These folks were awesome. We were loaded up just beginning a long family road trip, and one of our tires became low from a screw. I rolled in, and they didnt even have us get out of the car. We were on our way within 45 minutes. Friendly and hard working staff. Very impressed.

I had the BEST experience at Discount Tire! Bruce was so polite and customer focused over the phone. When I arrived in person, Dale helped me and was so friendly and informative. He was willing to help me choose tires and gave me a lot of information. The service was fast as well! I only had to wait an hour from the moment I arrived to when I left. Needless to say I will never be going back to the dealership.

My car was checked in at 9AM. I was told my car would be ready at 1105. A gentleman walked in at 1115 with an 1130 appointment. He drove away at about 1150. Meanwhile my car has not moved from the spot I parked it in at 9AM.Meanwhile I am still sitting waiting for my vehicle to be driven into a service bay at 1210.

Let me start by saying I like the way the Discount Tire website is setup. The main reason why I purchased tires from Discount City is because I could purchase them online. I was able to choose from several discount tire locations that are in the Memphis area. The inventory was different for each store. I found what I like and purchased it online and selected an appointment time for the installation. I had the option to purchase the warranty on the tires but i declined to purchase the warranty. I purchased the Goodyear Assurance MaxLife tires for my Toyota Avalon. When I arrived at the store, Bruce came right outside and greeted me promptly. The customer service was great. When we walked into the store, he was able to immediately pull up my order. He told me that he would contact me as soon as they completed the installation. It didnt take long at all and I was able to pick up my car within an hour or so. I was impressed with the service and the quality of the tires. I have had them for a few weeks now and my car has a much smoother ride with my new tires. The customer service and online ordering process is what distinguishes Discount Tire from the competitors and I will purchase my next set of tires from Discount Tire because of the website ordering process. I have a record of my purchase in my email from my online order for future reference which is great!

Customer Service is alive and well at Discount Tire Collierville. There are a lot of businesses today that just dont care. I should say that the some employees dont care. Discount tire helped my with a flat tire at the end of the day. I was frustrated and not very happy about getting a flat, but the guys at Discount Tire helped me get back on my way in no time. Have been buying from Discount stores all over the country for over 12 years. I travel alot and depend on them for quality and service. Bought set of tires in Collierville in March 2021 and had a nail take out a side wall recently. They replaced the tire quickly and was back on the road. Top notch management team at this store. The guys here are so nice! I was politely greeted by Bruce before I even reach the door, I’ve never had this experience at another tire shop, feels welcoming. Bruce was patient and very professional. I didn’t get the technicians name, but he was very informative and nice as well! Did I mention I was in and out in about an hour with a set of new tires? The guys even loaded by old wheels into another car. Highly recommend this location!

Saturday August 24th I purchased a set of tires. After waiting three and a half hours, I was finally on my way. Monday the 26th, I start my truck to go to work and find my TPMS now needs service. So as anyone would do, I stopped by today to see what the problem may be. I was promptly told I could purchase a new sensor for $60 plus installation It sure beats the $1000 price from the dealer.I am very knowledgeable when it comes to automotive work and parts. A quick look online found a very different price point.

Took my car here to get two tires put on, they succeeded in this but in the process also succeeded in stripping my lug nut. I didnt notice until I had driven back to Atlanta that one of them was oddly sticking out. It will not tighten nor loosen thanks for the headache.At least let the customer know you messed up.

My whole experience here was awesome! It began with me calling and speaking with a guy named Adam. He was very accommodating and welcoming over the phone. I asked him if he had time to take a look at a nail in my tire before I went back home to Nashville and said of course, invited me to the store, and even asked if I needed directions! I arrived about thirty minutes later. Upon arrival, there were about 3 people in line. Everyone greeted us one by one and let us know that they would be right with us. The line moved quickly without any of the associates rushing through guests. They were precise, personable, and prompt. I dropped my car off around 2:30 and I had it back by 3:15. The tire was also priced really well!

Phenomenal service, unbeatable prices, and the best warranty available. My tire popped and I didnt know what to do, I need 4 new tires and didnt have the money. I called Costco, Walmart, Sams Club, and Discount Tire. Since Discount Tire was closest I decided to go there. They didnt have the tires I wanted and I needed new ones quick. So they gave me an upgrade for the same prices as the cheap tires I wanted. But my family trusts Sams Club and we were gonna go there. But after they told us about their certificate program and warranty, we couldnt refuse. It is the best program Ive ever heard of and they were extremely comforting through the dilemma. If it was possible to give more stars Id give them a 7/5. Ive never been so pleased with the service, quality, and performance of a business.

I love discount tires. Its a good place to purchase your tires. Just remember to get the warranty its like $20 per tire, but youre covered for two years. Anything happen they will replace it with a new one.

Ordered some tires online Wednesday, arrived Thursday, even got a confirmation that it arrived on time. Took the car by this morning and got the tires installed with great service. I wanted to keep my old worn out tires as I use them under farm equipment to keep them off the ground a bit and when I went to pick up the tires they were wrapped up and loaded. I was just going to lay out an towel but having them all wrapped up was a nice surprise. Did not even have to walk in the store was greeted with my key and receipt on the way while walking up to the store. Will make this my first place to tire shop from now on. Fantastic Experience!10 STARS!After Thanksgiving my family and I were headed back to Camp Lejeune, NC where I am currently stationed. The night before our drive back while packing (@10:30p) I noticed the back right tire flat as a pancake (nail right through the tread).We got to discount tire right as they opened the next morning and Adam met us at our vehicle with a smile and a handshake. He got us in and out in less than 15min! The mechanic staff were awesome and everyone was extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. The best part, they were lighting fast. We had a 12hr road trip ahead of us and they got us back on the road seamlessly.We come in town quite a bit to visit family and this will forever be our go to shop. Stellar service guys!

Good and quick service. Got 4 new tires and a new TPMS. The sensor was forgotten about and so I went back and they installed it promptly. Would be 5 stars if the sensor wasnt forgotten about!

I had a great overall experience this morning this store! I scheduled my appointment online for 8:30 AM a week ago, showed up at 8:15 AM for my 8:30 appointment, was greeted immediately by Weston who helped me pick out tires quickly and for a good price for our family van. Store manager (Adam) checked in with me as well. They had my van up on jacks 2 minutes before my actual appointment and I was out the door 23 minutes later! In addition to that, these guys jog or run everywhere...great customer service. I asked Adam why they do that and he said we know our customers have other things theyd rather be doing than sit here all day. Ill be back for sure.

I talked to 3 different employees while deciding on tires, and all were professional and friendly. The tire prices are good, but the website doesnt mention the $20 per tire for mounting. I think thats steep when youre already buying tires from them. When I checked out, they automatically added the protection plan, without discussing it with me. I think it was another $80 or so, and I had it removed. I received an additional 10% off for Labor Day.In summary, the website prices and customer service are good, but you need to discuss each line item before paying, so you know what youre getting. Id return to this location.

Took the truck here and they patched the tire from the inside, re-balanced the wheel and no charge, I didnt even buy the tires here. 400 miles back home at 80MPH and it didnt loose any air pressure. Everyone there was very friendly, they were busy and still fixed it in just over an hour. If I lived near here, I would get my next set of tires from this shop. Cant recommend them highly enough.
