The staff always answered the phone and helped me when necessary.Very professional. I highly recommend.
My experience was most memorable using salvageresellers.Emily (our #1 Gal), Laura (hope I got your name correct)and the others were GEMS! Very patient and kind. Helpful at any given time, always have time to answer my questions (no matter how silly my questions were) guiding me through my anxiety, and giving confidence throughout the entire buy.Their service is the true definition of A1 customer service.Thank you, I highly recommend salvageresellers for any of your auction buys.Jerome.
Easy to navigate and bid. Will use the site again.
Like others who have left a negative review here, this company is bogus. No where do they let you know that they will charge a $10 recurring fee every month. Its been 10 months and I just realized this was happening. Just tack another $100 onto the nightmare. No one aswers the phone in my efforts to have this stopped. I have placed a hold on them with my bank. Such BS. Run, dont just walk away from this company. This is a response to the answer from the company I just recieved below:Its funny how Inloher Group uses Covid as an excuse for a non response when as a customer, youre simply trying to get them to stop a $10 monthly recuring charge that they clearly dont tell you about or possibly bury in some obscure terms of service, but when you call them out on their behavior online, they respond within two hours. Hmmmm, I wish their customer service was this responsive..... Maybe they wouldnt have this many resentful clients. Also, now that I have your attention (finally) and you clearly know who I am, please stop charging me $10 a month for nothing.
It was a great experience.. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced.they were able to answer all my questions along the way...extremely happy with my purchase ...Thanks to Inloher Corp.
Was told repeatedly and assured repeatedly that I could get my refund/deposit back in check form because I was having issues with my bank because of some identity theft issues! I explained over and over that I didnt not want a refund issued via (Zelle) nor did I want a refund issued via chargeback to my former bank because of pending litigation!Apparently they have two sets of rules & regulations! One that you can see on there public website and then they have the mysterious private one that they like to quote that you cant see!I would suggest that its buyer beware with these people! Because I have had to resort to filing a claim in small claims court to get my money back!I never wanted to do this, I was told repeatedly in December that I would get a refund issued by check in a few weeks and now the story changed to you have to wait 120 days and then today I find out after telling them repeatedly not to send my refund back as charge back they did anyway!I couldnt leave a rebuttal to the owners! Its always the same story if you look through all of the complaints!!! We were going to cut a check! Must have missed the check in the mail! Always trys to shift the blame! What the owner failed to mention that I had already received the title to salvage trailer I bought through Copart, because the state of Alabama has got some quirky laws! Been in the business of buying and selling for 25 plus years! Have never ever had such a horrible experience trying to get a refund back! I understand completely being told that you were going to hold my money for 120 days simply because I asked for a paper check!PS! Im having to take this person to small claims court!Buyer beware, if you try to complain they are definitely gonna try to shift the blame!Absolutely check all of your options first!
I bid and won a Ford Van in June of 2020. The Title was marked Clean title with no notation of a pending title. I paid and received a Bill of sale on 6/17/2020 but they did not return calls as to why the title had not arrived since june. I had to call Copart to find out the title had been lost. It has been 2 weeks now since Inloher received the title from Copart and they still cant return a phone call or send my title. Two and a half months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait on conveyance of title since they did not indicate the title was not on hand at the time of the auction. I was promised by email it would go out 8/24 then 8/27 now they say next week. I will never buy through them again and am considering a loss of use and damages suit!
The whole buying from Copart is a hard process to understand, but Salvage Reseller’s team really helped me. I called many times and they were always willing to explain and help me. You need to read their website and understand all the fees before deciding to buy online. I would definitely recommend to others.
This was my first experience with a broker. I’ve already used them again. They made the process transparent and well worth it.
Didnt pick up the car yet but so far they have been EXTREMELY helpful during this whole week. Copart racked fees higher than we thought but what else could we expect? Im thankful for Inloher making this process much easierIGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS
I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with Inloher on working my way through the auction process From set up to pick up, to payment and paperwork. The ladies in Florida made my transaction simple and easy. THANK YOU!!!!
Inloher Corp Customer Service was amazingly helpful and prompt in all the dealings of my vehicle purchase.I could not have asked for more; being the first time dealing with Copart and the whole Broker business end of things.I recommend. THANK YOU / GRACIAS
Used them as a broker to purchase a salvaged title car, they were extremely speedy when it came time to move the money where it needed to go, and also get me the paperwork allowing me to pick up the car in time to avoid storage fees. Great help over the phone when I needed it too.
These ppl are real shady! Get you another broker!!! BewareI did read and followed guidelines but your web setup is rigged. It was cheaper to pay than sue, so I paid And still haven’t received my title that they threatened to keep which had nothing to do with the other cars.
I have nothing but good things to say about the experience . They have always been professional on answering any question. Definitely would recommend them .
Wonderful! As a first-timer Copart bidder, they made my purchase experience very easy. Their emailed instructions were incredibly clear and precise and they came through in a timely manner. Someone was always available to pick up the phone and answer my questions, too. Will definitely use again! Thanks.
I recently bought a bike from these guys using them as a broker. They are not an auction, they are a broker, people who give you access to auctions. Using that information, I was able to buy a nice bike and they did a good job as a broker service. I would definitely use them again, these people are great.
I used the service to purchase a car from Copart in Denver, CO. Everything went extremely smooth. I was able to pick the car up the day after the auction and had the title in about a week. If you read the instructions, notes, and conditions then everything will go smooth for you as well. For example. the instructions clearly state the time frame for getting security deposit up to date and entering your bid before the actual auction starts. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes the phone system they have doesnt work correctly. At one point it was down completely and at another it was stating to call back during business hours despite it being business hours. I did not check to see if hurricane weather may have affected the phone service.
This company was advertised as a $250 fee to buy a car. This was actually a 5%/whichever is greater scenario. That was fine, it was just another fee. Nothing new. I went to get my deposit back and was told if I wanted to do this, it would cancel my account. I paid for a years membership up front and was cancelled after one month. No notice that I could not freely pull deposits, like many other sites that they do business with. Extremely poor customer service. This company is out to purposely deceive consumers and keep their money locked in as long as possible.
I had a great experience with salvage reseller and inloher corp. It was my first online vehicle purchase and my new/used truck was delivered to me within 4 days of purchase and buying it was simple. If youre prepared to pay the necessary fees and do a little phone and email work to sort out shipping then youre set to make buying a new/used vehicle at a great price happen! The service was consistently attentive and persistent that it was all going smoothly. All you have to do stay in contact with the numbers youre emailed and its as easy as sitting home and waiting for delivery! No extra fees! No crazy waiting periods! Vehicles as listed! All defects and damage are listed and you can have the vehicle inspected before you purchase. There may be some storage effects like saturated oil or loss of fluid or mold on paint. Minor in most cases. Hire the broker, pay the deposit, make the purchase and get your deposit back in full! Its been great doing business with them!
They are scammers, please read the reviews before using them. It has been two months and they still havent send my title. In these times people need their vehicle. I purchased a Toyota Sienna from them two months now. They tried to inflate my bill by an extra $100 .Now I have a vehicle that cant be driven with a new born and three young kids at home. They are hungry for money and thats all they care about. After you pay them, thats it for you. They are more costly than most other brokers, so not worth it.
This company is a totally disgrace company. I cant recommend it to anyone that I know.
DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. This company is a total fraud, do as others say and RUN. I was a customer for almost THREE years, please see image of registration, Feb 2017. I had no issues with inloher corp or salvagereseller as long as I paid the yearly fee, and deposits on account. For three years I bid on many cars, lost most, won one car, i wired funds immediately. The one vehicle was ok, more fees, was acceptable. Recently I was contacted my Copart, as well as IAAI. I was informed I do not need a broker as I am using these vehicles personally. NOW, I wanted to cancel my account with this company. They will do anything to stall, excuses to keep your money. Many of the reviews on here are TRUE. I called to have my account closed, deposits refunded. I was informed it would be closed I should get a refund 5-7 days. I waited patiently, nothing came, so I called on Jan 22nd. This time I was informed because my account was three years old, they will need to send me a check. This time they stated they would charge me a $10 mailing fee. This time I was informed it would be 7-10 days for the delivery. Eight days later I called AGAIN. This time, I was told sorry sir, but the person who mails the checks, is out sick, ALL WEEK. Mind you, they had plenty of time weeks before to issue the refund. Mind you, my location is not far, mail two-three days TOP. Mind you, they WANT you to wire funds immediately, BUT no, you ask for a cancel, and refund, THEN they need to mail a check....This time I told the person on the phone, you will have three days to wire my deposits back. The person on the phone slipped up, and said we have lots of refund checks need to be mailed. That shows you, they are not doing business right, if a lot of people want refunds. I told the person, NO MAILING, NO EXCUSES, NO MORE GAMES. She replies from my phone call with a email asking for my account info, mind you, she JUST got my account info, one minute before on the phone. So I replied, I will not play these games, if I do not get my refund by the closing of Monday Feb 3rd, I will take action. I COMPLETELY understand now why people say they take police reports out on this company. I understand now why complaints say they contact the FTC, their banks. This company will do anything to hold your money as long as they can. I should not have to threaten a company with action. I have spoken with Copart, they informed me they are currently investigating this company as a reliable affiliate. Copart apologized, stated, they are in no way connected with this company beyond advertising currently as a broker affiliate. Copart informed me if I do not get it resolved by Friday, please call and file a official complaint. IF you are having the same issue, call the Copart line, choose account upgrade, you will speak with a live person. They will tell you if you want to file a official complaint for fraud inloher corp and fraud salvagereseller they will give you the info on how to file. I work hard for my money, and I do not plan on allow a company to steal from me. I informed them, if I do not receive by Monday my deposits, then I will do as others and more. I will file with the FBI, FTC, my bank for fraud. I will also continue to leave my reviews, I will leave my review on Ripoffreport, Consumeraffairs, yelp, and many more. This company will claim we have been in business for 15 years, however, that was before the review net, as well as your fraudulent practices will come to light eventually. I believe they pay a advertising company to file good reviews, pushing the bad reviews to the bottom. If I do not see my deposits, I will continue to file reviews, so many you can not use a web search without see their fraud. PLEASE everyone, try to find a reliable broker, or open a account with the auction sites yourself.
I had a small problem with my title from a car I bought at Inloher. Kentucky DMV is very particular. I sent the title to Inloher office in Florida and it got there on Thursday. They fixed it and sent it back that same day. I appreciate that they took care of a paperwork problem so quickly even after the sale was made. Alot of places will bend over to make a sale but leave you hanging afterwards. Inlohers title department took care of things quickly and easily even after the the sale. Thanks
I opted to cancel with these guys a while back and am only now finding out that Im still being charged.I want my money back!
Not sure what the others are complaining about. In my case I bid on a car, I won the auction, the fees were transparent and as expected, and the paperwork was done as fast as could be done. Guessing this is another example of how most reviews are left by the few that have had a bad experience and those that had a positive experience are the silent majority.
Go get bonded, go get a dealers license, spend thousands on bonds and save your $250 fee.. My advice for all you complainers. 250 is a small price to pay to go around all the state requirements to buy directly from copart. .. whats wrong with letting the seller decide if they will accept your 300 dollar offer on a 2500 dollar car. Most people leaving bad reviews are just clueless about the process. If you know what you are doing, then you know that 250 fee is nothing compared to what you can get for that purchase. I am in California this is a great way to go around the system and 250 fee is very fair for what they do. 90% of ALL auctions will slap you with similar fees. I can tell most of these negative reviewers know nothing about the car game.
Not very impressed so far...heres how it works. Congratulations you won the bid sounds like you got the car right? Wrong... youre only bidding on their site to be the highest bid ON THEIR SITE, they then take your bid and have a REAL auction that youre not included in and you get outbid without the chance to increase your bid and loose a deal over a couple hundred bucks! Then, even if you DO win the bid the seller gets to take their sweet time to think it over...when and if the seller deems you worthy to buy you will get an email after business hours on a thursday night telling you if you dont pay in 48 hours there is a fee...i called my bank and told them what the email said about transferring funds and they had no idea what the hell I was supposed to do with the info in the email...I tried to wire the money to them as per their instructions through Western Union, that got kicked out error with receivers account....I have more than enough money sitting in the auction account as deposits but of course they wont just apply that money to my purchase, they have to threaten fees and complicate the hell out a simple payment transaction...I have never seen anyone make it so difficult for buyers to pay them...what a joke.
This company is a complete scammer along with Copart. They shill bid a vehicle I bid on no other bidders from $7100 to $9000 my maximum allowed with $900 deposit. Both salvage reseller aka Inloher and Copart refused to take off the added bid run up on my account there were no other bidders just myself bidding up the vehicle 19 times to $9000I refused to pay the full $9000 $10300 with all the fees and Inloher charged me my $900 deposit as a re listing feeSo I got nothing but ripped off and my money stolen from this.I am reporting to them both to the FTC FBI and Florida Auto Dealers license Bureau for Fraud and Theft by deception
Awful customer service. They keep charging the 10.00 membership fee. Had been called numerous times to close account and to stop the membership. Called again, and hopefully the account has been closed. If not I guess I will have to go to the better business bureau.
Cant get any answer about recurring fee, and cant cancel. Disputed with my CC company, and got refunded some of the charges. No one to answer at Co-part.
WOW JUST RUN, after 2 major failed attempts at purchasing from this company and COPART. This is the worlds largest SCAM. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE COMPANIES. At this point they have cost me a lot of time and money with the loss of 2 vehicles, that they claim were shipped to the wrong location? There management skill remind me of when my kids were 5 years old, cant remember where things are or where they disappeared to!!!
Stay away from Salvage Bikes Auctions. They are not transparent and a its border line scam. This is a middle man so find another broker thats honest you wont find honestly here thats for sure.
Horrible experience, they pose as a big car dealer. They are not, 3 girls in a tiny office extorting money from working people. Angie and Tatiana what a joke. They will steal your hard earned money and lie lie lie. They charge all kinds of fees that are not disclosed, $75.00 mailing fee, $100.00 you broke the rules fee that they make as the go along.. again not disclosed. Im glad I have all the calls recorded. Use a reputable broker. Im surprised Copart has not removed them from Thier broker page. Im sure they will soon. I had to file a police report and have a law suit Pending. Please steer clear of them. Jim White ther regional manager with copart is investigating Inloher Corp DBA Salvage reseller. They are in no Way affiated with copart, the try to convince customers they are. I have been a copart customer for over 7 years. Copart is a good company and I have alway have had good experience with them. Stay away from salvage reseller !!!
Scam, dont do it. Try to cancel the recurring $10 and its been charging me for a long time. And for the comment below with a suspicious 5 stars,; Why wouldnt you buy directly from CoPart?
What a nightmare...Please do not use this company is a JOKE, nobody answer the phone...I had to do a Police report becouse apapparently my money deappear, So now Im dealing with Bank of America Fraud Department to try to get my money back. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER BROKER,
I have used Inloher Corp to purchase multiple vehicles from Copart auctions. They have always been very helpful when I had questions, and I have always received the sale paperwork and title work within a couple days of auction closure. Their brokerage fees and costs are clearly listed on their website, and the fees are right inline with all of the other available Copart Brokers. Just like all of the other brokers, you will have to put up a deposit when you open an account, but it is refunded when you close the account. If you are going to purchase either salvage or non salvage titled vehicles from Copart, then you need to educate yourself on both your Brokers requirements and Coparts (including Coparts fees). You also need to become familiar with the state restrictions for the state you are in and where the auctions takes place as the requirements are different from state to state.I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with them, and I will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.
Garbage.. This is NOT AN AUCTION.. AVOID AVOIDThis is a broker who is giving you access to a COPART auction. Called Customer (dis) Service.. is a joke. Rude and read the fine print on the How to Buy excuse. No real auction site in the world works this way. Huge fees and murky deposits... Stick with eBay.
Big time waster, I buy a lot at auctions but these guys put you thru deposits, more deposits, then waiting and then the seller changes his mind, really poor business processes. Unclear even when you are high bidder when and if ever you actually are the winner. I may try again but a high roller like me is not used to this poor performance. Typically a bid is a contract for both buyer and seller but with this weird setup, a bid is just a consideration...not clean, not really that professional when dealing with real money buyers.
Terrible, I bought a jet ski through copart, clear title. Picked up jet ski copart informed me they already mailed title to inloher . One month later I still cant get title from them, therefore I cannot register jet ski which means I cant ride or sell jet ski, and they tell me that they are still waiting on title, then no responses to emails. I would find someone else to give your 250 transaction fee to. Also I cant get deposit back until they get title. Which is probably what is really going on with title, they just dont want to refund deposit.
BLUF: their website is glitchy, their processs is flawed, their customer service doesnt care, their fee structure is ambiguous and youd be better off using someone else. Avoid this broker.Terrible bidding experience in the trucks site and I would avoid any of the others as their support team is unhelpful. The website is glitchy. When I found what I wanted on CoPart and logged in here the website prevented me from putting a deposit down because my subscription was expired despite the fact they had charged my renewal just a few days earlier. I emailed and they fixed it...supposedly. I put a percentage deposit as mentioned in the instructions and the next day found a second truck I wanted to bid on at a higher price. I tried to increase my deposit and the website again told me I couldnt because my subscription had lapsed. This is an hour before the auction started so I emailed them again (there is no customer support number on their Contact Us page) and explained what had happened and asked them to hold the bid while the glitch was addressed. The auction began and the glitch was fixed but I saw I still had a lot of time before my truck was up so I increased my deposit and emailed support again asking them to proceed. They then cancelled my bid and straight up lied saying the truck was sold already despite the fact that I had increased my deposit and this truck wouldnt be on the block for another 2 hours. I was frustrated and asked them to return my deposit.I then get a snarky email from Jessica telling me that I shouldve increased my deposit before the auction began and maybe read the FAQ to understand how the process works--as if their website hadnt held things up in the first place. Another email explains that if I do this repeatedly I will lose my bidding privileges--no apology no nothing for the repeated glitches and setbacks on their end. I cancelled my membership. There are far more professional and helpful brokers out there. I wouldnt use these people for anything, its a waste of time and money and they clearly dont care.
Excellent service, amazing attention, I recommend 100%,
Please find someone else !! Their communication is very poorly! It took them seconds to take my money but a headache returning it ! Literally three days of being lied too and still no return. Please take your time on finding a broker. This company is not the one honestly.
Purely scam. I won a bid of $3550 for a Lincoln MDT and they cancelled the sales because the seller regretted. This is their service you get for charging customer $400 deposit and more than $1000 in fees. Dont do business with Copart and Inloher.
Scam, took my deposit for a vehicle I didnt win the bid for then took additional money from my bank account without my knowledge or permission.
The operation of the site is excellent !!, very intuitive and super useful for us as clients. The telephone service is also to highlight, the service to the operators is a! 0 !!Regarding the buying experience, it has been surpassed, the car has bequeathed in the perfect condition that it was bought at auction.
