Very dissappointed. No one returned my calls until after I said I left a message with the service manager. Finally someone called after 3 days. I picked up my vehicle to see it was still leaking oil, I thought it was just left over drippings from old oil. When it didnt stop I took it back in about a weeks time. I asked for the service manager and to summarize my results, found out I had 2 additional leaks that no one told me about. My engine was not cleaned as the manager stated I wish they would have cleaned the oil residue upon completion of the job. He showed me where my issues was coming from and I then asked why didnt they tell me I had these OTHER LEAKES OF OIL ... He replied with a technical answer that makes no sense after I have asked other Ford dealerships. They should have informed me and I would have asked them to repair. Now Im expected to pay for labor a second time, it when have been more cost effective to get this done initially obviously for me. I intend to go further up the ladder. This type of incompentency is unacceptable. I question the worker who did the job and Ford for not attempting to make this right. I was taken advantage of as a woman and my ignorance technically of cars was used to further take advantage of me as a customer.
The service department was great! I had to take my brand new Mustang in days after it arrived, from New York, for a hill assist issue. I called and they were booked up for a month but they said they would have the service manager call me back, and he did! He worked my car into their schedule and I dropped the car off for the day. They replaced a broken brake part that was causing the issue. When I arrived to pick the car up the service manager had my car warming up and met me at the service drive with my keys. I’m so thrilled I found a local dealership that I can trust.
Refused to take my calls for basic questions. You will be placed on hold or sent to full voice-mails, or the phone will ring and ring until you give up. Calls and emails to service manager are also ignored. Worthless!
Pitiful customer service, sadly, Walmart does better.
