My experience here was fairly miserable from start to finish.Setting the appointment: Whomever was on the phone led me to believe the multi-point inspection would address a concern I had about the car; when I arrive for the appointment, I find out it would be a separate fee.The service: While servicing one part, they managed to break another. They claimed it was in poor condition, and it is quite possible it was, though the parts in question were replaced quite recently relative to their lifespan, and the car was in working order before their interference. Regardless, they did not contact me until after they had already broken not 1, but 2 of this particular part, and then took advantage of my distress to upsell me to replacing not only the broken 2, but all 4 of this part, plus related parts. Its one thing to notice a part is in poor condition and proceed with my approval, another to call me after breaking one, but to call me and say a total of EIGHT parts need to be replaced for me to even get the car off the lot? I would have expected any reasonable mechanic to work with me on price for the 2 that were broken, but instead they took the opportunity to sell more parts, and more labor, at standard price.UPDATE: I showed the parts in question to another mechanic, who said that only one of the coils appeared to be broken in the way described, with at least 2 in perfect working order. Wow.
I took my car for service and they left it badly I had to take it to another workshop to have it repaired because the service that Nissan gave me was rubbish, I do not recommend it at all. I dont really know if they put someone who was learning to work in my car but they left it worse for me
Nissan car service was better service change oil, check all inspection and my car 2015 nissan altima I need help support my engine v belt for alternator there never check my alternator and belt check my tension because my engine slipper when driver need mechanic do check inside engine thank u for your work please trainer new people for safety work on cars
Great customer service! Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Noel was helpful in explaining the process of my car repairs. Highly recommend turn around time for a car repair was fast and easy.
Costly, I see why people refrain from taking their car to dealership. Three items repaired, two of which were air filters = $600 in labor! shockingly typical and that was with a discount of the labor.
