I recently moved here. I bought a Kia k5 before moving here. I need a suv. Was looking not sure if I was going to buy. Was supposed to see David. But luck sometimes works in your favor. Jason was my salesman. He listened to me and worked with me. I am impressed he got the numbers below what I was looking to spend. I got the GV70. The car is loaded. And got a decent price for my k5. With car dealerships you need to try for yourself. But I highly recommend this one

Yesterday I purchased a GV80 from Coconut Creek Genesis. My salesman was Robert Perez.I must say that 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating togive Robert and the team. There was no pressure to buy…I talked to Robert on the phone, he had a car waiting for me to drive when I got there. The financing process was as smooth as it could be. If it wasn’t for the small talk and Robert showing me the features on the car I could have been in and out in less than an hour. I had been to the Genesis dealer in Weston and the difference was night and day. If your in the market for a new car or SUV I highly recommend stopping by or calling Robert.

I dont understand the negative reviews people are posting. Coconut Creek Genesis/Hyundai has some of the best service advisors in the industry and they do a great job servicing my car. I have been going there for over 6 years and have never had an issue. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, the process is a bit tedious, but it is like that at all dealerships. I will continue doing business with Coconut Creek Genesis/Hyundai.

So we stopped by to lease a GV80. We spent half hour in the outside displays. Not one sales person even acknowledged our presence. We left thinking that we would have a hard time with the after sales service since they dont even show interest in making the sale. So we will stick with our BMW X5 if even for the customer service . The rating is one star simply because there is no zero star option

I was in the area shopping for cars, and didn’t realize there was a Genesis dealership in Coconut creek. I decided to go inside and see their pricing for GV80 model. Jayce met me with a smile right away and offered to help. She showed me several GV80s and offered to test drive. Even though she was new, Jayce was incredibly knowledgeable of their inventory and features of the car. With the assistance from her coworker - Ian (also very great young gentleman) I did a test drive. Instantly I fell in love with the car. Both, Jayce and Ian were very nice and not too pushy. They went over all the details of the car. We did some negotiations and I decided to get the car! I personally felt great about the customer service at Genesis (very welcoming), in contrast with the Mercedes dealership. I highly recommend! Thank for all your help.

The worst experience I evert had. No one approached us. I had to hunt down a sales person. I don’t think he was interested I helping is at all. He had a terrible attitude from the start. Down right nasty. My husband and I complained to the manager than walked out.

I recently leased a car with Edie at CC Genesis. I was fortunate enough to get her name from a dear friend who has leased cars with her for years.Edie is a no nonsense first class car woman. She understood my wants and needs and where I needed to be price wise. She respected my time and never wasted it talkng to a manager.I had been driving an E series Mercedes for over 10 years and although its a beautiful car I was tired of the terrible customer service, the attitude like they were doing me a favor and now the increased sticker price.I love the new look and feel of my sporty G80. She rides like a dream, she accelerates like a rocket and Im thrilled.

Over the past 5 years of leasing the G80, I have had nothing but excellent service. Mark has been truly exceptional in always being available to help with any questions or service needs. I have been completely spoiled and I cant see how I would ever change from driving a Genesis!!

Very difficult experience.I know exactly the car I want and tried to see if they have one. I used the chat on their website and tried to get info by email and phone. all I get is we have a great selection - what time can you come in But I dont want to come in if they dont have the model or color I want, and think they can pressure me into a car I dont want.I prefer a more professional approach that helps me find the car I want and not get pressured into a car they want to unload.I think there are other Genesis dealers around so I will try another dealer

This is the THIRD time I have to bring my Genesis to this dealership for the SAME exact issue of my sunroof not closing. I have made multiple calls and ask for a service manager to be transferred to an automated system to make an appointment. Once again my sunroof is NOT closing. Every time I bring the car yes mr.kelly this has been fixed but yet the issue still persist.

Horrible experience!I stopped by to test drive a vehicle a couple days before Thanksgiving last year and be rest assured I’d never be back nor recommend this dealership.Upon walking towards the front door, several employees we’re congregating at the entrance and one spat on the door entrance. Gross right!None of them offered to assist me until I was wondering around for 5 mins inside. The guy who came over was so green. Maybe his 1st week. He tried selling me on finance options before I even saw the car or test drove it. Crazy right!After making a copy of my license for a test drive, I waited 30 mins for him to come back with the vehicle. He couldn’t locate the car in their parking garage. I left after another 5 mins.Skip this place. Waste of time.

Arrogant people! First question asked - What car do you drive now! Guess what, I wont be buying my next car from you nor recommend anyone else to.
