Spoke with Dominic and the next day we scheduled an appointment droped my car off at lunch and picked it up after work.he is very knowledge and actuate And did a beautiful job on the tent. I am so happy and would recommend 901 customs to anyone in the future.

I dropped my vehicle off because it was leaking coolant. They stated I needed a new radiator and my engine was leaking oil. They stated the engine needed to be resealed. I agreed to it all. Daniel at the front desk told me it should take about a week to complete. Two and a half months later I finally get it back. When I get it back it’s still leaking coolant and leaking more oil than when I dropped it. I took it back the next morning. After another month and a half (up to 4 months now) I couldn’t get a technician or the owner to call me back and give me any sort of status updates. I finally went and just took my vehicle back. It leaks more oil than it did before they got it. They at least fixed the coolant leak. Paid a lot of money to them and I am worse than before I dropped my truck off. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place is awesome. I walked in and they were very friendly. The staffs are knowledgeable and very helpful. They gave me a tour around the shop. Im not a car person and they spent time to explain everything to me and teach me some basics so I can do it myself. They never tried to persuade me to spend my money at all and also help me save some when they see that my requests are not necessary. I feel very comfortable with them.

Recently, I had a welding job that I needed taken care of in a hurry on a weekend - Dave was the only certified welder within 50 miles that would even consider looking at it. I brought him an old metal bed frame to tack weld back together, and despite the job falling outside the scope of his auto business, Dave worked on this item with all the seriousness and dedication I would imagine him putting into restoring a vehicle to mint condition. I appreciate that level of professionalism and small-town bring er on in sort of help. I would highly recommend.

The best experience Ive ever had at a car shop. Everyone is friendly, they dont over charge like most shops. They guided me and my friend through the whole process, I will definitely be back soon. Id highly recommend 901 customs over any other shop in all of tennessee, nothing else compares. They have a very skilled welder and a mechanic who is certified to work on all cars, the combination of the two make it a car shop worthy of both Paul walker(rip) and Jesse James unending imagination.

My son purchased a lifted truck with an alignment problem. No shop would touch a vehicle with a 6 lift. 901 Customs identified several problems and they addressed every issue and came in below budget. Dave and Justin are awesome! After waiting for two hours for triple a not to show up I contacted this local repair shop for emergency assistance. Not only did they set me up with an awesome tow driver that went above and beyond for us but we were also greated at the shop with friendliness as well as openness. They not accommodated us but almost comforted us with honest opinions. Our trip to Arizona experienced a hiccup but with people like this it made it easier

Took in my Nissan Z car in and had resonated test pipes installed along with a wideband oxygen sensor wired up to a programmable gauge. All nicely done and professionally done. Noting the work they did was not easy and what I have experienced with my own outcome I highly prefer and suggest in my own opinion you check this place out. They did some quality clean work, thats how it should be and if you want that look no further

I take my 05 6.6L Duramax to the shop and have been very pleased with the Performance from them and my 11 yr old 2500 with 252K miles on her. They have replaced all 8 injectors, brake booster, idler arm and assembly, pitman arm, shocks, brakes, tire alignment, installed cold air intake, straight pipe and tuned it to PERFORMANCE MODE.

Total Rip Off! Paid the guy $300 for work that he claimed he did on my van. He never repaired what he was supposed to. He avoided my phone calls and I never seen him again.
