Needed to get a headlight fixed and the service girls were too worried about going home than actually helping. Website says they are open until 7pm on Saturday, but guess they close earlier than that because I couldn’t get help at 3:45pm. I was told “those are pre-Covid hours” and I would have to come back. Easy opportunity to make a good Customer impression and all I got was attitude. I did have a good experience purchasing a bulb from the Parts department, very helpful.

My husband and I walked in there on a Saturday and was helped by Ethan Jones. He was incredibly attentive and completely understand of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, what I wanted was not available but instead of trying to talk me into something else he insisted on taking down all the details of what I was looking for to try his best to find it and see if he can get it over to Vista Mini!! Over the next week I got Updates from Ethan, letting me know he did not forget about me and is still trying to hunt down a Yellow mini cooper for me. When the 2022 yellow came in he called me right away to see if I just wanted to look at it. Ethan helped crunch the numbers and see if it will fit in the budget I have previously discussed and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and feel like he is not making the decision for me. I give Ethan Jones a 10/10!! 5 stars!! I feel confident in referring him to anyone and everyone I know if they are looking for a Mini..or even BMW. Vista Mini, you make a smart choice moving this man over to your team. The BMW side will feel the loss, but you will see the gain! Great over all experience!

Worst customer service experience. All I needed was information on a warranty plan that was added to the sale of my mini cooper approximately 2years ago. I needed to follow up on a cancelation of the policy. Geri Alpert from the finance department never returned my phone calls or my emails with the company information. All I needed was the details to a policy they slipped into my purchase price. I also needed to buy a new vehicle. I have owned multiple mini coopers. Due to the lack of response from this location I refuse to ever buy another mini cooper ever especially from this Coconut creek location!!

I purchased a pre-owed Mini a couple of days ago, from Vista Mini, and had a great experience!! It was a pleasure working with Sam Assissi who was just a super nice person, and pleasant to deal with. Vista is above and beyond the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership is super clean and the staff is friendly, kind and so easy to work with. They are also VERY honest. I needed to buy a car, but was not willing to sit in a showroom, especially during a pandemic. I tried a few local dealers who all had the same response, come into the dealer and well talk. Its 2021 folks. I buy EVERYTHING online, why cant a buy a vehicle without having to go into a dealership?From the first conversation, Vista was different. I just bought a car from this place and their business practices are at best dubious. Their representations of the car features were inaccurate (where is the adaptive cruise control they said the car had and we thought we purchased?), they claimed that they had not received a wire money (just because their accountant was not there when we came to pick up the car as planned), their sales manager then told us he was brand new and really knew nothing about the car (too bad he didnt say that when he sold us the car). They also make it as difficult as possible for you by sending you pictures of forms to fill, instead of PDFs or other formats.If youd like to buy a car with peace of mind, go somewhere else.

After 3 Mini’s I actually entertained leaving the Mini Family and considered the Cadillac XT4...So glad I decided to visit my tried and true Best Salesperson EVER Amanda at Vista Mini Coconut Creek! The Countryman S is a much better “Crossover” vehicle. So many extra options on Cadillac are standard on Mini! And it’s just a whole lot more fun to drive!

Howie saw me at the Parts Dept. & informed me that I DID HAVE A SPARE UNDER THE CAR which the tow truck driver neglected to look for. Although I was excited to get a new car, I was dreading the car shopping experience. I was looking to replace my 2012 mini and thought I wanted something else this time around. I test drove 4 other cars and tried to sit down to talk numbers with the sales people at each dealership, only to have them try their pushy sales tactics on me. Regardless of what I thought about the car, they each made me not want to buy from them and I couldnt say Ill think about it and leave fast enough! Then I decided just to check out the new version of my mini at Vista Mini where I had service done in the past. Besides loving the 2020 Countryman S, it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. No pressure, no tactics, just really friendly and professional people that seem more like friends than sales people. Finance guy for Mini gave me one price, absolutely no negotiation or haggle, wouldn’t even budge $5 and he said going to Carmax would be a better option for me. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Their team is unprofessional and rude. Regardless if you have a mini or BMW. When a employee spends more time eating at their desk in-front of customers and not answering or giving anyone (coworkers included) the time of day is disgusting. This shop needs to be re evaluated my mini/ BMW corporate to see if not only the service and fleet managers are fit to run their operation, but to train their employees on protecting their brand and delivering the customer service one expects from the brand.. Unless Cheeto stained fingers across a seat back pocket is what they are going for,, then I’m a monkeys uncle!

The reason is the financial department not willing to answer our questions!! Verify and make copies of your BMW Financial Statements. At payoff the Final Balance And the Payoff did not match.

Let everyone know the finance SELECT is the worst finance ever. They never explain clearly how this works. Now we are in a hole. We have to get another expensive Mini or buy the one I have with a extremely high interest rate. If they were clear from the beginning I probably would take a regular finance. To any length of my convenience.

I was shopping around for a new MINI, and I checked in with the team at Vista. Though I didnt end up buying a car from them, Liz and the team were very helpful and gave me all of the information I was looking for. I also visited the dealership a few months ago, and they were just as helpful then. I definitely recommend these guys.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Car from Vista BMW a few months ago and that department, and especially my salesman, Dominic, are great. Id recommend taking a look there if you are looking to buy a CPO. I have had to take it in twice for service and that experience has been different. The first time, I took it in for a laundry list of small items and my service advisor was Jerry. Jerry was very bad. He kept my car for almost a full day to replace the windshield wipers and top off some fluids as he was unable to get an alignment approved and didnt let me know until approximately 5 pm when I couldnt contact the CPO to get approval. A button was also sticking on the AC and he told me he couldnt find any sticking buttons. Of course, I could still find it when I got back in the car. He also had a bad attitude about it all and was very nonchalant about needing 7 hours to replace windshield wipers – no apologies from him. I would recommend asking for someone else. The second time I took the car in, my new service advisor, Jay, was much better. He followed up well and got most of the again minor issues fixed. However, the satellite radio is stuck on one channel and I asked for a “hard-radio” restart, which is what Sirius recommended and they told me it was “working fine.” If they had tried to change the channel, they would see why it isn’t working “fine.” Overall, they need to pay more attention in the service department of this dealership as I would certainly buy another car from Dominic in CPO, but I would be reluctant to recommend the service department based on my experiences with them.

Purchased a car yesterday (3/5/2016) and had an absolutely amazing experience. I spoke with two sales agents, or as they call them advisers, and an agent in training. Amanda, Giogio and Oliver were absolutely fantastic. They werent like typical car sales people, and werent pushy at all. The second I got in Amanda began helping me narrow down what I was looking for. I had never looked at a Mini prior, and wasnt really aware of the different models.

Process was excellent..very transparent and not pushy at all. The deal itself was solid, I did my homework and they presented a great offer which is why I bought from them. The manager Ryan is excellent, outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable. My salesman Oliver was a class act, very bright young man and my delivery specialist Mat was excellent and helped me with my new Clubman..overall Id recommend the dealership and most importantly these three individuals to anybody who wants a good buying experience

I visited this dealership in November on the last day of the month. When I walked in, I approached Ryan Fisher (Sales Manager), and informed him that I was interested in purchasing an Oxford Mini. Right off the bat, he seemed very uninterested and almost dismissive of my presence. I got the sense that he didn’t think I would actually buy something. He directed me to another salesman who sat me down to talk about a purchase. The salesman seemed in a rush and danced around all my questions. He also kept getting up from our meeting and walking over to Ryan, who nonchalantly fed him information to bring back to me. After about 20 minutes of seemingly talking in circles, I decided to leave. The next day I went to Braman Mini in Miami and bought a brand new 2019 Oxford Mini. If you’re looking to buy a Mini Cooper I’d suggest taking the drive to Braman. They have way more selections and the customer service is 100% better. At least in my case. Ryan missed out on a sale.

I was totally scammed by this dealership and the salesman Victor. Last year they sold me an “Executive demo” Mini Cooper S. Today I found out they bought the car at an auction in Ohio after it was previously leased and involved in a rear end collision just 10 days before they sold it to me. Victor flat out lied to me. The finance guy even had me sign paperwork saying it was a demo NOT a used car. I wouldn’t trust these guys to sell you a keychain!!!!

**answer to vista: I have included a picture to prove you are in fact pricing nearly 3 times the MSRP. There was no confusion on my part.BUYER BEWARE!!!!! So I was needing to get a couple relays for my 2012 Mini Countryman S. I called Vista and got a price of $50.97 each. So I did a quick Google search and found the Mini of Kennesaw in Georgia had them for. Get this. $18 bucks a piece. With shipping I am getting both for $48. Vista Mini is a huge RIPOFF!!!! I should have known better too. I had a horrible experience with them when I ordered my 1st Mini. That was years ago and I thought Id give them another chance. Seeing as they are so close and I needed a part. But HELL NO. Kennesaw has the MSRP for these oem relays at $20, how do they get away with charging nearly 3 times that amount. It is crazy. I have also dealt with Bramham Mini of Palm Beach and they are awesome. They are a little far for me, so I didnt call them, but I can assure you, I will never do business with those crooks at Vista, My advice ALWAYS get another estimate if you are going to have any out of warranty work. If they are overcharging this much for a simple relay, just imagine how they are screwing you on repairs.

The collision department are the worst communicators ever in the history of ever. They told me my wifes car would be done in two weeks It took over four weeks and I had to keep calling them for updates They never call back. Awful experience I would have rated them 0 stars if I could. Under no circumstances should you consider doing business here. I would sooner get my car serviced in Alaska before I would do business here.

Stay Away! I took my 2011 mini convertible there for the first time, to get it completed checked out and I was told that I needed to replace the entire casing for the passenger rear light and I was also told that my headlights were cracked and needed to be replaced! In total the lights were 1k EACH and the rear passenger light casing was 400!!! I decide to get a second opinion and and went elsewhere and found out my headlights were NOT cracked just scratched and blurry AND all I needed was a new light bulb in the rear passenger light casing!!!! In total I spent $60!!! I was blown away at how I almost spent $2,400, when all that I really needed to spend was $60 dollars!! I’m still shook!! STAY AWAY! Howie looked at me in my face and told me I needed things that I did not! I will never step foot in this place again! Trust me! Next year when I get the new 2020 mini convertible I know exactly where I’m NOT going!! 😡

2019 update:This is my second Mini and second time dealing with Vista Mini. Let me tell you they are by far the best Mini dealership I have been too in FL and Ive checked out several of them. They run a tight ship. I live almost 3 hrs away from that dealership now but I made the drive to see Amanda &Ryan because the one in my area just did not impress. I wanted to upgrade my Mini early because we are expecting a baby this summer when my lease was due. My experience from start to finish was amazing! Ryan ordered a car exact to my needs and had it here before I could blink when closer locations said it would take 5 months. Amanda got everything ready and worked out a lease that made sense for me so that when I came to pick up the car all I had to do was sign. When I arrived she set me up with Ellie, the Genius that she is, to take a quick spin and make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the updated countryman compared to my last one. These two ladies made sure I was only there for about an hour and well exceeded my expectations. This was the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience I have every had. They answered all my questions, were transparent, and educated me about things I had not considered without putting their own interests first. As for the car, it is wonderful of course but comes second to the experience of leasing it.2016 review:I leased my first Mini, a 2016 Countryman S, on Saturday. Ryan and Amanda took great care of me despite being understaffed. They are a wonderful team. No wonder they were number one last year. I have shopped Braman which is 10min from my home twice now in 3 years and this will be the second time they lost my business due to their lack of knowledge and poor service and Lauderdale Mini is just as bad. TERRIBLE customer service, not able to identify customer needs... penalize for going over the time on service, lack of care from John managerAt the service area for mini!!! I will not continue to do service or my cars at this dealership ...I had plans to buy a BMW from Ovid... NOT going to happen.I will take my money elsewhere!!
