Slow due to under staffing but good service and prices.

Guys in the shop were early. Manager was late. The manager walked through the office at a quarter after and turned on the lights and left with a room full of waiting costumers. After another 10 minutes of waiting i left. Manager has no work ethic.

Pulled up and we were told they did not have my oil filter, them told us we had to go inside to get in line for tires. When we got inside the long was very long with people that had nothing to do with anything for their car. We had to wait 15 mins to tell them we wanted tires for them to have an attitude that they had to stop ringing people up to set up the appointment. Lee had already checked to make sure they had the tires in stock but she also had an attitude about making sure they had the tires. We were then informed that it wouldnt be until after 6pm (almost 5.5 hours from that time) before they could pull my car into the bay. I understand that there are appointments but they advertise that they take walk-ins and she got an attitude that I was a walk-in. Overall it was a bad experience, we ended up going to discount tires and paying a little more for much better service.

Got mobil 1 oil change plus requested that all lubes were checked. As i looked from the waiting area window, I observed the provider doing it quick but not adding the brake and power steering fluid which I knew were a little low. After I paid the checklist checked those items as complete.No Vet discount and shady service.Wont happen again for me!

I didnt get my oil changed here because the girl working the register was so unpleasant. After she finished checking out a lady (very slowly I may add), it was my turn to be helped and she didnt greet or even acknowledge me. She went about her business wiping the counter behind her. No smile, nothing. So I said hi, how are you? She said Im good. Then I asked to get an oil change and she said I would have to get back in my car and go put my car in the line and they would help me out there.... now, I have a two month old and he was in a stroller...all of which I had just gotten out of my car. Anyone with kids knows how hard it is to get in and out of the car. So I left. If she had been more pleasant I would have done the extra work to give them my business. Also, I went to check on some bathroom hardware I needed and the same girl was over talking to her coworkers and someone had to come and tell her she had people in line.... if walmart is going to employ people like this in their auto center, dont give them your business.

Worst experience I have had here! Took over two hours for an oil change. Was told they couldnt rotate tires. Werent taking any more tire jobs for the rest of the day. It was 415pm. Nobody was on the tire side of the bay. No manager ever came back to auto center when called upon by other customers and tire and auto staff. Only reason they get 1 star, Mandy (1st day working in T&A) the cashier was calm, cool and collective!!! I give her a week, shell probably be grumpy like me for being there over 2 hours for a simple oil change.

I have been a customer of the Colonial Heights Auto Center for more than 5 years and will no longer be utilizing their services due to a lack honoring their business hours. They have 7:00 AM listed as the time they open and consistently over the past 6 months they have not open until 7:15 & 7:30 AM. If they are unable to open at their listed time they should change their hours. Instead they have customers lining up and waiting to be helped for almost 30 minuets due to their inability to do something as simple as opening their doors.

Its important that people pay attention to what theyre doing and remember that details matter. We all make mistakes but being argumentative for its own sake doesnt intricate true customer-centered attitude.

I sat in the car center for two hours and am now leaving. I parked on the wrong side of the bay and no one told me as I was sitting and waiting. No one called me on my phone this is a total lack of professionalism. I always get my oil changed with Walmart but this will be the last. I wasted two hours of my only day off and get things done waiting to be told something I couldve been told from the beginning. This location is utter trash as far as service is concerned.

Good prices, terrible extremely slow service. I went in for ONE tire replacement had one guy in front of me getting the same service. Over a hour later my car hasnt been touched yet. Workers are slow moving and seem to always want to take a break. The Spanish used tire place up the street guys can change your tire in like 5 minutes, these guys in here know how to frustrate a customer, and they wonder why they keep jiffy lube in business 15 minute services are worth the extra $20

Never had a good experience here before. Manager took care of me this time. Very nice guy, very professional took good care of me and my car.

Good service, but very slow . They were suppose to open at 7am but never did open til bout 730 or 745 am . Took 3 hrs to get toy truck to change tire. But they got the job done tho .

Overfilled engine oil by 1.3 quarts. Do not recommend Walmart auto service centers.

If you Shop at this WalMart do not look at Sales Bins .They do not Honor Salesprices although they have full bins with Salesprices announced on the floor, and if you point it out they are rude

Three hour plus wait for oil change. Not happening unless you put me on the payroll 😂. Did pick up other automotive things I needed and the department manager was very helpful. Thanks.

I am goung to tell you why I gave them a two star. They did not change my oil, a young guy had my car, the line was very long when I got there. I got some groceries, came back and saw the car that was in front of me in bay, I sat back down because I said Im next and I have a while, but to my surprise the clerk call me next. I told her that was quick and she said yes, something told me too check because my car was park way off from the other cars and the car in fromt of me was at the door, wow. I got in car, and the sticker was barely stuck on, my windshield wiper I told them too replace was still broken, and my oil dector came on and said I only had 45% before oil needed changing, wow. Thanks to having a newer car I knew I was being scammed, this young guy apparently just drove my car through the bay and parked it. They have a nerve too have up curtains so you wont look, good thing I peep through curtains, now I know. There was no manager to monitor this young get overs, young people can be so lazy and have attitudes of not caring that in the process they are hurting others. No need to say they want handle my vehicle any more and I will report this too corporate, although the called themselves correcting the problem, I have a few issues to what thdy did not do and Im still not sure if they change any filters because he was too quick to return. My vehicles says 100% now and the wiper was replaced, but did he really check everything on that checklist, no. Just be careful if you choose to get your oil changed here

Never again. Over 2-1/2 hours to get my oil changed. Pulled up. No one in front of me. 2 cars in the bay. Lady told me it would be about 30-45 minutes. Never again. Didnt check my tire pressure. How to I know. The TPMS light was still on. Didnt vacuum. Found out after they were done that the vacuum was supposedly broken. I wonder if these reviews even get read by management

I pulled up to the shop at 630. 30 mins before they opened. Only thing I want was a tire. I had to wait for almost 2 hrs. While I watch the workers talk to each other and walk around. What a disgrace.

Disappionting.Wal-Mart does not value a customers TIME....at all.... Three and a half hours to get 4 tires mounted!!!!! Told only one car ahead of me....at 3 :47pm. DONE after 7:00pm??????

I always get my oil changes here. Nothing spectacular, but its adequate for a simple oil change with vacuuming, tire and fluid check.

Got bout 7 people back here. But only one person to put tires on a Saturday. And the open at 7 and no mechanic til 10 am.

Dont go there if youre in a hurry but as always you get what you paid for. Super slow service, the guys were standing there chatting and having a good time while the cars were just sitting there. On top of that, they didnt even bother resetting the change oil alert.

If I can give no stars I would! Extremely slow service! Waited almost 2 hrs just to get my tire put on!! While waiting, Ive seen the same employees running in and out barely doing any work. It was to the point that a supervisor had to separate them because too many of them were in 1 area. I was beyond piss at how a 15 min job took them 2 hrs to complete.

They close at 4 its 3:45 I just left bcuz 2 other cars plus me an we waited 15 mins they had to be waiting 3 times that

Arrived the entire garage was empty. Went inside and was told no one was ahead for oil change. They did 3 other cars before pulling mine in. Then the tech did several minutes of text messages on his phone before lifting the hood. 2 hours for an oil change.
