I went in because I hit a curb and knocked the vans sliding door off kilter. They had it diagnosed in 5 minutes and fixed it even quicker. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return should I ever need further work done.

The repair was done super fast (less than 2 days!) and the quality of work is amazing, looks like nothing ever happened! I needed a minor repair of the dent and scratch on the door and since my car is silver I was a bit worried about perfect color match, because I heard that metallics can be tricky. But they exceeded my expectations! My car looks perfect like nothing ever happened. Thank you!!!

Just picked up my truck from Clear Max yesterday. These folks did an INCREDIBLE job. They also dealt with an incredibly rude insurance adjuster on my behalf, and went above and beyond to get my truck fixed up the right way. Everything was perfect. The paint is flawless and looks better than factory paint. The truck looks amazing all the way around. They fought for me and tried to help me by showing the adjuster additional damage. Was recommended to this shop by someone and i was very pleased with the customer service. I needed repair from 2 wrecks back to back and they got the damage fixed in a short period of time because I was leaving town for travel. I went to Clear Max when another repair shop quoted me three months to start and 2+ weeks to do the repairs. Clear Max got me in much sooner and finished much more quickly. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I needed some body work done and scheduled an appointment about two months ago based on the recommendation of my dealership. I dropped the car off and was told that it would be a week to a week and a half. When I hadnt heard anything in a week I called them and I got a very terse we dont have the parts yet, well call you tomorrow. They did not call, so I called again and got another terse we dont have the parts yet. I asked if I could pick my car up for the weekend, since it is the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and I needed my car for travel (and it shouldve been done by then anyways...) and they said sure, I could come get it and drop it back off the next week. So I went in to get it and was laughed at by Brian because I was not happy about the lack of communication and them not having my car done on time. He then told me, while continuing to laugh at me, that I was the worst customer he had ever had and I wasnt allowed to bring my car back. All because I wanted it done within the estimated time I had been given and wanted communication about what was going on with my vehicle. Also, when I went out to get my car from the lot it was unlocked even though it had been locked when I dropped it off. So someone went out and unlocked my car, didnt do anything related to fixing it, and then left it unlocked. I have called my dealership and let them know about it as well and they were astonished at how rudely I was treated. I will be filing several other reviews and a report or two as well, given how extremely unprofessional and rude they were.If you need work done on your car do not go anywhere near this place.

I have a garage-kept 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited. I bought it in 2016 and its now got about 1460 miles on it. As you might imagine, its beautiful. I recently got a ding on it in a parking lot. My dealer recommended ClearMax Collision. ClearMax was great! They worked with my schedule, fixed the dent and called me at the designated time. They stayed within their stated estimate and (1) returned my Jeep to me on time; (2) I honestly can no longer see where the dent occurred and (3) they even cleaned and polished the exterior! If I could do it I would give ClearMax 10 stars on this review site. Good job, well done on a complex two-stage clear coat project. This company knows what its doing and how to do it right.

Dont go here. I was in a fender bender in a parking lot, and it took four months for my car to get fixed. They never answered my calls, and dont respond to messages, either. This was overall a completely ridiculous process, and I will not be returning.
