True experience, professionalism, friendly and safe store, I believe in this store so much, that I combined a trip to Petersburg with a much needed parts purchase just to use this store. I live in Williamsburg, an hour away.

This was not a pleasant experience with NAPA period. I have to admit the 1st NAPA located in Dinwiddie we had the experience of dealing with a very knowlegable clerk unlike my visit to another parts store. Unfortunately he didnt have my part and I was told Colonial Heights store had it. So 10 min down the road I went to find out that store didnt have my part either. But wait I was told the store 13 min away in Chester had it. So, we asked them to call and have them pull the part and let them know we were on the way. Well, when we got there at 6:01, of course they were closed. First of all, why couldnt someone know who had the part in stock. Now, well see if Chester has it. That was my ride while trying to get to the BIRTHDAY of a 93 year old relative. SAD!!
