicative all through the process and exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience with these folks. They did an awesome job on collision repair, in addition to an interior and exterior detail. Staff were friendly and helpful and prices were quite reasonable.

Upon picking up my vehicle, it required $1800 of mechanical repairs plus a new battery. They claim this is not their fault, but the car was fine when I dropped it off. The body work was well done and reasonably priced, but I would not risk it again. If I were you, Id go someplace else.

I was very pleased with work done by BumperDoc. The receptionists were very welcoming and pleasant when I first entered the building. From there, the service was phenomenal. I brought my 2009 Ram 1500 in a with a bent fender. They worked with my insurance company to get the job complete without any hassel on my end. And guess what... the fender and paint job matches my truck perfectly! This is a quality establishment.

I took my car to get an exterior detail. Overall I was pleased, my car looked clean and shiny!! But for it being a detail with claybar, polishing and waxing there were some spots that I think I shouldnt have had to point out when I went to go pick it up. Thats the only reason why I gave them 3/5 stars. Im not sure if I just had high expectations but thats what I think. Customer service was great I didnt have to wait at all and they were very nice.

First of all you will not find a more kind and conversive group of people working on your vehicle. I brought my car in for an insurance paying collision. They got me in right away and they felt like family. My car stayed in the shop a tad longer than estimated. To make up for that they included an interior detail and also noticed a small piece of plastic missing in the inside of my car and they kindly went ahead and ordered it for me and put it in pro-Bono. The work done on the car exceeded my expectations. My paint color wasn’t custom and they matched it perfectly. When I picked up my car from them it was in the same condition as when I drove it off the lot. I couldn’t be happier and will never take my car to anyone else. If you want your car to be clean after getting it detailed, this is not the place to go. Complete waste of money. The dirt, dog hair and grime that was on the vehicle when we brought it in - were still there when we picked it up. We had just purchased the vehicle 2 weeks prior to the detail. The dealer didn’t get the previous owner grime out very well and dirt needed extracted from the carpets and leather seats. Except for a floor vacuum and wetting it down - and rinse off of the outside, it looked exactly the same as when we brought it in. Very disappointed.

Purchased a car for our daughter for college that had been hit in the rear and had a new tail gate. No lock, windshield wipers or lights were working and while driving the car was pretty loud. Took it in to have an estimate given. Walked in and did not have to wait to have someone look. Once he was at the car he figured out what was wrong and fixed it, then told me there would be not charge. Will come back here again if I need any other repairs. So professional and highly recommend.

I bought a used car over the weekend and brought it them first thing for a detailing job. It had looked as if the previous owner had gone drifting through dirt roads with the windows down. There was a layer of dust that been caked onto everything in the car not to mention the putrid smell of vomit inside. Well, BumperDoc took care of everything! I was treated great the entire time and the service was completely worth it. They cleaned parts of the car that I had never seen before and it looked like a new. The car smelled like raspberries afterwards instead of bile. I was very pleased with the great job they did. It looked like they had cleaned the entire car with a small toothbrush. I would rate higher but havent had any work done. So, rating off me calling in, going in, and receiving staffs time for a estimate which staff was excellent in helping in time of need. Very welled mannered and their estimates are done while waiting so no dropping off Auto. Just upset they are booked out till January but in my heart from what I already seen. The wait is worth it.

Amazing people who genuinely care about their customers!!! After bringing my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid to multiple body shops in the Springs, I came across this little gem of a place. My car has $214k miles on it, so I want to happy with bumper replacement quotes that were about $1,000 each! The bumper was still in decent shape, but it was precariously hanging after the accident. They realized that I didnt need a new bumper and instead offered me a $200 fix that looks almost new. I am so impressed that they offered what I needed instead of the most expensive option. Everyone is so friendly and they put their customers first. Even if I lived in Denver, Id go out of my way to go here if I needed another repair. Thank you!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE: I found BumperDoc via internet search. My front bumper was hanging on one side, as the clips were no longer holding it up & the bolts stripped. Plus, a piece of the metal framing(?) inside was hanging down & catching my tire. I was concerned that my tire would puncture, which are newer tires. Also, I was more concerned the metal would fly off causing a traffic accident. My car is old (98 Subaru) & nothing pretty to look at, as its practical & still a good car in that sense. However, Im on very limited funds & was concerned of what this would cost me.BumperDoc happened to be open on Saturday where most other places were not. They closed at 3 pm & I arrived at 2:30 pm thinking I would just get an estimate. However, when they told me they could fix it for under $50 - I asked if it could be done at that time. To my surprise, they did do this. There was only 2 people (Arte - one of the owners - pronounced Artay) & her body man (Aaron - sorry I forgot your title).I know it was the end of their work day & they were probably ready to get home. However, they both took the time to take care of my car. Even after 3 pm came & went Aaron stayed after to do one last little thing I asked, which was to add another bolt from the outside to hold the bumper down more ...again, wasnt looking for pretty just practical & most of all SAFE TO DRIVE! So Aaron did do this for me & it didnt look bad at all ...you can barely tell theres an extra bolt there.I had some previous damage from an incident that took place years ago on my passenger side, which effects both doors & the entire panels. I asked Arte if she could just give me an estimate (more curious than anything). Again, its still Saturday, still after they officially closed & yet she still took time to take PICS of the doors with the promise to email me the estimate that following Monday.She was true to her word, as I received the email that Monday. She even tried to look for after-market parts, at my request, to help save on cost. Unfortunately, at this time, Im still not in a financial position to get the doors repaired. However, when/if I do, Ill definitely return to this place for their quality of service in going above & beyond (without complaining).Thanks Arte & Aaron for making me feel safe again in my car. Barely spoken to by the employees. Awkward stares and a hot store. They wanted nearly a grand to repair the bumper when I went to another collision shop in town and was quoted $340. The other place did the job and looks brand new.

They were very professional and had the truck repaired a couple of days before they said it would be done.

Turned around in the time promised and at a good price

Had a 2005 Honda Odyssey completely detailed in July 2015 ($250.)Overall, I am pleased with the way the van turned out. The exterior looks great - the van was waxed, the front is bug free, and the tires and windows look great. The leather and vinyl on the inside is clean and shiny. Having never had a detail, I thought that surface scratches would have been eliminated. I thought a rubbing compound would have been used on some of the areas, but that doesnt appear to be the case. I didnt point them all out, but did point out some scuff marks on the back of the mirror, which got removed by using some paint thinner and some cleaner.Now on to the negatives... Before I left the lot, I inspected the vehicle. Kevin was very accommodating in addressing all the areas I pointed out to him which I appreciated. I dont know if I had higher expectations, or this was just a quick job that wasnt done to the level this company usually provides. Maybe the vehicles are cleaned inside and things arent seen in that lighting like when its outside? Here are a few observations:1. I had pointed out (when I dropped off the vehicle) blue dye from blue jeans on the front seat. It was obvious an attempt was made to clean the seat - which I appreciated - but there were steaks (which Kevin easily removed when I pointed them out to him.)2. There were streaks on the inside door panel (Kevin said they were water) which easily came off.3. Honda Odyseys have rear grab handles on the backs of each of the seats. It was obvious that they werent touched. Kevin was able to remove the dirt from all four handles.4. There were stains on the carpet - which Kevin was able to remove.5. When I got home, I took the floor mats out of the trunk (they were still wet, and it was advised not to use them until they were dry.) Most of the mats looked fine - but they should have because I actually keep Walmart cheap throw rugs in the rear and trunk so I can toss the rugs in the washer/dryer. I had previously cleaned my mats with a Bissell portable cleaner, so I know how clean the mats can get. The drivers side mat was still dirty, as evidenced by me rubbing a white rag over the area and having the rag pick up dirt. I suspect that a wet cleaner was used on the mats, but the moisture was not sucked out so the dirty water stayed in the mat.So, overall, I am happy with my clean van, but was disappointed that it wasnt perfectly clean. Unrealistic expectations? I dont know. I think for $250, I shouldnt have to point out areas that got missed, or have floor mats that still looked dirty.This being said, I did speak to Art, the manager, who offered to come to my house to pick up and re-clean the mat in question. I declined his offer because I had already gotten the stains out by using a wet cloth and some elbow grease. He then offered a complimentary car wash. And, I just might take him up on that offer!Would I recommend Bumper Doc - probably - if I knew the person didnt expect perfection. I have to say that their customer service is excellent! Kevin was very cheerful and accommodating to my pointing out areas in question, and Art was nice when I called him.

My car was squeaky clean, but had to adjust my steering wheel seats and mirrors. First world problems.
