I called to book an appointment to have my recalled cruise control changed out, went directly to a voicemail, and my call was never returned.That was probably a year ago. Now the display screen in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is delaminating so I called to have it looked at, went directly to voicemail two days ago, never received a call back. I bought my Jeep here so I called them to fix it. This is my 5th Jeep and I will have to use another dealer. I will never purchase another Jeep here.
