Yet again Auto zone has sold a faulty alternator. Every single time myself or someone in my family buys an alternator from Auto Zone it does not work. And they do nothing about it. They expect you to pay full price all over again. This is ridiculous.

The sales reps at this location were very helpful courteous and attentive. Walked in with questions and walked out with the products i was looking for. I replaced all the bulbs on the front end of my Silverado 1500 and the transactions couldnt have gone smoother.

Made a late night stop here coming from put of town during an ice storm. The staff was so helpful got me exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes even came out to my car to help and provided auto mechanic advice to ensure I didnt wind up stuck on the side of the road.

The standard AutoZone. Staff are friendly and a good selection. My preferred auto parts store due to the fact they are the only chain store still diagnosing check engine light.

A superhero saved me! Big statement but every word is true. If you dont like long reviews then skip to the end because this will take a minute. My wife and I were traveling to DC from Hendersonville, NC via I95 and stopped for gas in Richmond, VA. After fueling up at around 8:15PM our car wouldnt crank. A kind young man tried to jump it but to no avail. My wife called AAA and they said theyd have a battery to us in under an hour. An hour later AAA called back to tell us they had made a mistake and no they dont replace batteries they only jump them off. They scheduled a tow truck to get us and take us to the nearest auto parts store and of course the store that was three minutes away had already closed at 9PM. It was now 9:15PM. So while we waited for the tow truck that AAA said would be there in ten minutes, I called AutoZone eleven miles away to let them know wed be coming. The senior employee working said theyd be open until 10PM. Fine by me, we were 5 minutes away. THIRTY MINUTES LATER the tow guy calls and says hes on his way. Like, WHAT?! We franticly call the guy at AutoZone. He graciously and mercifully in superhero fashion said hed keep the store open until we get there. OMG. We get towed to the store and dropped in a dark, deserted parking lot lit solely by the inviting glow of florescent lights inside AutoZone. I have never been more scared to push on a door than that moment. Was I a minute too late? Will the door be locked forcing me to cancel the room I had booked in DC and be towed to a nearby hotel? Sounding like a sigh of relief the glass door swung open and two young men welcomed me in. It was a few minutes after 10PM. The senior employee sold me the battery we needed and asked if I had tools to install it. Ugh, we did not. No problem, he said. Let me shut the store down and Ill get my personal tools from my car and replace it for you. How could we be anything other than grateful. Grateful for him. Grateful AutoZone employed him. Grateful the car cranked after the battery was installed. I asked his name and offered him what little cash I had. He refused it. A classic superhero move. That night was so exhausting for us I am sad to say we could not recall his name but Im close to finding it out. I checked my phone records and have narrowed it down to the correct store location. When I get his name Ill let you know but more importantly Ill let AutoZone know they have a superhero working for them... but my guess is they already know.

We had a carwash today at autozone and it was great. The store gave us a hose and a bucket of products to use to help wash cars, trucks and SUVs. They were so polite and nice to us. Thank you so much autozone it is deeply appreciated. The pre-vet club.

Helpful staff who dont talk down to women. Usually have what I need in stock and if they dont, they can get it either same day or next day.

Always helpful with decent prices. Military discount a plus. My preference to the other auto parts stores.

This is a super shop that has everything that will help travelers to fix anything.

They usually have what I need. Truth be told for large purchases I use Advance Auto. I get good online purchase discounts. If I need a single quart of oil Im going to Wal-Mart. 5 bucks beats 10 bucks all day.

When you expect for them to know things and the person is younger than you and still went behind the ears dont plan on getting the right part but I went back and got whatcu needed

Always helpful. Needed a new wiper blade. They installed it for me.

Sold me the wrong thing. Needed a cam shaft sensor and they sold me a oil pressure gauge. When I called back they very rudely said their register was closed and they couldnt simplying change the parts out and give me the correct part. They then proceeded to hang up on me
