This my honda place...but you have to stay on service dont like to listen to their female owners of their Hondas... went several times about the same problem...but finally resolved and they went the extra mile as to what I knew finally...😁 THANKS!!!!

Great customer service

My service appointment is at 4:30 pm and I was there by 4:35 due to traffic. At first no one is present in the three counters. When I checked with a gentleman, he came after 10 mins and said you are 15 mins late. I drove around 40 miles for this service.Please avoid this place. West broad Honda is much better for service. No point in driving 40 miles and coming back without getting service done
